Everything we know about Ariana Grande's Eternal Sunshine Tour tickets, prices, presale, dates and setlist so far.

Listen to this article

I'm so into the idea of seeing Ariana Grande do an Eternal Sunshine tour this year, I can barely breathe...but is it happening?

Last time Ariana Grande released an album, it was the pandemic and she told Zach Sang that she had no interest in touring Positions until it was safe to do so. She said that she didn't want to put her fans in any danger. Ariana also teased that she liked touring Sweetener and Thank U, Next together and likely wouldn't do another tour until she had another album out.

Fast forward to 2024 and the Eternal Sunshine era is officially in full swing. Is Ariana Grande going on tour this year though? If she is, what are the tour dates, locations, ticket prices and presale codes? Here's what Ariana has said about it so far.

When is Ariana Grande going on tour?

Ariana Grande Tour 2024: Tickets, prices, presale, dates, setlist and everything we know

Will there be an Eternal Sunshine tour?

Talking to Zach Sang about a potential Eternal Sunshine tour in February 2024, Ariana said: "I would love to do shows. I love being on stage. I miss being on stage. I miss my fans so much. That's the honest to god truth."

However, Ariana then admitted that she struggled with touring in 2019. She said: "I had a really hard time emotionally on my last tour but I think that's because of where I was at. Just like with music, I'm really excited to redefine my relationship to shows when I'm ready and to see what that looks like."

As for if there's time in 2024, Ariana added: "I do have a very busy year with this [album] and with Wicked , and then next year I also have Wicked Part Two . I'm interested to see what that would look like. It would obviously be shorter if it were anything it would be a littler something."

Ariana ended by saying: "I definitely do have the itch. But then again, I’m not ready to announce any sort of thing, or get people too excited because I don’t want to disappoint."

With this in mind, it appears that no tour is currently set in stone. However, Ariana may still do a small run of shows so bookmark this page for updates.

Ariana Grande tour presale codes: How to find a presale code for your country

As it stands, Ariana has said nothing official about a tour so far. A couple of fan tweets have gone viral suggesting that there is a tour presale access code in her website coding but these all appear to be fake with fans simply using it as a way to encourage people to preorder Ariana's album. Nevertheless, if a tour happens, there will likely be a presale.

If Ariana follows in the footsteps of artists like Beyoncé , Taylor Swift and Harry Styles , she will probably have a Citi Verified Fan Presale in the US and an O2 Priority Presale in the UK. There may also be separate Live Nation and fan presales.

If Ariana does announce a tour, it would be wise to sign up to her mailing list to get any presale information as soon as it becomes available.

Ariana Grande tour ticket prices: How much will the tickets be?

Prices for an Ariana Grande Eternal Sunshine tour will likely depend on what kind of venues she performs in. Tickets for her last arena tour cost between $35 and $225. Based on her telling Zach Sang, she'd like to do something smaller, there's a chance that venues will be smaller and tickets will be more expensive.

Eternal Sunshine Tour dates: When is Ariana Grande going on tour in 2024?

Again, there's no news yet on whether Ariana is touring this year so no dates are currently available. If she does tour in any capacity it will have to take place before official promotion for Wicked starts. Wicked comes out in cinemas worldwide on November 27th. Taking this into consideration, any tour would likely wrap before November.

Ariana Grande tour locations: What cities will Ariana Grande play in?

While I think we would all like an Eternal Sunshine world tour, Ariana's Zach comments suggest that whatever she does for Eternal Sunshine will be on a much smaller scale than Sweetener.

With this in mind, it's unlikely that there will be shows outside of the US but she could have a livestream or filmed show planned.

Eternal Sunshine Tour dates: When is Ariana Grande going on tour in 2024?

Ariana Grande Eternal Sunshine tour setlist: What songs will she play?

Without any tour announcements, there's no knowing what songs Ariana Grande would perform on an Eternal Sunshine tour at the moment. Nevertheless, Ariana tends to heavily feature her recent projects in live shows, so expect lots of songs from Eternal Sunshine and Positions to feature alongside her biggest hits.

If Ariana does one-off Eternal Sunshine shows, it's also possible that she will opt to perform the album in full instead of a more traditional setlist.

Will Ariana Grande go on tour in support of her fast-approaching new album Eternal Sunshine ? Even she doesn’t know for sure.

