We were planning to visit the North East and some ease to access locations. The stay at these places were very comfortable and along with the tranquility and scenic beauty Orchid, Cherrapunjee Resort and Wild Grass Lodge it turned out to be a very memorable and enjoyable stay. In the afternoon, we took the Kaziranga Jeep Safari in the central range and that too was great experience. We stayed in a nice resort close to Kaziranga Western Range and resort was very beautiful with nice ambience, food and service were extremely good. Next day, we started for Western Aurnachal and we visited Bomdila, Tawang, Diranga and Bhalukpong and overall Arunachal experience was also very good. Tawang is a beautiful place to visit while on a North East Package Tour and in early 2020 we got a chance to explore this beautiful place amidst the tough mountains. The highlight of this place is its 400 years old Tawang monastery along with few ads on nearby places like Jaswant Singh Memorial, Nuranang falls, Bumla Pass, Sangetsar Lake, and War memorial. Although the place was undoubtedly great with a good stay, but the food is an issue here as my mother being vegetarian had to rely upon minimal options, but other than that we had a great family time.

After arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station, the Indian Holiday representative will transfer you to Tezpur. Enjoy the beautiful views en route. Once reached, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel and unwind.

Later, visit the ruins of Agnigarh. Legend says Banasura built this fort to lock away his daughter Usha. The fort was surrounded by fire at all times so that no one could go in and out without permission. Afterward, come back to the hotel and spend a comfortable night.

Wake up early and have breakfast. Check out and get transferred from Tezpur to Dirang. En route, stop at Tippi Village, located in the West Kameng district of Arunachal on River Kameng. Witness the lovely orchids like Dainty Lady's Slipper and Dendrobium.

Continue the drive to Dirang. Once reached, check in to the hotel and rest. Explore the regional Apple Nursery, kiwi farm, fort, and hot water spring post-lunch. Return to the hotel and enjoy a restful sleep.

On day 3 of the Tawang tour, savor a delicious meal and check out from the hotel. Set off to your next destination, Tawang. On the way, stop at the war cemetery. Pay your respects, and then continue your drive till Sela Pass. It is known for its pristine Sela Lake and spectacular views. Once you reach Tawang, check in to the hotel and slide under the sheets for a relaxing sleep.

Post breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Tawang. This tour will cover all the famous attractions in Tawang, like Tawang Monastery. This 400-year-old monastery in Arunachal Pradesh is one of India's biggest Buddhist monasteries to be found.

Other places you will visit are Namgye Lhatse, PT Tso, Gorsam Chorten, Singar Ani Gompa, and Gontse Garden. As the sun sets, get back to the hotel for a restful sleep.

After breakfast, check out. Today, make your way to Bomdila. Enjoy the stunning views en route. Once reached, complete the check-in formalities and rest for a while. Then, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Bomdila. Visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gompa) and Thubchog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gompa).

Also, visit Bomdila View Point to catch the panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks. End the tour with a visit to the local market for shopping. Finally, come back to the hotel for a comfy overnight sleep.

Savor a fulfilling breakfast at the hotel and check out. Then, start your drive from Bomdila to Guwahati and enjoy the beautiful scenery on your way. Once reached, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel and unwind. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities. Post dinner, have a relaxing sleep.

• All Sightseeing depends upon Weather, Road Conditions, and Time management of Guests. Sightseeing Can be Shifted to Other Days or can be missed, Totally Depending upon the Road conditions and time management of Guests.
• Kindly Note – In Group Departure for all Guests – There will be only One Pickup Point and One Drop Point. All Guests have to report to the Pickup Point to board the vehicle. Same with Drop Point, We will drop off all guests at one point only.

