The mission of the Small Wild Cat Conservation Foundation is to ensure the survival of small wild cats and their natural habitats worldwide. This mission is achieved by working with local partners around the world to identify and mitigate threats to the world’s small wild cats.

The small wild cat conservation foundation (swccf) works with partners and organizations around the world reducing and mitigating threats to small wild cats , while raising awareness of small wild cats and calling attention to the threats they face., we take a pragmatic approach to conservation: what are the threats and what are our partners doing to reduce those threats threats come in many forms from free-ranging chickens to misaligned government policy, from federally protected feral dogs, to bush-meat hunting. for example, many species of small cats are killed in retaliation for preying on domestic poultry, goats, and llamas. thus, our local partners repair and build predator-proof henhouses, provide trained guard dogs to protect livestock, and supply rural communities with piglets to reduce poaching . , our partners provide custom solutions to people and communities to improve their lives while reducing threats to small cats and other wildlife . with few exceptions, swccf does not see a need for “more research.” even if the ecology and natural history of a small cat species is entirely unknown, if the species is preying on chickens, enough is known to reduce the threat. in our rapidly changing world, threats continue to morph – so must our threat reduction actions. .

ABOUT KRISHNA DAS

Krishna Das is a Grammy Nominated American vocalist known for his performances of Hindu devotional music known as kirtan (chanting the names of God). He has released seventeen albums since 1996. He performed at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where his album Live Ananda (2012) was nominated for the 2013 Grammy Award for Best New Age Album. He's been described by the New York Times as "the chant master of American yoga.

When touring, Krishna Das often offers workshops, where practitioners and the curious are able to pick his brain on subjects ranging from the spiritual to the intimately personal. He is an advocate for regular spiritual practice, especially chanting, and for many, he has become a teacher of sorts, a spiritual Big Brother with a quick-witted sense of humor, as well as a calming voice of wisdom, reason and practicality.  During the pandemic lockdowns, KD offered weekly online satsangs, showing up without fail to facilitate a safe space for people to connect, to practice, ask their questions, and share their troubles and joys. Nina Rao learned traditional chants (bhajans) from her grandfather in a village in south India when she was nine years old. The chants quietly stayed with her until she rediscovered chanting with Krishna Das in New York in 1996. In 1998 she met her guru, Sri Siddhi Ma in the foothills of the Himalayas and spent time with her regularly for 19 years.

PANORAMA SUITES

The new collection of Panorama suites is inspired by the breathtaking views over the lush jungle and rice fields. There are 12 Panorama Suites with a choice of king or twin beds, living room space and large balcony. Guests can sip on one of Soulshine’s signature cocktails recreated from the in room ‘maxi bar’ while they soak in the terrazzo tub listening to the warm sounds of vinyl on their in-room record player.

On the top level of the resort you will find 3 Panorama Penthouse Suites offering spacious living and bar, an oversize in-room tub and walk-in wardrobe, all with an 180-degree view of the coconut trees and rice fields.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do It Need a visa to enter Indonesia?

Yes, depending on your nationality you may need to apply for a visa in advance or you may be eligible for a VISA on arrival. Please check this link to verify your status:  http://www.balitourismboard.org/immigration.html. 

Make sure that you have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date or you will be turned away from your departing city. You must also have proof of a return ticket.  

STAYING UNDER 30 DAYS: If you are staying under 30 days, you can enter at no cost.

STAYING OVER 30 DAYS: If you want to stay over 30 days you must buy a Visa on Arrival for $35USD, then extend your visa before it expires on Day 30. This can be arranged at Soulshine or a local immigration agent.

What airport do I fly into?

Denpasar Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is the international airpot you will be flying into. Remember you can lose up to two days with the time change and flight time, so double check your arrival date and retreat start date.

How do I get to Soulshine from the airport?

Airport transfer is included in your package. One of our trusted drivers will meet you with a Soulshine Bali sign and big welcome smile. If you need pick up from another hotel, we can arrange this for a small fee.

What is the electrical current/outlet in Bali?

Bali electricity runs at 220V.  Adapters will be necessary if you are bringing any electrical items. We use the European plug (two round pins). We have adaptors for you to borrow and all our rooms have at least one American adaptor to plug directly into. You can also borrow adaptors from reception once you arrive.

We provide hairdryers in each room. Please do not bring your hairdyrer as it might blow.

Do I need vaccines? ​

Traveling outside of you home country can expose you to bugs your body might not be used to. The odd case of "bali belly" (diarrhea) is not uncommon. Packing an anti-diarrheal can put you at ease. It's always nice to check in with your family doctor or local travel clinic if you need any information on vaccines or medications to bring with you. We've got some great pharmacies ("Apotek" in Indonesian) and an awesome health clinic nearby Soulshine Bali in case you need anything.  ​  To enter Indonesia you need to have proof of Covid-19 vaccines.

What is the currency? ​

The currency here is called Rupiah. You can bring your own currency over and convert it, or use ATM machines to withdraw Indonesian currency.  ATM withdrawal fees vary bank to bank, so make sure you check in with yours to get all the info. Many restaurants and stores take credit cards. Don't forget to let your bank or credit card company know you are traveling.

