Day 1: Arrive in Jaisalmer, at around noon or best before 3-4 pm.

Enjoy half day Jaisalmer city Sightseeing. Sites to see: Vyas Chattri, Bada Bagh, Gadisar Lake, & Puppet Show at NK Sharma Museum.

Day 2: After breakfast, leave for half day Jaisalmer Fort Tour. Sites to see: Patwon Haveli, Nathmal Haveli, Salim Singh Haveli, Jain Temples, Cannon Point, & local Fort market.

Rajasthan Experience

The sights we saw on the Rajasthan Experience Tour were fantastic. In general though most of us felt there was not enough time with the local people. We were to protected and sheltered. Most of us were world travelers and found this frustrating. Although two of the dinners in castles were outstanding perhaps eating in a few more restaurants where locals also ate would be more interesting then only eating with tourists. Our time in Mandawa would have been much more interesting had we been able to walk around for a few hours in the town. Our guide said they were not used to tourists and there had been an incident in here once. The 2 full afternoons of free time at the Mandawa dessert hotel was to long. This tour would have been better if it had an extra 2 days added to it in Jodhpur and especially Udaipur. We all felt Udaipur was stressfully a short time to see it. Aside from my frustration of not having enough contact with local people during the tour I thought the tour was excellent and our guide Anjile was an exceptional person. She was charming, educational, patient and entertaining. We all felt extremely lucky to be in the company of her and she being Indian was all the more interesting. Intrepid is lucky to have found such a talented person. Thank you Anjilie !!!!

Colorful India with Taj Mahal & Rajasthan

It was not an expensive tour and some aspects will reflect that. The hotels aren't 4/5 star but they are clean I'd in a bit of disrepair in some situations. My driver Lakhan Singh made me feel safe and cared for which was very important as a solo traveller and I'd recommend him to other solo women. If I wanted roadside chai he'd ask me to stay in the car and he'd bring me the chai so I didn't have to deal with stares or rude questions, and when my tour ran a bit late he checked in repeatedly to make sure everything was ok. The tour guides are a range of skill and experience but they'll be different for every city. My favorites were Nipendra in Udaipur and Bhawani in Jaipur. They customized the tour on the fly for me when I expressed that I wanted different experiences.If I were to do it again the only change I'd make is the length. A day extra in Delhi and Jaipur would have been ideal for me, and while I'm sure the company would have made those adjustments for me, it was my first trip to India and I wasn't expecting to be overwhelmed by the beautiful sights.

Royal Rajasthan with Taj Mahal Tour

First experience of traveling in India and Swastik journey revealed to be the best way to do it. We made a 12 days round trip starting from Dehli and driving daily to next city mostly in Rajastan. We had a personal driver the whole trip and different guides in each city which gave us most knowledge about the country from different points of view. We found out that this was the best and eastiest way to travel in such a country. Our driver was Mahendra Sigh and took very good care of us, driving us around in the jeopardy of the trafic of India, always ready to help us and make sure we had a safe and good time. The car was always clean and with a bottle of water ready for us every day. He gave us some extra suggestions that we could miss from the guides about local stuff. The guides were overall good, followed the plan and gave good information, we wanted to walk around the cities which was not always planned and they adjusted for it. The only thing we didn’t like was that there was a stop in a shop in every city for showing local products that they wanted to sell. It felt a bit like a turistic trap. We appreciated the forst 1-2 times but that in was too much. The hotels were mostly 3 stars and once 4 star, mostly clean and with good breackfast. Overall good experience and would travel with them again.

North India Revealed, was an amazing tour. Our guide Sanjeev was really good. Free time is a bonus and though sometimes felt obligated to do what the rest of the group is doing, you can still go off and explore on your own. Watch out for beggars, of all ages including children. They don't take no for an answer. In India they expect tips, I wasn't aware of this but its on 10 Rupiahs which equates to about 2c Australian. Overall a really good trip.

In case of private booking of any package from Jaisalmer tour packages , the minimum number of people required is 2.

Hotel bookings are subjected to their availability, and will be booked accordingly. In case of unavailability, a similar category accommodation will be provided to the traveler. In case of any irregular disturbance or unfortunate conditions such as bad weather, insurrection/political unrest etc; we as an organization reserve the right to reorganize the planned itinerary without making any changes to the duration and quality of services.
It is mandatory for the traveler to carry a valid address proof such as Aadhar card/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport along with them during the trip.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the travel date will incur a 30% cancelation fee.
Cancellations made within 15 – 30 days will incur a 50% cancelation fee.
Cancellations made within 0-15 days will incur a 100% cancelation fee.
Cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances occurring due to medical ground or sickness, within 48-72 hours before the travel date may stand valid for a rescheduling to a different date of the same booking. This shall be validated through the supportive medical documents.
Any cancellation request of the booking shall be entertained only till 1800 Hrs.
If the booked accommodation type lies in 4-5 star category then the charges and timeline may vary depending upon the property’s regulations.

Payment Policy

The payment terms finalized at the time of booking will remain the same and can not be changed once the booking is done.
100% advance of the total booking value shall be paid well ahead of the travel date adhering to the finalized payment terms.

I did not like the communication gap existing amongst the staff and the customer. My flight to Nagpur was delayed by two and half hours but it was informed to me on email ( not by W.A. or SMS) when I have already left my home in Baner area. I was painfully detained at airport with luggage when the gate no. 10 was changed to 5. I'll never recommend your flight to anybody.

Seats don't recline, no charging points. New aircraft and very clean. Crew should serve some water atleast.

There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.

I have been an NRI living abroad for the last 35 years, but I had one of my worst experiences recently at the Dharbhanga airport, especially with the ground staff. Their behavior was very rude; one of the staff members almost abused me and charged me extra for my laptop and cable that I was carrying from Dharbhanga to Delhi, where I had an international flight. Despite being careful with the weight limits, the ground staff treated me very poorly, making it one of the worst flying experiences of my life.

Staff could have been helpful when traveling with kids and seniors. Not at all professional staff, just some janitors who do not understand hospitality. The food was horrible; the tomatoes tasted foul. The flight was small and the legroom was not good.

Flight was changed without proper monitor display. Boarding process was confusing with no announcements.

Flight arrived on time even though boarding and takeoff were delayed. No infant seatbelt provided. Crew was a bit indifferent. Baggage was damaged and representatives refused to write up a damage report.

IGI T-1 terminal is under renovation. So, the boarding and check in process took extremely long, due to reduced number of kiosks. Further, the flight was delayed by 1 hour 15 mins. The same was not being properly informed to the passengers because of which a feeling of slight chaos was evident amongst the passengers. All this further increased the discomfort, which was already in the menu due to the ATR aircraft. Lastly, the Spicescreen website wasn't working properly due to pathetic interface and poor wifi connectivity, which otherwise could have been a pass-time during the flight. Such issues were not expected from Spicejet and need to be taken care and handled in a better manner in future.

Fly has been canceled 3 hours before departure. That happens after 2 delayed departures. No automatic compensation. Spicejet refused to give us compensation form. Bad service.

Landing at Delhi IGI AIRPORT was not smooth.It made us bit nervous. Then the rest was ok. Staff and the crew are very efficient.
