What are hours of operations?
We are open daily from 8 am and groups depart every 30 minutes. Last departure time and days open varies by season, so always go on-line to verify availability.

What happens in the case of rain?
The Park is open rain or shine. In the event of heavy rain or lightning, climbers who have already started the course are required to return to the back deck (i.e. evacuate the Park) to wait out the weather. If the weather does not improve within a half hour, climbers may request a Rain Check to return and complete the Park at a later date of their choosing. If the weather has not improved within an hour of the evacuation, climbers will be provided with a Rain Check for the remainder of their climb for a future date. Refunds will only be available to climbers who have not yet started their climb due to bad weather. Same rules apply to group reservations.
Do I have to make a reservation?
Reservations are required. To avoid any disappointments or a long wait we always require making a reservation in advance. Our departure times are every 30 minutes. Book your adventure online - BOOK NOW
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept American cash, Visa Debit, and all major credit cards.
Is there more than one course to participate on?
Dependent upon age and height, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park offers: Four (4) Adult Courses (12+) Green, Blue, Silver, Red, Giant Zip line. Three (3) Junior Courses (9-11) Green, Blue, Silver, Giant Zip line. Two (2) Kids Courses (6-7-8) 2 Separate courses. All courses must be completed in order. There is no skipping or repeating courses.
How long on average does it take to complete the adult course?
Although you can end your adventure at any time, you have 3 hours to complete the adult course which includes a brief training session.
How do I get started on a course?
When you have completed your waiver form and paid for your access, you’ll begin a brief group training session. At the training session, you’ll be fitted into your harness and your guide will show you how to attach yourself to safety lines and how to attach yourself to a zip line. Once your guide deems that you can safely use your equipment, you’ll be able to proceed onto your first course.
Is there a minimum age/height for accessing the children’s Yellow course?
Children must be a minimum of 6 years old. In order for children to be able to reach the safety lines and manage their way through the course, they must be able to reach the tips of the fingers to a height of 4’7″ (140 cm) while keeping their feet flat on the ground.
Are there age/height restrictions for the Adult and Junior Courses?
In order for guests (12+) to be able to reach the safety lines and manage their way through the Adult Course they must be able to reach the tips of the fingers to a height of 5’11″ (180 cm) while keeping their feet flat on the ground. The height restriction for the Junior Course (9-11) is 5’9″ (175cm)
Is there a weight limit to participate on our courses?
Guests MUST weigh 275 pounds or less to participate on our courses.
How are the four courses in the adult course ranked in terms of elevation and difficulty?
Each section of the course is marked using a color coded system indicating the challenge based on elevation and difficulty. Green = Minimum Elevation/Minimum Skill Blue = Medium Elevation/ Medium Skill Silver = Advanced Elevation/Medium Skill Red = Advanced Elevation/Advanced Skill
How are the three courses in the junior course ranked in terms of elevation and difficulty?
Each section of the course is marked using a color coded system indicating the challenge based on elevation and difficulty. Green = Minimum Elevation/Minimum Skill Blue = Medium Elevation/ Medium Skill Silver = Advanced Elevation/Medium Skill
Can parents or guardians watch their children on the kids courses?
At least one parent or guardian is required to supervise their child. There are walking paths that you can use to take memorable photos and memories.
Are there clothing requirements for the Course?
Appropriate footwear and clothing is required for safety purposes: No open-toed shoes; no slip-on shoes; no loose baggy clothing or shirts wrapped around the waist; long hair must be tied back; and, we strongly recommend no jewelry – especially necklaces or loose bracelets which could get caught in equipment. We recommend that you wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty (you’re outside, it just happens). Guests can be refused access to the course if they do not have appropriate clothing to meet our safety standards. Climbing gloves for guests are available at the counter for a $2.00 fee.
Can I get a refund if I don’t want to proceed on to a course?
If you don’t proceed onto a course immediately following the end of your training session, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Once you have finished your training and you start on any of the courses, you’ll have forfeited any refund options.
What if I don’t want to go on the course myself, but I want to watch my family/friends go on the courses?
There are walking trails along the course that allow you to walk and observe others as they use and progress through the courses.
Is it possible for physically disabled persons to use the course?
With direct assistance it may be possible for some physically disabled people to complete some aspects of some of the courses. We would require advance notice and a brief interview to determine if it would work out. Give us a call. There may be additional costs involved.
For Young Adventurers
Climbers must be 6-8 years of age to participate on the Kids Course. Height Requirement: Children on these courses have to be able to reach the tips of their fingers to a height of 4’7″ (140cm) while keeping their feet flat on the ground. We know how much you want to see your kids having fun. That’s why we set up walking trails along the Kids Courses. At least one adult parent or legal guardian (aged 18+) is required to stay with their child. Please use the walk trails along the course to take photos and watch your child’s progress from the ground.

How long does Orlando Tree Trek take?
Most visitors take around three hours to complete the adult course at Tree Trek Adventure Park in Florida.
This includes a brief training session.

Courses at Tree Trek Orlando, Florida
Depending on their age and height, guests at the Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park qualify for different courses.
For the safety of the guests, Tree Trek strictly imposes age, height, and weight restrictions.
All visitors must weigh 125 kg (275 pounds) or less to participate in the courses.
Climbers must have a 112 cms (44-inch) waist or smaller to use our required safety equipment.
Adult Courses
Guests older than 12 can participate in the more challenging Adult Courses at Tree Trek.
Even if they are older, the visitors must be able to reach their fingertips to a height of 180 cms (5 feet 11 inches) with their feet flat on the ground.
There are four adult courses – Green, Blue, Silver, Red, and the Giant Zipline.
Each course section is marked using a color-coded system indicating the challenge based on elevation and difficulty.

Silver: Advanced Elevation/Medium Skill

Junior Courses
Tree Trek Orlando’s Junior Course is for children aged 9 to 11 years.
Kids who can get their fingertips to 175 cm (5 feet 9 inches) while keeping their feet flat on the ground qualify for the Junior Course.
There are three Junior courses – Green, Blue, Silver, and the Giant Zip line.
Green: Minimum Elevation/Minimum Skill
Kids Courses
Children must be a minimum of 6 years old to participate in the Yellow Course.
The two special courses with 21 aerial challenges are designed for kids aged 6, 7, and 8 years.
For the kids to reach the safety lines and manage their way through the course, they must be able to get the tips of their fingers to a height of 140 cm (4 feet 7 inches) while keeping their feet flat on the ground.
An adult must stay with the child while they complete the course.
Adventurers must complete all courses in order. They can’t skip a course and move on to the other.
However, if you want to give up the challenge, you can quit whenever you want.
Guests are NOT allowed to repeat courses.

What to wear for Tree Trek Orlando
You must dress up appropriately for the Tree Trek Adventure Park in Orlando for your safety.
The park officials enforce the dress code strictly for the same reason.
