Take the heat out of booking a holiday with Hays Travel.

The Travel assistant Rachel was so helpful, friendly and patient. Booking a cruise is a lengthy task and she did it so well. She certainly knows her job, helping us to choose the correct cabin on the correct deck for our needs and suggesting certain points about the flight and the ship that we hadnt thought about. All the leg work was done by Rachel and she will help with choosing our seats on the plane and checking in nearer the time. She was professional and conciencious. Thanks Rachel ... see you soon,

Thanks Hays & Michael…

We have not used Hays before and only popped in to enquire about a cruise for January 2025. Michael made everything so simple to decide that we chose a Caribbean cruise that we had been on 10 years ago. We will go on a new ship and Hays are with us every step of the way. I have had all the info on our holiday by mail and follow ups in case we need anything further. Thanks a lot Michael and Hays for your support

Always use Hays Travel for our holiday bookings as I don't do online holiday bookings. All the staff so helpful, from start to finish, from initial booking, printing boarding tickets, checking us in, arranging special assistance and money exchange.

Turkey Holiday 2024

We booked our holiday to Turkey with Michael at the Maghull branch. It was a easy and hassle free experience, Michael listened to all our requirements for the trip and showed us what was available based on what we wanted from our holiday. We were not rushed in any way and everything was discussed to make sure we were happy. Michael has extensive travel knowledge and we now have our perfect holiday booked for May 2024 and we will continue to book with Hayes Travel based on this easy and stress free experience. Great Service

The attention that Abigail paid to booking my trip. For someone so young her politeness & service was excellent. She was assisted by the duty manager, unfortunately I didn’t notice her name, but both of them are a credit to Hays. They understood exactly what I wanted & produced the trip I wanted. After booking on line for years we kind of forgot about using a local travel agent . The whole experience was fantastic and made us realise just how much we have missed the face to face advice and recommendations from an experienced person . Can't do without them!

Always use Hays Travel for our holiday bookings as I don't do online holiday bookings. All the staff so helpful, from start to finish, from initial booking, printing boarding tickets, checking us in, arranging special assistance and money exchange.

Highly recommend

Decided to go traditional when looking for a short break away. It was lovely to receive the personal service and nothing was too much trouble. They had great knowledge and helped us to choose a lovely hotel and get the flight times we wanted.

Turkey Holiday 2024

We booked our holiday to Turkey with Michael at the Maghull branch. It was a easy and hassle free experience, Michael listened to all our requirements for the trip and showed us what was available based on what we wanted from our holiday. We were not rushed in any way and everything was discussed to make sure we were happy. Michael has extensive travel knowledge and we now have our perfect holiday booked for May 2024 and we will continue to book with Hayes Travel based on this easy and stress free experience. Great Service

The attention that Abigail paid to booking my trip. For someone so young her politeness & service was excellent. She was assisted by the duty manager, unfortunately I didn’t notice her name, but both of them are a credit to Hays. They understood exactly what I wanted & produced the trip I wanted. Even leaving the shop Abigail held the door open and made it special with her bubbly attitude. Thank you Hays Maghull another holiday booked.
