A* travel agent and a credit to the industry. Living in the North of England, we had never heard of Mercury Holidays until conversing with a family on a previous holiday to Dubai. We were recommended that should we want to book any long-haul holidays in the future then we should book them with Mercury Holidays as they are not only efficient at being very quick to hand and overtly helpful should I have any queries but they also offer the cheapest and upmost, amazing deals online. Mercury Holidays definitely lived up to their name!!!! My husband and I have just returned from a lovely and relaxing 2 weeks stay in beautiful Mauritius. Our holiday was nothing but perfect as we were presented with everything that we want when travelling long-haul; perfectly timed Emirates flights, a beautiful and peaceful hotel situated on the most idyllic beach as well as on-the-dot private taxi, transfers following 2 lengthy flights, of which were all greatly appreciated. Great hotel situated right on...

Great hotel situated right on the beach. The hotel has recently gone to adults only as well as all inclusive. The staff really go out of their way to ensure you have a brilliant holiday. The meals are buffet style, but you can also book into one of the Al a carte restaurants for two meals for each week of your stay. Another brilliant idea is that you are allocated sun loungers for the duration of your stay ,so nobody else can use them. All in all a great hotel and a fantastic holiday.

We had such a great...

We had such a great experience and saw such a lot. It is certainly all well organized and the guides look after you really well. We did the Essence of India tour and had the Highlights of Kerala extension and it was just amazing. The people are so friendly, the hotels are superb and Mercury is just great value for money. Many thanks to everyone and it was a brilliant holiday.

We holidayed with Mercury at...

We holidayed with Mercury at the AX Victoria Hotel in Valletta, Malta and could not fault the experience. Online booking and use of the customer portal was very easy, but when I had a query I got a response very quickly via the online customer contact form. The very reasonable price of our holiday included priority boarding with Ryanair and private transfer both ways :it was very easy to find the duvet at the airport and he had a good quality vehicle. The hotel was perfect for our requirements, being well located, friendly and clean with good facilities. We were also impressed that Mercury had an easily contactable office on the island and our rep Gordon was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Essence of North India: Absolutely fabulous holiday, great service from start to finish. Good paced tour and very well looked after by our amazing guide Giri. We felt safe at all times. All the hotels, rooms and food were of a good standard. I would definitely use Mercury again.

We have just returned from...

We have just returned from our first cruise booked through Mercury. It was a River Cruise from Seville. A Belgium boat with amazing crew. The food was absolutely exceptional as were the drinks, trips/tours. Every guide would interpret in three languages and we had headsets in our cabins to take on each trip. Not one fault - marvellous weather, cruise and crew from the Captain down to the cabin maids. We look forward to more cruises and tours with Mercury.

This is the second time...

This is the second time that I have used Mercury Holidays to book a trip to Malta and it certainly won't be the last. Booked a great offer of a three week stay at the db Seabank and spa in Melliha which consisted of two weeks all inclusive with a third week free on a B&B basis with the option to upgrade to all inclusive, which we did. We have been to this hotel many times and it ticks all the boxes and booking with Mercury holidays saved us quite a sum compared to previous holiday providers we have used in the past. I can only commend Mercury Holidays how professional the agency is run and am already looking for another great deal to Malta for next year.

Recently returned from a package...

Recently returned from a package holiday in Morocco at the Hotel Agana. Very pleased with the service from the flights, Ryan Air and the Rep and Transfers. The Hotel was very clean, Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with some updating, Restaurant staff very pleasant and food was very good with lots of choice. Private section of the beach was a must have and was really appreciated.all in all will travel again with Mercury and Ryan Air
