2. Embrace Cropping

Cropping isn’t just about sizing an image to fit a particular dimension; it’s a creative tool that enhances a photo by removing unnecessary objects from the scene. Through thoughtful cropping, you can emphasize specific elements and direct your audience’s attention.

My husband and I planned our honeymoon through EZ Travel with Meg and Russ. The company name says it all - planning this trip was SO "EZ"!!!! We started planning earlier in the year, around February or so. Meg consulted with us and got to know a little more about us as a couple and what we were looking for in a vacation. The way the emails were laid out was straightforward and incredibly easy to follow. Resort name, location , amenities, photos, cost. EASY! All we had to do was decide! After choosing St. Lucia, we put our deposit down and Russ was very good about getting us a payment schedule and keeping us informed of what information we'd need to travel (passports, travel docs, boarding passes, etc.). Additionally, he made sure to keep us informed of any changes or updates to our travel itinerary (we did have a slight timing adjustment for our return flight). Periodically, there would be email check ins as we got closer to our travel date. After months and months of waiting, our trip was finally here and it couldn't have been better!! Our flight schedule was easy - one stop with a very short lay over. Upon arrival, there were transports arranged to take us from the airport to our resort. We were able to navigate everything with ease. After arriving at the resort, the fun really began!! I was BEYOND pleased with the services Meg and Russ provided for us. Kendall Jenner Goes Viral for Running Around the Louvre Museum Barefoot. Did She Break Protocol?

A travel expert shares her thoughts on the supermodel's late night, barefoot visit to the museum

Did Kendall Jenner break protocol at the Louvre?

Technically no, but her decision to go barefoot at the renowned art museum in Paris is definitely unorthodox. The 28-year-old model, who has been spending time abroad for Paris Fashion Week, recently shared snaps from a midnight escapade exploring the museum (alongside Bad Bunny ), during which she was notably sans shoes.

"The Louvre at midnight," Jenner captioned the Wednesday, June 26 Instagram post.

In the photo carousel, the model shared a series of photos of herself around the famous museum wearing a black top with an open square back and long black skirt with an asymmetrical hemline. While standing in front of works of art (including the Mona Lisa), Jenner stands with her back to the camera and her bare feet visible.

While the Louvre's official rules don't mention anything about shoes, travel expert Nicole Campoy Jackson tells PEOPLE that it's likely an unspoken protocol. "I am sure the Louvre has seen it all, given the sheer amount of traffic in there every single day, but I can't imagine they're faced very often with shoe-less patrons," Jackson says. "This is more of an unwritten rule at the Louvre... and just generally at most indoor public places." 

Rules aside, Jackson points out that "there's a level of respect for a place like the Louvre and the rich history and art inside of it that's being snubbed here."

However, she also points out that this seems like an out-of-the-ordinary opportunity that Jenner simply couldn't pass up. "Wouldn't we all want to be invited into the hallowed halls of the Louvre at midnight and kick off our shoes like we know we're not supposed to?" she posits. "Also, a member of the Kardashian clan standing in front of the Mona Lisa dressed to the nines and then barefoot tracks. Isn't this the sort of thing that keeps us watching?"

Jackson also notes that Jenner's visit occurred after-hours and was likely a private, paid-for tour.

"Most museums and tourist destinations have a private entry or tour policy," she explains. "It will come at a cost and there will be parameters to any private visit before or after hours. Parameters will include whether or not patrons can bring food and drink, whether they can post about it to social media, the number of guests allowed in, and so on."

The Louvre did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Hadid wore a gold-and-blue ensemble with a structured bodice and flowing skirt, while Jenner wore a sheer neutral-toned flowing gown.

The following day, June 24, Jenner stepped out for a date night with her ex-boyfriend Bad Bunny . They were photographed on their way to dinner in coordinating, all-black ensembles. The model wore a strapless gown with sheer fabric on the bottom half while  Bad Bunny  opted for pleated pants and a jacket with a dramatic collar.

The couple recently rekindled their romance  after  calling it quits  in December 2023.

Hundreds of spectators lined the final green stadium-style, ready and waiting for their next roar with his ball 26 feet, nine inches from the cup. They had their opportunity to cheer with Tom Kim , one shot back, bouncing his approach shot right next to the hole, then spinning 10 feet backward.

But the scene quickly turned into a messy one as a group of five climate protesters ran down from the hill , across the greenside bunkers spraying a smoke-like substance into the air, which left residue on the green. They were carried off by police and Scheffler, putting for birdie with red residue in his sight line, missed three inches shy of the hole. He settled for par as Kim sunk a birdie putt to force a playoff on the 18th hole, where the mess was cleaned quickly.

Kim’s approach shot landed in the bunker. He got out onto the green 36 feet away from the cup with his third shot, but his fourth attempt came up short. Meanwhile Scheffler, who missed his first chance to win from 11 feet away, knocked in a 12-inch putt for par and the Travelers Championship trophy – plus a $3.6 million share of the purse and 700 FedEx Cup points.

Final round at Travelers Championship disrupted by climate protesters on 18th green

“It was a fight. I felt like I did a lot of good things. The putts were hanging right around the edge. I felt like I hit a lot of good putts today, especially on the back nine. Man, it was tough watching each one roll by the edge, but I kept fighting and stayed in it,” Scheffler said.

