Great advice

Great advice, filtering out the resorts that would suit us best. We were in and out within 40 minutes, with a lovely holiday to look forward to. A lot less stressful than booking a holiday on-line.

Excellent customer service

We wanted to book a holiday to Jersey and had seen one advertised on Hays website and needed some help with the booking. Ellie was very helpful, professional and friendly. She completed the booking for us and checked every detail of the holiday met our requirements .

Book every year with Hays, always extremely helpful and patient, I am very panicky and they always make me feel at ease, especially Ellie from the Church Street branch of St. Helens, I hope her boss gets to see this, she is an asset to the company and should be recognised, go on, give her a bonus, it's well deserved!

Always worth asking Hays first.

Both Michelle and Lindsey pulled out all the stops to make our initial request work out to perfection. We had seen this long haul holiday in the newspaper and asked if Hays could organise it for us with a couple of tweaks regarding flights. Nothing was too much trouble and it was wonderful being able to communicate regularly. For a fairly complicated long haul holiday they did the main hard work so we can now look forward to it.

Fantastic service

My family and I received lovely service from Ellie (ST Helens branch) when we booked a holiday on 9/2/2024. She went above and beyond listened to all our requests and supported us in deciding the best area for us to go as family making sure it would be suitable for the children who are varying ages on the trip. She shared her own experiences of certain holidays also and showed us how far places were from the hotel. It made booking the holiday more simple. She really is an asset to the team.

Young lady was very patient with us and got us a good deal to Mauritius. We then mentioned our desire to go on cruise in nov. She tried many options and we thanked her and left. We returned within 2 minutes and booked cruise to Caribbean.Thinking later we agreed that her efforts,resilience and knowledge had made us decide to book.
