“INDIA TRIP”

The agent was very understanding and followed up with calls as requested. He responded to all my questions satisfactorily and met my needs. On the day I booked my reservation, I received an E mail from Skylux for available booking for my flights. When I called back right away to book, I was told that the price quoted had expired. This was surprising since I called within 30 minutes of receiving E mail. The agent looked into into and provided me same flight at slightly higher cost of $50/person.

“Dishonest company”

The representative lies to you and doesn't tell you he is selling a Basic Economy ticket and the quote says Economy. After you pay, you discover their fraudulent sales tactic. It takes an act of God to get your money back because they sell you a Non refundable ticket without your knowledge. BUT they keep their nonrefundable fee of $365.44 even though I discovered their error 10 min after payment while still on the phone and asked the whole transaction to be cancelled. Never do business with SKYLUX Travel.

I just completed my reservation for a flight from LAX to SNN working with travel agent Vegas. There were a lot of details to cover and he presented me with multiple options. He was personable and understood my needs. Because of a medical issue, I required a business seat so my legs would be elevated. He was able to find a business seat at a reduced price. No way these reviews are real. Quoted online price on the website is $1,907 but after receiving a call, the price is $4,700. So you want more information? I do not know why since my explanation above says it all. What I stated is what happened. I was enticed falsely by the website quote. All proven by the price I was quoted.

You must be careful using this site. Here is what I know. When you visit the website and search for a flight the prices you see are the best prices for the current travel year not for your travel dates. When you book a flight with them for a given price you will receive a confirmation number, but here is the kicker, your price can still change as it did for me. This company is a total scam. They lure you in with false prices that they cannot deliver, then hound you. I got six phone calls in one day, the last of which came after I told the guy calling to stop calling me. They quoted me a business class seat to Europe for $1,900, then when I took the call, they sent me another quote for the same flight for $5,900. I could book for cheaper direct on the airline. I traveled from San Jose, Ca, business class, to London june 2022. My friend was meeting me at Heathrow, traveling coach from Florida. Everything turned out perfect. She arrived 1 hour before me, which Sky Lux arranged for us, and she walked to my arrival hall to meet me. All that despite pilot strikes, lost luggage etc problems many others were experiencing. We had zero issues. Going back no problems either.  

Skylux Travel is absolute WORSE Travel agency that existed in the World. Be aware. Howie sold a none refundable ticket instead of refundable ticket to me. His Supervisor Hope, is in silent mode and Meraga from Customer support never returned my emails. COMPLETE SCAM! Howie is scam artist working for this company. He sold me a business class and told me repeatedly it was a flatbed. I found out it was a complete lie and misrepresentation. I asked for my money back and he sent me an email with a Delta airline cabin flatbed, claiming its Iceland air cabin. I have notified my credit card and provided documents and emails of their misrepresentation. They have gone radio silent, and won’t return calls. STAY AWAY FROM SKY LUX. It’s a SCAM!!!!!!!

Smooth arrangement for multi city flights (Europe)

Weston contacted me after initial email enquiry. Tickets for a multi city trip were reserved quickly and the itinerary looks good with plenty of time for connections (less airport stress). The only downside was that Weston notified me after booking that one international carrier (ITA) will not allow seat selection early unless the customer pays a rather exorbitant fee….leaving us now to need to do this at the hotel in Rome or even as late as Check In at the Airport….which I personally hate. The rest of the process was smooth and helpful. this is my first time using your booking service.

False Advertisement

This company false advertises rates and when you contact them, they increase them by triple. Their excuse is the time of travel, yet their website says nothing about time of travel in the fine print, only location of travel. I understand rates fluctuate but their website is misleading and false.

Wonderful Experience Again

Nikita who I was working with answered right away. He sent the reservation to pay via email right away. He honored a price he had sent two days prior as well. If it was not the owners money but my own I would have definitely tipped. We used this service to book flights to Barcelona, they screwed up everything. their customer service is horrendous! We thought everything was done and booked then we find out we did not have seats assigned 5 days out! we had to scramble to find seats and my wife and I could not even sit together! This service is CRAP! Ha, then they send this canned response not realizing we have been dealing with their crappy service for weeks trying to find a way to fix what they did to us!