Morning after breakfast we will visit Bomdila Monastery via Bomdila View Point & and proceed towards Tawang, on the way to Tawang is a scenic drive through the serpentine roads alongside the river Kameng. Beautiful landscapes throughout the drive keeps one engaged. There is a strong Tibetan presence in Tawang. Prayer flags flutter in the breeze. Cross the Sella Pass at 13,700 ft. Enroute stop at the Jaswant Garh War Memorial-to pay tribute to the brave soldiers who single-handedly tried to hold of the approaching Chinese from the pass during the 1962 Indo-Chinese war. Choosing The Itinerary

Choosing your itinerary for Tawang is the toughest part of the trip. Trips to Tawang can be done anywhere between 5 to 10 days. So most people who have a tight budget and restricted with time often go for a Mini Tour to Tawang . If you really want to explore the untouched beauty of this region, we would strongly recommend to spend more time here. Remember, it takes 2 days to reach Tawang from Guwahati, so a typical 5 day trip will have only one day at Tawang. When you travel that far, we recommend you to spend enough time there. Moreover, Dirang is more than just a transit stop. Exploring the valley before reaching the mountains truly shows the diverse landscapes in the region. Most people also include Kaziranga in their trip to Tawang. You can do that by extending your tour for a day.

Recommended Itinerary

Day 1: guwahati – dirang (320 km – 9 hours).

We start our tour very early in the day as we have a long and tiring journey to Dirang. While the journey is long, we ensure you take multiple stops to admire the beauty of nature. We pass through very close to the picturesque Bhutan – Assam – Arunachal Pradesh tri-junction . We also visit the beautiful Gyuto Monastery on the way. Later in the evening, we reach the town of Dirang . Check-in to a homestay / hotel / camp and relax.

Day 2: Dirang – Thembang Heritage Village – Sangti Valley – Dirang (8 hours)

Today, we explore the beauty of Dirang. We start our day early by paying a visit to Hot Springs . After breakfast, we will visit Thembang Heritage Village which is the traditional village of the Monpas. On the way, we will also cover Namshu Monastery . Later, we will pack our lunch from homestay/hotel and go to Sangti Valley . This is one of the most serene places in the region, and a perfect place to have lunch by the river. After spending enough time at Sangti, and we leave the place as clean as we found it when we arrived. Drive to Dirang and relax in the evening.

Day 3: Dirang – Sela Pass – Nuranang Waterfalls – Tawang (6-7 hours)

An exciting part of the journey begins today as we move from valley to the mountains. The scenic route to Tawang passes through Sela Pass (13000+ ft above sea level). We take a stop at this place for few minutes to admire the beauty of Sela Pass . The sudden change in the landscape as we reach Sela Pass is sure to pleasantly surprise you. We will proceed to Tawang via Nuranang Waterfalls and Chakzam Bridge (if time permits – a suspension bridge that is built 400 years ago)! Check in to a hotel at Tawang.

Day 4: Tawang Sight Seeing Tour

There are a lot of places to visit in the town of Tawang. We start our day by visiting the second largest Buddhist Monastery in the world, Tawang Monastery . Later, we go to Buddha Park and visit birth place of 6th Dalai Lama. In the evening, we will visit the War Memorial , and view the light and sound show (which introduces you to the history of this region).

Day 5: Tawang – Bum La Pass – Sungester Lake – Tawang

Another exciting day begins as we drive through stunning landscapes to reach the India – China border at Bum La Pass , which is situated at 15200 ft above sea level. Spend some time interacting with the army personnel and take some beautiful pictures with China in the background. Later we drive towards Sungester Lake , which is also called Madhuri Lake by tourists after a song of Madhuri Dixit was filmed here (anyone remember the movie Koyla?). Later, after a brief halt at PTSO Lake View Point , we drive back to Tawang.

Day 6: Day Trip to Zemithang

While most visitors miss this place, we would strongly recommend to visit this picturesque place. The drive to this place amidst the tall and dry mountains will be a visual treat. If you are very lucky, you can also spot the endangered Red Panda or Black Necked Crane here!

Visit Gorsam Chorten at Zemithang. Also enjoy the lovely views of Zemithang. Later in the day, we will start our drive back to Tawang. On the way we will visit the Giant Statue of Tara Devi at Lumla .

(If you plan for an extra day, you can also visit Hot Springs)

Day 7: Tawang – Bhalukpong (280 km – 9 hours)

After spending awesome days at Tawang, we start our way back, getting closer to the end of an exciting tour. We take a different route this time and take a halt at the border (Arunachal – Assam border) town of Bhalukpong. On the way, we will visit Dirang Monastery and Mandala Top . Check in to a homestay in the evening and relax.

Day 8: Bhalukpong – Guwahati (240 km – 5 hours)

Today is the last day of the tour. After spending some time exploring the town of Bhalukpong, we will drive towards Guwahait. On the way, we will visit the beautiful Maha Mrityunjay Temple at Nagaon. Later, we will drop you back to Guwahati (airport / railway station / hotel). That brings an end to our Tawang trip.

