Princess Unveils New Bidding Process For Guests To Upgrade Rooms

  • News and Tips
  • Travel News

Ever wish you could upgrade your stateroom on a cruise? Now, Princess Cruises is giving you the chance. You can now bid for an upgrade on your stateroom at the price you want to pay for it.

Starting on September 6, in partnership with PlusGrade, guests can secure a coveted upgrade to an oceanview, balcony, deluxe balcony, mini-suite, and even a full suite.

“Upgrading is a popular request from our guests and we’re pleased to deliver a process that lets them improve their stateroom category by making an offer that fits their budget and lifestyle,” John Padgett, president of Princess, said in a release.

How Does The Princess Upgrade Work?

The process to bid for a stateroom upgrade is pretty simple and straightforward. First, check to make sure your cruise is eligible for bidding on an upgrade. Once your sailing is within the final payment period and full payment has been received, you’ll get an invitation to take part in the program.

Next, you can look at the upgrade options that are available and place your bid to upgrade your stateroom to one above your currently booked suite. You’re encouraged to make multiple bids on staterooms to increase your chances of being upgraded and you’ll only pay for one.

If your request for an upgrade is approved, you’ll be notified via email. If your bid is accepted, you’ll be charged for the upgrade. If not, it’s still a win-win. You’ll simply enjoy the stateroom you already have and won’t be charged anything additional.

Your bid is priced per person and based on two guests per stateroom. Third and fourth guests in a stateroom are upgraded without an additional cost.

Bidding Eligibility

The option to upgrade will start on five North America-based ships: Caribbean Princess, Discovery Princess, Enchanted Princess, Regal Princess, and Ruby Princess. There are plans to roll out fleetwide by the end of October.

You must be 21 years or older to submit a bid. Your booking must be paid in full and the voyage must be at least 5 days within final payment. For a cruise 5 days or less, final payment is due 75 days prior to sailing and bidding opens 70 days prior. Six to 14 days, final payment is due 90 days prior, with bidding opening 85 days prior. If you’re cruising for 25-plus days, final payment is due 120 days prior to sailing with bidding opening at 115 days prior.

Princess Cruises Introducing Stateroom Upgrade Bidding Program

Princess Cruises has announced a new stateroom bidding upgrade program called Princess Upgrade.

Starting September 6, 2022, Princess Cruises guests that live in the United States will have the opportunity to secure an upgrade to an oceanview, balcony, deluxe balcony, mini-suite, or suite.

sun princess

Here’s how it works. Bidding will open five days after the final payment date has passed. So if the final payment is due 75 days before sailing, bidding will open at the 70 day mark. Booked passengers will receive an invitation to take part in the program and submit a bid. You can bid on any stateroom category that is above the one you’re currently booked in, as long as staterooms show as available. Passengers placing the bid must be over the age of 21. As with most other upgrade programs, your bid is priced per person based on double occupancy. In other words, if you bid $500 and win, you will actually be charged $1,000. This is true no matter the number of guests, meaning whether there is a solo traveller or four people in the room, the same doubling holds true.

If you change your mind about wanting the upgrade, you can cancel your bid any time before it is accepted.

If for any reason you miss the Princess Upgrade invitation email, there will be a link on princess.com so you can initiate the process without needing to wait for the email to come in.

Initially, upgrade bidding will be available on five ships that are based in North America: Caribbean, Discovery, Enchanted, Regal, and Ruby Princess. Princess Cruises plans to roll the program out across the fleet by the end of October.

Princess Cruises is not the first cruise line to implement a cabin upgrade bidding program. Royal Caribbean has the Royal Up program, Norwegian Cruise Line has the Upgrade Advantage Program, and Celebrity Cruises has Celebrity MoveUp. While these programs aren’t exactly the same, they all have the same basic premise — the chance to get a better cabin category after booking for less money than you would have spent booking it outright.

Princess Introduces Upgrade Bidding

Princess' new stateroom upgrade bidding program launches on four ships in North America, including Discovery Princess. Photo: Princess Cruises

Princess’ new upgrade bidding program is a win-win for travel advisors and their clients. Clients can bid on a stateroom upgrade at a price that fits their budget, while advisors get a piece of the accepted bid. It’s all part of the new Princess Upgrade program, launching September 6, that allows guests to bid on a move to oceanview, balcony, deluxe balcony, mini-suite and full suite cabins.

