Grand Canyon National Park

One of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the UNESCO-listed Grand Canyon National Park is a phenomenal feat of nature. You’ll walk the rim and learn from your Local Specialist how it formed over the past 40 million years. From sunrise to sunset, the Grand Canyon is truly mesmerising.

Mesa Verde National Park

Located in Colorado, this UNESCO-listed national park is filled with centuries-old history. You’ll drive the Mesa Top Loop Road past archaeological sites and lookouts, and see the ancient cliff dwellings of the Ancestral Puebloan people, that are chiselled out of the sandstone canyon walls.

Arches National Park

We’ll take you on a journey through the spectacular sandstone arches of Arches National Park. There are more than 2,000 natural arches carved by the wind, including the long Landscape Arch. You can hike to the viewpoint of the iconic Delicate Arch and discover other formations such as Balanced Rock, soaring over the desert.

Yellowstone National Park

Discover the geothermal wonderland of Yellowstone National Park, one of the world’s oldest national parks. We’ll show you the steaming hot springs, alpine forests and rivers, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, mud paint pots, and the remarkable shooting waters of Old Faithful. Keep your eyes peeled for animals like bears, bison, elk and wolves.

Yosemite National Park

Wander in the shadows of Yosemite’s giant sequoia trees, as our Local Specialists reveal the ancient history of these incredible forests. You’ll see the Cathedral Rocks, the plunging Bridal Veil Falls, and the cliffs of El Capitan. We’ll also explore Tenaya Lake and Tuolumne Meadows, before taking a special tour of the Yosemite Valley floor.

Our top 5 things to do in US National Parks

When you visit US National Parks with Trafalgar, we’ll show you the top national parks in the country, from the giant Grand Canyon to the ancient trees of Yosemite.

Buffalo wings

Found across the country, buffalo wings are one of the most beloved dishes in the United States. An unbreaded chicken wing is deep-fried and coated in a vinegar cayenne hot sauce with melted butter. They’re best served hot and dipped in blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Cheesesteak

Hailing from Philadelphia, the cheesesteak is now a classic American dish found across the country. It’s a sandwich made from thin slices of beefsteak and melted cheese, stuffed in a long hoagie roll, and it’s a delicious meal after a long day of hiking through national parks.

Also known as the ‘Yankee pot roast’, this is a braised beef dish made from slow cooking a piece of beef with gravy and vegetables such as potatoes, onions and carrots. The cooking method produces a soft, succulent meat drenched in rich gravy, for a warm and hearty meal.

Best food in US National Parks

Exploring the trails of the national parks works up an appetite, and we’ll show you the best places to taste all the famous dishes of the United States.

What to pack for US National Parks

People packing for a tour

Pack for sustainable travel

Consider your environmental impact when you next take a trip and go single-use-plastic-free by packing a reusable water bottle, a steel straw, your own shopping bags and refillable toiletry bottles.

Hiking shoes

The National Parks of the US are filled with hiking trails, and you’ll need a sturdy pair of shoes to explore these spectacular landscapes.

Versatile clothing

From sun-drenched canyons to snowy peaks, the weather changes throughout the national parks. Come prepared for all climates with layered and versatile clothing.

Reusable water bottle

National parks are pristine protected areas, and whatever you take in, you must take out. Bring a reusable water bottle to avoid adding to waste with disposable plastic bottles.

A book to collect stamps

You can collect unique stamps at the ranger stations of each national park. Bring a notebook to keep them in, as a special memento of your journey.

The national parks are filled with incredible animals like bears and bison, and a pair of binoculars will help you spot wildlife safely from a distance.

Tauck's National Park vacations offer inside experiences thanks to our relationships and partnerships within the parks. With exceptional access, we are able to handle all of the details for you so you can spend more time enjoying these must-see places at the best time of day and with fewer crowds.

National Parks

  • ITINERARIES
  • FEATURED TOURS

Welcome to the National Parks

Our relationships with the national parks runs deep going back many many years. With that... we are able to show you something pretty special as you visit must-see places at their must-see times of day and when you stay at inside-the-park hotels, the crowds are fewer and the experience is richer. There's no planning and no organizing – and the best of all, no driving; we take care of all the details. And at the end of the day, hearing "I've seen and done everything I hoped to" is music to our ears.

