Booked Virgin cruise with Iglu as the package they were offering was far better value than booking direct with Virgin. Both Chris and Charlotte were so helpful, answering all my questions and amending the quote with our requests. Would definitely book through Iglu again and if cruising is your thing, give them a call 😊

Excellent service as always from iglu

Excellent service as always from iglu. Helped by the lovely Marie today who dealt with my my requests efficiently but also with a great sense of humour,which she very much needed having to deal with a very scatty customers like me. Very knowledgeable staff who will do there utmost to get you the best option available in your budget, nothing is too much trouble. Have always used iglu, will always use iglu.

Extremely easy to use website

Extremely easy to use website. Just booked an Iglu exclusive priced balcony room cruise at a price that even smashed the cruise company's own quote out of the water. Once choice was made, booking & deposit was literally completed within 5 minutes.

Kevin was very helpful during the booking process. I was booking on behalf of myself,my husband and a friend and asked for a few quotes. Kevin responded quickly and gave us all the information. He has also given information and advice on the ports we will be visiting. Very happy with the process so far.

William (Stacey) was brilliant. He was very enthusiastic, helping us with every aspect with the plans. The plans changed from the advertised holiday, and nothing we asked for was too much trouble. Can't wait for the holiday now!

Great customer service so far

Great customer service so far, Naomi was very attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. Various itineraries were explored. We added an extra 8 nights in a hotel of our choice after a 9 night cruise so we could spend some time with family members in Sydney. We are looking forward to what we hope is a stress free trip/cruise down under.

Booking was straightforward and easy

Booking was straightforward. Both Antony and Derek were most helpful in helping us to choose our cabin type and position on ship. They explained everything to us and made our booking so easy.

Great booking service

P&O hadn't passed the onboard booking on so had an online chat with iglu and this was quickly sorted. Pleased to see an extra discount from iglu was applied once booking had been received.

Dom was really helpful and his experience of travelling on celebrity cruise ships helped me know what to expect for a first time cruiser. Price was also very good compared to competitors.

My agent was not only super responsive and amicable, she listened carefully to our requirements, and we ended up with the exact holiday down to flight times and all other items. Very pleased.

Cruise booking

Luke was excellent to deal with, we kept changing the quotation to finally get to a package we wanted. He was more than happy to try many different options without any fuss. He explained everything in a clear and down to earth manner and was happy to revisit anything if we did not understand it. Overall it was a nice pleasant experience to go through when booking a cruise.

Excellent customer service by a call…

Excellent customer service by a call handler called Luke .He was more than helpful in assisting me to book a P&O late Christmas cruise. The price was better than booking direct with P&O, who incidentally you can never get through to on the phone when you have a query . Definitely use this company again.

The team where very friendly and polite each time they contacted me and didn’t mind phoning back when I was bizzy. I have used this company for other cruise’s with no problem.I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future thank you very much

Easy to book cruises with.

Many years travel with IgluCruise

We have been using IgluCruise for many years and to date have found them very good in all respects. Each and every person we have worked with over years has helped with items outside of the main booking and sorted any problems. We will continue to use them until we are no longer able to travel

Quick phone call, not long to wait. efficient service, good call back, good communication from the call answerer to pass email on to our agent. Good price and quick email. Painless. Will hopefully use again .

Although I haven’t had my cruise yet

Although I haven’t had my cruise yet, so I’m not sure how things will go, I feel that I am in safe hands with Iglu. The representative that I spoke to was very professional,and I received the information that I require for the cruise, in a timely manner as promised.

Poor Service Experience

Slowest travel agent to pay out your monies, thus limiting time available to book plane seats paid for months in advance. Obviously Iglu like to hold your monies for as long as possible, presumably to make the most of interest payments to them.

Helpful and got a good deal

Knowledgeable and friendly sales advisor.

Very good advice from Garry, feel that he helped us get the cruise we required, with an added hotel stay, for the best price possible. Rang back as promised and was very patient throughout. Definitely recommend. Hope the holiday is as good as the booking process.

Started with IT problems

Started with IT problems, online freezing for payment, then next day via phone. Sam was apologetic and called back when sorted. Took me through the process and aided with suggestions. This worked out better than the online cost. The personal experience from Sam was first class

Professional dealing with me

IGLU are sitting on my refund and earning interest

My family summer cruise did not happen due to delays at Birmingham Airport and I missed my cruise ship departure (booked as a package holiday). The cruise line have issues a refund to IGLU several weeks ago. IGLU are just sitting on my money, are almost impossible to contact and never get back to me. No manager every returns my calls or replies to my emails. I am completely ignored and they are just sitting with my money in their bank account earning interest. Absolutely terrible customer service and still no sign of a refund two months later. The flight issue was not their fault, but keeping my money, which they had refunded quickly from Celebrity, is their fault. I will never book again with IGLU. I would advise anyone wanting good customer service to book directly with the cruise line and avoid IGLU at all cost.

Caroline was extremely helpful and informative throughout, she explained everything in detail and answered questions in an honest professional manner.
