POWERWOLF announce 2024 North American tour

Last year, German power-metal giants Powerwolf  came across the pond to North America for the first time  and played a series of sold-out shows on our continent. In 2024, they'll be making their mighty return. 

Later this summer, Powerwolf be embark on a North American headlining tour with support from Canadian power-heshers Unleash the Archers. 

The run begins August 29th in Los Angeles and concludes in Quebec on September 15th. 

"Last year, our debut in America and Canada left us spellbound, facing sold-out venues and an incredible crowd," Powerwolf shared in a statement. 

"The energy was unreal, and we didn't want to miss it again. It's going to be sheer madness! This tour marks the official live debut of songs from our upcoming album – don't miss the excitement!"

Tickets go live Friday February 9th at 10 a.m. local time and you can see the dates below.

POWERWOLF Announces First-Ever North American Shows

German metallers POWERWOLF will play their very first North American shows in early 2023. POWERWOLF will perform on February 23 at The Palladium, located in New York City's Times Square, and on February 24 at Montreal, Quebec, Canada's MTELUS.

Tickets for both dates go on sale this Friday, October 7 at 10:00 a.m. local time.

POWERWOLF states: "North America, your calls over the years have not gone unheard! The holy heavy metal mass will finally be celebrated next year for the very first time in New York City and Montreal! Let's make sure that it will be an experience that neither you, nor we as POWERWOLF will ever forget!"

This past March, POWERWOLF released a new single, "Sainted By The Storm" . The single's epic and very detailed cover artwork was once again created by Zsofia Dankova , who has been creating all of the band's artworks during the last years.

"Sainted By The Storm" is available in strictly limited CD digipak as well as digitally. As a special bonus, an orchestral version of the song, as well as an instrumental version is available in all formats.

The story of POWERWOLF , beginning in 2004, reads like a true fairytale, but is the result of the most hard-working and entertaining live band on the heavy metal planet. POWERWOLF has not only received plenty of gold and platinum awards to date, but numerous releases have entered the official German album charts at the top position of No. 1. With "Blessed & Possessed" (2015), POWERWOLF achieved gold status (in the Czech Republic) for the first time, while its predecessor, "Preachers Of The Night" (2013),hit the official German album charts at No. 1, and the incredible DVD, "The Metal Mass" (2016),came in at No. 1 of the German DVD chart. POWERWOLF 's latest magnum opus, "The Sacrament Of Sin" (2018),again entered the album charts at No. 1. The accompanying, almost completely sold-out "Wolfsnächte" headline tour — in which POWERWOLF headlined large venues with their phenomenal stage performances — became a single major triumph, as well as the numerous summer festival shows in which crowds were thrilled and completely captivated by the wolves and their unique, (un)holy metal mass. The special reissue includes (demo) bonus material as well as new front cover artwork by Dankova . The reissue's street date also matches the start date of POWERWOLF 's comprehensive "Wolfsnächte 2022" tour across Europe with DRAGONFORCE and WARKINGS as support acts.

Powerwolf to Embark on 2024 North American Tour

The German metal act will be heading out with Unleash the Archers in late August

German metal band Powerwolf have announced a 2024 North American tour with support from Unleash the Archers .

The outing kicks off August 29th in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Palladium and runs through a September 14th show at the Brooklyn Paramount in New York City and a finale gig the following night on September 15th in Laval, Quebec.

A Live Nation ticket pre-sale for select dates begins Wednesday (February 7th) at 11 a.m. ET using the code ENERGY . General ticket sales start Friday (February 9th) at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster . Fans can also look for deals or get tickets to sold-out dates via StubHub , where your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s Fan Protect program.

The upcoming trek will be Powerwolf’s second North American tour following their live debut on the continent last year. That outing marked the first time the band had toured stateside despite being around for roughly 20 years.

German metal giants Powerwolf have announced their return to North America. Following their successful run in 2023 , these titans will return for a late summer 2024 North American trek. The tour, featuring support from Unleash The Archers, will kick off on August 29 in Los Angeles, CA, and conclude on September 15 in Laval, QC. Tickets go on sale this Friday (9th) at 10:00 am local time via this location . Additionally, fans can anticipate a new studio album from Powerwolf later this year.