“Upgrading is a popular request from our guests and we’re pleased to deliver a process that lets them improve their stateroom category by making an offer that fits their budget and lifestyle,” said Princess president John Padgett.

The program is initially being rolled out on five North American-based ships: Caribbean Princess, Discovery Princess, Enchanted Princess, Regal Princess and Ruby Princess. The rest of the fleet is scheduled to have the program by the end of October.

The Princess Upgrade process is simple. Once a guest’s sailing is within the final payment period and fully payment has been received, they will receive an invitation to take part in the program and submit a bid. They can bid on any stateroom category that is above the one they are currently booked in, and they may change or cancel their bid any time before it is (or is not) accepted.

Bids are priced per person and are based on two guests per stateroom. Third and fourth guests in a room are upgraded without additional cost. Princess will pay commission on the accepted bid to the travel advisor on record for the booking.

What are the pros and cons of upgrade offer?

This has probably been covered many times, but now I'm paying attention.  I just received the e-mail about the upgrade offer. To make it easier for me please list the pros and cons.  I'm traveling with others and our cabins are near each other.  So to me accepting an  upgrade could be on the con side.  Not knowing anything about this upgrade thing I need your help.

Are you asking about bidding to upgrade?

Like

Pros: Higher level of cabin assuming that the upgrade moves you from one class to another.  For example, Inside to Balcony; or Balcony to MiniSuite.

Cons:  You might not think that the location change is in fact an upgrade.  Is a mid-ship Balcony to a Forward Mini-Suite a good thing?  For some, yes and for others no.  So if you take the upgrade you risk losing a coveted location.

Also, on Grand Class ships, an upgrade to a MiniSuite likely means a move to an uncovered balcony from a covered Balcony.  For many that is no bueno.

 I agree here …

you won’t know the location and that’s a no deal for me.  Unless it’s for a premium balcony or a club class mini suite, will I do that because I’m happy with any of those locations.   Plus, they will put you in a cabin that hasn’t sold .. and that may be because it’s just in a bad location, ie: under the pool deck, way up front, under the theater.  If you are happy booking a guarantee, then you’ll probably be happy with an upsell offer.  Otherwise, choose you cabin wisely.   If it is important for you and your friends to have cabins next to one another, I would t even bother.

Lady Arwen

Also, check the upgrade price against the price difference you would have to pay doing it yourself.  Often times, the upgrade price is no bargain.

The only upsell/upgrade I have ever taken was from an MA to an M1 (Club Class) because I knew that I would stay Mid-Ship.  And the price was insanely low, like $10 pp/pd.  We ended up with a slightly extended balcony on Regal.  Not the exact cabin I would have chose were I picking, but the move to CC for the price we paid was well worth it.

Well worth it in my opinion!   The only time I bid on an upgrade for was for a premium balcony.  Two days after I made my bid, the premium balconies went down to lower than the price I’d be paying overall.  I rescinded my bid and upgraded to the exact cabin I wanted.  Wahoo!

Do you want to stay with your group?  If yes, don't bid.  If you don't care to be near them, bid.

If an accepted bid would make it worthwhile to move to a different class of cabin even if it may not be in your preferred location or near the others in your party, it could be a pro.

Each person is different as is each offer. For example, a lot of people who have an inside cabin would be very happy to pay $50 to move to a balcony no matter where it is.

I have an interior for my upcoming cruise and put in a bid on a balcony which was accepted a few days ago. I noticed the balcony wasn't in the best location so I called and asked to be switched back to the original room. I was able to do that but it did take 45 minutes on the phone. It's a pro if you're happy anywhere on the ship but a con if you are a little choosy like me.

My bid for a mid aft suite was accepted  and that is the area that I chose. I bid for all three categories of suites but placed a higher bid on those is the mid aft category since that's what we wanted for this trip. So, depending on the circumstances you may be able to choose your area. I could have only bid on the mid aft but I did bid for all categories

StrawberryHill

I just looked at the bids for our June cruise.  The minimum bid offer to upgrade from a premium balcony to a mini suite was the same as if I would call Princess on the phone and just do it myself.  That way you get the exact cabin you want.  Princess does not handle the bidding process, its an outside company. I will wait a month and see how many are still unsold, then decide.  If I pay to upgrade,I want to know exactly where the cabin would be before I lose the one I have.