Tawang, the land of the Lamas, is a beauty that you could never miss in your lifetime. Situated at 10,000 feet above sea level, this paradise of a place is all the beautiful landscapes that you have seen in movies and paintings. The largest Buddhist monastery in the country is situated here, with a 28 feet tall Buddha statue in gold. 

Monks on Wheels in association with Muddie Trails takes you to a remote and picturesque town situated in the state of Arunachal Pradesh offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayan mountain range.

Tawang is known for the high passes it has, which are home to calming and soothing glacial lakes. One of the highest passes in the world located close to international borders can be found here, the Sela pass, which has to be crossed to reach Tawang. This is at an altitude of 13,700 feet. Here, travelers can take in the breathtaking views as well as lots of Army vehicles.

Apart from Sela pass, the Bumla pass, at an altitude of 15,200 feet, is also an added attraction to Tawang. You will be filled with a sense of patriotism and nationalism, seeing our brave soldiers protecting our country in the harshest climates and terrains. The Bomdila town, full of apple orchards, and the stone village of Dirang also will give you experiences that you have never felt before. Being the least densely populated state of India, the serenity and peace the state has to offer accompanied by the unmatching scenic beauty, are indeed pure and unpolluted.

Short Itinerary

• Travelers arriving by flight will be picked up and assisted by our team at the Guwahati Airport around 12.30- 1.00 PM.
• The first stop is Tezpur, the highway to which runs parallel to the mighty Brahmaputra river, filling in the air of enthusiasm in you.
• The journey generally takes around 5 hours, including a lunch break, and covers about 200 Km.
• We will then directly check in to the guest houses, either at Tezpur or Bhulukpong, as per availability, late in the evening.
• After checking in, you may go out to the market for a walk, shopping for things and items required for the trip.
• After dinner, let us rest for the day to get ready for the big day ahead.
• Once checked out of the guest house after breakfast, we will head towards a border checkpoint of Arunachal Pradesh at Bhalukpong, where we will be required to show the security our Inner Line Permits, ILPs, to enter Arunachal Pradesh.
• You will be amazed by the roads as they are well maintained by the Border Road Organization (BRO), and most of the time, you don’t even realize that you are going through the Himalayas.
• We will stop for a lunch break before getting to the Bomdila pass. On the way, we will also be stopping at the extremely beautiful viewpoints to admire the beauty of the rivers of Arunachal Pradesh, Tenga, and Kameng.
• The final destination for the day is Dirang, which is also known as the stone village. Before reaching there, we will be stopping at the Bomdila viewpoint as well.
• Dirang monastery, known for its color and vibrancy, will welcome us to its hospitality at Dirang.
• The stay for the night will either be camping in Sangti Valley or at the Dirang guest house, according to availability. If we get to camp outside, the difference will be that we will get to have a bonfire and sleep under the star-studded sky.
• There will be a social gathering at the place of accommodation. After dinner, we will go for a good night’s sleep. 
• The Sangti valley blessed enormously with the scenic beauty it has to offer, will gift you with a beautiful morning. Covered in greenery, the valley has a river flowing and mountains on the side, facing the green grasslands on the other side with cattle and rural life, giving you the feeling of being inside a painting!
• Sangti valley is located just a half-hour drive from the main town of Dirang.
• We will check out of the stay after breakfast.
• The day will be one to remember as today we will be passing the Sela Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the Himalayas, to get to Tawang.
• Tawang, the land of Lamas, is at a distance that will take about 6-7 hours to reach, including the pit stops and lunch break.
• We will be stopping on the way, 13,700 feet above sea level, to get enchanted by the Paradise Lake of Sela Pass and be mesmerized by it.
• We will also be stopping by a café run by the Indian Army at Sela pass. This visit is going to be something to look forward to, to experience the hospitality and warmth of the place and the people.
• Being on the border with China, lots of Army vehicles and Army personnel will be found in the area, filling us with a sense of pride and security.
• After reaching Tawang, we will check in to the Guest house and get freshened up.
• We will have our usual social gathering and dinner.
• Take adequate rest for the day awaiting.
• We will have an early breakfast and start the day by checking out of the guest house.
• The Tawang Monastery is the largest monastery of its kind in India, which you will be able to explore thoroughly. Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, houses the only monastery that is bigger than the Tawang monastery. The architecture and colors inspired by the Buddhist way of life are something that soothes our souls and brings peace and joy.
• We will have our lunch at a local restaurant.
• While exploring the massive Buddha statue of Tawang, we will get to see a bird’s eye view of Tawang.
• There, we will also be visiting the war memorial, commemorating the brave Indian soldiers who died bravely fighting for the nation. This memorial, known as the 1962 Tawang War memorial, is one of the important elements of our visit.
• After the day’s activity, we will have dinner and take a good night’s rest at our Tawang guest house.
• The tranquil air of Tawang town will greet us with a beautiful morning.
• After breakfast, we will get started with the tasks for the day. The day is going to be different from normal since we will be going to the highest point of the trip, which is the BumLa pass. For this, we are required to take a special permit as well. We will have to continue our journey to the pass on a special cab from Tawang as the tourist vehicles won’t be allowed to get there.
• Picturesque glacier lakes welcome us to the India- China border post, which indeed will be a treat to our eyes.
• A peek into the Chinese side will be possible from there. You can also use binoculars to broaden the view.
• Snacks, tea, desserts, and other refreshments will be available at the Army canteen by the pass.
• After spending ample time at the pass, we will start our journey back to Tawang. We will be stopping on the way to view the magnificent lakes, Ptso lake and Sangetsar Lake which is widely known as Madhuri Lake.
• We will wrap for the day after taking a walk down the market for shopping some souvenirs.
• After reaching the guest house, we will have dinner and take a rest.
• We will part with Tawang after breakfast.
• We will now be traveling back to Bomdila pass, which will take us 5 hours through dense forest.
• On the way, we will be stopping by the Nuranang waterfalls, standing tall, for some pictures. This waterfall which will amuse us with rainbows during the sunshine also gushes with water during the rainy season.
• The hot springs are also the main attraction on our way back, where we will definitely be stopping. We will have lunch at Dirang.
• After reaching the calm Bomdila Town, you may go out for a walk in the market.
• We will have our social gathering back at the stay, one final gathering, before leaving for good.
• Later, we will have dinner and take rest for the day.
• After breakfast, we will check out from the guest house.
• With that, we will be leaving the heaven of a place, Tawang, with memories that we will forever cherish. The picturesque valleys, culture, and beautiful people of Arunachal Pradesh will always be a warm memory in our hearts. With that, we will start our journey back to Assam.