When asked during a Monday episode of The Zach Sang Show whether she plans to hit the road in support of her March 8-slated record, the 30-year-old pop star said her decision was “TBD.” “I would love to do shows, I miss being onstage,” she continued. “I miss my fans so much, that’s the honest-to-god truth.”

Ariana Grande Unveils Full ‘Eternal Sunshine’ Tracklist: See All 13 Song…

Grande hasn’t released an LP since 2020’s Positions , and her last trek was even longer ago: In 2019, she launched the Sweetener World Tour, which supported 2018’s Sweetener and 2019’s Thank U, Next albums. The four-month international run was documented in the “POV” singer’s Netflix film Excuse Me, I Love You .

“I had a really hard time emotionally on my last tour, but I think that’s because of where I was at,” Grande told Sang. “I’m excited to redefine my relationship to shows, when I’m ready. I do have a very busy year with this and with Wicked .

“[The tour] would obviously be shorter,” she added. “If anything, it would be a littler something. But I definitely do have the itch. I’m not ready to announce any sort of thing or get people too excited because I don’t want to disappoint.”

The Victorious alum covered a lot of ground during her 40-minute interview with Sang, which will soon be followed by a part 2. Not only did Grande call out the “thieves” who leaked her unreleased music on TikTok last year — “I’ll see you in jail, literally” she said at one point — but the vocalist also touched on her “frustration” with last year’s persistent tabloid rumors regarding her relationship with Wicked co-star Ethan Slater.

“We selectively remember that this is what the tabloids do to people, especially women, based upon if we like the person,” she said. “We don’t need to go into any specifics, but of course there’s an insatiable frustration, an inexplicable hellish feeling with watching people misunderstand the people you love, and you.”

Can you still get tickets?

There are plenty of tickets left for Pink's Summer Carnival 2024 show at the Principality Stadium from official ticket retailer, Ticketmaster . Many are fan-to-fan resale from the official site , but there are other tickets on sale that are not resale. These are the more expensive platinum tickets .

Cheaper ones on sale from Ticketmaster on resale start at £123 for a general admission, aka standing, ticket. Resale sites like viagogo aren't much cheaper, either, with prices starting from £123, too.

Sites such as Viagogo allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say tickets should not be resold after initial purchase and will not be valid for admittance to gigs. Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale - such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation - to ensure a smooth live event experience.

Tickets could be voided if they were found to be bought second-hand. As a result, fans are buying at their own risk. With that said, viagogo also commented: "viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the guarantee."

KC and the Sunshine Band make first visit to Tuscaloosa

sunshine tour tickets

"Shake shake shake." "That's the way (uh-huh uh-huh)." "I'm your boogie man."

A writer whose work summon icons — Scrooge, Boo Radley, Macbeth ― could be called accomplished. Legend, even.

More: Tuscaloosa-raised Chuck Leavell plays with Rolling Stones on Hackney Diamonds tour

So what do we say about a musician who sets toes tapping in simple, repetitive phrases? Hear for yourself when KC and the Sunshine Band funk up Tuscaloosa's Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater on June 7, with Rose Royce and Dazz Band opening.

Born Harry Wayne Casey in Opa-Locka, Florida, and raised in Hialeah, he fronts the conglomerate conjoining his own and his state's nicknames. In 1973, he was working in a record store, and at TK Records, an independent label, when he co-founded with songwriter/engineer/bass player Richard Finch a group originally called KC and the Sunshine Junkanoo Band, using musicians from the studio, and from a local group, the Miami Junkanoo Band.

(Junkanoo is a festival with origins in the Caribbean, celebrated by people of African and Amerindian ancestry; the associated music is heavily percussive. Junkanoo parades have been seen in movies including "Thunderball," "After the Sunset" and "Jaws the Revenge," and on TV shows such as "Miami Vice," where they're often mistaken for Mardi Gras celebrations.)

Finch and Casey co-wrote and produced worldwide No. 1 "Rock Your Baby," sung by George McRae, backed by the Sunshine gang. It sold more than 11 million, and is considered one of the boosters that launched the disco era. Musicians varied as John Lennon and songwriters Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus claimed it as influences, on "Whatever Gets You Through the Night," Lennon's only solo No. 1 single, and ABBA's "Dancing Queen."