Explore three national parks on one journey, grand teton national park, niagara falls, ontario, "canada's capital cities plus niagara falls" and "cruising the great lakes: chicago to toronto".

Comprised of three waterfalls – American Falls, Horseshoe Falls and Bridal Veil Falls – Niagara Falls water stems from the upper Great Lakes; the river is estimated to be 12,000 years old. Journey to thundering Niagara Falls for a catamaran cruise near the plunging waters and misty spray of the waterfalls – getting wet is a distinct possibility – and explore the quaint Victorian village of Niagara-on-the-Lake with its flower-filled, tree-lined streets.

Yellowstone National Park

Bryce canyon national park, a feast for the eyes... and the soul.

Oranges and pinks never seen anywhere else dance and dazzle the eye as sunlight plays over Bryce Canyon National Park, where wind and rain have sculpted the canyon's famously quirky, logic-defying "hoodoos" that, according to Paiute legend, were once human before a powerful god called Coyote froze them into rock (for the record, the rock is Navajo sandstone). This universe of warm colors literally glows at sunrise and sunset – a sight to see that can send shivers up your spine. The park reveals nature dressed in a coat of many colors – hues beyond imagining, deeply satisfying to the eye, and energizing to the spirit.

Grand Canyon National Park

Not just a hole in the ground....

Surely you have stumbled upon some other planet... or at least it feels that way at Grand Canyon National Park. Your first glimpse of the enormous Grand Canyon strains credulity. What giants have been playing with the rock here? Or what cataclysmic force of the universe? Then the drama starts. Clouds, shadows, and the shifting sun keep transforming the landscape. As the sun flames in the west, canyon walls turn red while the giants paint the sky, creating masterpieces so beautiful they freeze you in your tracks. The Grand Canyon sprawls wide open, carved out by the Colorado River, revealing two billion years of Earth's history; here is where air meets land, where you meet what feels like destiny, with just the white-tailed Kaibab squirrel, only found here, as witness.

Yosemite National Park

Through the eyes of john muir and ansel adams.

What a young Ansel Adams saw through his lens as he trekked into the California wilderness more than 100 years ago – as John Muir did a half-century before him – has inspired countless visitors to explore its chiseled landscapes in starry-eyed wonder ever since. You won't find modern conveniences here. Celestial bodies trump electricity. Running water falls from rocks. Residents are furred, finned or feathered. And skyscrapers with names like Half Dome and El Capitan are nature made. Adams was just 14 when he first spied the grandeur of Yosemite National Park, armed with a Kodak Brownie camera his father had given him… and a new era began not only for him, but for the wilderness treasures he spent his lifetime celebrating. His iconic photographs need no words or explanation. Even in black and white, they capture what he felt about places now immortalized for future generations.

Western USA National Parks Loop

5 days | explore the national parks of the usa’s wild west.

Jeep excursion in Monument Valley, Utah, USA

Deserts, canyons, lakes and valleys await on a five-day adventure through western USA’s most spectacular national parks. Hike through the diverse scenery of Zion National Park, marvel at sandstone spires in Bryce Canyon National Park, join a Navajo guide to learn about the history of Monument Valley and take in one of the natural wonders of the world at Grand Canyon National Park. Let an expert local guide share stories of the landscape and discover there’s more to each destination than what meets the eye.

Trip overview

  • Hike through the varied landscapes of Zion National Park, taking in views of massive canyon walls and red sandstone cliffs as you go.
  • Learn about the culture and history of Monument Valley during a Navajo guided tour, followed by a traditional homecooked, family-style Navajo lunch.
  • Stroll along the canyon rim in Bryce Canyon National Park to admire the out-of-this-world sandstone spires known as hoodoos.
  • Kayak across the waters of Lake Powell, weaving your way past fascinating rock formations as your leader shares stories of the lake’s history.
  • Marvel at one of the nation’s greatest national parks, The Grand Canyon, and walk along the rim, hike into the canyon or take in an epic sunset or sunrise (depending on season)
  • By travelling on this trip, you’ll learn about our Intrepid Foundation partner, the Grand Canyon Conservancy. Donations help them protect Grand Canyon National Park and support trail restoration, conservation of native plants and wildlife, and educational programs. Intrepid will double the impact by dollar-matching all post-trip donations made to The Intrepid Foundation.
  • This is a fast-paced trip that covers a lot of ground in a short time. You'll be travelling in a private vehicle with your group. Extra space can be tight, and conditions may feel a little cramped. It’s all part of the adventure and a great way to get to know your fellow travellers. Please read the itinerary carefully for travel time estimates.
  • The trip involves a lot of walking through Zion National Park and Bryce National park, so be prepared with hiking shoes, a water bottle and day pack.
  • Lunches will be simple picnic style so perhaps bring some of your own snacks if you think you’ll get hungry between meals.
  • We will be travelling to the desert, which means it is often very warm during the day but cold at night, so make sure you pack the appropriate clothing for all weather.
  • You may also want to check out our Best of Western USA if you have a longer time to explore the region:

