Travel designers were very friendly and put together the custom trip that we asked for and also added a few special surprises. We received good information, our guides were professional and helpful and all went smoothly as planned.

The guides made the trip!

The guides Jacada chose for us made the trip so special. Our hotels were luxurious and the rooms spacious and were even better than we anticipated. The trip was completely stress free with pick ups at the airport and drivers for excursions.

This was my first time using Jacada for a trip of a lifetime!

This was my first time using Jacada for a trip of a lifetime to Italy. Every plan we made was executed perfectly from our drivers to our tour guides and our activities. Everyone they arranged for us to meet spoke English which was helpful because we are not fluent in Italian. We had drivers who were familiar with the area no matter where we were. Our tour guides were knowledgeable and very accomodating. We moved from place to place seamlessly and had time to relax and enjoy this trip without a worry. The hotels and restaurants they suggested were perfect. All in all, I can say our travel designer and trip concierge were wonderful and saw to every detail. It was a perfect trip!

Fantastic - No notes!

Jacada made our Southeast Asia trip seamless from planning stages to the end. I appreciated how we got to see a draft itinerary before committing to using their services - gave me confidence that they really knew what they were doing. Ellie is fantastic. Our trip to South America

Amazing Experiences & Memories

Excellent venues, guides, well organized, and great choices on what to see and do, for a place we have never been. They really did a great job on catering to our preferences. Service level was excellent, and we were willing to do some extras for us. It might be the best trip we ever had.

All the flavors of Peru

This is our third experience with Jacada so we will skip a lot of the preamble for the prior review. We obviously love this company to the point where we have visited three continents with them across three vacations. Any time I plan an international trip, they are my go-to. For our Peru trip, we wanted to have another great experience for our first time in South America. As usual, Jacada did not disappoint. We were able to spend time in Lima, the Sacred Valley, Cuzco, Machu Picchu AND the Amazon all in 11 days. It was ambitious but did not feel rushed. Another unforgettable trip with Jacada. Highly recommend them as always!

Honeymoon in Peru

Our team at Jacada (Charles, Melanie and the folks on the ground in Peru) made our trip so special in so many ways. From planning to making adjustments on the fly, the Jacada team were always on standby to help if needed. Not much was needed though once we were under way as they spent the time getting to know us and our objectives up front. We will definitely use Jacada for our next big trip!

Jacada recently arranged our family…

Jacada recently arranged our family trip to the Galápagos Islands. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience to share this unique geography, culture and wildlife with our children and grandchildren. Jacada understood the needs of our 3-generation group and helped us to design an island hopping tour that was special for everyone. Accommodations were lovely and local guides were knowledgeable. I will definitely work with Jacada again for our next family adventure.

Safaris, safaris, safaris..All the guides, campsite staff , hotel workers at the One and Only, restaurants in Capetown incredible! Everyone so nice. Tor at Jacada planned the perfect trip and Angela was extremely helpful with making sure we had everything together for the trip. Would return to Botswana and Zimbabwe tomorrow if could afford it. A photographer's dream.

Once in a lifetime trip to Italy

For our honeymoon, my wife and I wanted a vacation that we wouldn't forget, while also not stressing about the details of planning it. Jacada Travel was able to put together a trip for us that exceeded our expectations. From the start they were professional and responsive, and got to know what we wanted from our vacation in order to put together a trip that was individualized to us. Thailand, Cambodia and Singapore with Friends

Our trip was to Thailand, Cambodia and Singapore. This is the second trip we plan with Jacada and they have both been outstanding. We were two couples travelling and we are very appreciative of the hotel and tours recommendations we received on the planning stage and the flexibility and courtesy of the local tour guides whom accommodated all our requests. Being a bespoke experience it is very important to get the right input in the planning stages and we adjusted our vacation plans a few times before zeroing in on what all of us thought we were looking for, and it all turned out great. We were travelling to places none of us had visited before, but always felt comfortable that our trip was under control. Will definitely work with Jacada for our next adventure.

I am considering using them for a fly in "Bucket List" Safari with my elderly relative. Pricey, but I can swing it. If it were just me, I would save dough with just buses between destinations, but with him, I may need business class air tickets AND a fly in safari.

Irongirl ..hopefully nobody will be fooled by what to me is subtle advertising ..becoming more apparent on the forum lately.

If you want a Tanzanian safari use a locally based Tour Operator....those on the ground where the action is rather than an overseas agent who you will pay to send a few emails and then take thousand of dollars to sub-contract your trip.

