Day 3 : Guptkashi/Sersi To Sonprayag - Gaurikund To Kedarnath Temple (17 km Trek)

• Wake up and enjoy your spiritual morning in the lap of nature.
• Have your breakfast, and drive to Sonprayag.
• From Sonprayag, take a local taxi to reach Gaurikund.
• 17 km trek starts from Gaurikund to Kedarnath temple.
• On reaching, worship and bow down to the Lord Shiva.
• Check into the Aashram, and after that join the evening Aarti.
• Have your dinner & overnight stay.

Day 4 : Kedarnath To Sersi/Guptkashi

• Wake up and an early morning visit to the temple situated at Kedarnath for the morning aarti.
• Return to the Aashram, and have your breakfast.
• Now check out and return to the Gaurikund.
• From Gaurikund reach Sonprayag, and from there drive to your hotel in Sersi/Guptkashi.

Day 5 : Sersi/Guptkashi To Badrinath

• Wake up and have your breakfast in the hotel.
• Now check out from the hotel for your journey to Badrinath Dham.
• On reaching, check into the hotel.
• You can have a dip in tap kund which will refresh you and offer prayer at Badrinath temple.
• There are many eye pleasant sites within three km of Badrinath Dham like the last village on the Indo-Tibet/ China border i.e. Mana Village, a cave near Mana village where Ved Vyas composed Mahabharat - The epic i.e. Vyas cave, a natural pull or bridge formed by rock i.e. Bhim Pul, magnificent waterfall which is 5kms from Badrinath Dham and 3 Kms from Mana village, Mata Murti, Charan Paduka, etc.
• After visiting these places return to the hotel.

Day 6 : Badrinath To Joshimath To Srinagar/Rudraprayag

• Wake up and have your morning breakfast.
• Check-out and drive to Srinagar/Rudraprayag via Joshimath.
• On the way visit Narsingh temple in Joshimath.
• On arrival at Srinagar/Rudraprayag, check into at the hotel.

Day 7 : Srinagar/Rudraprayag To Rishikesh

• Get refreshed and have your morning breakfast in the hotel.
• After breakfast, it’s time to check out of the hotel. 
• On the way, you will be visiting the major attractions of Rishikesh like Ram Jhula, Janki Bridge, and Parmarth Niketan.
• After a busy day, it’s time to check into the hotel and have a relaxing time.

How to make a booking

Please provide us with your inquiries through the email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format to any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you of such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

• Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and festive seasons. You should confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
• Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

• Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance costs, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
• The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
• Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to a technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to make amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing by mail. Amendments or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

Cancellation Policies

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows:

• Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment

• The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
• The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charges levied by the suppliers, fuel price rises, travel arrangements, hikes in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).

No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.

1 Day 1 : Mumbai - Delhi – Haridwar

2 Day 2 : Haridwar - Badrinath

3 Day 3 : Badrinath – Joshimath - Rudraprayag

Wake up and enjoy your spiritual morning in the lap of nature. Get refreshed and have morning breakfast in the hotel, and check out from the Hotel. Drive towards Rudraprayag via Joshimath which is one of the four maths established by Guru Adi Shankaracharya. On the way visit Narsingh temple in Joshimath and later drive to Rudraprayag. Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

• Cancellation Policy

Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

• Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment                          

• The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
• The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. • Keep your warm clothes on: under the tremendous weather conditions, it is not that ideal to roam around without putting on your jackets and sweaters. While going trekking, these are much-needed assets. Snowfall in Kedarnath is common and you might experience that on your trip. So, keep your winter clothes on for safety.
• Medicines: as you know, the temple of Kedarnath is placed at a higher altitude (i.e. 3587 meters) above sea level. So, you must have your medicines to protect yourself. It is a common thing to catch a fever or cold. So, some extra medicines can help you through your trip. Also, bring some extra medicines, if you have issues with stomach and vomiting. It keeps you not too dependent upon other people.

• Network Availability: If you are a Jio user, then this is the best network available in Kedarnath. Also, several networks are there but not better than the Jio.
• Power Supply: You must carry extra batteries, earphones, and a power bank, or anything relevant to your electric usage with yourself.
• Snow Hiking Boots: You must walk about 18 km to the temple. So, good snow hiking boots are the best to keep your walk smooth and risk-free. If you are a frequent trekker, then make some good investment in these boots.
• Foods: It is recommended to carry lightweight food with you. While you are on your trek, it is not easy to get food at your nearest places. So, carry some chocolates, dry fruits, and biscuits, etc.
• Water bottle: Stay hydrated throughout your trekking. The weather here is very cold. So, you must carry a hot water bottle. It will help to keep you warm and protect you from the downfall of temperature.

Things to keep in mind

From all Dhams available, the Kedarnath trip requires a lot of planning and precautions. Without the right setup, you won’t stand well while you are on your trip.

• If you have allergies to horse or pony, or anything else and don’t have the strength to cover the distance while walking, then take a helicopter for easy reach.
• It is 5 hours required to reach the temple for normal travelers. So, walk patiently without any hush and bush. Avoid the rush or do not attempt anything that might trigger your gasping.
• You should not take any Horse or Pony from Sonprayag. It will raise your time of journey by two hours. It is good to hire a pony from Gaurikund or you can start walking from here too.
• Don’t make any attempt or take any risk with your children below 12. It is not a good idea to walk with them due to some weather conditions, sometimes the bright and sunny sky, stormy weather too. Also, oxygen levels are low here.
• Doli or Palanquin is the best mode to start your travel with a comfortable vibe. You may be charged 8000 to 10000 Rupees.
• BSNL or Jio, or Vodafone-Idea are the networks you should have here in Kedarnath. Best to carry Jio for better coverage.
• Should not carry your yatra card.
• Carry Aadhar card
• Pack your bag light and keep your raincoat, flashlight, water resistant boot, quilted jackets or fleece, windcheater, rucksack, regular medicines, and other important stuff.

