I love Love's Travel Stops and have visited quite a few of them in my travels. This is a regular stopping point for me on 1-70 in Kansas. I'm usually ready for a break by the time I see this Love's and stop here everything time I'm driving I-70 in the area. The C-store is well stocked. The restrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stop for a break and to grab a snack. BTW - there's also a McDonald's on the same site but not in the same building.

This convenience store is located on I-70 turnpike. It is a quick stop for those traveling this well traveled stretch of interstate. This store is next to a McDonald's and the target audience are those who are making the I-70 trek. There are lots of truckers and families stopping here. I have made this journey many, many times. My best friend lives right off I-70 in Missouri so I am familiar with this road. I have stopped at EZ Go a number of times. Honestly, I don't get the negative reviews because this store has always been great the times I have stopped. The bathrooms are clean which is a BIG PLUS in my book. There is never a wait and that is another plus for me. If you cannot keep a bathroom clean... there isn't much hope. A weary traveler certainly appreciates a clean restroom. The store if clean, too. The items are displayed in an appealing way and there seems to be a great deal of care in the displays. There are many options for drinks and hot food. You have the usual fare such as hot dogs, taquitos and the like. The beverage station is very large, too. They have a great deal variety of chips and sweet snacks. I do not usually get snacks so this is not my level of expertise. From what I can tell, there is a wide selection. This store also has things that truckers would need. There are some tools, liquids and personal items for sale. They also have t-shirts, novelties and souvenirs. I enjoy looking at this portion of the store because I have found some interesting items. I purchased a travel scarf here that I treasure. The prices are in line with a convenience store and nothing seems to be outrageously priced. There is plenty of parking so that is never an issue. The staff is friendly and helpful. They seem happy and they smile back at you. Honestly, it's a convenience store and one is kinda like the other. This one, though, is like an oasis on a long stretch of highway.

No good, Apple Pay doesn't work, rude employees. Would give this gas station 0 stars if possible. There was a needle in the bathroom...

We stopped here to fill up our motorhome with diesel. We wanted to get cash from their ATM so we could pay the lower cash price. Both atm machines were out of order. So that's a good way to make customers pay the higher credit card price. Then the pump wasn't working properly and dribbled slowly. We used both pumps in the lane and both were broken. We needed 65 gallons but at the rate it was dribbling in, it would have taken us 3 hours! We told the female cashier about the broken pump and she just shrugged and said they've been having complaints about that. Well then, why didn't they block off the lane and get it fixed?! The employees we encountered here must really hate their jobs. Terrible customer service We put in 12 gallons, paid and drove off. I didn't want to spend any more money at this wreck of a place.

Not a bad place to stop in to take a look. They have pretty much everything. Prepared food, snacks, souvenirs and friendly staff.

I stop here literally almost every other if not every day for my ridiculously long commute to work (Topeka to Downtown Kansas City). So yes, I feel like this review is pretty well-researched. I, obviously, stop either to or from work so I've been here during both the morning and night shifts. It is incredibly convenient because the drive up has fantastically wide driveways which is nice considering I do not want to get in a wreck trying to find a place to get gas. Usually, all the pumps are working though a few times an entire block of them were out of order. Considering the traffic they get I will forgive that easily. There is great lighting at this station so I feel safe coming here regardless of the time of day or night. Big points there. When you get your gas it's pretty much like every other gas station except for one important detail. THE CRAZY BEEPING. Select 'pay outside' BEEEEEEEPPPPPP. Swipe card. BEEEEEEEEEEP. Put in zip. BEEEEEEEEEP. Select gas grade & put pump in gas tank. BEEEEEEEEEPPP. Gas rolls in. Gas tank filled and/or you stop pumping. BEEEEEEEEPEPPEPEPEPEPPP. Dear lord. I presume the beeps are for security or something but it's really ridiculous (especially at 7:30am). On the bright side the actual store is really nice. They have lots of things to choose from and every food or drink you could want (except baked lays or diet cherry coke but that's pretty nit-picky). The staff is super friendly especially for the job they do. As previously said there is a lot of traffic so they're pretty busy all the time. I presume they're told to say 'hello' to every person that walks in because they constantly do it all day. It has to be 10% friendliness and 90% to let the customer know that they're aware of their presence (avoid shrinkage - stealing). Right next to the gas station is McDonalds. I kinda wish it was something I wouldn't want to kill myself after eating but I guess if you want a Big Mac it's convenient. There's the pros and cons of this one though if you're driving from Topeka to anywhere before KC it's really one of two options for gas unless you want to get off the turnpike in Lawrence and pay the toll. Nobody wants that. I know this is a record-player complaint of the last 2 or 3 years but I really wish yelp! would accept a half star system because I would give it 3 1/2 stars. Alas, I will bump it to 4 because I'd rather bump up a review than bring it down.

Today, Husband in as usual, but a check out person, was very sick, and should not have been at work. Coughing, snotting, sneezing all over the place, looked very sick as well, told her she really should not be there, and her reply was, that her company would not let her off work. Now she is there, handeling money , receipts, back and forth to customers and passing her germs to thousands that will pass through this store today, how many will get sick from this one person, who should have stayed home? When asked for hand cleaner, the manager was rude, and refused to give his name, and company # so a complaint could be made.Shame on that manager, we have rights also. Trust me I will get the # and I will make my complaint, Keep sick employee's home and keep us well pe ople safe. Provide hand cleaner for employee's and to customers, if exposing them to the flu.

It's a place that needs a lot of customer training and some of my visits have been bad. And I would not recommend you eat the food there and some of the staff can be very rude and very nasty to customers
