The CWTSatoTravel Hotel Program provides special negotiated rates at quality hotels for government and military travelers. Our rates are at or below the established U.S. federal per diem, saving you money and ensuring your travelers are always comfortable.

Program properties
All U.S. and U.S. territory properties within our program are FEMA certified. They also offer a 4:00 pm or later cancellation on the day of arrival and prohibit hidden property and online booking fee when you book through us. International properties offer a 24-hour cancellation policy.
We have access to more than 14,000 properties with 11,000 properties in the U.S. and 2,700 internationally. Room rates are regularly audited to ensure that all properties in the program offer the proper rate code at or below the established U.S. federal per diem.
Contact your CWTSatoTravel office and ask your travel counselor to find the perfect hotel for you through our negotiated rates.
By default, all reservations made via the myCWT website or app, your online booking tool or CWT travel counselor should be automatically visible in both myCWT web and app. It might take up to 30 minutes though for trips to fully sync (if you see that your trip does not appear in the app, tap the sync button at the top right corner of the 'My Trips' page of the app).
To access via the myCWT website, click on My Trips at the top of the page, select the trip for which you need the itinerary and click on the Download or Print button. Alternatively, you can contact your CWT counselor for a copy of your itinerary.
Rail itineraries
Depending on the way the rail booking is processed, it may or may not sync automatically. If your rail itinerary did not sync automatically with the myCWT (formerly CWT To Go) app, email your confirmation to [email protected] to have it added. You may also add the details manually.
Adding non-CWT booked reservations/itineraries to the myCWT app
You can forward your non-CWT itinerary from the same email address that you use to access myCWT (formerly CWT To Go ) to [email protected] . Your trip reservation(s) will be automatically loaded into your app, and you will receive an email confirmation upon successful upload of the information. You may also add the details manually.
Trip names and destinations
The "Trip to" name comes from the city where the traveler stays the longest, which typically corresponds to the address of the traveler's hotel. That said, you can easily change the "Trip to" name using the app's edit trip feature.
Manually adding trip items to the mobile app
If a trip item is not synced to the app, you can manually add it following one of the below methods below:
Forward your itinerary or reservation to [email protected] . Your trip reservation(s) will be automatically loaded into your app, and you will receive an email confirmation upon successful upload of the information. Make sure you forward the reservation email from the same email address you use to log in to the app.
Add any trip item manually through the trip's page.
Reservation still not appearing
Make sure you forward the reservation email from the same email address you use to log in to the app. In addition, the travel confirmation must be from a supported travel provider . Try to initiate a manual sync on your device by tapping the sync button at the top right in the “My Trips” menu of the application.
Confirmation email is being rejected
If your confirmation email is being rejected, please make sure:
You forward the confirmation email as is. Do not alter it in any way.
The subject and content of the email are in its original format.
If your email program automatically adds the “FW” prefix in the subject line, it is okay.
If the mail program allows it, forward the email in HTML format, rather than plain text.
Make sure the text of the original email is in the body of the forwarded email and is not sent as an attachment.
Completed trip still showing in the upcoming trips
A trip moves to the past trips section approximately one full day after the last day of the trip. For example, if your trip ended on June 20, it will move to past trips on June 22.

ALCGPSC 088/21 SUBJ: NEW TRAVEL MANAGEMENT CENTER (TMC) FOR TRAVEL RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING 1. Starting 01 October 2021, all official travel (e.g. airline, bus, ship, Alaska Marine Highway System, rental vehicle, lodging) must be arranged through CWTSato. Travelers shall continue using ADTRAV for reservations through 30 September 2021 if the travel is commencing before 15 October 2021. Travelers should no longer contact ADTRAV and only contact CWTSato starting on 01 October 2021. If changes are needed to an existing ADTRAV reservation after 30 September 2021, then the ADTRAV reservation will be refunded and CWTSato will rebook the reservation. 2. CWTSato will be using the same online booking tool (i.e. GETTHERE) with a proprietary overlay system called E2 Solutions. As part of the transition, all existing traveler profiles, which include usernames (i.e. EMPLID), passwords, frequent flier numbers, DOD ID numbers/Known Traveler Number, Secure Flight Data, etc., will be transitioned into CWTSato’s E2 Travel system. On or after 1 October 2021, travelers are encouraged to log into the E2 system to verify their traveler profile was properly loaded and is up-to-date. 3. CWTSato’s contact information including phone numbers, fax number for submitting approved travel orders for charges to the centrally billed account, e-mail addresses, training material, FAQs, and links with log on instructions for their travel system will be available on the GTCC website on 30 September 2021. The updated Traveler and CWTSato sites which will be available on 1 October 2021 are located at - https://www.dcms.uscg.mil/PSC/BOPS/PSC-BOPS-R/GOVTrvl and https://e2.gov.cwtsatotravel.com/ 4.