The first KC and the Sunshine Band album, "Do It Good," came out in '74, but the '75 self-titled second disc blew doors open, led by "That's The Way (I Like It)" and "Get Down Tonight," both No. 1s on Billboard Hot 100 and R&B Singles charts. "Boogie Shoes" became a hit after inclusion in "Saturday Night Fever." It had originally been an album cut, and B-side for 1976 No. 1 "(Shake Shake Shake) Shake Your Booty." That one came from album "Part 3," which also showcased "I'm Your Boogie Man" and "Keep It Comin' Love."

Casey wasn't thinking "disco." The term had only become popularized in '73, for mixes of dance-led music seen as a bounce-back from '60s and '70s guitar-heavy rock.

"I knew I was writing uptempo music," he said, in a phone interview. "I thought music had gotten very dark. ... I really favored danceable music, so I wanted to create an album that was all party, from Side A to Side B."

It wasn't until the sixth disc, the 1979 "Do You Wanna Go Party" that they cut a ballad, the No. 1 "Please Don't Go." With the rise of punk and new wave, some of the helium had fizzed out of disco, so the band began moving more pop, with dwindling success.

In 1980, Casey scored a hit duet with Teri DeSario, on Barbara Mason's "Yes I'm Ready." Finch and Casey split not long after. In '84, frustrated by lack of label support — TK went bankrupt in 1981, and the band moved to Epic ― Casey first formed Meca Records to release "Give It Up," then went on hiatus not long after. He brought a Sunshine group back together, mostly to tour, in the '90s.

Compilations, covers (by Alex Chilton, Annie Lennox, Chrissie Hynde, Rob Zombie, Isaac Hayes, Dionne Warwick, Spin Doctors), soundtracks ("True Detective," "Forrest Gump," "Legally Blonde," "Watchmen," "Superbad") and samples (Bloodhound Gang, Trick Daddy, Stereo MCs) kept KC's Side A to Side B get-down mixed in the zeitgeist.

"I've been on a lot more records than many people realize. I don't know if there's a rhyme or reason" to how he works, Casey said, though the dance drive derives from love of R&B, from Motown, Stax and Atlantic Records. He's not even sure where hooks come from.

"I don't know. it's just something that kind comes natural to me," he said. "It just comes up from the sky, from God, I mean. It's something I guess was born with.

"My songs are stories," he said, laughing, "but they're the Cliff Notes versions. Let's just get to the point of it!"

At the Mercedes-Benz Amp, you'll hear side-to-side party. Recent set lists show KC and the Sunshine Band playing what you'd expect, plus the Commodores' "Brick House" and the Jacksons' "Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground)," which Casey mashes with "Give It Up."

"I try to keep as close to the original as possible," he said. "We might add something to the intro, but then we do the song in its entirety, top to end. And maybe we add something to the end, augmented or whatever. But we keep the original guts of the song."

Some change may be audible, he said.

"First of all, I'm 73 years old," he said, laughing. "I'm not 23 anymore. I don't have the original band. But I think I sound better," with 15 members on stage: horns, percussion, guitars, keyboards, background singers and dancers. KC sings, and sits in on keys for "Shake Your Booty," "I'm Your Boogie Man" and "Get Down Tonight."

He's used to seeing diverse crowds, "... from babies to grandmas. Last year I went to England, did a couple of shows, and I don't think there was anybody older than 30 out there," he said, "everybody having the best time."

How to get tickets

KC and the Sunshine Band, Rose Royce, Dazz Band will play the Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater at 6:30 p.m. Friday June 7. Tickets are on sale through www.ticketmaster.com , and at the venue's box office, 2710 Jack Warner Parkway, downtown Tuscaloosa. Prices are $99.50, $89.50, $59.50, $49.50, $29.50 and $19.50, not including fees and taxes. For more, see www.mercedesbenzamphitheater.com .

Now, we can add Sturgill Simpson to the list of stars that have shed their persona and began a second life as an entirely new artist.

Simpson, 45, just announced he will take off on his ‘Why Not? Tour’ this fall in support of Johnny Blue Skies’ upcoming album “Passage du Desir,” due out July 12.

Along the way, Simpson/Blue Skies will drop into Queens, NY’s Forest Hills Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 19.

As for special guests, he’ll be joined by Lord Huron for just one show on the run; that’s the Sept. 20 gig at George, WA’s Gorge Amphitheater .

And while we don’t know whether Simpson Johnny Blue Skies will perform tracks from Simpson’s catalog or just new Blue Skies material, we do know the best way to find out is live.