Welcome to Las Vegas! The real wild west is home to some of the USA’s most incredible scenery. Your adventure begins with a welcome meeting at 8 am. Then, you’ll hop aboard a private van. Get to know each other over a picnic lunch, then venture into the stunning landscapes of Zion National Park. Join your leader for a guided hike, then spend the night in Springdale – known as the gateway to the park.

  • Hotel (1 night)
  • Zion National Park - Walks

Please make your own way to the hotel lobby to meet your leader at 8 am this morning. It’s recommended you append an extra day or two in Vegas so you have plenty of time to get there.

Your total travel time today is approximately 3 hours.

The exact trail we hike in Zion will depend on the group's interest and ability, and will typically be either the Emerald Pools trail, or the Watchman trail. The hiking is easy to moderate with a distance of approximately 3 miles/4.8 km with 350 ft/107 mt of elevation gain.

After breakfast this morning, it’s time to make tracks for Bryce Canyon National Park – make sure your camera is ready to go, as some of the views you’ll come across today are truly out of this world! Take a short drive in your private vehicle, then spend the morning hiking through the epic landscapes of the park. Walk along the canyon rim and marvel at hundreds of unique sandstone towers, known as hoodoos, that jut out from the natural amphitheatre. Relax while you enjoy a picnic lunch and take in your magnificent surroundings, then hike down into the canyon for a closer look at the fascinating hoodoos. Then, drive on to the town of Page, where you’ll spend the night.

  • Bryce Canyon - Leader-led Walk

Your total travel time today is approximately 5 hours.

Today's hiking distance is 3 miles (4.8 km) with 450 feet (137 m) of elevation gain.

Bryce Canyon is situated at 8000 ft (2440 m) above sea level. You can expect cooler temperatures, thinner and dryer air than elsewhere on this trip. Make sure you stay hydrated while hiking in the park.

Journey south this morning, driving through more spectacular scenery before arriving at Lake Powell. This gorgeous reservoir is certainly a sight to behold from the shore but to really appreciate it, you’ve got to get on the water. Jump in a kayak and paddle across the water’s surface, weaving your way through remarkable rock formations while your leader regales you with stories of the lake’s history. Back on dry land, set out for a gentle walk along Horseshoe Bend, taking in beautiful views with every step. This afternoon there is an option to visit Antelope Canyon before returning to Page for the evening.

  • Horseshoe Bend Visit
  • Lake Powell - Kayaking
  • Page - Antelope Canyon Tour - USD70

You will get wet during the kayaking excursion, therefore we recommend wearing a swimsuit and water shoes/sandals, or bring a change of clothes and shoes with you on this day.

During November and December, you may be unable to kayak on Lake Powell. There will be a local slot canyon walk included when kayaking is not possible. This hike does involve soft sand, stairs and ramps, so it’s best to wear closed-toe shoes.

ANTELOPE CANYON: Since this tour is very popular and tends to sell out, we recommend you pre-book your space. You can book any time slot 2pm or later. Please book the Lower Antelope Canyon Hiking Tour here: https://www.antelopelowercanyon.com/tours/

Start the day with a drive to Monument Valley – one of the world’s most iconic sights. If this landscape dotted with towering sandstone buttes looks familiar to you, it’s no surprise – Monument Valley has been the filming location for many famous Western films. More importantly, this is the native land of the Navajo. When you arrive, you’ll transfer from your vehicle to a 4WD and enjoy a Navajo-guided tour of Monument Valley, where you’ll have the chance to learn more about their rich culture and history in the area before sitting down to a traditional homecooked, family-style Navajo lunch. Continue your journey onto the iconic Grand Canyon for some awe-inspiring walks along the rim.

