Next up is the oversized bathroom that resembles a spa, just off the master bedroom. The main standouts include the glass shower and beautiful tub for rejuvenating baths. The bathroom also has a double sink, ideal for when Union and Wade are getting ready, as well as a sitting area.

While the room isn't large, the spot seems like the perfect place to rewatch some of Gabrielle's best movies. We're a bit partial to "Bring it on!"

Wade, who spent the majority of his basketball career playing for the Miami Heat, has owned this place since 2010. So it's no surprise that the property has its own basketball court .

After renovating their Miami Beach property in 2010, Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union are saying goodbye to the special space and putting the house up for sale.

With six bedrooms, nine baths and two half baths, we're already convinced that it's not your average house.

But with a price tag of $32.5 million, you'll be blown away by all the amenities this property has to offer.

Dwyane Wade sells Miami Beach mansion for $22 million

On the waters of Biscayne Bay, NBA legend Dwyane Wade just sold his Miami Beach mansion complete with a Miami Heat-themed basketball court for $22 million.

Wade and his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, have been busy on the real estate front lately. They moved to Hidden Hills last year, shelling out $17.9 million for a 17,000-square-foot showplace, before selling their scenic villa in Sherman Oaks for $5.5 million in May.

The $22-million deal is far shy of the $32.5 million he was originally asking for the waterfront abode, but it’s more than double the $10.645 million he paid for the property in 2010. Over the years, the three-time NBA champion renovated the home into a 12,000-square-foot stunner with a wine cellar, movie theater and a backyard with pool, cabana and private dock.

A long, covered walkway and leafy courtyard approach the two-story home, which has a Mediterranean-style exterior and, inside, boasts rustic spaces with beamed ceilings and hardwood floors. On both levels, walls of windows overlook the bay.

Six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms complete the estate, including a primary suite with a private terrace and salon. A spiral staircase descends to the waterfront backyard, and off to the side, there’s a playground and basketball court painted red and black after the Miami Heat, with whom Wade spent the majority of his NBA career.

Wade, 39, spent 16 years in the NBA, making 13 All-Star teams. As a member of the Miami Heat, he won three NBA titles and was the league-scoring champion in 2009. He retired after the 2019 season and purchased an ownership stake in the Utah Jazz earlier this year.

The internet exploded with the celebratory news of Dwyane Wade's marriage to Gabrielle Union back in Fall 2014 as details trickled out about the Saturday evening affair, which allegedly included opera glasses , live chickens, descending wooden planks of food, five wardrobe changes , and a castle surrounded by a moat in the redlands.

The secret wedding locale was the notoriously absurd Chateau Artisan, a house architect Charles Sieger built for himself, complete with giant landlocked moat, gatehouse, and odd looking formal gardens, but has been unable to sell since 2012.

Priced at $13 million, then price-chopped to $10.9 million, it was delisted in early August , almost a month before the wedding, perhaps to prevent paparazzi from scoping the whole place out by way of listing photos.

Not two years after they paid $6 million for a Mediterranean-style villa in L.A.’s Sherman Oaks neighborhood, Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade are at it again. The megawatt couple recently purchased a mansion in the Hidden Hills area for a whopping $20 million, according to Variety . The home, which they reportedly bought in an off-market deal, spans three stories spread across approximately 22,000 square feet; it comprises seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Variety reports that a listing for the home reveals such luxe features as a double-height rotunda entry with a spiral staircase; a home theater; a fitness suite with a spa and sauna; and a wine storage and tasting room. Outside, the home boasts a stunning zero-edge infinity swimming pool, numerous sunny spaces for lounging, and a poolside cabana perfect for alfresco dining. A 12-car garage rounds out the home’s offerings.

Union and Wade’s other home is no less impressive. Nestled in quiet Sherman Oaks, the 8,650-square-foot mansion features five bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms, with modern amenities that include a huge game room on the lower level that has its own full bar and walk-in wine vault. The lower level also has a fitness studio and home theater, and opens onto a backyard with an outdoor fireplace, outdoor grill, and an infinity swimming pool, all overlooking stunning views of the valley below.

