When unable to book on line, Just call

We could not book our holiday on line so contacted Tui direct. The person on the phone was very helpful with the booking and listend to our needs. The booking was completed for our destination. We later recived a call back with further information that our seats and transfer had been sorted for the travel assistance. The request for a groundfloor apartment was requested for. Thank you for a hassle free booking.

It's all down to your people who work as a great team. It's not just about the booking process but where they really shine is aftercare (if anything goes wrong or if there's a query and also the kind courtesy call pre-departure. All of which make such a huge difference when compared to the online experience, which I have had serious disappointment with in the past.

That TUI change flights after a couple of months which is not what you bought .

The lovely TUI sales young lady helped us get the seats we wanted and hopefully good rooms at our hotel by booking early . I have long legs so extra room seats are a must . All we hope now is we don’t get the usual change of planes that seems to happen every year because then it becomes s Ryanair/easyjet scenario furthest gate possible and then walking into the tarmac to go up the stairs making sure you are kept standing at the bottom of the steps for ages . Hoping it don’t rain.

Ive always recomended TUI

Being contructive but not critical id say your app has a glitch when you try to book a cruise, everything eles ive always found 10/10. Communication is great and booking a holiday has always been incredibly easy, and weve booked many holidays with you .....the only reason i mention the glitch is because we have tried to book a cruise with the app but we keep getting booted off , so for your sake id say it needs looking at

Great Customer service

Holiday was reasonably priced. Information for hotel was very clear. Customer service lady Lucy was just brilliant with sorting out our holiday. She was patient, got us a good deal and explained everything so well for me..

Don’t answer the phone while you have customer

I’ve booked my holiday from The TUI superstore at the fort laura was amazing she’s really helped me out, this is not a moan about her as she was fab. the down side witch I thought was really rude that while talking to you face to face at the store. they also have to answer calls from other customers while your waiting around witch I don’t think is professional at all

Super helpful

The lady who helped me gave me a couple Of options and we chose from the most suitable for us as we have 2 children with a huge age gap ( step daughter nearly 19 and son nearly 12 ) she was helpful and friendly and will definitely continue to book with tui

Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, but we felt that the staff were under trained overworked in the womenfolk of our party could be ignored The speciality restaurants were good. The main dining room had a very limited menu and was not served. together, but tended to come in dribs and drabs. The entertainment was excellent and full marks goes to the entertainment crew ship. Overall looked fairly well maintained. some requests we made at the beginning of the cruise never happened and we didn’t get a response but I say overall we enjoyed our cruise and the children certainly enjoyed the kids club

Fantastic syaff

The staff on our cruise were fantastic, the food was great couldn't be faulted. On the down side wi-fi should be free in this day and age, bottled soft drinks should be part of the all inclusive not the premium inclusive.

I keep receiving TUI marketing emails

I keep receiving TUI marketing emails, at least one per day or every other day, and I click 'unsubscribe' every time and yet they still keep coming. There is no way to contact anyone about this as I have tried their website, feedback forms, contact pages, phoned them - everything assumes you are asking about a holiday or want to book a holiday. There is literally no way to contact or speak to a human about this issue. I've wasted a lot of time on this and have now reported them to the ICO. As I received another email today (and unsubscribed yet again), I will now make another complaint to the ICO. As soon as I receive one more email, being self-employed, I am going to make a claim for my time via the small claims court.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I wanted to make a change regarding my flight luggage, I called them and they transfer me to a line that dropped immediately, the second time I called they transferred me to a different line and they told me that I should visit their store to make that change. When I called the TUI store near me they told me I couldn’t make the change while telling me that I should try the app. Basically, I wasted 30minutes for something they could tell me straight upfront.

Great site but…

Great site to navigate I just found that it wasn't that easy to see free child space dates without going back and reinputting all info again and also didn't pull through my promo code and they wouldn't add it on after when i call them. Shame otherwise have been 5 stars

We had a lovely experience with TUI

First time we used TUI for family holiday in Tunisia for 7 nights. Everything was well organised, accommodation was amazing ! Just download TUI app and you can find all the information there, they answered to the app chat so quick. Tui Rep has meet us on the airport to navigate as where the transfer to the hotel is ,the y also came to make sure that we get in to the right bus - amazing 👏. On the following day TUI rep come to our hotel to make us aware of how we can spend our time ,gave us advice of all local service and how we can use it efficient. Also all the excursions can be booked via their app super quick Overall we are very happy , and definitely gonna use TUI again !