Powerwolf to Embark on 2024 North American Tour

German metal band Powerwolf have announced a 2024 North American tour with support from Unleash the Archers .

The outing kicks off August 29th in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Palladium and runs through a September 14th show at the Brooklyn Paramount in New York City and a finale gig the following night on September 15th in Laval, Quebec.

A Live Nation ticket pre-sale for select dates begins Wednesday (February 7th) at 11 a.m. ET using the code ENERGY . General ticket sales start Friday (February 9th) at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster . Fans can also look for deals or get tickets to sold-out dates via StubHub , where your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s Fan Protect program.

The upcoming trek will be Powerwolf’s second North American tour following their live debut on the continent last year. That outing marked the first time the band had toured stateside despite being around for roughly 20 years.

“Last year, our debut in America and Canada left us spellbound, facing sold-out venues and an incredible crowd,” commented the band in a press release. “The energy was unreal, and we didn’t want to miss it again. It’s going to be sheer madness! This tour marks the official live debut of songs from our upcoming album — don’t miss the excitement!”

After the upcoming North American jaunt, Powerwolf will embark on a European fall tour with support from Hammerfall and more (get tickets to those shows here ).

Powerwolf Announces First Ever North American Tour

After the success of their North American debut in 2023, German power metal band Powerwolf will return for a full North American run accompanied by Unleash the Archers .

The tour runs from late August to mid-September, starting in Los Angeles, and hits major US markets with a sole Canadian stop to end the tour. While coming off of the release of their ninth album, Interludium, in 2023, the setlist is expected to feature tracks off of their upcoming tenth studio album.

Joining the werewolf priests on the North American trek will be Canadian power metal act Unleash the Archers , who were previously featured on the last Powerwolf album with their cover of "Night of the Werewolves." Their latest album, Abyss , was released in 2020, setting the stage for potentially new tracks to debut on this next tour as well.

Powerwolf Announce 2024 North American Tour

The German metal titans will be playing songs from their upcoming new album

This summer, German metal titans Powerwolf are returning to North American. The band confirmed Tuesday a full tour, with stops in Los Angeles, Denver, Tampa, Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York, and more. Very special guests for the trek will be Unleash The Archers. “Last year, our debut in America and Canada left us spellbound, facing sold-out venues and an incredible crowd,” the band said in a statement. “The energy was unreal, and we didn’t want to miss it again. So, we’re back for the North American Tour 2024 to celebrate the holy heavy metal mass with even more of you! It’s going to be sheer madness! From the kickoff in Los Angeles at The Hollywood Palladium on August 29 to the grand finale in Laval, QC, at Place Bell on September 15, let’s make history together! This tour marks the official live debut of songs from our upcoming album – don’t miss the excitement!”

Tickets for the band’s North American tour go on sale to the general public this Friday, February 9 at 10am local venue time, with select pre-sales launch tomorrow, February 7.

In the fall, Powerwolf are embarking on their  biggest tour yet – the Wolfsnächte Tour. Starting in October, the band will set out on an arena tour across Europe, performing at the largest venues they’ve ever appeared at. Very special guests for the trek will be Hammerfall and Wind Rose. Tickets are on sale now.

Additionally, the band has confirmed a new studio album. The follow-up to 2021’s Call of the Wild , the group has plans to release a new album imminently and will announce additional details soon. On both upcoming tours, fans can expect to get a preview of the band’s new material. Recently, the band unleashed a cover of Ozzy Osbourne’s classic hit, “Bark at the Moon . ” Powerwolf released their version as a tribute to The Prince of Darkness on his 75th birthday [3 December, 2023].

“We are stoked to announce the biggest tour in Powerwolf’s history and the release of a brand new album in 2024,” the band said at the time. “Without going into the details of the album yet, Wolfsnächte 2024 will be a breathtaking experience not to be missed! You can expect a massive production and some surprises you haven’t seen from us before! Our friends from Hammerfall and Wind Rose will join us to ensure a perfect evening!”

Powerwolf released their last studio album  Call of the Wild  back in 2021 through Napalm Records. The album peaked at No. 2 on the German Albums Chart. In 2022, the band released a live stream event called  The Monumental Mass – A Cinematic Metal Event . Earlier this year, the band revealed their  Interludium  album, which featured several previously released tracks plus some new songs.
