Sorry if I missed any threads about this...

For the past week or so I've been getting this message when trying to log into the cruise personalizer. And by clearing my cookies, I was then able to log in. But the last 2 days this also has not worked. I end up using the other method of my name and booking number to get in.

I'm using chrome browser and always have...but it also happens with microsoft Edge...

Anyone else with this issue??

I have had this issue off and on using Safari. Usually if I just click to try again to log in it does finally log me in - may take two or three (or more) attempts.

Same here.  Eventually it will let me in.

I'm having the same issue this week. I put in my last name and booking number to get in. Still a PITA! Did they outsource IT to the Philippines as well?  🤡

It was flaky last night. After eventually logging in, the site crashed frequently if I tried to look at any pages. I put it down to the new sale offers getting plenty of traffic on July 4th!

I have had this off and on since Saturday.

I have been having this problem since mid Jume. I thought it had something to do with my being aboard the Sky Princess. Great internet on board but I cannot get into my personalizer!

This keeps happening to me. Sometimes will get in after 3-4 attempts. Last evening I could not get in at all, so had to do it by booking number. It has been like this for the past 4-5 days.

Me too, since Saturday. Ended up calling in to the 1-800 for an unrelated question, mentioned it to the call centre person (who was lovely and helpful). She didn't know of an issue but checked my booking and felt because I didn't have a departure city saved to my booking that it would be related. She entered my city, told me to try again in 10 mins and it should work, which it did! Until the next day.... 😞  So clearly that wasn't the issue..... 🤣

I've always have this problem, since I created my account.  It works on my phone to get into the app, but not on my computer.  I always do the booking number thing.

Been having the same problem since Sunday this week.  Thought at first,  they might be doing updates again as it was fairly late in the evening but when the problem continued up to and including this morning,  I doubt they are still doing updates.  More like they did an update,  and it has hosed something up somewhere along the line.  

Just try 3 times. It should let you in on the 3rd try. It is probably a back-end load balancer issue.

Glad to know it is a Princess issue and not my limited computer knowledge.  I can see my next cruise but won 't allow me into it.  Will try again and again.

I retract my comment about 3x... I just tried to logon and it took me 15 times to logon. I also tried accessing my reservation using the booking # and it let me right into the system.

As others have indicated – I’ve been having problems getting access to Princess web-site since last week.   The system would not recognize my current password.   The system would ask me to “register” for a new account -- which I did not.   Today, I tried multiple times to access my original account.   I requested my password to be “reset” several times today.   Email sent by Princess each time.   FINALLY -- I GOT ACCES TO THE WEB-SITE.   Cruisers keep trying.   I’m not a computer expert but something is going on.   IT department get your act together!   John

I logged off the system.   Two (2) minutes later I tried to log back in to see if my “new” password worked.   I system would NOT allow access.   HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!

I had the same issue this weekend.  Finally I tried my different password for the Medallion app login (Princess had me change it about 6 weeks ago -App wanted me to add a special character) and I logged right in to the website. It has been working since then without issue.  Don't know why that password now logs in to the App and the website, but it does.

I've noticed that I can log in after 14-16 attempts.

Manually type in your user name and password. That is the only way I get in.

Hah! That's assuming that they even *have* such technology!  You're making a big leap here...

I've had this problem for several weeks now and it's frustrating.  My husband also tried logging into his account and it doesn't recognize his username and/or password.  The website wants him to "Register" which I know will create more problems if he does.  I've tried contacting "Live Chat" several times a day this week and receive a message they are assisting others and to try back another time or call the 1-800 Princess number.

I found if I keep tapping the log in button it will sign me in.  Usually a couple taps will do it.  YMMV

Has anyone reported this issue to the IT department?

They should be made aware.

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., (May 29, 2024) – On the heels of record-breaking travel to Japan by U.S. visitors in 2023, and another strong season underway this year, Princess Cruises today announced it will extend the number of itineraries in Japan during the 2025-26 season. 

The 2025-26 cruise season to the must-see island nations of Japan and Southeast Asia onboard a Princess ship has just been announced. On sale now, Japan-built Diamond Princess returns featuring an expanded Japan season showcasing the region’s breathtaking fall foliage, Mt. Fuji, Kyoto and more. 

