we used them last year and we are booked with them this year we have had no trouble and they have sorted our problems with no hassle like change of hotel and adding people to the booking we also get our theme park tickets from them..

I've used to book a hotel only but had no issues or complaints

Would book through them again, they seem to come up with some very good deals!

We used them last for a Hotel only booking in Ras al Khaimah. They came up with the best price. We had no issues, but it can take up to 48 hours to confirm the booking. No payment was taken until full confirmation. Highly recommended.

Sorry, to be further clear my post, we used them last year.

well next week i am booking up for this november and i like to fly with virgin but dont particuarly like their prices,

so i then got a quote from virgin holidays on line for the same resort but minus the park tickets as they are cheaper from american attractions.total was approx £270 cheaper

today went to virgin shop and they said they would price match as its same company.

BUT when i got home i checked on kenwood travel who have beautiful 6 and 7 bedroom houses at my 1st choice resort of emerald island and they are coming up at nearly £2,000 cheaper.

i have searched kenwood travel on here and there are quite a few posts but the latet are from mid 2012.

SO my question to all you good people out there is ;;; has anyone booked or travelled with kenwood travel very recently and if so what were your experiences with them please.????....

Before you book through any of the travel agents I would price up the holiday myself. A lot of times it works out much cheaper.

I never use a travel agent as I find it cheaper to book it all seperate my self.

I've booked with them for my next trip!

herbie- how did u find the booking experience with them? Ie- gettin correct info and invoices from them please, i only ask as i had terrible trouble with TCD the other year and dont want a repeat proformance.

I booked with them for last June and also this June, no problems at all and i am a real pain i changed plenty of things without any hassles, one tip i would give (which i found out this year) is to call them and talk to them you may even get it a bit cheaper (i did) i have both times dealt with a very pleasent woman named Abbie and she has been golden and sorted everything i asked for.......

thanks everyone you have really set my mind at rest, looks like ill be booking with them for this years holiday.

Great service for booking a hotel

I wanted to book a particular hotel and when I tried to book direct was told I had to pay in US$ which would have meant paying my bank £400 in charges. By chance i came across Kenwood and found the same hotel and payment in Sterling. Very easy to use web site for booking and confirmation came within a couple of hours.

Excellent exierience booking via Jit at…

Excellent exierience booking via Jit at Kenwood. We needed some guidance on our chosen destination regards resorts, hotels etc and around how to get the best accommodation for our budget. Very knowledgable and great advice , and came back with excellent prices and hotel options and well planned flights. Turnaround on quotes was rapid and Jit returned our calls very promptly every time we left a voicemail. Really friendly and professional service , will definitely use again. Thanks !

Choose Kenwood Travel

Going on holiday is a calming experience, but the process of booking one often not.I called Kenwood on a Sunday, a day not associated with airlines and hotels being reactive. The staff at Kenwood were the embodiment of calm and by the following morning the whole holiday was booked. A really positive experience

Tried phoning on Good Friday

Tried phoning on Good Friday, no one answered the phone but I do appreciate that it is a public holiday. I emailed and got a very prompt reply from our agent, who has been very helpful, answered all our queries, and has provided excellent customer service to our group throughout the booking process.

Support failure

Whilst the booking process with the company was very good, what they promised in terms of airport assistance and communication with their representative in the resort was in no way fulfilled. This left us in a vulnerable and very stressful position. Compensation for their failure was in no way adequate. This failure was experienced both on the outward and inward journey

I never get the prices I want , they say one thing then there is always an excuse on price.

Not trying with them again

Kenwood travel drive me mad.

Everytime I get a price its not real and some excuse is used .

Why when its true.

Didnt look at the dates just googled reviews.

Quietly excellent!

Second time booking with Kenwood who are fast becoming my go to travel company. I would describe them as ‘quietly excellent’. This time, it was Georgi’e exceptional knowledge, thoughtful advice and responsiveness that made the difference. He described options so well, being an obvious expert but never pushy. Choose Kenwood Travel

Going on holiday is a calming experience, but the process of booking one often not.I called Kenwood on a Sunday, a day not associated with airlines and hotels being reactive. The staff at Kenwood were the embodiment of calm and by the following morning the whole holiday was booked. A really positive experience

Tried phoning on Good Friday

Tried phoning on Good Friday, no one answered the phone but I do appreciate that it is a public holiday. I emailed and got a very prompt reply from our agent, who has been very helpful, answered all our queries, and has provided excellent customer service to our group throughout the booking process.

Support failure

Whilst the booking process with the company was very good, what they promised in terms of airport assistance and communication with their representative in the resort was in no way fulfilled. This left us in a vulnerable and very stressful position. Compensation for their failure was in no way adequate. This failure was experienced both on the outward and inward journey

This is the third holiday we’ve booked, each one with the same representative from Kenwood. He’s exceptional. He knows the holiday areas that Kenwood promotes, and has stayed at many of the hotels. His knowledge is first class. His follow up is also excellent, at all times. I couldn’t rate him more highly.

A great booking experience

Ali was incredibly helpful, understood our requirements and made really good recommendations while outlining our options. At no point did I feel I was being "sold to", rather being helped to design an awesome family holiday that would tick all of our boxes! The fact Ali has visited the hotels and could provide a genuine opinion, was all the more helpful. A great booking experience.

Excellent knowledge of destinations

Recently booked a holiday to Yas Island. The assistant Zeb was really helpful. Booked every thing we wanted and also gave suggestions and tips on how to make more of our time away and the best way to purchase park tickets. He really knew his stuff. So pleased!