At Manchester, extra luggage allowance. Premium check in desk (2 people in our queue when we arrived, dozens and dozens in the normal queue). Fast track and the escape lounge included ( both excellent), priority boarding. Welcome drink on board,(fizz or juice), bottle of water, blanket, pillow, good headphones, 2 excellent meals with drinks, extra drinks services, bag of free items, wide recliner seats, foot rests, plenty of room to the seat in front, ( even when they recline back), good films/music etc in the touchscreen TV built into the headrest in the seat in front of you, 2 toilets very clean, press dimmer for the window,first off the plane, excellent cabin crew. It made a 9 hour flight so much better. At Punta Cana to Manchester, premium check in, ( even more people in the normal queue and only us in ours at the time,) no fast track or lounge, but everything else as above flying from Manchester except the blanket changed to a quilt and cabin lights dimmed as it was a night flight. Well worth the the extra money, made the flights so much better. Book well in advance to get side by side seats as it's so popular. Everyone we spoke to always does premium for long haul after they have done it once. Watch a couple of up to date you tube videos, they are good but it's even better in person. 63 people in premium when we flew on the TUI Dreamliner.

Terrible airline, I’ve never seen an airline charges you for blanket that is disgusting. Worst airline in every way possible. Never ever again.

The flight to Sal, Cape Verde is 6 hours long. A 737-800 is a really small aircraft to make people do this trip on. It is cramped, uncomfortable and there is NO entertainment. You have to purchase everything on board. We were really hungry by the time the middle of the flight came and decided to order the Chicken Tikka with brown rice- but doesn’t come with brown rice, just some slop with chicken. £8.50 for a tiny bit of slop. The first time we flew to CV we flew on the Dreamliner and it was a pleasure. Apparently they are saving the Dreamliners for 8 hour flights now. I feel sorry for anyone who is tall with long legs as you cannot sit comfortably at all. The plane we were on was dirty and had not been cleaned at all before we boarded. Disappointing that they are the only airline who flies from the UK to CV! Need to up their game!

Short hop from Gatwick to Tunisia, and TUI again made it a pain. The app would not recognise my booking so had to wait in line for a boarding pass. Long lines as the three check in desks made everybody put their bags in a sizer, then spent considerable time extorting money for minor infringements. On board we were late arriving, and the whole experience felt like cattle heading rather than valued passengers.

Tui's NOT ALL INCLUSIVE as IMPLIED Booked ALL INCLUSIVE holiday in Rhodes, Airport and Flight were Great, been to the same Hotel for 15 years as Half Board, Brilliant Hotel, Great staff, however this year I did ALL INCLUSIVE, it was far from ALL INCLUSIVE, complained to Tui on my return to UK, in my opinion basically appalling customer service, what was included in ALL INCLUSIVE was so minimal and fragmented we ended up having to pay for our meals and drinks every day, running into an unexpected cost of about £600, Tui refused to refund ALL INCLUSIVE charge, despite it not being used, I requested they forward my complaint to the office of the CEO, my request was not simply declined but REFUSED. While Tui may do some good holiday breaks at some brilliant location's I would STRONGLY suggest Do Not Do ALL INCLUSIVE, because its not. Now looking to go through ABTA or the County Court, why should the customer pay for something that was not provided as implied. Date of experience: 14 October 2023

Ive always recomended TUI

Being contructive but not critical id say your app has a glitch when you try to book a cruise, everything eles ive always found 10/10. Communication is great and booking a holiday has always been incredibly easy, and weve booked many holidays with you .....the only reason i mention the glitch is because we have tried to book a cruise with the app but we keep getting booted off , so for your sake id say it needs looking at

Great Customer service

Holiday was reasonably priced. Information for hotel was very clear. Customer service lady Lucy was just brilliant with sorting out our holiday. She was patient, got us a good deal and explained everything so well for me..

Don’t answer the phone while you have customer

I’ve booked my holiday from The TUI superstore at the fort laura was amazing she’s really helped me out, this is not a moan about her as she was fab. the down side witch I thought was really rude that while talking to you face to face at the store. they also have to answer calls from other customers while your waiting around witch I don’t think is professional at all

Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, but we felt that the staff were under trained overworked in the womenfolk of our party could be ignored The speciality restaurants were good. The main dining room had a very limited menu and was not served. together, but tended to come in dribs and drabs. The entertainment was excellent and full marks goes to the entertainment crew ship. Overall looked fairly well maintained. some requests we made at the beginning of the cruise never happened and we didn’t get a response but I say overall we enjoyed our cruise and the children certainly enjoyed the kids club

Fantastic syaff

The staff on our cruise were fantastic, the food was great couldn't be faulted. On the down side wi-fi should be free in this day and age, bottled soft drinks should be part of the all inclusive not the premium inclusive.