  • Monument Valley - Navajo guided 4x4 Jeep tour including traditional lunch

We aim to experience either sunset or sunrise at the Grand Canyon rim, depending on season. During spring and fall when the sun sets earlier and rises later we typically visit for sunrise on Day 5. During the summer months we visit for sunset on Day 4.

This morning it's time to return to Las Vegas, but first we'll make a stop along Historic Route 66. You’ll arrive back in Las Vegas at approximately 4 pm where your adventure will come to an end.

  • Grand Canyon National Park - Entrance

Your total travel time today is approximately 4.5 hours.

There is no accommodation included in Las Vegas on the last day.  We'll be happy to book additional accommodation for you (subject to availability). Speak to an Intrepid booking agent for more information.

If you wish to spend more time in Las Vegas, we'll be happy to book additional accommodation for you (subject to availability). Speak to an Intrepid booking agent for more information. 4. Very good app. Maps need improvement

Overall, I think this app is pretty well put together, and anyone visiting a National Park or NPS-maintained site should have this app downloaded. It is very nice that you can download individual parks for offline use. This is especially helpful for parks where there might not be cell service. However, there are a couple things that I would change about the app. First, there should be a way to link your park passes (daily entry, tours, A the B, etc.) to the app. That way you can have everything organized in one place. Second, the maps for individual parks, especially the larger ones, are way too cluttered. Using Yellowstone as an example, there are 515 unique markers on the Yellowstone map. Before it was shuttered, the old Yellowstone app had the PERFECT setup for the map. It would have large markers for the most used points of interest (Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic, Mammoth Hot Springs, etc.), while having smaller markers for less used points (trailheads, vault toilets, picnic areas, etc.) Then, when you zoomed out on the map, you would only see the large, important markers. As you zoomed in, the smaller, less used markers would appear. This helped tremendously by keeping the map from being too littered with markers and by making it easy to find the famous points of interest that most people will be looking for.

Useful app but info not available from other devices

The information on the NPS Park app is very helpful. It contains detailed information about the parks, history, access, parking, lodging, and other amenities. A few areas of improvement would be: 1. to be able to retrieve information saved on one device from another device For example, if you save all the parks that you have visited over the years onto one phone, you can’t retrieve it from a tablet or laptop. On top of which once you get a new phone there’s no way to transfer the information. You have to enter it all over again since there’s no way to retrieve that history. 2. The app has a lot of good information but is not the most intuitive to navigate. Frequently you are told where you can locate information, but there is no link provided to let you go to that page. 3. A note to the NPS developers. While there are buttons on each page that ask whether the page was helpful, there is no place to provide general feedback so that the end-user could provide suggestions.

Awesome start. Hoping for many more features.

Honestly this is one of my favorite apps. Even if I’m not traveling, I like to load the app and explore parks from afar. I love how much love and energy went into this app. It’s obvious that the content comes from people who love the parks as much as we do. Here’s what I’d love to see: Improve offline access: being able to save parks for offline use is awesome. However, the app spends a really long time trying to load when you don’t have internet access before finally giving an error message and then loading after a delay. I wish the app would start in offline mode (offline is default) and then access the internet once the app is loaded. Sort by ability or activity level: I wish I didn’t have to load every single item in a list to see if a trail or thing is ADA accessible. Maybe add an icon to the items on a list… or add a filter. Passport stamp locations: I love this feature. Can the items on this list be clickable? Take me to the entry for that visitors center, so I can find info on accessing it. More pictures: I’m disabled and physical access can be an issue. It’s so cool to be able to see places I’ll never be able to visit. Show me the super advanced hikes I’ll never get to. And show us more wildlife we might have trouble seeing on our visit! I’ve got a million suggestions but you all are busy people. Thanks for making a cool app. Looking forward to updates.

A group of people walking through a snowy mountainous landscape.

Experience the Arctic Circle

Auyuittuq national park.

Auyuittuq is a very special place few people get to experience. When you join this trip you will have the opportunity to explore a vast arctic landscape with narrow fiords, towering mountains, hanging glaciers and, if you are lucky, some arctic wildlife. It’s a photographer’s paradise at the Arctic Circle. For more information or to book your trip, contact us .

Please note the outfitter reserves the right to cancel trips if the weather is not suitable.