I've decided to ignore the offer.  I'm happy where I am.    But thanks for the input.  I appreciate it.

I’ve heard that people had their bid excepted & immediately looked at other staterooms in the same category & Princess allowed them to change. Has anyone had this experience?

Interesting. I can’t think of any interior cabin that would be better than a balcony in any location.

Mid-ship sideways much better than extreme forward.

Did they immediately charge your credit card?

I’m on a 7 day cruise & going solo & I would have to pay a minimum of $440 to bid for a Mini Suite. Of course I’m not interested. If it was a longer cruise perhaps I might consider it.

I have no options as to where my stateroom would be but I could use a FCC towards the cost.

24 minutes ago, startedwithamouse said: Mid-ship sideways much better than extreme forward.

We’ve had aft facing balcony cabins and forward facing balcony cabins and they were wonderful. Most people make too much of being all the way forward or aft. We’ve never noticed that much movement on the newer ships. We did a British Isles cruise on the Royal with one of the forward facing deluxe balcony cabins. We enjoyed it a lot and it was very quiet. The balcony was huge.

Cool Cruiser

As cruising time gets closer do they ever revise the bidding offers they initially gave you — by either revising starting bid price or adding locations? Right now we are 42 days out from embarkation.

14 hours ago, startedwithamouse said: Did they immediately charge your credit card?

Because I made my bids prior to Feb 24, they had to notify me that my bid was accepted, tell me which bid was accepted ( I bid for premium suite, mid aft suite and aft suite ) and which suite they were assigning to me. I had to accept the offer and give payment within 24 hours. LOL I gave payment in 3 minutes!!!

If you bid now and your bid is accepted you are immediately charged and your cabin in changed to the new cabin, so now you really need to be OK with receiving your bid

It was a balcony right beside the stairs and elevator so with two small kids we decided to pass just in case it was noisy.

Why it pays to upgrade your cruise ship cabin

Fran Golden

Cruise ship cabins have improved since the days when you bumped into walls on your way to your bathroom. However, there is still a difference between staying in a small, windowless interior space versus a room with its own balcony or even a lavish suite. For many people, it makes sense to upgrade to the best cabin they can afford.

Consider a cruise cabin your hotel room for the week, and start with a deep think about how much time you will actually be in your room (or rooms). If you plan to do every shipboard activity, party until the wee hours and use your cabin only to sleep, shower and shave a lower-priced cabin with or without a window or porthole might better suit your needs — especially if you're on a tight budget.

For cruise news, reviews and tips, sign up for TPG's cruise newsletter .

If, on the other hand, you want your own private place to escape from the crowds and the frenetic pace of cruise activities without missing any ocean and coastal views, you're likely better off upgrading to a balcony cabin or a suite with a balcony — even if it adds hundreds or thousands of dollars to your cruise vacation budget. You'll have more private space to lounge around reading a book, watching movies or ordering room service.

Here are several reasons why it pays to upgrade your cruise ship cabin.

Access to suite perks

At the top end of cruise accommodations are suites. Be aware that "suite" is a flexible term on cruise ships. It could mean only a 250-square-foot room, with or without a curtain separating a bed and sofa area. With a bigger budget, you might be able to book a multi-room, multi-bathroom apartment — or even a spectacular suite that's a house-sized oasis.

Space is reason enough to upgrade to a suite, but other perks come with the experience. On some big ships, suites are located in a separate complex with a private restaurant, sun deck, swimming pool and a lounge open only to guests in the fancy accommodations.

RELATED: 7 reasons to splurge on a suite on your next cruise

If you want a coveted king-sized bed, you are most likely to find one in a suite. Bathtubs and whirlpool tubs, also cruise rarities (most cabins just come with showers) are other typical suite perks.

Suites tend to come with larger balconies than you'll find in standard balcony cabins. In top suites, these spaces are huge, complete with outdoor living rooms, dining areas and hot tubs.

Depending on your ship, additional perks might include everything from cushy robes and designer soaps to free drinks and specialty dining. Your suite accommodations will likely come with the services of a special concierge desk to help you book shore excursions, spa treatments and dining reservations. You might even have a butler at your beck and call.