Jacada does great job on Chile trip

My adult son and I traveled to Chile in January 2024. Jacada, really Jen Richt, had this wired from the start. Great planning. Wonderful choices of lodges, great activities etc. The logistics were good, not perfect - they never are, and when there was a hiccup, Jacada jumped into the breach and fixed it. My second trip with Jacada (first to Africa with a partner agency was not nearly as good) and definitely not my last.

Using Jacada was the best decision

Using Jacada was the best decision. We have travelled a lot but this trip was our absolute favorite and everything was organized, handled and simply amazing. It was so nice to enjoy the vacation and to not be stressed about all of the hiccups that can happen during international trips. Perfection!

Everything with Jacada absolutely exceeded expectations. They were extremely helpful from the big picture itinerary to the minor details of making sure we had snacks throughout the trip. The planning process was the easiest and the most custom. They made exactly wanted we wanted happen and even more that we couldn’t have even imagined. We were even mailed a detailed itinerary and information about the areas we were going to prior to the trip. The entire process was smooth and even when there were a couple things that we wanted to change in the moment, our guides were able to seamlessly adapt. Our experience with Jacada was wonderful. We worked with Rosanna and Cathy who assisted in planning our honeymoon to Japan and Thailand. We wanted a trip that would highlight the amazing food that both countries had to offer, and we were not disappointed! Our trip was filled with food tours, cooking classes, and even more experiences that we will never forget. Rosanna and Cathy were wonderful at organizing the whole trip from beginning to end. They were always prompt with responding to messages and gave us a lot of important information on the countries prior to departure. During the trip, there were no issues and the partners that they worked with in Asia were so wonderful. We highly recommend Jacada to anyone who wants a stress free travel planning experience.

Excellent attention to detail, good for people with dietary restrictions or celebrating any event

Best travel agency experience. We had a completely custom experience, with attentive and thoughtful designers who made sure every step of the way there was accommodations for our food as well since we were a group of 5 vegans. We had the best guides too, which are a crucial part of traveling to a new place. Overall everyone I spoke to from jacada gave excellent customer service and I felt cared for and supported the whole way!

Ecuador trip

Jacada were fantastic!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday...the absolute best! Starting at the Victoria Falls, viewing from both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides and topped it off with a view from above (helicopter).....was stunning! We then went onto Botswana staying at both Selinda and Mombo Camps....both camps were outstanding! Accomodation, food, game drives, guides and the 'team' on the ground were all fantastic. Jacada did a great job from start to finish.....special thank you to James and Angela.. who were a real pleasure to deal with. When a dream vacation becomes a reality

From the moment we reached our destination Jacada Travel took over and ensured that they covered every aspect of our trip from that point on. Nothing was left to chance. The most unexpected but valued service was being met at the plane and chaperoned through customs. The accommodations were spectacular and extremely comfortable. The staff treated us like royalty. Great attention was paid to our comfort, no request was out of bounds. Our excursions were heart stopping, the guides got us amazingly close to the wildlife, so close I forgot to breathe on more than one occasion. I feel as though I was immersed in Africa. I experienced the wildlife, the people, the culture and the landscape. This was a trip to which all others will be compared and unfortunately fall short.

Jacada is Different

The way Jacada planned the trip was very impressive. The people who assisted us, particularly Kit and Cathy, were very responsive not only during the planning stage but even while the trip was going on. It felt like we had our own concierge throughout the trip. Other groups we have engaged with in the past would be very attentive up until the booking and payment, and then they would leave us for the duration of the actual trip. Japan- Family Vacation

Japan- Family Vacation Worked with Jacada Travel to create a 2 week trip to Japan for a party of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. They not only created an absolutely seamless, flawless trip experience, the itinerary appealed to all ages and the quality of the private experiences (sushi class, tea ceremony, etc) far exceeded our expectations. The best and easiest trip we've ever taken!

From the planning process through the very end of our trip, everything about working with Jacada was easy and seamless. We worked with them to have them book a 12 day vacation in South Africa for our honeymoon. Our travel designer, Amie Larsen, was able to create the itinerary of our dreams all within our budget. Communication was easy and fast whether that was through email or WhatsApp. The hotels they booked for us along with the restaurants they reserved blew us away. One day we even came back to our room with a surprise massage as an extra little honeymoon gift from Jacada! Although there were a few excursions on our trip that had to be cancelled due to weather, Jacada was quick to come up with other plans for us or even offer to comp additional spa treatments. Extremely happy with our experience. Our only wish is that we get to book another trip like this soon!

