Associate named Mara was pushy, loud and rude. Get better training please. Selection was okay but theres better options in this mall.
My daughter went to another store to buy me a pair of sneakers I loved for Mother's Day. They said they didn't have my size but the Bensalem store did. My daughter had them call the store & put my size on hold. She listened as the sales person told them my size. She packed up her 3 kids & drove to the Journeys in Neshaminy Mall. My daughter gave them her name & said they had a hold for her. They showed her the shoe & she asked if it was my size. Then said yes. She believed them to be competent and didn't check the box. She got home, wrapped them & gave them to my as a present. They were the wrong size. They have either very incompetent employees or they just don't give a damn.
Going into journeys is always such a welcoming feeling. Staff is always quick to greet and guide me to picking out exactly what styles I'm looking for. They are genuinely friendly people, not rude employees looking only to make money. Shoes are super affordable and they always have the best socks!
When to grab early Father's Day gift while there picked up some sneakers for my daughter. It was a lady there that was helpful from the moment we walked in. Answered every question I had. Even told me about future sales and how items are discounted. Will surely go here again