On the morning of departure, please meet at the Auyuittuq National Park Visitor Centre in Pangnirtung at 8:30 am. You will start your day with the park interpreter who will lead you through the park orientation and registration. The park entry fee for the day is $16.00 per person and can be paid at the park office. If you have a valid Backcountry Camping and Excursion Pass please bring it as it is valid for day use. A minimum of 4 people per trip is required. The cost per person is $225.00. The outfitter accepts cash or e-transfer only.

During your trip, you will be accompanied by Parks Canada staff, sharing stories about the park and the area. You will travel from Pangnirtung over the spectacular Pangnirtung Fiord into Auyuittuq National Park via snowmobile and qamutik, taking approximately one hour. Be prepared for a bumpy ride! Your guide will stop periodically along route to allow you to get up and move around to keep your blood circulating, your extremities warm and to let your eyes take in the incredible scenery. Once in the park, the outfitter will stop below Crater Lake so you can walk up for a look and then continue on by foot to cross the Arctic Circle. If weather permits, you may even catch a glimpse of spectacular Thor Peak.

There is one outhouse along the route. Participants should be prepared to relieve themselves out on the land. We recommend that participants bring toilet paper in a ziploc bag with an additional bag for used toilet paper to be disposed of at the outhouse or back in the community.

You can expect to be back at the Parks Canada Visitor Centre in Pangnirtung by 5:00 pm.

You should be prepared for variability. April temperatures can range from +10°C to – 30 °C in Pangnirtung. Being cold can ruin your visit to the Arctic Circle. We want you to enjoy your time so we have prepared a few tips to help you make the most of your day.

Keeping your hands and feet warm and dry You may be walking on snow, bare ice and if it is warm, slushy pools of water on ice. Whatever the conditions, Auyuittuq National Park is a wilderness area, and you will be on uneven slippery surfaces. You will want well insulated water resistant boots with good grip or tracks.

Appropriate equipment and fit are critical to keeping your hands and feet warm. Restricted circulation can be an issue if your boots are too tight or you have too many layers of socks or mittens. Keep your extremities toasty by ensuring you have good fitting mittens and boots with adequate room for circulation, but not enough for drafts. Mittens should be windproof and very warm. If you are planning on taking pictures you may want to consider bringing a light pair of gloves to keep your hands nimble while you are working with your camera. Hand and foot warmers are a good idea as well.

Keeping your core warm Make sure you wear lots of layers and bring extras in your day pack. You can always take them off if you’re too hot. It is windy traveling behind a snowmobile so ensure you have a warm, windproof outer layer that can be synched in tight to the body to stop drafts. When your core is cold, your body pulls blood away from your extremities, making your fingers and toes cold.

Bring lots of snacks Think of your body as a living furnace that needs fuel to keep warm. Have a big warm breakfast before coming out and keep eating during the day. Be prepared for whatever food you bring to freeze. For this reason, crackers, nuts, chocolate and dried fruits are good choices. Fatty foods like nuts and chocolate burn slowly and help keep you warm. You may want to leave the lettuce and oranges behind for this trip.

Bring a thermos full of hot liquid A hot, sweet drink will help to keep you hydrated and your core and extremities warm. Avoid alcohol. Pangnirtung is a “dry” community and alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol dilates your capillaries and drops your core temperature, making it much harder to stay warm.

Protect your head and face No matter what you call it (toque, hat, beanie), keeping your head warm is important. You want to be able to synch your hood in tight to keep the hood on and drafts out. It’s also a good idea to pack goggles to protect your eyes and a balaclava or something to protect your face because the fast movement of the snowmobile adds wind chill to the cold temperatures making frost bite more likely.

There is no road access to Pangnirtung. Canadian North offers scheduled flights to Pangnirtung via Iqaluit from Montreal, Ottawa and Yellowknife. Weather conditions in the north may impact your travel schedule. Flights are often delayed and sometimes cancelled so allow for delays when planning.

Find a hotel, bed and breakfast, campground or other accommodations in Pangnirtung .

If you’re making a trip to the Arctic Circle, why not stay awhile and experience all that spectacular Pangnirtung has to offer?