What do I pack?

Because we are located near the equator, Bali tends to have fairly stable weather with the ‘wet’ season occurring between November and March and the ‘dry’ season between May and September. The sun still shines bright during the wet season. It is generally always hot with temperatures hovering in the mid to high 80s and up. We recommend light clothing that breathes but can also protect you from the sun. Being near the equator, our sun is hot and can burn much faster than what you might be used to. Sleeves or a light jacket is also helpful in the evenings if you decide to take a scooter ride. We've got great natural bug spray and SPF 25 sunscreen, but don't forget to pack your own if you have your favorites.

Everything was easy from our pickup to every single site. We didn’t have to worry about anything as our Tour Guide Made Suwira handled everything. He was amazing and went above and beyond. He shared a lot of the culture as we asked questions, and was super patient and accommodating with us! The driving in Bali is very crazy and we always felt safe with him handling the rain, traffic and distance between places! If we needed a change of plans he accommodated. As far as the actual itinerary goes, it’s fantastic! This company has figured out what to cover and when. It’s a very packed schedule but you will cover the best highlights! Our first day with the tour operator was airport pickup and drop to the airport. We were greeted by our tour driver (komang) and left at the hotel. He got along with us quite well which made us feel very comfortable. The second day with them was at Ubud where they took us to beautiful scenic places of Ubud like kitamani volcano, rice fields, aloha swing and beautiful temples through scenic hilly routes. Komang was very friendly and helpful. He took us to an Indian restaurant which was facing the Kintamani Volcano give us an enthralling view of the volcanic mountain while having our lunch. The third day was to visit lakes and temples at Ubud which were full of breathtaking views and beautiful climate. My kid was not well throughout the day so our driver Komang helped us a lot during the entire day. The fourth day comprised of beaches, turtle island, water sport and the enigmatic scenery of ulluwatu temple. We had great fun and komang joined us as well. He streched a lot as we had to move to another hotel on this day. Our last day was filled with longing as we were dropped at the airport and waved a final good bye by komang. My kid got very attached to komang which made us feel thankful for the entire trip. Overall it was wonderful and a memorable experience. Terms & Conditions

6. Also in the event of a passenger traveling separately from the group should reach on his own at the hotel / appropriate place at time and report to Radhe Krishna Tourism representative / Tour Manager. There will be no refund in failure to do so or in case the passenger need to leave early. Any separate transport arrangement other than with the group will have to be paid by the passenger separately.

7. Meals are pre booked and pre-set, the type of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. Unlike an airline it would not be possible to provide a special meal or a special diet other than what is mentioned in the brochure. There would be no refund if the passenger chooses on their own not to take any meal.

8. The hotels provided on the tour are normally moderate unless a superior hotel quality is mentioned. Hotels will have attached bath / shower. Most of the hotels in Europe do not have Air Conditioning or Fans in the room due to favorable weather conditions. Triple room are usually of same size of a double room with an extra roll away bed. A list of hotels confirmed for a particular to our will be given prior departure.

9. Most of the hotels have safe deposit lockers. You are advised to keep your valuables in the safe deposit lockers. Also it is advised to keep the passport tickets, Foreign Exchange and Baggage’s safely. In the case of loss the consequential problems and co sty will have to be borne by the passenger. Under no circumstances Radhe Krishna Tourism can be held responsible for any such losses whenever & however it may cause.

The Clients should not leave behind any property in the coach while disembarking. The Company would not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such property under any circumstances.

10.  It is the responsibility of the passenger to hold valid documents to enter I not a country such as passport, visa, Health Insurance, Vaccination etc. Where Radhe Krishna Tourism   needs to apply for any visa or other documents on behalf of the passenger, he    needs to furnish  all documents required by such authority. However Radhe Krishna Tourism will not be liable or responsible for refusal of same by the appropriate authority.

11. It is advisable that the passenger should a acquire adequate insurance cover to secure their life, health and property. It is to be noted that Radhe Krishna Tourism Pvt. Ltd. under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the passenger or any other person for any death, personal , injury, accident, loss, delay discomfort, increase expense, consequential loss or damage to baggage, personal effects howsoever caused. It shall be your duty to inform the Company in case the Client has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. The Co many reserves the right to ask any Client to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed, the Company is not be liable to provide any assistance or money back.

12.  Radhe Krishna Tourism  act in its capacity as agents for and on behalf of pas singers. We do not own or control any aircraft, ship, hotels our coaches or cars or any other means of transportation or any other facility or service mentioned. We take care of contracting all the ingredients of your holiday. Hence we cannot be held responsible for any acts of omit scion or commission of any to her party. Neither we can be held responsible for circumstances, beyond our control and arising out of natural calamities, airlines flight delays, strikes, breakdown in facilities, accidents etc. However caused (Force Majeure vies Majeure).

13.  Any claim or complaint by the passenger must be notified to Radhe Krishna Tourism in writing within 28 days (Twenty Eight Days) from emend of the tour. Claim notified tot Radhe Krishna Tourism  outside the period will not be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability inn respect thereof. Also the clay m should be substantiated with proper evidence and for any deficiency of services provided should be countersigned by the tour manager / local representative.