• There is  no luxury  involved in any part of this trip. This is a backpacking trip with  basic facilities .

Seasonal Variations:

• Mid Mar to June:  Summers are pleasant in Tawang which pull tourists in good numbers.
• Jul to mid Sept (monsoons):  The rains hit the eastern Himalayas starting from mid June. Journey would be tough during this time. We usually avoid traveling to Arunachal in these months.
• Mid Sept to Nov  (Post monsoon): Another good season to travel before extreme winter sets in. One can expect high tourist footfall in these months.
• Dec to mid Mar : Temperatures will drop below 0 degrees towards the end of the year with the onset of snow fall covering the entire valley. It will be very difficult to travel and important roads will be closed by Indian Army.

6N7D TOUR TO TAWANG - EX GUWAHATI

Want to know what paradise feels like? Head straight to Tawang and get immersed in the pristine view and beauty of a place that we like to call heaven. It sits high on top of the Himalayas at a breathtaking height of over 10,000 feet above sea level. Majestic, isn't it? But what is more fascinating is the road trip from Guwahati to Tawang that truly is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, with mountainous roads, epic views, Buddhist monasteries, the Sela Pass, the pit stops on the road, all greeting you as you drive ahead in your SUV. Arunachal Pradesh, like always, welcomes you with a lot of surprises and twists while on the roads, but as you move along, you are in for a sure shot amazing experience!

How to Reach: Guwahati to Tawang is just about 450 kilometers on the map, but due to the mountainous roads, it takes more than a day's time to reach. You will get tourist taxis and self-drive cars at Guwahati and Tezpur. But let us take you there so that you can have the time of your lives. The nearest major railway station is in Guwahati and the nearest major airport is in Guwahati as well. So, your job? Touch down at Guwahati, and let us take over from here.

