The Nike Dunk Low continues to dominate wish-lists everywhere, and it hasn’t showed any signs of changing course.

Recently, the late Peter Moore’s 37-year-old design emerged with suede “Chlorophyll” panels, likening is he offering to the beloved Air Max 1 from (2006) covered in the same hue. And while the rich green hue makes the latest low-top Nike Dunk a compelling offering, the safari print-laden profile swooshes may be a deterrent. The design choice marks yet another instance of the Oregon-based company utilizing the dimpled finish created by Tinker Hatfield in 1987 in a seemingly random way. All together, however, the mix of new and old, straightforward and bold showcase how great of a canvas the Dunk is.

Nike Adds Chlorophyll Green to Another Safari Swoosh Dunk Low

Nike has pulled out all the stops in their Dunk releases for the past two years, delivering nearly every color scheme under the sun and then some along the way. With dozens of collaborations released in that time with more on the way, the Swoosh is still finding new ways to spice things up with the classic silhouette. This week, a new colorway of their Safari Swoosh version has surfaced, decking out the silhouette with a fan-favorite ‘Chlorophyll’ color scheme. This pair features an off-white leather base layer covered by suede lime green overlays and inner linings. The Swoosh is applied in the Safari pattern, with mixing light and dark brown shades for the desired look.

NIKE DUNK LOW SAFARI ‘CHLOROPHYLL’ RELEASE INFORMATION

Nike’s next Safari Swoosh colorway of the Dunk Low has not been announced for release, though they are expected to arrive in stores in the near future. Featuring Chlorophyll green overlays, pairs will be available from both Nike’s website and select retailers for the usual $120. In addition to the Nike Dunk Low Safari Swoosh “Kumquat” , another colorway from the collection has surfaced with this “Chlorophyll” pair. Seen here in official images, this summertime colorway of the Nike Dunk Low starts off with a Light Ore leather base on the upper with tonal detailing noted on the tongues, laces, midsole, and the branding on the heels. For some vibrant color we see the addition of Chlorophyll green suede on the overlays as well as on the tongue branding, inner liner, heel tabs, and the rubber outsoles. The icing on the cake is the safari printed-Swooshes on the side panels. A release date has not been announced yet but you can expect this Nike Dunk Low to release later this year for $120.

The Nike SB Dunk Low Pro ISO is arriving in the classic “University Blue” colorway, this time boasting premium quality materials for its construction and an eye-catching palette.