• Start your trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (by Pony / Doli / Helicopter at your own cost).
• The moderate-level  trek starts from Gaurikhand and continues to Kedarnath for about 19 km .
• Trekkers must take care of their physical fitness before embarking on the trek to Kedarnath as trekkers with cardiovascular problems and respiratory issues are circumvented and avoided for the trek. The high altitude can generate several health issues that can be life-threatening. To enjoy a safe and sound trek, trekkers must attain a fitness certificate from the medical officers. After trekking for around 19 km, we reach Kedarnath in the evening approximately at 7 PM.

• Before starting the trek, calculate your BMI (Ideal BMI should be between 18.5 and 24.9)
• Health and Safety checks mentioned below should be made before getting prepared for the trek
• A balanced mind and body are the first things that should be given importance before taking off because this is what will bring out the best of you in every condition.
• Your body should be fit enough to cover the entire trek with the backpacks on your back along with your body weight. That is why proper stamina and strength are needed. Also, trekking is done on uneven multi-terrains and not on smooth paths. So to gain leg strength, perform simple squats.
• Flexibility is very important when it comes to trekking. Good flexibility will be an advantage while walking on trails, climbing river crossings, etc. Attain flexibility by simply stretching or doing yoga.
• As the Himalayan treks are ascending and descending the slopes, you will need a proper transmission of Oxygen from the lungs and heart to the body muscles. For this, trekkers should have good cardiovascular endurance that can be gained by doing cardio exercises like running, swimming, cycling, etc.

On arrival at Kedarnath Temple, offer prayers and seek blessings from Lord Shiva. Delve into the divine aura and admire the enchanting view of the valley. Later, descend back to Gaurikund by trek or hire a pony or palanquin.

Haridwar – Guptkashi (223 Kms Drive)

We will start our day a bit early in the morning and get ready to drive to Guptkashi. On the way, we will stop for lunch and thereafter, we will continue our drive to Guptkashi. On reaching, check in at the pre-booked hotel. The evening is free for visit to Kashi Vishwnath Temple. you can go for a leisure walk while exploring the beautiful surroundings. GUPTAKASHI : is situated within the Mandakini river valley in the Northern Himalayan range. Located at a height of 1,319 meters (4,330 ft), the place is blessed with salubrious climate. Positioning right amidst a wide flat terrain, Kedarnath is a imposing sight that is enclosed with tall snow covered mountains. Built by Adi Shankaracharya in the 8th century, the Kedarnath temple is located nearby to the site of an earlier temple which was constructed by the Pandavas. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. One can witness the big statue of the Nandi Bull standing outside the temple as guard. It is a major highlight of the temple. Also, another major of the temple is its interior that portray scenes from mythology and figures of various deities.

Rudrapryag – Shri Badrinath (158 Kms)

Morning drive to Badrinath, en-route visit Shri Narshing Temple at Joshimath, and Adi Shankracharya Math, later proceed to Sri Badrinath Ji, check in at Hotel, evening visit Mana Village, Byas Gufa, Bheem Pul, Saraswati River, Ganesh Temple, evening Aarti at Sri Badrinath Temple, overnight stay at Hotel.

TAPT KUND: This kund is very famously known as the natural thermal springs situated on the banks of river Alaknanda. It is mandatory for everyone to bathe here before even entering the Badrinath temple.

NARAD KUND: It is a recess in the river, near the Tapt Kund which forms as a pool from where ideally the Badrinath idol was recovered.>

MATA MURTY TEMPLE: This well known temple is devoted to the mother of Sri Badrinathji. There are various globally acclaimed and famous temples which are Sesh Netra Temple, Urvashi Temple and Charanpaduka.

MANA VILLAGE: This temple is inhabitted by an Indo-Mongolian tribe. This tribe is also known as the last Indian village before Tibet.

BHIM PUL: On one side of the very famous Mana village lies a massive rock forming a natural bridge which further lies over the roaring Saraswati River. It gives away a spectacular and mesmerizing view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock. It is believed among the peiple that it was placed by Bhim who was the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.

VYAS GUFA (CAVE): Again near the very famous Mana Village, this is a rock-cave and here the Ved Vyas is believed to have written and composed the Mahabharata and other pauranic commentaries.

Badrinath – Rudrapryag (158 Kms)

We will get ready early in the morning to pay a visit to Badrinath Temple. After darshan and offering prayers, we will drive to Rudrapryag for overnight stay.

RUDRAPRAYAG: This place known as the meeting point of two significant rivers known to be Mandakini and river Alaknanda.

TEMPLES: Rudranath and Chamunda Devi, Koteshwar Temple (3 Kms).

Rudrapryag - Rishikesh (133 Kms)

Morning drive to Rishikesh en-route see Devprayag Sangam, later drive to Rishikesh check in at Hotel, evening visit Laxman Jhoola, overnight stay at Hotel.

RISHIKESH: This place is located at 24 Kms. from Hardwar and is further on the laps of the lower Himalayas.