The couple, who are big home improvement fans, actually hosted a TV special in April 2018, All-Star Flip, in which they purchased an outdated ranch in Miami and completely renovated it, putting it back on the market to raise funds for charity. Of their other real estate holdings, the couple is currently looking to sell off a 12,000-square-foot waterside mansion that Wade bought for close to $10.7 million in 2010. It was last listed for $29 million after originally being brought to market for $32.5 million.

Dwyane Wade in an American NBA superstar who has played for Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls, and Cleveland Cavaliers. He is a 12 time NBA All-Star and one of the best players for Miami Heat of all time. He moved back to play for Miami Heat in February 2018, where he is #3 and a point guard, shooting guard. Naturally, Dwyane Wade house (or should we say HOUSES) is dope. More on that in a sec. 

Wade was born on January 17, 1982, and is 36 years old as of the publish date of this post. The basketball star is married to Hollywood actress Gabrielle Union who is just as successful in her own right. Gabrielle is the stepmom of Dwyane’s three sons, Zaire, 15, Zion, 10 and Xavier, 3 (Xavier lives with his birth mother Aja Metoyer).

Dwyane’s wife Gabrielle sold her Sherman Oaks, California home in 2017. She had owned the 1,864 square foot home since 2001. When she married Dwayne in 2014 (in a very lavish affair may we add) the pair moved into a 5,376 home in the same area, which they also sold in 2017. The couple then upped and moved across the country to Chicago for the Bulls. However, the pair is now back in the area they called home for so long. And their new Sherman Oaks home was definitely an upgrade to their previous home in the area.

Dwyane Wade house cost the pair just under $6 million and is much larger, measuring up at 8,650 square feet. The mansion is beautifully decorated, modern and HUGE. It has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an elevator, and a three-story spiral staircase. The master bathroom has it’s own private outdoor terrace, as well as a beautiful freestanding bathtub.

The lowest level features a ‘wellness room’ for working out and for yoga, a wine cellar,  a bar, a movie cinema room and a tasting room. The main level has a large living area, formal dining room, den, office and a kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The top floor is where you will find all the bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathroom.

Outside is a veranda, infinity pool, hot tub & spa, as well as a large outdoor area with seating, a fire pit, and barbeque.

Dwyane Wade Chicago House (Former)

Wade and his wife moved back to his hometown of Chicago when he signed a two-year deal to play for The Bulls in 2016. They didn’t actually buy the home, which is probably a good thing due to the fact that he was transferred back to Miami Heat before his 2-year deal was up.

The Chicago home is located on North State Parkway and spreads across 11,000 square feet. It has 8 bedrooms, a three-car garage, a coach house, and a large basement which features a 148-inch projection screen. It has a beautiful marble-floored master bathroom, with white finishings and a giant bathtub, as well as his and hers sinks. The Victorian-style home also has a white finished kitchen with marble island, walls and worktops, a large living space and a pretty outdoor ‘courtyard’ type area with garden seating. The home has another claim to fame, aside from Dwyane living there, as it was featured in ‘Webster’, a 1980’s sitcom.

The home was listed for sale for a crazy $9.5 million, but after Dwyane signed the lease, it was taken off the market. We don’t know how much the lease is for, but we can imagine it’s a fair few dollars.

Their home in Miami is located in Miami Beach and is spread across 11,690 square feet. It has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and is simply stunning. It is a Mediterranean style home situated on the bayfront. It has many amazing amenities including a guest house, maid’s quarters, a tennis court, a huge outdoor pool with cabanas and a dual kitchen. It has decking that walks right up to the waterside, which the pool also overlooks. 

In September 2019, the couple listed the home for $32.5 million. In comparison, they paid only  $10.6 million in 2010.

How much is Dwyane Wade worth?

According to Forbes, Dwyane Wade net worth is an incredible $120 million. He has made his millions by being a superstar basketball player, as well as by being a product endorser for dozens of brands, as well as starting two of his own clothing brand, one including neckties, underwear & socks, and the other including jeans, tuxedos and more.