Floe edge tours A visit to the floe edge – where the frozen sea meets the open sea – is a special Arctic experience in the spring. Arctic wildlife such as seals, polar bears, walruses, narwhal, bowhead and beluga whales, and an astounding variety of birds gather at the floe edge. Be prepared for a full day trip. Fishing trips are also possible.

Auyuittuq National Park Visitor Centre A great place to start! Here you will find exhibits that interpret the natural and cultural history of Auyuittuq National Park and other national parks and historic sites in Nunavut. The Parks Canada administrative office is in the same building.

Angmarlik Interpretative Centre Located next to the Auyuittuq National Park Visitor Centre, this community museum, library and Elder’s centre displays representations of traditional Inuit and whaling life in Cumberland Sound. Elders meet three times a week in the afternoon to play cards, knit, play games or chat with each other.

Pangnirtung community history and sites Between the Hamlet Office and the Angmarlik Centre is a small yellow house that was the home of the community’s first doctor. It was moved from its old location and used as the first visitor centre for the community.

Behind the Northern Store are the former Hudson’s Bay Company buildings . On the high rock near the shore is a small black cannon that was fired whenever the ships arrived.

On the beach, near the Auyuittuq Lodge, are the old whale blubber station buildings which were in operation by the Hudson’s Bay Company until 1964.

The Ukuma Trail skirts the Duval River and heads toward Kingnait Fiord. The trail found on the far side of the river. It follows an easy route onto Mount Duval where you can see the spectacular scenery around Pangnirtung.

There are many artisans in Pangnirtung, producing amazing work to sell to locals and visitors. Some local artists sell their wares going from house to house or to offices, you may want to have cash on hand so you can purchase directly from the artists.

The Uqqurmiut Centre for Arts and Craft Phone: (867)-473-8669, Fax: 473-8634, Email: [email protected] A locally-owned business and primarily a tapestry studio, print shop and craft gallery, this small shop sells carvings, tapestries and prints, as well as the famous crocheted Pangnirtung hats, Malaya sweaters, soapstone and whalebone carvings, brooches, and pins by many local artists. The weaving shop also produces blankets, scarves and sweaters.

Arctic Inuit Co-op Phone: (867) 473-8936/8970, Fax: 473-8657 A general store that sells local carvings and crafts as well as groceries, produce, hardware etc.

The Northern Store Phone: (867) 473-8935/8908, Fax: 473-8610 Sells a little of everything, from snowmobiles, to clothes, groceries and produce, craft supplies home and hardware.

Soldier sings national anthem while touring Texas Capitol

AUSTIN, Texas (KWTX) - There’s nothing like good harmony in the state capitol to show national pride, as shown by soldier Sarah McCauley and Sgt. Mark.

McCauley sang her heart out to the national anthem while enjoying a tour of the Texas state capital in Austin, Texas. It started as just her, but her friend was quick to join.

“As we were at the top, we just started singing the national anthem because it is one of my favorite songs to sing,” McCauley said.

McCauley said she’s always loved to sing, and the anthem is one of her favorites.

Her unit of the national guard was stationed at the capital in Austin for Palestinian protests.

Russia Approves High-Speed Railway Connecting Moscow and St. Petersburg

Russia has approved a project to build the first high-speed passenger railway between its two biggest cities, Moscow and St. Petersburg, to be funded with billions of dollars from the state budget, a government directive showed on Thursday. The government approved the construction of the 679 km railroad, which should allow Russian-made trains travelling at 360 km/hour per hour to get from Moscow to St. Petersburg in 2-2.5 hours instead of the current 4-5 hours, on the first business day of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The railway, which will cost more than 2.3 trillion roubles ($25.97 billion), will be built by a Russian company, VSM Two Capitals, on concession terms using state and private money. The Russian government plans to allocate at least 300 billion roubles of loans from the National Welfare Fund at 1% in 2025, and subsidies amounting to about 328 billion roubles between 2024 and 2038, the directive showed.

More than 580 billion roubles is needed for the project from the National Welfare Fund, with other funding coming from sources including Russian state-owned banks VTB, Sberbank and Gazprombank, the former minister of transport Vitaly Savelyev said in February. The head of Russia's Sberbank German Gref said on Thursday it will participate in financing the project.

Russia has proposed to raise taxes for companies and the wealthy, which may add an extra $30 billion to next year's budget revenues and allow Moscow to increase spending, including on its war in Ukraine. ($1 = 88.5750 roubles)
