To view your eDocs (and printable luggage tags), complete the check-in process from 90 days to 72 hours prior to your sail date. Please pre-register online (please click the link below for online registration) and print out your boarding pass. If you miss the check-in window, you will be required to complete this process at the pier two hours prior to the published sailing time.

Due to increased security in ports worldwide, your embarkation will be much faster and easier if all of your pertinent information is already in the cruise line's check-in system. Proof of citizenship and photo identification will be required for your vacation. A valid US passport and visa (for certain destinations only) may also be required for your travel . Comfortable cruising

Just before COVID my husband & I booked three back to back cruises from Honolulu to Sydney, Melbourne and the Great Barrier Reef. It was the trip of a lifetime for us. Wonderful activities every day, lectures each day about the ports we were approaching and history of the South Pacific and we loved hearing about Captain Cook. Plenty of interaction with the passengers from Australia who were returning home from Hawaii after doing their holiday shopping. We learned so much by joining them at meals and hearing their recommendations for where we should visit and what we shouldn’t miss. Crossing the international dateline was a huge experience and the officers of the ship made the passengers a big dance party on one of the upper decks and fun was had by all. Except for kissing a dead fish, which a few of us did! We made some lovely connections which we still hear from via email. We’re booked again in March on Beyond with friends. Can’t stay away too long. Celebrity is our go-to cruise line for a perfect vacation!

Celebrity edge

I like the room with balcony and the bathroom is bigger than princess cruise. The room services staff was very nice. The dining room is set up nice and roomy and perfect view. The 14 floors buffer food is ok and not much change. Wish could have more variety food to select. Not much Asian food and few staffs seems tired and not much welcome or happy to serve food to guests. The main restaurant food is good, not much activities to celebrate in the dinning during holidays. I don’t feel the festive or holidays decorations in the dinning room. Not much going on for gift shops for the sale like princesses cruise for the fun of the shopping spirit. The lobbies areas are highlighted for the holidays, lots of music and entertaining and bars. Area for seating is plenty and the shows are great. The photo shop is much self service, the staff need little bits of cheering and enthusiastic of happy. I like the 15 floors for the exercise followed by the trails to walk or running. The gym room has good size and not humidity. I wish they could highlight some the activities program on the daily news paper and on TV or announce on over head speaker. I did not see much games or Chinese mah jong activities supplies in the social room or other areas for the guests to relax playing with there family. Over all I do enjoyed my trip and certainly with my families members gathering. But once comes with individual or solo, i was boring little bit.

I think this is one of the best ways to get all your information imputed, book shore excursions, book dining reservations and and purchase anything extra, and especially the how easy it's made the lifeboat drill!! I have been sailing with celebrity for 35 years and have sailed on 33 cruises exclusively with Celebrity and I remember since the Meridian and earlier ships how I dreaded the check in process and remember how time consuming it was which long lines with luggage in hand just to get to the area of the cruise port terminal to check in. I think the app is very easy to use and helpful and it has brought the cruising experience to the next level! I look forward to my 1st cruise day because I know we will me processed and on the ship within a half hour of getting to the cruise pier!! “Reservation Locked” Message

Good morning Celebrity experts!

Anyone run into a “reservation locked” message before?  This is not my account- I can log into that fine.   What I can’t access is my actual reservation, excursions, dining, etc. I was able to access up until this week.  I’m 50+ days from sailing, paid in full, with check in due to open next week.   

I’ve called and done an online chat with Celebrity and they can’t figure it out. One said to just wait a few days and the other said she’d open an IT ticket. I’m a Celebrity newbie and so far their website has been frustrating to say the least.  We’ve tried different browsers, a different computer, and clearing the browsers to no avail.

Logging in or rather attempting to log in repeatedly will lock your account for a day or two.  Especially with different computers and devices as you tried.  Suggest waiting till Monday noon and trying then.

I would in the meantime call and get the user ID and password reset.

Use a different browse, maybe?

It’s not my user ID and password. I can log into my account fine. It’s the actual reservation that’s locked out.

Yes, have tried multiple browsers, different computers, and clearing history both before calling and with Celebrity on the phone.  I’m getting worried I won’t be able to check in next week.

Did you try checking your reservation on the app?

Usually that pops up when someone is in your reservation or you have accessed your booking used Manage Reservation.    You access your reservation you are locked out for 20 minutes.   I've never been locked out for multiple days.

It does sound like a problem with your reservation, especially if the Celebrity Support can't assist.

Curious if you have tried using the Celebrity App and can get into your reservation from there?  That may be a short time work around.

Sorry for your problem as I know it is frustrating.   Celebrity is known to have a really bad IT team.  I can't acccess their search function for a new cruise today using Firefox but working  on other browsers.

This happens constantly to me. Won't let me access stuff like Excursions or changes to a cruise.

It just randomly unlocks a day or two later.

It could be maintenance, it could be that someone else is in the reservation, it could be an IT glitch, could be that they're running documents.  Try again later or tomorrow.  It's semi normal.

Happened a couple times to me, too! The Celebrity web site is horrible lately. I talked to my TA, and she says it's a common problem lately. 

Ive had the same issue on an upcoming cruise.   And for the past week i cannot search through or book a cruise on celebrity site using an Ipad, or Macbook pro.  Have tried with Safari, Chrome and Firefox.  I have no problems when using my Iphone either to their site or through the App.   I spoke to Celebrity IT yesterday and they said they are aware of the problems customers are having accessing and using their website.  They say they are actively working to try and resolve the issues.

The app is the same and even tells me to book excursions onboard at the desk. I understand really close to sailing but seems odd almost two months out.   

Guess I’ll wait and see if it resolves!

How many times have we heard this before.    Think how luck we are that they spend millions to develop the current "State of the Art Awarding Winning Web Site"   You can only imagine the old site.

Don't even get me started on their IT department. I have a cruise for next month as a solo and Saturday I called and added a friend. Paid the extra amount due, was told I would be getting more OBC, etc. I booked a few excursions, dinners, etc all with OBC. Then I get an email from Celebrity saying my excursions are going to be cancelled unless I call and give them a payment.

I call the number that was given in the email and speak to 3 different agents, each one knowing less than the 1st. They tried to pawn me off on my TA even tho the email came from Celebrity. The items that were cancelled were more $ than the amount they claimed I "owed" and then I cancelled a spa treatment and that amount didn't go back to my OBC account. So after I speak to the 3rd person she says, "It was a glitch....its all worked out now" she put me on hold and then hung up on me. No, it's not worked out.

If you book with a TA, are you aware that OBC from them will not usually appear in your account until you board or the following day?

Seems a call to your TA is in order to determine the amount of OBC you have from Celebrity- which you can spend now- and the amount that will post after you board from your TA.

Also remember canceling an activity or shore excursion happens immediately, but your account will usually not get the credit for about 48 hours and the credits are processed by a different department.

I looked on here as I'm having the same problem.  I can see my reservation but can't get into "manage reservation."  I wanted to see if my onboard credit from the rewards credit card in on the account yet.  I can use the app on the phone but don't know where to look for the onboard credit.

Same for me.  This is the second day of this message. 

My locked record is now accessible.   Maybe they are making progress.