I keep receiving TUI marketing emails

I keep receiving TUI marketing emails, at least one per day or every other day, and I click 'unsubscribe' every time and yet they still keep coming. There is no way to contact anyone about this as I have tried their website, feedback forms, contact pages, phoned them - everything assumes you are asking about a holiday or want to book a holiday. There is literally no way to contact or speak to a human about this issue. I've wasted a lot of time on this and have now reported them to the ICO. As I received another email today (and unsubscribed yet again), I will now make another complaint to the ICO. As soon as I receive one more email, being self-employed, I am going to make a claim for my time via the small claims court.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I wanted to make a change regarding my flight luggage, I called them and they transfer me to a line that dropped immediately, the second time I called they transferred me to a different line and they told me that I should visit their store to make that change. When I called the TUI store near me they told me I couldn’t make the change while telling me that I should try the app. Basically, I wasted 30minutes for something they could tell me straight upfront.

Great site but…

Great site to navigate I just found that it wasn't that easy to see free child space dates without going back and reinputting all info again and also didn't pull through my promo code and they wouldn't add it on after when i call them. Shame otherwise have been 5 stars

We had a lovely experience with TUI

First time we used TUI for family holiday in Tunisia for 7 nights. Everything was well organised, accommodation was amazing ! Just download TUI app and you can find all the information there, they answered to the app chat so quick. Tui Rep has meet us on the airport to navigate as where the transfer to the hotel is ,the y also came to make sure that we get in to the right bus - amazing 👏. On the following day TUI rep come to our hotel to make us aware of how we can spend our time ,gave us advice of all local service and how we can use it efficient. Also all the excursions can be booked via their app super quick Overall we are very happy , and definitely gonna use TUI again !

We could not book our holiday on line so contacted Tui direct. The person on the phone was very helpful with the booking and listend to our needs. The booking was completed for our destination. We later recived a call back with further information that our seats and transfer had been sorted for the travel assistance. The request for a groundfloor apartment was requested for. Thank you for a hassle free booking.

It's all down to your people who work as a great team. It's not just about the booking process but where they really shine is aftercare (if anything goes wrong or if there's a query and also the kind courtesy call pre-departure. All of which make such a huge difference when compared to the online experience, which I have had serious disappointment with in the past.

That TUI change flights after a couple of months which is not what you bought .

The lovely TUI sales young lady helped us get the seats we wanted and hopefully good rooms at our hotel by booking early . I have long legs so extra room seats are a must . All we hope now is we don’t get the usual change of planes that seems to happen every year because then it becomes s Ryanair/easyjet scenario furthest gate possible and then walking into the tarmac to go up the stairs making sure you are kept standing at the bottom of the steps for ages . Hoping it don’t rain.

Fantastic syaff

The staff on our cruise were fantastic, the food was great couldn't be faulted. On the down side wi-fi should be free in this day and age, bottled soft drinks should be part of the all inclusive not the premium inclusive.

I keep receiving TUI marketing emails

I keep receiving TUI marketing emails, at least one per day or every other day, and I click 'unsubscribe' every time and yet they still keep coming. There is no way to contact anyone about this as I have tried their website, feedback forms, contact pages, phoned them - everything assumes you are asking about a holiday or want to book a holiday. There is literally no way to contact or speak to a human about this issue. I've wasted a lot of time on this and have now reported them to the ICO. As I received another email today (and unsubscribed yet again), I will now make another complaint to the ICO. As soon as I receive one more email, being self-employed, I am going to make a claim for my time via the small claims court.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I wanted to make a change regarding my flight luggage, I called them and they transfer me to a line that dropped immediately, the second time I called they transferred me to a different line and they told me that I should visit their store to make that change. When I called the TUI store near me they told me I couldn’t make the change while telling me that I should try the app. Basically, I wasted 30minutes for something they could tell me straight upfront.

Great site but…

Great site to navigate I just found that it wasn't that easy to see free child space dates without going back and reinputting all info again and also didn't pull through my promo code and they wouldn't add it on after when i call them. Shame otherwise have been 5 stars

We had a lovely experience with TUI

First time we used TUI for family holiday in Tunisia for 7 nights. Everything was well organised, accommodation was amazing ! Just download TUI app and you can find all the information there, they answered to the app chat so quick. Tui Rep has meet us on the airport to navigate as where the transfer to the hotel is ,the y also came to make sure that we get in to the right bus - amazing 👏. On the following day TUI rep come to our hotel to make us aware of how we can spend our time ,gave us advice of all local service and how we can use it efficient. Also all the excursions can be booked via their app super quick Overall we are very happy , and definitely gonna use TUI again !

We could not book our holiday on line so contacted Tui direct. The person on the phone was very helpful with the booking and listend to our needs. The booking was completed for our destination. We later recived a call back with further information that our seats and transfer had been sorted for the travel assistance. The request for a groundfloor apartment was requested for. Thank you for a hassle free booking.