“We truly make it easy to travel to Japan and Southeast Asia on our Diamond Princess Love Boat to experience these amazing destinations,” said Terry Thornton, chief commercial officer for Princess Cruises. “For our fall 2025 through winter 2026 season, we’re thrilled to expand our Japan cruises from Tokyo (Yokohama) during the beautiful fall foliage season and continue to Singapore to highlight the best of Southeast Asia. Plus, our guests only need to unpack once to experience these storied countries while enjoying vibrant shore excursions and our regional culinary and entertainment offerings onboard.” 

From ancient temples and castles, to bustling markets and breathtaking gardens, cruisers experience the best way to see Japan with Princess with a new fall 2025 season offering 11 new voyages ranging in length from nine to 22 days, visiting 25 destinations throughout the Land of the Rising Sun, as well as stops in Korea and Taiwan. Highlights of the season include:

  • 13-day Circle Japan Fall Foliage sailing taking place during the beautiful autumn leaves season
  • 9-day Circle Japan voyage a circumnavigation of the country with stops at Nagasaki, Akita and Sakaiminato
  • 9-day Southern Islands departures to the southernmost part of Japan and the lush islands of Okinawa and Ishigaki

What is Included

  • The package includes all specialty or premium coffees and teas, hot chocolate, fountain sodas, cans of soda, fresh juices and healthy smoothies (from the juice bar), 0.5 ltr bottled water, Frappes at Coffee & Cones, mocktails, and smoothies as per the menu, Red Bull , 330 ml or 0.500 ml sparkling bottles of water, Energy Drink and Milk Shakes (if available).
  • The package may be used on our Private Islands and all onboard Food and Beverage Venues and other areas such as the Theater or public spaces that offer beverage service. Selections and service are limited to that venue’s menu offerings and operating hours.

Package Details and Qualifications

  • There is no age restriction for purchase of the Zero-Alcohol Package.
  • The Zero-Alcohol Package is USD $29.99 per day plus 18% service charge (totaling $35.39 per day) for all itineraries except Australia. The package is AUD $45 per day which includes a service charge for all Australian based vessels. A tax may be added at the time of purchase for certain itineraries or ports of embarkation. You will be charged the full amount for the complete voyage at the time of purchase.
  • The Zero-Alcohol Package must be purchased for every day a passenger is sailing. Partial / Pro-Rated Packages or segments of a guest’s voyage are NOT accepted, although some exceptions may apply, such as the World Cruise. These exceptions, IF applicable, will be displayed in the Cruise Personalizer at the time of purchase.
  • The package is offered onboard on day one and day two only.
  • The package is NOT available for pre-purchase within 3 days of sailing.
  • The package is NOT refundable or transferable once purchased onboard, and for advance purchased packages, NOT refundable or transferable within 3 days of sailing.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Does NOT apply to bottled items, or any items offered in Retail Venues or Shops on board.
  • Can NOT be used for Mini Bar Items. Additionally, the package cannot offset the cost of, or be a substitution for, special or private events such as cocktail parties, wedding receptions or similar. Please contact Group Onboard Services for additional details or clarification.
  • Souvenir Glassware is excluded but is available for an additional charge.
  • Excludes and is not combinable with other Programs, Promotions, Onboard Specials, or Buy One Get One type offers, or food items for sale such as ice cream etc.
  • Not all exclusions or limitations can be foreseen or published here and may exist or be implemented without notice.
  • The Zero-Alcohol Package excludes all alcoholic items, nor does it provide a discount for any alcoholic drink.

Terms and Conditions

  • Packages may NOT be shared, are NON-transferable and NON-refundable.
  • Only one beverage is allowed per guest per order, a time interval between orders may by applied by our point of sale system (POS) or in some instances, manually, at the discretion of the vessel.
  • Orders are only accepted from and fulfilled for, guests whose name and folio number are assigned the package as reflected in our system.
  • Provide beverages to other guests or do NOT comply with the terms, conditions and limitations of the package.
  • Have an account that reflects a pattern of consumption that is wasteful, excessive, or appears to violate the non-sharing policy.
  • Exhibit behavior that is inappropriate, a safety risk to themselves or others, or become offensive or disruptive to other cruise guests or staff.
  • Princess Cruises may modify, amend or update the terms and conditions of our beverage packages at any time with or without notice to guests. The terms and conditions as published on princess.com on the date of sailing will apply.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice, and for vessels designated in a foreign currency, packages purchased in advance may vary from onboard pricing due to timing and currency fluctuations. Guests will NOT incur additional charges, nor be issued any credits or refunds for such currency variances.
