Ian was the best tour guide ever! He was so much fun and made the experience fun and memorable. He remembered everyone’s name and was constantly engaging all of his guests. He was very lively and told great stories about the island and answered everyone’s questions! We are now experts on the island! Great stops. Loaded up on goodies at the macadamia nut farm. Saw lots of beautiful parts of the island and ate some tasty shrimp from Fumis, shave ice and save room for the yummy Pineapple whip at the Dole stop! It was a super fun day!

Ian was an energetic and entertaining guide. He showed us the beauty of the north shore through the eyes of a native who loves his home. We saw ten turtles on the Blue Planet kayak trip. We’ve done many tours and highly recommend this as one of the best. Each well-planned segment of the tour kept us mentally and physically engaged without exhausting us!

We travel a lot and take a lot of tours. This, BY FAR, was the best tour and experience we have ever had, mainly because of our tour guide Ian! He gave us history, he made it super fun, he remembered all of our names and just showed us His Island. We saw the whole island and got tips and tricks to get the most out of our time here. Plus, he was hilarious and just was one cool dude! (9 arms and sucks-Inside joke for Ian) this tour is a must and you have to request Ian as your guide. You will not be disappointed! 🤙🤙

Loved our day with our guide Ian! He was very fun, knowledgeable, and organized. Everything was great, especially lunch at Fumi’s and the botanical garden with waterfall hike & swim. I’ve been on several one-day tours in various countries and this one was a great one in comparison. Good amount of time at each location, and I felt like all the time in the bus went by quickly because Ian was so engaging. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Oahu!

My wife and I had a stellar experience during our tour on the North Shore Beach Bus. Ian was our driver, and I'm so thankful he was. He just oozes charisma and personality, and will personally make sure you're having the time of your life. Seriously, if I had kids, I'd hit him up to be their Godfather. It wasn't just that he was knowledgeable, it's super clear that history matters to him. He's also on point with food recommendations, and I want to echo his reco to get the #8 at Fumis for lunch. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing bus tour of the North Shore, Oahu organised by Aloha SunshineTours. From the initial booking with Jordan to collection outside our hotel by Paulo - it was a 5-star experience. Highly recommended if you want a tour guide who knows what he is talking about when it comes to history and local information, including best food and personal touches. We had friends book us on this island tour & it was amazing!! Not one bad thing to say & our driver & tour guide (Wes) was not only a great driver, he was also very funny & extremely knowledgeable on the island history. This tour stopped at so many great locations that included Kualoa Ranch, where we were treated to an excellent buffet style lunch after our tour of the ranch, as well as we stopped at a Macadamia farm, the Dole plantation & several amazing lookout points. Along our stops we were lucky enough to see 2 whales & even some sea turtles.

Roberts Hawaii is the tour company I used to set up my time on the Big Island. EVERYONE I dealt with from the Honolulu airport, to the Hilo airport, to the cars and tour guides…they were ALL exceptional!!!! Most of my readers know I do NOT use any guide without checking with TA first and this group came highly recommended and I’ll vouch for that authenticity!!! Knowledgeable, nice, and fun and boy did I get my money’s worth with this trip to the Big Island!!! Thanks to all of you on the Roberts Hawaii Team!!!! You were the best!!!

Our driver Fred was bang on time at the pick up, he is extremely knowledgeable with regards to the island history and Polynesian culture and relays all this throughout the day. The coach was very comfortable and during the tour there are plenty of stops to stretch your legs. Pretty much everything was covered during our tour, and the highlights for me were the Macadamia nut farm and the Dole Pineapple plantation.

Everything you need in an airport shuttle, prompt, attentive, driver safe and calm, helped with my luggage and most importantly got me to the airport on time. Easy to book online (although i did have to alter my departure time as i prefer to be at the airport with plenty of time). Not the cheapest but definitely not expensive, and i prefer to pay for reliability. Thanks for minimising the stress levels.

We booked two shore tours with Roberts Hawaii when cruising around the islands; a day trip including Pearl Harbour in Honolulu and Historic Kona on the big island. We highly recommend them! The website booking process was very easy to use and the transaction very smooth, with an email confirmation and reminder the day before. Once on shore, the tour representatives were easy to identify and friendly. The tour buses were clean and air conditioned. Our Hawaiian package included airport to hotel and hotel to airport shuttle service. This company was perfect both ways. Once we got our luggage from baggage claim we didn't have to touch it again until we got to our room. The driver and his assistants were so very nice. We got a lot of the local flavor on our ride. The driver on the return trip was just as helpful. He was punctual which put our minds at ease. Great company.

• The WWII Valor of the Pacific has implemented a "No Bags Allowed" Policy. No purses, handbags, fanny packs, backpacks, camera bags, luggage, diaper bags and other items that offer concealment are not allowed in the Visitor Center or the Memorial. Strollers with pockets and compartments must be empty before being allowed in. Personal cameras area allowed.
• Wheelchair Accessibility: Please book early to secure arrangements. A transfer vehicle equipped with a lift is available upon request with prior booking and notification of at least 48 hours, please indicate during booking.

• Tickets will be reserved in advance for the USS Arizona Memorial program. This program includes a 23-minute documentary film about the attack on Pearl Harbor and the boat trip to the USS Arizona Memorial.
• The WWII Valor in the Pacific National Monument is closed on Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year's Day (January 1).
• Due to the limited number of tickets available, tours may be postponed to later in the afternoon. Though the tour is scheduled to end at 15:00, you may return to Waikiki as late as 17:00.
• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