Murray and Symmone planned the trip of a lifetime! Greece June 2023

Murray and Symmone planned an unforgettable trip to Greece. Our favorite locations were by far Crete and Paros. Athens and Santorini were worth visiting just once, but a bit crowded for our liking. Murray planned some wonderful spots off the beaten path and paired us with top-of-the-line expert, private tour guides. The food, accommodation, and experiences were priceless. I didn't expect the driving to be so crazy in Greece- so I am beyond grateful for every private driver we had- they were such a highlight! One of our favorite excursions was the sailboat charter in Santorini- the crew was fantastic and the food was probably some of the best on the entire trip. We were blessed with great weather- no rain! June was a perfect month per Murray's suggestion. We are already looking at booking our next vacation with them. You are paying for luxury travel but it is worth every penny.

Girls Trip to South America

Trip of a lifetime

We are back home from Croatia and full of gratitude for the trip of a lifetime. We have been many places and experienced many unique experiences. But for what we like and enjoy, we couldn’t have had a better experience. The outline/plan/destination selection was excellent. The hotels were fantastic. The details were executed without a hitch. Unparalleled Planning and Execution

Everything from the almost last-minute pivot to travel to Costa Rica and the execution of the scintillating itinerary was amazing. Demi Roberts planning and coordinating was seamless. The Jacada local team accommodated every wish and needed adjustment as did the resorts. But above all, the activities were beyond our highest expectations. Active stops (zip-lining, horse back riding, dolphin watching, hiking) and hands on activities (cooking with locals, coffee and chocolate making) made for the perfect blended holiday. There was just so much to rave about and we were over the top thrilled with all the attention and planning that Demi gave us in the planning and execution. Honeymoon of our Dreams!

Planning our honeymoon with Jacada was the best experience. Working with Ellie and her team made the process seamless. They were so patient with us with so many personal life changes that ended up affecting the planning process for a little, but it all worked out in the end. They took the time to get to know my husband and I and activities we would like to enjoy. Also transportation was a breeze, and the hotels they put us in were 10/10. Don’t leave home without them

Amazing, curated travel planning. The more we use Jacada the better they know us = a progressively more personalized trip each time. They have experts for each continent and consequently there is a wealth of personal knowledge which goes into the planning of every journey. (On occasion, right down to which *room* on a particular ship is the best to stay in!!) I cannot emphasise enough the peace of mind I experience when travelling with Jacada. Every airport or land transfer, every local phone number provided in case of emergency and the responsiveness when even a minor problem arises is second to none. I can totally recommend Jacada without a moment’s hesitation and personally cannot imagine planning a trip without them now.

From the jungles of the Amazon to the beaches of Rio

As returning Jacada customers, our Brazil trip was a spectacular 22 day adventure that took us from Sao Paulo, to the Falls, to the Pantanal, to the Amazon, and Rio. Loved Ecuador, thank you David

I worked with David in mid-2023 to plan a trip at the end of the year. I started thinking about Belize but as I thought more about it and described things I like to do, David and I agreed on Ecuador. I asked David to help me plan a trip on 3 pillars: culture, great food, and some physicality. David suggested Quito, followed by the Amazon (Napo Wildlife Center), and back to the highlands (Hacienda Zuleta). My trip culminated in three very different, immersive, and wonderful experiences. Trip of a lifetime to Singapore & Indonesia

This was our second trip with Jacada, this time 2.5 weeks to Singapore and Indonesia, and it was simply incredible. Our travel designer and concierge, Ellie and Cathy, were both amazing and carefully designed a unique trip tailored to our interests and goals, sprinkling in some creative and thoughtful surprises throughout the trip. The trip culminated in a five-day private yacht chartered by Jacada through Komodo National Park. Knowledgeable agents who were very familiar with the cities and sites we wanted to visit. Well developed itinerary. Travel arrangements were flawless, with punctual and informative drivers and tour guides. Hotel accommodations were outstanding. Itinerary included some flexibility on what we wanted to do once we arrived at our destinations. Communications between travel agents and us were timely, informative. A Luxury Trip to Costa Rica

We requested an itinerary to see the Costa Rica wildlife. Jacada designed our trip to maximize our sightings with stays at wonderful properties. Our planner listened to what we wanted and delivered the perfect trip for our needs. All of the activities planned were provided by guides with great skill and knowledge. Perfect, well balanced, culturally rich Family Vacation of a lifetime

We went to Marrakesh, Essaouira and Oualidia with Jacada. Our only regret was not having had more time to spend in Morocco. It was absolutely magical. James from Jacada must have been able to read our mind putting the perfect vacation together, which not only the adults but also our 6 and 10 year old boys enjoyed. Meg and Rita put together a trip to Portugal on very short notice for my husband and me. Every moment was special. We loved every driver, every guide, every hotel stay, all the restaurants, and so much more. We do not have any criticisms, only positive remarks. Our time in Lisbon was extremely enjoyable. Next we stayed in the Duoro Valley and it was very peaceful and beautiful. Our final stay was in Porto. Porto is a culturally rich city. Jacada did a great job on our Argentina trip

