Fantastic way to visit anywhere. We went to London, Paris, Lucerne, Florence, venice, and Rome. Had everything taken care of so all we had to do was show up. Saw more than we ever would have seen in our own. Great time.

Affordable Tours is my travel agency for twice a year travel. Excellent service has been provided since 2018.

I booked a trip in 2020 to Europe with my granddaughter. Due to covid we were not able to travel. Affordable Tours stated that they would credit my account in the amount of$6,199.58. Due to a health issue, I am no longer able to go. I sent a letter from my doctor, dated March 1, 2022 to affordable tours and was told they would get the refund approved. I had no luck in 2022 and now 2023, Affordable Tours doesn't even show my confirmation number. Beware of this company. If for any reason you have to modify your plans or ask for a refund you will be very sorry. After several attempts from the time of the Covid restrictions to now I have had no help. I would never recommend this company to anyone interested in booking a trip.

What a great company to work with. Truely great prices and wonderful staff. I worked with Autumn Cruse on my recent 14 day Princess Cruise to Mediterranean and she was always prompt on answering my questions. I have a future trip booked to Japan with Steve and he's also awesome. He actually referred me to Autumn for this cruise stating she is sharp and an expert on cruises and boy he was right!

Affordable Tours is a top-notch travel company. Tahlon Springs is an excellent travel agent who is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was very prompt in answering my questions and assisted me with a few challenges I had while booking my trip. I would not hesitate to use Affordable Tours, and especially Tahlon with any future trips I book.

Affordable tour is the way to go. They are extremely professional, accommodating and the tours prices are much cheaper than other companies. We love Naomi Kinlock, she will go out of her way to help you and her sweet communication skills are outstanding. Affordable tour is so lucky to have her. Thank you.

I thought that booking thru an agency was supposed to make things easier, but not so much with these guys. My planning started in January 2020 before Covid hit for a May European river cruise. The CSR I dealt with seemed nice enough, but failed to tell me some very important information. She also booked us for the wrong trip, got our names completely wrong and then wasn't very responsive to correct the problems. Whether she quit or what I don't know but I ended up with another rep that was very rude. I ended up working with anyone that would respond to the general email. They were bad too, not knowing information on cancelling the travel insurance I had bought (now due to Covid) and were just going to cancel my entire trip when I was very clear that I wanted to leave my credit in place (as Viking River Cruises was offering a 25% bonus for doing this). I had to contact the travel insurance company myself and handle that end of it as I never got any of the requested information from the Affordable Tours rep on this. Now, fast forward to April on 2021 when I again had a new CSR to deal with. Again, seemed nice enough, but they can't actually book anything for you. You are put on hold as they call the actual company, in my case Viking. I could have done that myself and saved a middle man. I received my confirmation number fairly quick via email and had been told that the confirmation number for Viking would be sent within an hour or so. Two days later, still nothing. I had to request my confirmation number two times before I received it. I also told the CSR that I had a credit with the travel insurance company (this is the insurance company that they use) and that the insurance needed to be added on to my trip during our initial call. A week later still not done. I had to request again and then received a separate reservation just for that. Why she could not add it on is beyond me. So on my actual reservation, it shows I don't have travel insurance. Don't waste your time with these guys. You will get better service booking directly with the suppliers yourself and the $150 on board credit they give you isn't worth your aggravation. The pricing they offer is the same as booking directly so why bother? Just don't. UPDATE: With in a day of posting my review I received a call from Affordable Tours. The woman I spoke to was very nice and had thoroughly checked into my situation before she called me. She was able to get information for me and answers to my questions. Did give me some information that I definitely needed that the rep did not. Hopefully all will be smooth sailing now.

Have used Amber Dee Smith at Affordable Tours for three cruises. Excellent service, always looks for best deal. Amber follows up with recommendations for excursions, site seeing, and offers. Message her for your next vacation she will work with your budget and make excellent suggestions.

First time dealing with Affordable Tours. NOT HAPPY! We put our deposit down $175..00 x2 for an Alaskan cruise. We wanted a ocean view balcony. Our agent gave us our room number for our September sailing. I called Holland America to get more info on our room. I was shocked to find out, it is has obstructed view. I was told there is a metal WALL in front of our balcony. H.A.L. told us we would have to stand to get a view. This is NOT what we signed up for, and we are extremely disappointed. We are trying to work this out with Affordable Tours, but we are not paying $2,000.00 to have to stand to see any view. Make sure you have ALL your information before you book! ** Would be nice to have someone contact us from A.T. to reconcile this....

We had a wonderful agent Maureen. She made the experience an easy and wonderful one. When my husband had medical issues and we had to cancel our trip 5 days before we were to leave, she had all the info we needed to file for our trip insurance. Baltic experience

Great bus driver wi was very helpful, and tour guide giving detailed and interesting information. Excellent hotels except for Mercure.. which was a little sad and fixtures in the room weren't stable. Fabulous choice of cities to visit, and other stops between were excellent.

Given that we basically booked the itinerary from Gate One we probably did not get much benefit from using Affordable Tours in booking this vacation. We did not receive any additional information on how we could enrich our experience while vacationing in Portugal.

AFT and Ambra are Awesome!

I have worked with AFT on all off my recent international trips. I found the interactions positive and professional. Agents such as Ambra respond promptly, clearly and are willing to interact with a "personal touch" i.e. I feel I am not just some random person on the other end of the line. I especially like the extra discounts offered and when agents such as Ambra work to find and apply any and all possible discounts. The more discounts i.e. "Affordable" a trip, the more trips I can "Afford" to take!! Thanks. I have recommended your agency to others and look forward to working on my next trip. I really enjoy using Affordable tours to book any of my trips to Europe. Maureen has always been very helpful and getting me great tips with what to do and see as well as helping me out with the flights to book. She’s so genuine with her advice with what would be best for me For the trip I go on. It’s reasonably priced too with the particular tours versus other companies. I would definitely recommend using affordable tours and also recommend having Maureen as the travel consultant.

Too dirty. Many beggars. Bus rides are way too long. Animal cruelty is common here. Tour Director was fabulous and extremely helpful. He would do anything in his power to help us.

Jason is great and AT provides good rates

My current agent, Jason Hogan, at Affordable tours is outstanding. He is very responsive to my calls and emails. He's provided me the best discounts available and on board credits where available. He's helped me get seat locations on air travel I wasn't able to do online. His service is why I have used him to book 5 additional tours through AT. I would recommend him highly. Not all agents at AT are the same. I had one previously that for some reason became disengaged after what appeared to be a good beginning. Due to an issue on one cruise lines site, I was directed to to Jason to help resolve the issue and he's the reason AT continues to get my business. AT offers good discounts on bus tours and on board credits with some cruise lines you don't get from the cruise line directly. If you find an agent that isn't responsive to calls and emails, ask for someone else.