DAY01: GUWAHATI TO BHALUKPONG (240 KMS/ 6 HRS APPROX)

We shall start at 11 AM from Guwahati. Before starting we shall take blessings of Maa Kamakhya. The Kamakhya Temple is a Sakta temple dedicated to the mother goddess Kamakhya. It is one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas. After that, we shall go to our next destination in bhalukpong. Overnight stay in Bhalukpong.

DAY02: BHALUKPONG TO DIRANG ( 140 KMS/ 6 HRS APPROX) 

We shall start our journey to Dirang by 9AM from Bhalukpong. We will eventually enter into Arunachal Pradesh on this day. It will take 6-8 hours max to reach Dirang. However, the best parts are the roads, the natural landscape and a breath of fresh air. En-route visit Tipi Orchidarium a place over 7500 orchids, on display, there are some rare species of orchid. On arrival at Dirang, check in to a homestay surrounded by beautiful landscape and stay overnight. 

DAY03: DIRANG – TAWANG (140KM/ 6 HRS APPROX) 

Easily the most challenging yet adventurous part of the journey. Steep roads, hairpin bends, rough terrain, and mind-blowing natural landscape. Breakfast in the hotel and early morning visit to the majestic Dirang Monastery. Also, a brief visit to the beautiful and panoramic Sangti Valley. Next, a short halt at world's second-highest motorable road- The Sela Pass and the Sela Lake. Get ready to experience the first sight of snowfall in Sela Pass. Later, we will take another halt at the Jaswantgarh War Memorial in Nuranang constructed in the memory of the Great Indian Army soldier, Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat who died fighting the Chinese single-handedly during the 1962 Indo-China war. Finally, dinner and stay in Tawang.

Day04: TAWANG - BUMLA PASS

Breakfast in the Homestay and then, a drive to the border of India-China, named Bum la Pass. At Bum La, we will be greeted by the Indian Army where they will enlighten us about the history of Indo-China relations and conflicts. While returning, we will take you to the beautiful  Sangestar Tso, which is famously known as Madhuri Lake because the film Koyla was shot here. Return back and stay in Tawang.

DAY05: TAWANG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING 

Today you will go for Tawang local sightseeing. You will visit – Tawang Monastery, Tawang War Memorial and Handicraft Centre Emporium. In the evening enjoy light and sound show. After this return to your hotel/homestay for an overnight stay in Tawang.

DAY06: TAWANG - BOMDILA (180 KMS/ 7 HRS APPROX)

The last day in Tawang and trust us when we say you will want to come back here again in your life. On the way back from Tawang, a short halt at the breathtaking Jung Falls (Nuranang Waterfalls). It is one of the most beautiful waterfalls you will ever come across in India. Finally, dinner and stay in Bomdila. If time permits, you may take a stroll in the town or taste momos in one of the many beautiful cafes and restaurants there.

DAY07: BOMDILA-GUWAHATI (280 KMS/ 8 HRS APPROX)

The final leg of this beautiful and adventurous Himalayan Expedition. Morning go for shopping in Bomdila. Bomdila market is one of the best markets in this part of the world. On your way back to Guwahati, you will take a bucket full of memories with you of the unmatched beauty of Arunachal Pradesh. Finally, reach Guwahati and retire to your bed in the hotel room after a hectic but beautiful 7 days sojourn.

8. We will not bear any cost for flights cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. The cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by the passenger.

9. No changes in the date of travel once booked.

10. Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.

11. All expenses which are not included in the cost of the package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.

12. All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.

13. The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. 25% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.

2. 50% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 10-29 days before the tour.

3. No refund for tour starting within 10 days, after the starting or middle of the tour.

4. The Process of Refund will take around 7 days to complete.

Starting at Just INR 19,924 per person in a couple (including GST). Price Inclusive of Transfer, Sightseeing, Hotels, Breakfast, and Dinner.

Places: Airport Pickup, Guwahati to Dirang (390km/9hrs)

We will receive you at you're the airport in the early morning (around 8'o clock) and from there we will take you straight to Dirang. Dirang is a beautiful valley located in the foothills of the Himalayan ranges. We will reach Dirang by 5PM. The prime attractions of Dirang are the monastery, Dirang – Dzong, old Tibetan architectures along the Tibetan villages, and a hot water spring. Your stay will be at Dirang for the night.

