Afbestilling og refundering

Hvis du ikke kan rejse og har brug for at afbestille din rejse, kan du være berettiget til en refundering. Nedenfor finder du information om regler for refundering af billetter, og hvordan du ansøger om refundering.

Refusionsregler

Refusionsreglerne varierer afhængigt af, om du afbestiller rejsen, eller om SAS aflyser den. For rejser, som du afbestiller, uden SAS aflyser flyvningen, gælder følgende.

Det refunderede beløb vil være baseret på billetreglerne. Nogle billetter kan refunderes fuldt ud, mens andre ikke kan refunderes eller kræver, at du betaler et servicegebyr for at få refusionen behandlet. Skatter refunderes altid, hvis du afbestiller en rejse, uanset billettype. Alle refusioner foretages til den oprindelige betalingsmetode, der blev brugt ved købet. Bemærk! Hvis du afbestiller din rejse, vil servicegebyrer, afbestillingsgebyrer og eventuelle tillægstjenester (f.eks. forhåndsvalgt sæde, måltider eller lounge-adgang) ikke blive refunderet.

Vi anbefaler, at du underskriver en rejsedækning eller kontakter din forsikringsselskab for at forstå din hjemforsikring, når du ikke er i stand til at rejse på grund af sygdom. Fuld refusion på grund af hospitalsindlæggelse gælder kun for amerikanske statsborgere.

Du er berettiget til fuld refusion, hvis du afbestiller din billet inden for vores 24-timers fortrydelsesret , eller hvis du har købt en af følgende billetter:

Star Alliance-bonusbilletter, hvis du afbestiller senest 24 timer før din udrejse

gyldige point vil blive refunderet; udløbne point vil ikke blive refunderet

når du har påbegyndt en bonusrejse, vil ingen point for din returrejse blive refunderet

Gå til Mine bookinger

Indtast din bookingreference og dit efternavn eller log ind.

Åbn bookingen, og klik på “Afbestilling og refundering”.

Vælg de rejsende og flyvninger, du gerne vil have refunderet, og klik på “Fortsæt”.

Hvis du af en eller anden grund ikke kan ansøge om refundering online, bedes du ringe til SAS Customer Service og få hjælp.

Om SAS Travel Voucher

Hvis SAS har aflyst en flyvning, og du ønsker at få din billet refunderet, har du også mulighed for at vælge en værdikupon .

Værdikuponen kan bruges til rejser til alle SAS-destinationer af dig eller en anden rejsende. Værdikuponen er gyldig i et år fra udstedelsesdatoen, og ethvert resterende beløb kan refunderes efter et år fra udstedelsesdatoen.

Billetter udstedt af et rejsebureau

For at anmode om refundering af en flyvning, der er booket gennem et rejsebureau enten fysisk eller online, anbefaler vi, at du kontakter rejsebureauet direkte eller udfylder denne formular online

Afbestilling på grund af visumafslag

Du er ansvarlig for alle dokumenter, der kræves ved lov, forordning, kendelse, krav eller andre forhold i de pågældende lande, herunder udrejse-, indrejse- og sundhedsdokumenter.

Med undtagelse af rejser til og fra Kina vil kun billetprisen blive refunderet i overensstemmelse med billetreglerne i tilfælde af visumafslag. Hvis visum til eller fra Kina bliver afvist, kan du afbestille en rejse, der er booket direkte gennem SAS, ved at uploade en kopi af dit officielle visumafslag

Afbestilling på grund af dødsfald i den nærmeste familie

I den ulykkelige situation at en i din nærmeste familie dør, vil vi selvfølgelig hjælpe dig med at afbestille din rejse og refundere dine billetter. Udfyld denne online formular

Håndtering af refundering

Refunderingsprocessen.

Når vi har behandlet din anmodning om refundering, sender vi dig besked med det beløb, der vil blive refunderet. Der genereres ingen besked om refundering for billetter, der er betalt med point og kontanter.

Beløbet vil blive refunderet ved hjælp af den oprindelige betalingsmetode, der blev brugt til købet. Bemærk venligst, at det kan tage op til syv arbejdsdage, fra du modtager refunderingsmeddelelsen, til refunderingen fremgår af dit kontoudtog.

Lavere refundering end forventet?

Refundering af billetter afhænger af følgende:

Hvis du afbestilte din booking, før din flyvning blev aflyst af flyselskabet, er det refunderede beløb baseret på dine billetregler.

For billetter til SAS Go Light eller SAS Go Smart bliver kun skatterne refunderet. Billetprisen og internationale / lokale gebyrer refunderes ikke.

Hvis du fik en billet refunderet mod et gebyr, vil det fulde beløb minus gebyret blive refunderet, for eksempel for SAS Plus Smart- og SAS Business Smart-billetter.

Hvis du har booket en rejse tur/retur og kun ønsker at flyve one way, vil din refundering afhænge af billetreglerne for den ubrugte del af rejsen. I dette tilfælde vil du modtage refundering, når du har gennemført din rejse.
