I am so grateful for Traci and Lisa! They helped me plan a perfect graduation trip for me and my daughter. We traveled to Rome Italy and had a blast! We had a few hiccups while in Rome and Traci and Lisa helped us work those out. In fact, they also helped us extend the visit an extra day so we could travel to Florence. We had a blast and are so thankful for all the hard work Traci put in to make it perfect! I have been in 36 countries and 10 Palms is the first travel agency I have ever used. I will be consulting them on every future trip overseas I plan! Thank you Traci and Lisa!

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica. Well, Traci was our travel agent that helped us navigate travel during this crazy pandemic. Initially, we were supposed to go to Amsterdam last April but, of course, that trip was shut down by COVID. Traci worked her butt off to get our credits from the cancelled vacation and then worked to plan an amazing experience at Couples Swept Away in Negril. Between my questions, ever-changing COVID travel requirements, COVID testing and getting travel authorization from Jamaica Traci was there every step of the way. Even when we finally arrived and ran into a couple hiccups at the resort she was working on our behalf. In the end, my husband and I had the best vacation of our lives and I know for a fact that we couldn't have done it with out Ten Palms Travel!!

Worked with Traci and Ten Palms Travel to plan our first trip to Europe. It was an amazing experience. Traci is well versed in what she does and made recommendations that exceeded our expectations. When I first started trying to plan out our 3 week trip, I got overwhelmed with all the moving parts. Traci made it easy and took feedback/changes well. There are always hiccups in travelling overseas, but having Traci made me feel more relaxed and I was able to enjoy the things that I wanted to do. I was given the option to have Ten Palms plan everything or let me handle more of the day-to-day activities. We took the middle route - some activities were booked and planned by Traci and team and others were all on our own. Each experience planned by the Ten Palms team was excellent and the tour guides were great. Having the flexibility to book my own activities gave me a bit of control which helped. The cost was exactly as expected. I gave Traci a budget and she came in below it, while throwing in travel insurance. I will be using Ten Palms again for my next trip (stateside this time).

Ten Palms Travel did a 100% class tour package for my adult son and I to India. We wanted to see the Taj and points in the vacinity of interest. Ten Palms set up a fantastic tour package from airport pick up, qualified driver who stayed with us throughout the tour and available to us 24/7 and qualified tour guides when visiting Delhi, Agara and Japur. Highly recommend ten Palms and the tour to India. We will be contacting Ten Palms for our next adventure for this year.