Buenos Aires: 4 days/Alvear Palace Hotel El Calafate: 2.5 days/Eolo Iguazu Falls: 4 days/Awasi Buenos Aires: 1 day/Alvear Palace Hotel Our experience with Jacada was an A+ every step of the way. Lily and Melanie worked with us prior to the trip in every detail of the planning. They asked great questions about our interests and what we were hoping to focus on during our time in Argentina. They arranged all of our guides and Argentina flights, restaurant reservations and accommodations. All of our guides were informative and on time and were already aware of our interests and itineraries. Monica, our main contact and transport guide in Buenos Aires was amazing. She escorted us through the airports from the car through the check-in process all the way to the security points making sure the luggage destinations and flights were correct. She pointed out restaurants near the hotel that turned out to be our “go to” places to eat near the hotel. Fervor, just around the corner is even a Michelin mention and well worth going to. The number of days in each place was just right. We had enough time to learn from our guides and also have some time on our own to explore or just relax in the most beautiful lodges. I would highly recommend a repeat of our itinerary and using Jacada for anyone who wants to get a great first experience and an overview of Argentina.

I usually do all my own travel planning…

I usually do all my travel planning independently but found myself desperately in need of time away, without the time to actually plan the trip. I did some research and settled on Jacada based on their other excellent reviews. I used Jacada to help me plan my first trip to SE Asia (Thailand, Laos and Cambodia for 2.5 weeks), which was also my first long solo trip overseas. Everything was seamless. Leanne, my travel planner, and Grace, my concierge, listened to what I envisioned for my trip and made it happen. I didn't have to think about a thing on my trip and it was a refreshing, wonderful experience! The local travel guides were great, especially in Thailand and Cambodia. I was treated to amazing experiences that were far from the typical tourist, crowded excursions and made me feel truly special. It wasn't cheap but you really get what you pay for and I feel it was worth it, a good value all things considered.

Vietnam Tour

The Jacada team did a great job planning our Vietnam trip. They selected nice upscale hotels, the guides were experienced, informative, professional with good English language skills and the tour activities sites we visited as selected by the Jacada team were good, interesting and varied and included some non-traditional choices (such as Vespa riding in Ho Chi Minh City) that that were some of the highlights of our trip. The Jacada team added a personal touch by staying in touch during our tour, leaving notes, adding surprises such as complimentary massages at two of our stops and arranging a birthday cake to be delivered to the room for the birthday of one of our group. We plan to use Jacada to plan future trips and will be recommending Jacada to our friends.

Jacada planned the perfect trip!

I’ve never traveled via guide or planned a trip with an agency before…but I was blown away with Jacadas execution, knowledge, service and hospitality. From the first phone call, to the various drivers, guides, and reservations, to the very last farewell, Jacada made our Peru vacation absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend Ludwick, our guide in Cusco & Machu Picchu. He is such a wonderful person and the perfect guide. He took such great care of us, was flexible and so knowledgeable. I am very thankful for his guidance. I want to come back and hike the Inka Trail with him in the near future! Peru is a special place. Our driver, Sam, was also so helpful and compassionate. Vietnam Cambodia trip of a lifetime

Knowledgeable agents who were very familiar with the cities and sites we wanted to visit. Well developed itinerary. Travel arrangements were flawless, with punctual and informative drivers and tour guides. Hotel accommodations were outstanding. Itinerary included some flexibility on what we wanted to do once we arrived at our destinations. Communications between travel agents and us were timely, informative. Their suggestions made us aware of sites that we would not have visited on our own. In aggregate, an outstanding experience. The agency was excellent and we will use them again for our travels. A Luxury Trip to Costa Rica

We requested an itinerary to see the Costa Rica wildlife. Jacada designed our trip to maximize our sightings with stays at wonderful properties. Our planner listened to what we wanted and delivered the perfect trip for our needs. All of the activities planned were provided by guides with great skill and knowledge. And the Jacada ground support while we were in county was excellent, both in timeliness and substance. We plan to book with Jacada again.