Fans can purchase tickets for all upcoming shows on sites like Vivid Seats ; the official on-sale is Friday, June 14.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Sturgill Simpson tour schedule 2024

At Final Stage of 2024 PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry – scheduled for December 12-15 in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with the Dye’s Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass and Sawgrass Country Club once again serving as host venues – the top five finishers and ties will earn PGA TOUR cards. Final Stage will also determine 2025 season eligibility for the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA TOUR Americas.

Through a combination of live telecasts and livestreaming, Golf Channel will broadcast eight hours of live weekend coverage at Final Stage of 2024 PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry.

How It Works

PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry consists of four different stages, though competitors can bypass Pre-Qualifying, First Stage, or Second Stage of PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry if they meet the criteria of at least one exemption category for First, Second, or Final Stage.

Competition for Pre-Qualifying, First Stage, and Second Stage is conducted at several different sites, with the number of competitors advancing from each site being on a pro rata basis (i.e., approximately the same percentage from each site will advance).

Final Stage of 2024 PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry will be contested at Dye’s Valley Course at TPC Sawgrass, as well as Sawgrass Country Club, with each competitor playing two rounds on each course. At the conclusion of the final round, the last set of PGA TOUR cards for the 2025 season will be awarded, with the others coming from the 2023-24 DP World Tour season (top 10 players from Race to Dubai Rankings not already exempt) and 2024 Korn Ferry Tour season (top 30 players on final points list).

  • Pre-Qualifying (eight sites, 54-hole stroke play competition) – September 11-27
  • First Stage (13 sites, 72-hole stroke play competition) – October 8-25
  • Second Stage (five sites, 72-hole stroke play competition) – November 19-December 6
  • Final Stage (72-hole stroke play competition) – December 12-15

Performance Benefits

The medalist (and ties) from each First Stage site, provided they do not improve their status at a subsequent stage, will be exempt through the Latin America Swing of the 2025 PGA TOUR Americas season.

The medalist (and ties) from each Second Stage site, provided they do not improve their status at Final Stage, will earn Korn Ferry Tour membership and be subject to the second reshuffle (i.e. – earn guaranteed starts for the first eight events) of the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour season.

Also at each Second Stage site, the next 10 finishers and ties after those players who advanced to Final Stage will earn conditional membership through the Latin America Swing of the 2025 PGA TOUR Americas season.

Performance benefits for Final Stage of PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry are as follows:

  • Top five finishers and ties at Final Stage will earn PGA TOUR cards for the 2025 season
  • Next 40 finishers and ties at Final Stage will earn exempt status through multiple reshuffles of the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour season, with the first 25 finishers and ties being subject to the third reshuffle (i.e. – guaranteed starts for the first 12 events), and any remaining finishers within the category being subject to the second reshuffle (i.e. – guaranteed starts for the first eight events)
  • All remaining finishers at Final Stage earn conditional status for the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour season, in addition to being exempt through the Latin America Swing of the 2025 PGA TOUR Americas season

Opening arguments starting in class-action lawsuit against NFL by ‘Sunday Ticket’ subscribers

FILE - A NFL logo is shown on the football field before a game between the Detroit Lions and...

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Opening arguments were expected to begin Thursday in federal court in a class-action lawsuit filed by “Sunday Ticket” subscribers claiming the NFL broke antitrust laws.

The lawsuit was filed in 2015 and has withstood numerous challenges, including a dismissal that was overturned.

The suit says the NFL broke antitrust laws when it allowed DirecTV to exclusively sell the “Sunday Ticket” package of out-of-market Sunday afternoon games airing on CBS and Fox at what it says was an inflated price and restricted competition.

DirecTV was the home of “NFL Sunday Ticket” from 1994 until 2022.  YouTube will be in the second season this year of a seven-year deal  after agreeing to the rights in December 2022.

The NFL will contend that “Sunday Ticket” is an add-on package for the league’s most-devoted and out-of-town fans, along with stating that all games for local teams are available on broadcast networks.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, a longtime member of the league’s broadcast committee, are expected to testify in the case that could last up to three weeks.

The hearing could bring to light how much YouTube is paying the NFL for “Sunday Ticket” and if it is making money. There also could be documents filed and not redacted that would show how much networks spend to produce an NFL game.

This is one of the rare times the NFL has had a high-profile case go to court where league financial matters would become public without settling. In 2021, it settled with St. Louis, St. Louis County and the St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority for $790 million over the relocation of the Rams to Los Angeles.