All Star Flip with Gabrielle and Dwyane

In April of 2018, the superstar couple appeared on HGTV’s All-Star Flip , which shows them buying and flipping homes in Miami. Union told E! News, “Ever since we renovated our house a few years ago, I’ve been a little real-estate obsessed. It took a while, but I finally convinced Dwyane that we should try flipping a house.”

The show features Gabrielle and Dwyane, along with a construction team, searching for and buying a ranch house in Miami, and renovating it whilst also adding to the square footage. All profits from their flip will go to a charity of their choice.

This Florida château gives whole new meaning to the words “living on the water.”  

Remember when Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade had a secret wedding at a moated castle in Florida? Well, this is that much-talked-about château—and it just hit the market for $19.7 million. The regal abode built over a shimmering freshwater lake was created by renowned Miami architect Charles Sieger, who has occupied the private residence for over a decade alongside his wife. Château Artisan , as it’s referred to, has eight bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, five powder rooms and a sprawling 20,000 square feet of living space.

Although Sieger built the opulent dwelling for himself, the engineering needed to make it happen was no easy feat—it actually took six years to complete. Inspired by the way the river Cher runs under Château de Chenonceau in France , the architect had to dig out the foundation of the palatial home from the coral rock in which it currently stands, enabling the structure to sit in the middle of a landlocked moat. 

Situated on its own 14-acre parcel, Château Artisan has all the comforts of a private oasis—with an added dose of European charm and medieval-style security. Like any self-respecting fortress, there’s only one way to enter and exit this home and that’s down a single road, through a set of heavy metal gates. At the start or end of the tree-lined driveway, depending on which direction you’re traveling, is a drawbridge that crosses over the lake. Two diamond-shaped courtyards, one of which houses a black granite pool, are located to the east and west. Stepping stones lead out to two gazebos to the north and south, designed for either dining alfresco or sleeping under the stars.

Inside, ornate interiors abound, starting with an impressive double-stair foyer. Across its three levels, Château Artisan comprises a formal dining room, a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen and a lavish music room. On the north wing is the primary bedroom with 23-foot-high ceilings and an en suite bathroom outfitted with a dressing room island, “midnight” kitchen and walk-in Roman tub.

In a fun twist, the third floor was designed to resemble the inside of a superyacht, with linen paneling, mahogany accents and pleather coverings. Here, you’ll also find guest bedrooms and two children’s play lofts. Elsewhere, oenophiles will appreciate the 3,000-bottle wine room. There’s also a dedicated home theater for movie night. 

The grounds are just as ornate as the home’s interior, brimming with fountains, statues, topiaries, two canals and a lagoon. There’s even an intricate maze that leads to a meditation garden with ruins made from coral rock and a rushing waterfall. You can expect to see some wildlife, too, as there’s a Japanese koi pond on-site. “This really is the jewel of Miami,” says eXp Realty listing agent, Carlos Justo.

A jewel with its own drawbridge, no less.

Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade's World Tour Continues In Cannes—And We're Here For It!

When we last left the jet-setting adventures of the Wade family, Gabrielle Union and hubby Dwyane Wade were living their best lives on the Greek Riviera . They took a short break, but they are back on the road for #WadeWorldTour2019—and they brought Zion Wade and “Shady Baby” Kaavia James along for the ride!

On this stop of the epic tour, the Wades are doing it up in Cannes, France, where Gabrielle was doing a little press for her role in the new Spectrum Originals series L.A.’s Finest . Now that the work is over, the fun has begun, and the Wades are getting it in. They even managed to squeeze in some couple time with fellow celebs Ciara and husband Russell Wilson at the Spotify Beach at Cannes Lions event.

Savvino-storozhevsky monastery and museum.

Zvenigorod's most famous sight is the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery, which was founded in 1398 by the monk Savva from the Troitse-Sergieva Lavra, at the invitation and with the support of Prince Yury Dmitrievich of Zvenigorod. Savva was later canonised as St Sabbas (Savva) of Storozhev. The monastery late flourished under the reign of Tsar Alexis, who chose the monastery as his family church and often went on pilgrimage there and made lots of donations to it. Most of the monastery’s buildings date from this time. The monastery is heavily fortified with thick walls and six towers, the most impressive of which is the Krasny Tower which also serves as the eastern entrance. The monastery was closed in 1918 and only reopened in 1995. In 1998 Patriarch Alexius II took part in a service to return the relics of St Sabbas to the monastery. Today the monastery has the status of a stauropegic monastery, which is second in status to a lavra. In addition to being a working monastery, it also holds the Zvenigorod Historical, Architectural and Art Museum.