If you are thinking of upgrading to a suite, carefully read how much space you'll actually get, and evaluate whether the perks are something you will actually use.

spa amenities in your cabin

Spa cabins have decor designed to inspire Zen and even romantic moments. These extra-fee cabins are usually located near the spa and fitness facilities — no need to traipse through the whole ship in your bathrobe or gym shorts. Spa cabins typically are balcony cabins or suites with more space than standard cabins.

Cabin amenities might include a bathtub and special soothing bath products, upgraded bathrobes, designer water and even beautiful scents. You will have complimentary access to the spa's thermal suite, where you will find an array of wet and dry experiences such as a sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool and aromatherapy showers.

princess cruise stateroom upgrade

You'll enjoy priority access in terms of booking massages, and discounted spa treatments might also be included. The same goes for fitness classes; you'll be able to sign up fee-free before the classes are open to others on the ship. You might also have small fitness items like yoga mats available to you for in-cabin use.

If you are a big spa fan or gym rat, these suites are worth the upgrade.

Related: The 6 best cruise ship spas

Balcony cabins — standard cabins with a step-out space for sitting — are among the most popular accommodations on cruise ships both for views and the fact that you can open your door to let in the sea breezes and hear the waves. (A recent innovation are balcony cabins featuring large windows that open the the push of a button, rather than doors leading to actual outdoor space.)

If you have a standard step-out balcony, it will be furnished with chairs and a small table for drinks. Some larger balconies have loungers and an actual dining table where you can enjoy a private meal.

RELATED: 6 reasons to book a balcony cabin

Some cruisers consider a balcony an unnecessary upgrade. They are just as content to book a cheaper cabin and don't mind jockeying for a lounge chair on the open decks. However, others relish having the option of being able to head outdoors directly from their cabins, even in their bathrobes, to enjoy the sea.

On itineraries where stunning coastal scenery — such as the glaciers in Alaska and fjords in Iceland and Norway — is a particular focus, a balcony is worth the upgrade.

princess cruise stateroom upgrade

Be aware when considering an upgrade to a balcony that not all of these accommodations are spacious. They might even be the same size as standard windowed cabins, and the balconies they offer aren't always all that big. On the smallest ships, your knees could be up against the railing when you sit. Aft cabins with views of the wake and, often, larger balconies, are some of the most sought-after cabins on the ship.

More space when traveling with kids

With space a commodity on cruise ships, a mistake some families make is cramming everyone into the tight quarters of standard accommodations — the kids on bunks that drop down from the ceiling or sofa beds, with parents (or grandparents) sleeping on the regular bed. Such closeness may not be conducive to family harmony, particularly when you are sharing one bathroom and limited closet and drawer space.

A better choice, if your ship has them, are family cabins that are designed to sleep five or six and provide more room to spread out. On some ships, these accommodations have the bonus of a half bathroom in addition to a full bathroom. These cabins are sometimes located near children's facilities, so you can send the kids right down the hall to participate in camp-like activities.

Related: The 8 best cruise ships for kids

Families also might consider booking two adjoining cabins, which gives older kids and adults some privacy and delivers two full baths. If you need the space, check the price of family suites, which might be only a few hundred dollars more than basic family cabins and include perks reserved for suite guests.

Bottom line

An upgraded cabin is almost always better than the most basic room on board. The only thing stopping you from splurging on a larger space, a private balcony and extra perks is your budget.

If you change your mind once you've booked, you'll find several ways to upgrade your cabin to a higher-category room. However, there are times when you should just say no to that cabin upgrade offer , especially if what the cruise line thinks is a nicer room is not what you'd consider better accommodation.

If you think you'd be happier in an upper-category cabin, it's always a good idea to book it right away so you have control over which type of room you'll have and the exact ship location you will most enjoy on your vacation.

Princess Cruises Launches Cruise Industry’s Best Price Guarantee on 2025 & 2026 Cruises

The line’s new “better than best price guarantee" lets smart shoppers book early with absolute confidence.

By downloading this image you agree to the Princess asset use terms and conditions

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. (June 27, 2024) – Smart shoppers looking for the very best price on their 2025 or 2026 cruise vacation will appreciate the new “Better than Best Price Guarantee” from Princess Cruises. From July 1-September 2, 2024, guests can book their dream Princess vacation with the added confidence of knowing they are securing the absolute best price available.

With the “Better than Best Price Guarantee” guests are assured that if they find a better price for the same Princess cruise, stateroom category, and sail date at any time before their final payment, Princess will honor the lower rate and provide 120% of the difference in the form of an onboard credit.