It's all down to your people who work as a great team. It's not just about the booking process but where they really shine is aftercare (if anything goes wrong or if there's a query and also the kind courtesy call pre-departure. All of which make such a huge difference when compared to the online experience, which I have had serious disappointment with in the past.

That TUI change flights after a couple of months which is not what you bought .

The lovely TUI sales young lady helped us get the seats we wanted and hopefully good rooms at our hotel by booking early . I have long legs so extra room seats are a must . All we hope now is we don’t get the usual change of planes that seems to happen every year because then it becomes s Ryanair/easyjet scenario furthest gate possible and then walking into the tarmac to go up the stairs making sure you are kept standing at the bottom of the steps for ages . Hoping it don’t rain.

Ive always recomended TUI

Being contructive but not critical id say your app has a glitch when you try to book a cruise, everything eles ive always found 10/10. Communication is great and booking a holiday has always been incredibly easy, and weve booked many holidays with you .....the only reason i mention the glitch is because we have tried to book a cruise with the app but we keep getting booted off , so for your sake id say it needs looking at

Don’t answer the phone while you have customer

I’ve booked my holiday from The TUI superstore at the fort laura was amazing she’s really helped me out, this is not a moan about her as she was fab. the down side witch I thought was really rude that while talking to you face to face at the store. they also have to answer calls from other customers while your waiting around witch I don’t think is professional at all

Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, but we felt that the staff were under trained overworked in the womenfolk of our party could be ignored The speciality restaurants were good. The main dining room had a very limited menu and was not served. together, but tended to come in dribs and drabs. The entertainment was excellent and full marks goes to the entertainment crew ship. Overall looked fairly well maintained. some requests we made at the beginning of the cruise never happened and we didn’t get a response but I say overall we enjoyed our cruise and the children certainly enjoyed the kids club

First time we used TUI for family holiday in Tunisia for 7 nights. Everything was well organised, accommodation was amazing ! Just download TUI app and you can find all the information there, they answered to the app chat so quick. Tui Rep has meet us on the airport to navigate as where the transfer to the hotel is ,the y also came to make sure that we get in to the right bus - amazing 👏. On the following day TUI rep come to our hotel to make us aware of how we can spend our time ,gave us advice of all local service and how we can use it efficient. Also all the excursions can be booked via their app super quick Overall we are very happy , and definitely gonna use TUI again !

total mix up on flights

total mix up on flights. excuses used at hotel on room requested not avaiilable due to closure of floors not in use yet coincidently we spoke to people in hotel staying on 4th floor and a man and wife who were actually allocated the room we asked for room 405. I Booked seats 4A and 4B out and return but had to arrange assistance for my wife age 85 who has difficulty walking and was told we were allocated 1A and 1B out 4A 4B return and booking fee wuld be refunded. we booked in and were given boarding cards for 4A and 4B! when we got on plane 1A 1B were taken as were 4A 4B.We were advised by cabin crew on there list we were 24E and 24F, how did all that happen ? I do not think we shall be going back to Benidorm as the atmosphere in these so called re-furbished hotels is not the same, they are like Ice Cream parlours not restaurants, no comfort or elegance. Sorry I have not got any good comments as we have had some wonderfull holidays and cruises with Tomsons and TUI but everyone thinks they need to change things but change is very rarely for the better. Horrendous, I have booked with TUI for years. Had an issue on holiday this year. Complained in resort and then again when I returned home. 12th Sep was date of complaint still nothing, I have opened an ABTA claim to find out the Director of TUI is the Director of ABTA. Sent a copy to the Director at his home address as found on Companies House. Still no answers Promised escalations, promised call backs nothing happens. Wouldn’t care I have even asked for a full refund it’s a partial refund. I’m a travel agent who books TUI as part of our tour operations …. Not anymore if they can’t get it right for colleagues how can they get it right for customers. They believe they are the big wig of travel since losing Thomas Cook. People need to stop using them

Stayed at H10 Timanfaya Palace in…

Stayed at H10 Timanfaya Palace in Lanzarote. Lovely clean hotel with really friendly staff and plenty of sun beds in extremely nice surroundings. Food was quite good but variety of vegetables in both the a la carte and buffet restaurants could be improved. Not a great experience on outbound flight. Had to queue on tarmac in the rain to board via steps. This was the slowest boarding process we have ever experienced in all our travels. When eventually stepping on board the two stewardesses at the front of the plane were chatting together and didn’t even look up to welcome passengers on board. I have never previously experienced this on any flight with other airlines. Maybe they were embarrassed about the terribly slow process but a smile and “sorry about the wait” would have been nice. Having said that, the return flight experience was considerably better. We have still booked with TUI to return to the same resort next year so overall a very good experience.

A recent booking of ours has recently shown a number of poor reviews. When asking Tui to look into it they said the hotel meets Tui standards and not to rely on Trip Advisor as their reviews are misleading.