Belfry and Neighbouring Churches

Located near the main entrance is the monastery's belfry which is perhaps the calling card of the monastery due to its uniqueness. It was built in the 1650s and the St Sergius of Radonezh’s Church was opened on the middle tier in the mid-17th century, although it was originally dedicated to the Trinity. The belfry's 35-tonne Great Bladgovestny Bell fell in 1941 and was only restored and returned in 2003. Attached to the belfry is a large refectory and the Transfiguration Church, both of which were built on the orders of Tsar Alexis in the 1650s.  

To the left of the belfry is another, smaller, refectory which is attached to the Trinity Gate-Church, which was also constructed in the 1650s on the orders of Tsar Alexis who made it his own family church. The church is elaborately decorated with colourful trims and underneath the archway is a beautiful 19th century fresco.

Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral

The Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral is the oldest building in the monastery and among the oldest buildings in the Moscow Region. It was built between 1404 and 1405 during the lifetime of St Sabbas and using the funds of Prince Yury of Zvenigorod. The white-stone cathedral is a standard four-pillar design with a single golden dome. After the death of St Sabbas he was interred in the cathedral and a new altar dedicated to him was added.

Under the reign of Tsar Alexis the cathedral was decorated with frescoes by Stepan Ryazanets, some of which remain today. Tsar Alexis also presented the cathedral with a five-tier iconostasis, the top row of icons have been preserved.

Tsaritsa's Chambers

The Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral is located between the Tsaritsa's Chambers of the left and the Palace of Tsar Alexis on the right. The Tsaritsa's Chambers were built in the mid-17th century for the wife of Tsar Alexey - Tsaritsa Maria Ilinichna Miloskavskaya. The design of the building is influenced by the ancient Russian architectural style. Is prettier than the Tsar's chambers opposite, being red in colour with elaborately decorated window frames and entrance.

At present the Tsaritsa's Chambers houses the Zvenigorod Historical, Architectural and Art Museum. Among its displays is an accurate recreation of the interior of a noble lady's chambers including furniture, decorations and a decorated tiled oven, and an exhibition on the history of Zvenigorod and the monastery.

Palace of Tsar Alexis

The Palace of Tsar Alexis was built in the 1650s and is now one of the best surviving examples of non-religious architecture of that era. It was built especially for Tsar Alexis who often visited the monastery on religious pilgrimages. Its most striking feature is its pretty row of nine chimney spouts which resemble towers.

The Unique Burial of a Child of Early Scythian Time at the Cemetery of Saryg-Bulun (Tuva)

In 1988, the Tuvan Archaeological Expedition (led by M. E. Kilunovskaya and V. A. Semenov) discovered a unique burial of the early Iron Age at Saryg-Bulun in Central Tuva. There are two burial mounds of the Aldy-Bel culture dated by 7th century BC. Within the barrows, which adjoined one another, forming a figure-of-eight, there were discovered 7 burials, from which a representative collection of artifacts was recovered. Burial 5 was the most unique, it was found in a coffin made of a larch trunk, with a tightly closed lid. Due to the preservative properties of larch and lack of air access, the coffin contained a well-preserved mummy of a child with an accompanying set of grave goods. The interred individual retained the skin on his face and had a leather headdress painted with red pigment and a coat, sewn from jerboa fur. The coat was belted with a leather belt with bronze ornaments and buckles. Besides that, a leather quiver with arrows with the shafts decorated with painted ornaments, fully preserved battle pick and a bow were buried in the coffin. Unexpectedly, the full-genomic analysis, showed that the individual was female. This fact opens a new aspect in the study of the social history of the Scythian society and perhaps brings us back to the myth of the Amazons, discussed by Herodotus. Of course, this discovery is unique in its preservation for the Scythian culture of Tuva and requires careful study and conservation.