“Our new guarantee underscores the Princess commitment to offering unparalleled value and exceptional service to guests…value that is unmatched by land-based vacations,” said Terry Thornton, Princess Cruises chief commercial officer. “With our booking volume for 2025 voyages already nearly 30% higher than it has ever been at this point in the typical booking cycle, securing your spot early has never been more important and this offer not only guarantees the best rates, but also ensures guests can choose their preferred dates and destinations. This way, guests can enjoy the best selection of Princess worldwide destinations and accommodations, knowing they have the best rate available for their cruise.”

How it Works

If a guest who books a cruise between July 1 and September 2, 2024, for any 2025 or 2026 departure, finds an active, publicly available lower price for the identical verified booking on princess.com prior to the final payment of the cruise, guests can submit a Guarantee Claim Form and Princess will give the guest an onboard credit (OBC) with a value of 120% of the difference between what the guest actually paid for the original booking and the located fare (or other mutually agreed makegood). Full terms and conditions can be found here:  https://www.princess.com/en-us/plan/best-price-guarantee/terms-and-conditions .

All 16 ships in the Princess fleet offer well-appointed staterooms, world class dining, grand performances, award-winning casinos and entertainment, luxurious spas, imaginative experiences and boundless activities.

No matter the cruise, Princess delivers a premium vacation with the line’s award-winning, signature Princess MedallionClass experience which offers unparalleled service and personalization. Guests booking can take advantage of inclusive packages like Princess Plus and Princess Premier which add popular amenities like WiFi, beverages, desserts, fitness classes, crew appreciation and more at an even greater savings of up 65% when the inclusive package amenities are purchased separately.

30 Genius Hacks To Upgrade Your Cruise

Posted: February 17, 2024 | Last updated: February 17, 2024

Planning on sailing the high seas? Whether you’re blowing the budget on a luxury cruise or opting for something a little more wallet-friendly, we’ve got the best ways to upgrade your ocean adventure without breaking the bank.

Have a luxury cruise for less

<p>These days, most cruise lines publish detailed deck plans on their websites, so take time to study them before booking your room. We’re huge fans of Holland America’s color-coded downloadable deck plans, which use symbols to indicate cabin pros and cons, including obstructed views, half-height windows and accessibility. Can’t see a deck plan on the website? Email the cruise line and ask. Cabins with obstructed views can come with hefty discounts and the obstruction could be as little as a dangling line of rigging.</p>

<p>Dozens of new cruise ships are launched every year and you’ll almost always pay a premium to bag a cabin on the newest vessel. But don’t be too influenced by hype. Yes, your favorite line’s shiniest ship might have robot butlers, an indoor ski slope and five helipads (we’re slightly exaggerating), but take time to think about which amenities you’ll actually use before splashing the cash. Plus, the newest ships aren’t always the most exciting: Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas launched back in 2008 and serves up glow-in-the-dark laser tag, one of the largest water parks at sea and the Bionic Bar, where drinks are poured by androids.</p>

<p>Worried about bagging that poolside sun lounger or nabbing the best spot for the sunset? Give yourself a head start by splashing out on access to exclusive areas of the deck. Perks range from butler service and spa treatments to chilled face towels and poolside cabanas. Crank up the comfort by adding your own cabin upgrades, whether it’s your favorite pillowcase or a photo of loved ones. Make your cabin soothing for the senses: lighting a scented candle is probably a no-no, but consider investing in a sweet-smelling room spray before setting sail or purchase one onboard. A growing number of cruise lines (including MSC Cruise Lines and Seabourn) now have signature scents, often sold in the form of room sprays and pillow mists.