Exceptional customer service

The Jacada Travel Designer (Delfina Russo) and the assigned Jacada Personal Travel Concierge (Carlos Machado) were exceptional communicators. They were reliable and cared a great deal that I felt listened to and my needs were met before, during and after the trip. I never felt alone while I traveled solo. I never felt rushed or invalidated when I discussed matters with any of them. I never felt any form of impatience. They were professional, truly attentive - they embodied exceptional customer service. My travel designer, my concierge and my local chaperones in Chile were all exemplary. Perfect, well balanced, culturally rich Family Vacation of a lifetime

We went to Marrakesh, Essaouira and Oualidia with Jacada. Our only regret was not having had more time to spend in Morocco. It was absolutely magical. James from Jacada must have been able to read our mind putting the perfect vacation together, which not only the adults but also our 6 and 10 year old boys enjoyed. Everybody we came in contact with was absolutely professional, kind, flexible and kid-friendly. We always felt safe, well taken care of and in good hands. Particular shout outs to Sallah, our guide in Marrakesh, and Mohammed, our driver.

Meg and Rita put together a trip to…

Meg and Rita put together a trip to Portugal on very short notice for my husband and me. Every moment was special. We loved every driver, every guide, every hotel stay, all the restaurants, and so much more. We do not have any criticisms, only positive remarks. Our time in Lisbon was extremely enjoyable. Next we stayed in the Duoro Valley and it was very peaceful and beautiful. Our final stay was in Porto. Porto is a culturally rich city. Every guide and driver showed up early and they were all very kind and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Jacada again for any future trips.

Jacada did a great job on our Argentina trip

Buenos Aires: 4 days/Alvear Palace Hotel El Calafate: 2.5 days/Eolo Iguazu Falls: 4 days/Awasi Buenos Aires: 1 day/Alvear Palace Hotel Our experience with Jacada was an A+ every step of the way. Lily and Melanie worked with us prior to the trip in every detail of the planning. They asked great questions about our interests and what we were hoping to focus on during our time in Argentina. They arranged all of our guides and Argentina flights, restaurant reservations and accommodations. All of our guides were informative and on time and were already aware of our interests and itineraries. Monica, our main contact and transport guide in Buenos Aires was amazing. She escorted us through the airports from the car through the check-in process all the way to the security points making sure the luggage destinations and flights were correct. She pointed out restaurants near the hotel that turned out to be our “go to” places to eat near the hotel. Fervor, just around the corner is even a Michelin mention and well worth going to. The number of days in each place was just right. We had enough time to learn from our guides and also have some time on our own to explore or just relax in the most beautiful lodges. I would highly recommend a repeat of our itinerary and using Jacada for anyone who wants to get a great first experience and an overview of Argentina.

I usually do all my own travel planning…

I usually do all my travel planning independently but found myself desperately in need of time away, without the time to actually plan the trip. I did some research and settled on Jacada based on their other excellent reviews. I used Jacada to help me plan my first trip to SE Asia (Thailand, Laos and Cambodia for 2.5 weeks), which was also my first long solo trip overseas. Everything was seamless. Leanne, my travel planner, and Grace, my concierge, listened to what I envisioned for my trip and made it happen. I didn't have to think about a thing on my trip and it was a refreshing, wonderful experience! The local travel guides were great, especially in Thailand and Cambodia. I was treated to amazing experiences that were far from the typical tourist, crowded excursions and made me feel truly special. It wasn't cheap but you really get what you pay for and I feel it was worth it, a good value all things considered.

Vietnam Tour

The Jacada team did a great job planning our Vietnam trip. They selected nice upscale hotels, the guides were experienced, informative, professional with good English language skills and the tour activities sites we visited as selected by the Jacada team were good, interesting and varied and included some non-traditional choices (such as Vespa riding in Ho Chi Minh City) that that were some of the highlights of our trip. The Jacada team added a personal touch by staying in touch during our tour, leaving notes, adding surprises such as complimentary massages at two of our stops and arranging a birthday cake to be delivered to the room for the birthday of one of our group. We plan to use Jacada to plan future trips and will be recommending Jacada to our friends.

Jacada planned the perfect trip!

I’ve never traveled via guide or planned a trip with an agency before…but I was blown away with Jacadas execution, knowledge, service and hospitality. From the first phone call, to the various drivers, guides, and reservations, to the very last farewell, Jacada made our Peru vacation absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend Ludwick, our guide in Cusco & Machu Picchu. He is such a wonderful person and the perfect guide. He took such great care of us, was flexible and so knowledgeable. I am very thankful for his guidance. I want to come back and hike the Inka Trail with him in the near future! Peru is a special place. Our driver, Sam, was also so helpful and compassionate. He went above and beyond for us when we forgot an article of clothing in one of our hotels. And our driver Carlo was such a pleasure. I highly recommend Jacada and the service they provide.