14.   All claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours of Radhe Krishna Tourism  are subject to Indian Law and Subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad Court only.

16. All tours are subject to R.B.I. / G.O.I. rules and for BTQ passengers only .

17.  All payments made within 15 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid in cash / bankers cherub. The PAN card copy will be required when payments amounting Rs. 25000/- or above are made by cash.

18.          AMENDMEENTS - A transfer from one Tour to another will be treated as cancellation from one Tour and a fresh booking on another. Therefore Cancellation Charges will apply. In case a passenger wishes to change his onward / return date of journey apart          from the scheduled group departure dates, airlines levies a deviation charge in such even t which will be intimated and the passenger needs to pay such charges. Also incase on thee changed date the seats are unavailable on the desired class of booking, passenger need s to pay the supplement for the difference in class of booking if any.

19.          If for any reasons beyond Radhe Krishna Tourism   control, as an agent for and on behalf of the passengers, the passengers miss any tour or sightseeing or meal or any other serve cues as per schedule of the tour, Radhe Krishna Tourism will be liable to refund the actual cost of the service's only. Radhe Krishna Tourism will not be responsible or liable for any other cones quintal cost or compensation in this regard. The communicate tin transmitted to your mailing address / email address on re record shall be deemed to have been communicated to you. All communication from you too the Company has to be in writing, not orally. Where a booking is made directly by you with ions will be sent to you h the Company, communicated your mailing address, e-mail address given in the Booking Form. Where  booking is made through a travel agent, communications from the Company will be sent to your agent through whom such booking has been received on your behalf and the agent would be responsible for transmitting such communication tot you. All monies paid to the travel agent shall not constitute payment to us unless depose ted by your agent with the Company.

20. CANCELLATIONS : As we book services in advance and are bound to honor the commitments as to payment to the suppliers, cancellation of services earmarked results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of communication off cancellation to the supplier a nod therefore, the cancellation schedule, which is based on the above amongst other factors becomes applicable on cancellation.

                A. Scheduled Radhe Krishna Tourism tours and Individual tours If circumstances make you cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the Booking Conditions of the Tour we are constrained to levy the following Cancellation Charges.

Period of Cancellation Charges:

                1. Token amount of Rs. 25,000/- per person are non refundable & not adjustable / transferable with any other tour.

                2. In case of refusal of visa or tour cancel from passenger side after booking: Visa cost + service charge Rs .5000 to 10000/- as per tour category.

                3. If passenger cancel their tour after achieving their visa, then the fully registration money will be forfeited.

                I. Between 45 – 31 days before departure- the whole registration amount.

                ii. 30 days or before tour commencement for Rs. 20000 + Visa cost non-payment of balance

                ii. 29 - 15 days before tour commencement for “70% of the total tour price”

                iii. 14 - 10 days before tour co men cement for “50% of the e total tour price”

                Iv. In case of 1 day or “NO SHOW “100% of the total tour price .

B.             Third Party products (Trafalgar tours / Insight ht Vacation, Cruises, Aural, A ire tickets)

                Terms and conditions of such services will be intimated at the time of booking and such cancellation

                Terms will apply and needs to be paid along with the service charge of Rs. 22000/-  per person

C.             Radhe Krishna Tourism . reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such situation we will book the passenger on a differed not tour date. Incase if the alternate tour date is not acceptable, we will refund all monies paid by you excluding cost of visa fees,, but no compensation is payable. Radhe Krishna Tourism . cannot take responsibility for any cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Radhe Krishna Tourism

21. REFUNDS : Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid by Radhe Krishna Tourism . or through the Travel Agent / Preferred Sales Agent t through whom you have forwarded your payment to us. It would take at least 30 days to process refunds. Any refunds, weather payment received in Indian rupees or foreign exchange e will be affected in Indian Rupees only at the prevailing For deign Exchange buying rate. There is no refund payable for any Unutilized Services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Hotels, and Cruise etc..)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: - Group tours

                1. at the time of booking: Registration amount of Rs. 25,000/- per person plus (+) visa fees if any.

                2. within 20 days of registration: Balance Rupee payment

                3. At least 30 days before departure: Foreign Exchange (land arrangement) or Equivalent of fore amount in INR. Calculated at the specified exchange rate of the pay mint date.

                If anybody wants to book the tour within 44 – 331 days before departure, the passenger has to pay the INR amount in full.

                If anybody wants to book the tour within 30 ad yes of departure, full tour cost has to be paid at the time of booking Please note that in case of special offers, promotions or schemes additional terms and conditions of these offers, promotions or schemes will     

                be applicable in addition to these terms and conditions . You might have to adhere to the payment schedule prescribed under such offers, promote ions or schemes in  order to be eligible to avail benefits under such offers, promotions or schemes. If you fail                     

                to make the payment by the due date and/or do not comply with all the terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or scheme you would not be entitled to receive the benefit under such offer, promotion or scheme.