<p>Don’t assume that chauffeur packages come with eye-watering price tags. Work out the cost of parking and gas if you're driving to the port or the fare if you’re booking a cab, then compare it with your chosen cruise line’s chauffeur prices. It's very possible there won’t be much difference, and these services often come with swoon-worthy extras like early embarkation and staff to deal with your luggage.</p>

<p>Thinking of a multi-generational vacation? Save your hard-earned cash by booking cheaper cabins for certain members of your entourage. Kids and teens are much less likely to spend a lot of time in their cabins – let alone on the balcony you forked out for – when there are roller-skating rinks, water slides and go-karting circuits to check out. Often it is possible to book an inside cabin directly across the corridor from your balcony cabin so you can still keep an eye on them while saving money.</p>

<p>Many modern cruise ships make the Titanic look tiny, and there's often more decks than you know to explore. Sure, deck number nine might be a great spot from which to soak up evening views and deck seven might boast the most sun loungers, but to avoid the crowds the lower decks should certainly be on your radar. They’re usually darker with less lighting, which means they’re great for stargazing sessions, and in rougher seas you’ll feel significantly less motion on decks closer to the waterline.</p>

<p>Get more bang for your buck by opting for a cruise on a smaller ship. Fewer passengers means more space at key facilities like the spa, buffet restaurant and poolside, while events often feel more luxurious and intimate. <p>Cruises are perfect for a digital detox, but at some point you'll probably want to send photos to loved ones or check in on the news. If you’re planning to purchase an internet package, we’d advise against buying deals that detail a certain number of megabytes or hours. Ship-based connectivity is improving but it can still be sketchy at sea, and nothing’s worse than watching your allowance drain away while you wait for an email to send. Packages allowing unlimited use for the day or the whole cruise tend to offer the best value for money – typically costing around $12 a day. Stay connected

Cruises are perfect for a digital detox, but at some point you'll probably want to send photos to loved ones or check in on the news. If you’re planning to purchase an internet package, we’d advise against buying deals that detail a certain number of megabytes or hours. Many cabins don't offer the largest or best of showers, but there's a simple solution – take a shower in the spa where you will often find much nicer and larger showering options. Sometimes there's also much better shampoo and conditioner than you'll find in your cabin.

Stateroom Upgrades

We are booked in a mini-suite on Discovery in October and considering bidding for an upgrade.  Our choices would be either a Reserve mini or a full suite.

it seems that Princess is rather vague about the amenities.  Has anyone sailed in a Reserve mini to share your experience and the value in the difference between the 2 minis.

any help would be appreciated.

There is a HUGE difference between a Club Class (reserve) mini- xx suite xx and a full suite.

(Reserve) Mini-suite.  Glorified balcony with a sofa (which you already have) and dining in the Club Class MRD.  I do like this perk.  I think you also get some wine splits.  And maybe some priority boarding (ship/tender).  Mini-suite is mis-named.

Full Suite.  Mimosa breakfast at a specialty restaurant every day.  Order anything within reason (no lobster).  Concierge lounge on Royal Class ships.  Larger cabin,  Complimentary mini-bar.  Same day laundry if in by 9 AM,  Club Class dining,  plus Reserve class perks (champagne instead of wine).  Elite line at customer service desk.

I’m not sure that Princess is necessarily vague about the differences.  The don’t (and should) prove a link to the info in the bidding process, but it’s definitely detailed elsewhere on their site:  https://www.princess.com/ships-and-experience/ships/staterooms/reserve-collection/

I was tempted to bid for our upcoming cruise.  At the minimum bid the difference would’ve been $400 (3 pax in cabin), so I had a hard time justifying it.

The reserve section of the MDR would be nice, but we’re booked for two specialty dining, the 360 Experience, and dinner in port one night, so that reduces the benefit for us.

We’ve had the canapé service on a previous suite stay and we weren’t really impressed.  If they looked anything like they do in the pics it might be different.

And we always have Plus or Premier, so the free wine wasn’t of any value.

The full suite has a couple of other perks and the suites are very nice, so that’s a different matter entirely.

5,000+ Club

The big difference is the reserve class dining between a regular mini and a reserve class. If it's more then a specialty restaurant per day I deem it a poor value. Under that $39 PP PD it's a fair price. Lunch is limited to sea days although breakfast is daily in reserve class.

"Live from...."

"Mini-Suite" and "Suite" have pretty much the same physical definitions as they do in shore based hotels. A mini has a bit more seating area, and a full suite is 2 rooms. Of course, the amenities are significantly different. Personally, I don't think the Reserve amenities are worth a whole lot, but your mileage may vary.

Thanks

We were invited the week before our cruise.  So, sort of pre-booked.  It’s by invitation only, at this time so you can’t book it on your own (yet).

We were invited by phone just a few days before our November cruise on Discovery. Sorry for the bunny trail.

Cruise ship cabins have improved since the days when you bumped into walls on your way to your bathroom.