Places: Dirang to Tawang (150Km/8hrs)

After Breakfast, we will check out from hotel and we will take you to sightseeing of the valley. This beautiful valley is surrounded hills covered with fruit orchards. After that, we will start our journey towards Tawang. It is perched on a vast slope of Himalayan mountainside. After light meal we are back on the way to one of the highest motor able Pass of northeast India- the Sela Pass (13700 ft.). The approach to Sela is usually marked by fog and hilly imperfect roads. En-route we will also cover Nuranang waterfalls and Jaswant Garh War Memorial. Tawang is an ideal place to go for walks especially around the villages spread on the hill side below the main town. It has mostly been remembered in times of war (1962 Indo Chinese war). Overnight at Tawang.

Places: Tawang Sightseeing (150Km/9hrs)

After breakfast, start your day with breathtaking view of Shonga-tser Lake (Madhuri Lake), surrounded by snow-capped mountains and the valley offer a spectacular view. Next move on to Bum La Pass, about 37km away from Tawang, which is the indo-china border that lies at 15,200 ft above sea level. On your way back stop by heart lake, PTSO lake, Naghula lake, this will surely make your day (Please note that sightseeing of these places would require you to hire a local taxi and hence it is optional. Also, Bum La Pass visit is subjected to road clearance by Indian Army). We will return from there as early as possible to cover the rest of sightseeing in Tawang. In the evening, if time permits, we will show you the local places in Tawang. The local attractions in Tawang includes Tawang Monastery, the birthplace of Sixth Dalai Lama, the light and sound show in Tawang War Memorial etc. After a wonderful day, relaxing stay for the night in Tawang.

Places: Tawang to Bomdila (190Km/8hrs)

After breakfast, we will take you straight to Bomdila. After reaching there, we will take you out for sightseeing of the local places in Bomdila. The Buddhist Monasteries, Craft center are some places you would like to visit. In the evening you’ll enjoy local market. Afterwards return to your hotel for the overnight stay in Bomdila.

Places: Bomdila to Guwahati, Airport Drop (350Km/8hrs)

Early in the morning (around 6:30 – 7:00 am), we will depart for Guwahati. After reaching there, we will drop you by Guwahati Airport in the evening, with sweet memories of Northeast India.

• 5% GST will be charged on the total cost.

The standard package cost is calculated for either a Toyota Innova (AC) or a Mahindra Maarazzo (AC) . So, a dedicated vehicle of the said type, with a dedicated driver, would be provided for all of the five package options.

Note: In case a different vehicle type is needed, then please state the requirements in your query and we will send you a customized package file with quotations for the requirement.

Terms and Conditions

• Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned.
• Paradise Northeast does NOT have any HIDDEN CHARGES.
• If someone asks for extra money during the journey, Please inform us. We will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our knowledge and consent.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
• In case of non availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and we will provide other options.
• In case you are not convinced with the new options, advance paid will be refunded to you after deducting a service charge of INR 1,000.
• Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system.
• There is no star category hotel available in all places. However, we provide the best possible option as per your tour category.
• Certain hotel may enforce special tariffs for mandatory gala/dinner on special dates like Christmas and/or New Year's Eve etc. The surcharge in the hotel tariff is not included while calculating the total cost of the package. You may need to pay additional amount for certain hotels for some special dates.
• The dedicated vehicle provided to you is only to serve you the itinerary. It is not at your disposal.
• As per Tawang local laws, outside vehicles are not allowed for local sightseeing. Therefore, we may have to arrange different local vehicle for Tawang sightseeing and we can’t assure about the quality of that vehicle as they provide vehicles as per their methods.
• Credit Cards / Traveler's check are not freely accepted in many places.
• In this region, roof carriers are not allowed in the vehicles. So, it is advised to bring luggage accordingly.
• We advise you to check the temperature/weather of the places you are going to visit, and bring necessary clothes accordingly.
• Woolen clothes, Jacket, Raincoat/Umbrella etc. are advisable to carry according to weather conditions.
• We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
• Any extra breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
• Paradise Northeast has the right to upgrade any hotel room type or vehicle type without charging extra amount from the guest. However, we never downgrade the same.
• The guest must carry photo identification like Passport, Voter ID Card or Driving License IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.
