Organization, Veena world team and followup with proactive actions. Tour manager Vivek G was best in keeping the whole team engaged as a family and making the whole experience fun loving!!

We recently completed a North East India tour from 22 Oct to 02 Nov 2022 with Veena World. We undertook it due to reco of our good old friends who travelled earlier with VeenaWorld. It was a comete disappointment to these loyal customers and us. Positives: we toured as promised except for the ones that were prevented by natural calamities. Tour managers were good. Negatives: Absolutely poor value for money. The agency gave very basic hotels ( that did not provide even adequate hot water in very cold weather at least at two locations and some hotels had cockroaches and bed bugs), as against what was paid for minimum so called three to four star hotels. Hotels were changed to cheaper ones after the trip began. Return flight was also changed to cheaper courier, reaching later. The management was careless and deaf to customer complaints. The agency was for maximizing their profit without heed to customers and promised class while paying. We will never travel with them due to this breach of faith. We have travelled a lot on our own until now and it was such a letdown. Deepak Malatpure

The Veena world Pune has no sense of what the client wants, how their experience can be enhanced. All they seemed to bother is their convenience and commissions. We had money blocked with them for 3 years as a Japan trip got cancelled because of covid (1) I requested for them to just book an international ticket to US/Canada that would have covered the money blocked. They said as policy they dont book "only ticket"; guess that means no commission there (2) Asked for a customised Sikkim tour of our choice. They reverted with their own plan saying "take-it-or-leave-it" ; guess again there were not much commissions in our choice (3) Finally settled for a Nepal tour. We requested for flights between Kathmandu and Pokhara.. The agent refused and insisted on a vehicle tour... Guess that is the best commission paying one... her reason - flights get cancelled routinely....!! problem is we believed her... the reality seems to be that this is the least cancelled route (pls see https://www.tripadvisor.in/ShowTopic-g293890-i9244-k12048616-Flight_cancellations_due_to_weather-Kathmandu_Kathmandu_Valley_Bagmati_Zone_Central_Region.html).. but there could be delays ..so the advice should have been to avoid on the same day as international flight (4) The distance between Kathmandu and Pokhara is about 200 kms...time taken is about 7-8 hours .....and not because of ghats....because there is no road for 90 kms ... the Nepal contractor of VW told us that they made this very clear to VW... (5) It is a miracle that we reached Pokhara without a spinal injury ! VW should wake up before some accident of this type happens and they get sued. (6) We wised up and booked a return flight ... the driver who returned separately took 11 hours and we would have definitely missed the international flight even if we started very early !! Essentially VW sucks...and should be shutdown before they are made to, through some serious goofup

Tour Manager Mr.Sagar Chachad meticulously planned and coordinated all hotel managers,guides,driver and all other requirements for smooth conduct of long tour of 15 days duration of All of Rajasthan tour without any hitch.I congratulate Veenaworld for having such nice Tour Managers.

We had a Group tour of Australia of Veena World. Overall Excellent tour management. All aspects were well taken and tour was absolutely hassle free. Good flight + Hotels + food

Bad experience with Veena world Pune.This travel agency took our group of 19 people including kids and senior citizens. We were promised a California houseboat as per the itinerary but we were made to stay on the very bad old,smelly, place having used bed sheets were clearly visible, hairs entangled on the blankets that have never been washed in its lifetime,carpets were rotten, broken doors,toilets -dont ask! We asked the tour guides about why we didn't get what were booked for!? His reply was it's all booked due to heavy crowd! Unjustified answer as we already booked our trip in advance and were alloted the stays that were confirmed to us Overall also it wasn't a memorable trip but a lot of painful experiences due to cost cutting and cheap arrangements by Veena world! Anyway this travel agency don't bother for customers convenience.

We were promised a California houseboat as per the itinerary but we were made to stay on the very bad old,smelly, place having used bed sheets were clearly visible, hairs entangled on the blankets that have never been washed in its lifetime,carpets were rotten, broken doors,toilets -dont ask! We asked the tour guides about why we didn't get what were booked for!? His reply was it's all booked due to heavy crowd! Unjustified answer as we already booked our trip in advance and were alloted the stays that were confirmed to us Overall also it wasn't a memorable trip but a lot of painful experiences due to cost cutting and cheap arrangements by Veena world! Anyway this travel agency don't bother for customers convenience.

I think in india veena tours is better that veena world and kesari . I booked thailand for 35 people in last july and tour was fantastic . I am very happy with veena tours services and suggest people go with veena tours .

So got my trip organised by veenatours.com to thailand.

Well the service and support was fine initailly but later on I was found disappointed by them.

So I told them I need a hotel with the beach facing and it should have a pool included.

So when I reached there I was informed by their agent that my booking is cancelled because of some reason