It was the second time in the last four years that the Travelers was decided in a playoff. Harris English defeated Kramer Hickock to win the 2021 title after eight playoff holes.

The Travelers crown marks Scheffler’s sixth win of the year, with titles at The Memorial, RBC Heritage, The Masters, Players Championship and the Arnold Palmer invitational. He is only the fifth player on the PGA Tour to win six tournaments in a single season.

“It’s pretty special,” Scheffler said. “It’s been a great season. I’ve been fortunate to come away with some wins and it’s been a lot of fun. Tom played his heart out today. He’s a great player, a great champion. It was fun battling him today.”

Kim, the leader after each of the first three rounds, also missed some close birdie putts and was even through the front nine as Scheffler, with two birdies, took over the lead. At one point with six holes left for the lead group, there were five different players tied atop the leaderboard at 19-under.

Three of those players fell victim to the 16th hole and finished at 18-under, all tied for fifth with Justin Thomas, who gradually rose up the board and capped off his round with a birdie on 18.

Akshay Bhatia, the third member of the lead group who entered the day tied with Scheffler, missed a five-foot, eight-inch putt on the 158-yard par-3 16th. Tony Finau, who finished his round at 4-under, drove his tee shot into the water for a double-bogey on the same hole. And Patrick Cantlay, who stormed up the leaderboard at 6-under through 14 holes, drove into the rough and needed to two-putt for bogey.

Tom Hoge shot 8-under 62 in the final round to tie with Sungjae Im, who was 4-under Sunday, for third place at 20-under 260.

“It was a tight leaderboard out there,” Scheffler said. “Akshay was playing some really good golf there. I think standing on 13 tee, we were all tied and I felt like if I birdied three of the last six it would be a playoff at worst, and so that kind of got me to a different frame of thinking, because I really felt like I hit a lot of good shots and I hadn’t really made as many birdies as I hoped to during the day. I felt like I was playing really well, so if I stayed patient and continued to do what I was doing I (would) make some birdies, which I was able to do.”

Scheffler, appearing at the TPC River Highlands for the fifth consecutive year, has gradually gotten closer to a Travelers title every time. He missed the cut in his first appearance in 2020, finished T41 in 2021, then T13 in 2022. Last year, posting 19-under 261, Scheffler finished four shots back of Keegan Bradley’s winning score for fourth.

He started this year’s tournament with a 65 in the opening round, followed by back-to-back 64s despite weather delays affecting his rounds on Friday and Saturday. He entered Sunday’s final round just one shot behind Kim’s lead and the two friends, who each finished 72 holes at 22-under 258, were neck-and-neck all day.

“I’ve worked really, really hard this past few week, it’s my eighth week (competing) in a row and it’s just nice to know that the hard work kind of really does come to life. Like, yes, it would have been super sweet if I won, but it still doesn’t change who I am. If I win I’m still going to go next week and prep the best I can. If I don’t win, tomorrow I’m going to wake up, try to prep the best I can for the next event,” said Kim, who just celebrated his 22nd birthday on Friday – the same day as Scheffler’s.

Cameron Young’s encore

After coming one shot shy of the tournament’s 18-hole record of 12-under 58 in the third round Saturday, Cameron Young ‘s magic continued with five birdies on the front nine. But it ran out when he got onto the back. He bogeyed 10, birdied 11 and then sent his drive out of bounds off the tee box on No. 12. He settled for double-bogey after taking the penalty stroke. Young also bogeyed No. 16, though he finished the round on a positive note with a pair of birdies and ended up in a four-way tie for ninth place at 17-under 263.

Best round of the day

Sepp Straka finished the final round at 9-under 61, which helped him climb into a tie for 23rd at 12-under 268. Straka, entering the day 3-under, recorded three birdies on the front nine and six on the back to finish his bogey-free final round.

Tom Hoge (T3) and Brian Harmon (T9) each shot 8-under for the day. Wyndham Clark (T9) and Seamus Power (T20) shot 7-under.

Past champions falter

Last year’s champion at 23-under, Keegan Bradley saved his best round for Sunday, but it was only good enough to move him into a tie for 39th. Bradley shot 4-under 66 on Sunday, a double-bogey hurting his six birdies, to finish 8-under 272 for the tournament.

Xander Schauffele , winner of the 2022 event, came into Sunday two shots behind the lead at 16-under 194, though he’s consistently acknowledged the fatigue he was feeling from a long and successful season so far. He recorded two birdies, then two pars, on the front nine and parred out the rest to stay at 16-under and tied for 13th.

Harris English, 2021 champion after an eight-hole playoff, shot 2-under 68 in the final round and finished at 2-under 278, tying for 63rd.

More than $3.2 million raised for charity

A tournament-record $3.2 million was generated from the Travelers Championship for more than 170 nonprofits in the region. This year’s total brings the total amount generated for charities to more than $30 million since Travelers became title sponsor in 2007.

The tournament donates 100% of its net proceeds to local charities, and the primary beneficiary this year is The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, based in Ashford and focused on creating fun and friendships for children with serious illnesses.

The 2025 Travelers Championship is scheduled to take place June 16-22 at TPC River Highlands.
