Early in the morning, we will be taken for a boat ride on the Ganges. Kerala tour package itinerary - cochin, munnar, thekkady & alleppey, itinerary details, day 01: cochin (arrival).

Arrival in Cochin (air/rail), and check-in to the hotel. You will start city sight-seeing in the afternoon. Cochin is known as the ‘Queen of the Arabian Sea,’ and here you can see the famed Chinese  Fishing Nets while exploring various parts of the port city like the Jewish  Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Vasco Da Gama Church, Jew Town and Marine  Drive, the city’s picturesque promenade. You could opt for an Evening  Harbor  Cruise in the backwaters of Cochin, or go shopping – the markets are teeming with high-quality Kerala Textiles, Spices, Handicrafts, and loads of other mementoes to take back home, before retiring back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 02: Munnar

After a hearty breakfast, you will head off south towards the cool and misty mountains of Munnar (4 hours/135 km’s travel). On the way, you will visit the Cheeyapara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls, Karadi Para Viewpoint and other interesting spots, before checking in at the hotel. In the afternoon, you will go for a walk in Munnar Blossom Park and Pothenmedu Viewpoint, and in the evening, take a stroll around in the old town. While in Munnar, don’t forget to pack up on world class tea and tea dust that comes directly from the local plantations. Retire back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Munnar

After a wonderful breakfast, you will visit Mattupetti Dam, Kundala Lake,  Echo Point and Top Station. You can also hop on for a speed boat cruise at the dam, before going over to the Eravikulam National Park in Rajamala.  Here, let’s see if you can spot the mountain goat, Nilgiri Tahr  (Nilgiritragus  Hylocrius). In the evenings, take a short visit to the Munnar Tea Plantation, before retiring back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 04: Thekkady (periyar)

After breakfast, you will check out and head off to Thekkady (Periyar). This is an 110 kilometres trip that span will be approximately 3 hours, with Cardamom plantations along the way. Check in at the hotel, and in the afternoon, get out and about for sightseeing in Thekkady. Itinerary (Day Wise)

Arrival at varanasi (2 nights).

Arrive at Varanasi airport/railway station and proceed to hotel. After hotel check-in proceed for old city tour various ghats of Varanasi like Manikarnika, Panchganga ghat, Harishchandra ghat etc. by boat. Later enjoy Ganga Aarti at Dasashwamedh Ghat. Overnight in Varanasi.

Note: Due to limited availability of hotels in Ayodhya rates and dynamic and can change as per availability of hotels.

Varanasi city tour

Early morning proceed for Pind Daan at river Ganga (optional- at additional price) and visit the most religious Kashi Vishwanath temple, After breakfast visit the Durga temple, Sankat Mochan (Hanuman temple), Manas Mandir, BHU. Later proceed for daytrip to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. The attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha temples, the Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa and the archaeological museum. Overnight in Varanasi.

• Breakfast & Dinner

Varanasi – Ayodhya (1 Night) (220 KM/5 Hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Ayodhya and later visit Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Sita Ki Rasoi. In evening see the aarti in bank of river Sarayu. Overnight in Ayodhya.

Ayodhya – (180 km 4 Hrs) - Prayagraj (130 km 3 Hrs)- Varanasi (1 Night)

Early morning take a deep in Sarayu river. After breakfast proceed to visit Rama Janm bhumi – the birth place of lord Rama. Later proceed to Prayagraj, visit Sangam (the meeting of Ganges, Yamuna and legendry Saraswati. Also visit Bhardwaj ashram, Anand Bhavan, Hanuman Temple later drive to Varanasi. Later proceed to Varanasi. Overnight in Varanasi.

Varanasi – Departure

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

We organise a heritage walk tour where you will be taken from one ghat to another ghat sometimes by following steps (concatenated with another ghat) or through old narrow lanes (Starting from Assi Ghat and ending at Manikarnika Ghats) you will get the glimpse of thousands of small and big temples throughout the journey of Varanasi. During the walk tour you can experience Varanasi’s famous street foods like Kachori, Jalebi, Lassi and Chaat.

Day 1 (Temples & Ganga aarti Tour)

Pick-up from Varanasi airport or Railway station (Prefer flights/trains that arrive in the morning) and transfer to the pre-booked Hotel by Private AC Car. After check-in and refreshment, Proceed to visit Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. For a queue-less darshan you must Book Sugam Darshan Ticket (Cost Rs.300 - Rs.400 per ticket) by following the official website of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Mandir Trust . After Jyotirling Darshan, visit Annapurna Temple in the same premises (Next to Mahadev Temple). Later move to Visalakshi Temple by walking through the narrow lanes. Back to Hotel for lunch. After a short interval you will be taken to the Kal Bhairava Temple and Mrityunjay Mahadev Temple . Between 4 pm - 5 pm we will reach Assi Ghat from where you will be taken to Dashaswamedh Ghat by Boat for Witness Ganga Aarti. It takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to finish the aarti. Later we will get back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2 (Assi Ghat, Sarnath and BHU Tour)

Early morning by 4:30 am get ready and move to Assi Ghat. You will experience the mesmerising Sun Rise from assi ghat and subah-e-banaras (offering aarti to the rising sun and goddess ganga). Later we will go for a boat ride from Assi Ghat to Manikarnika Ghat (Cremation Ghat). You will see the devotees taking bath and doing rituals at the bank of river ganges, hear the ringing bell in temples, chanting mantras and feel the vibes of real Kashi. After the ride back to the Hotel for breakfast and short rest. By 9am move to Sarnath (Place where Lord Gautam Buddha gave his first sermon to his 5 disciples). The main attractions of Sarnath are Dhamek Stupa, Srilankan Temple, Thai Temple, Archaeological Excavation Field and Museum. Have Lunch at any famous restaurant in Varanasi. Post lunch visit BHU Temple (Birla Temple also known as New Vishwanath Temple), Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple (extra rush on Tuesday and Saturday), Durga Temple and Tulsi Manas Mandir . Free time for leisure and to explore old markets for Shopping famous Banarasi Silk Saree.

Day 3 (Airport/Railway Station Transfer)

After breakfast, Hotel Check-out and transfer to airport or railway station with remarkable and positive memories of the whole Kashi.

2.  How to reach Varanasi:

There is only one train that passes through Varanasi and takes you directly to Kochi. Patna Eranakulam Express (16360) departs from Varanasi at 21:15 PM and takes around 50 hours to reach Kochi at 23:15 PM. But if you can manage to reach Delhi, you will get several rail options to Kerala from the capital city.

The minimum distance from Varanasi to Kerala by road is of 2279 kms if travelled via NH44. The journey will take at least 42 hours. There are no direct buses in this route, but you can hop from one city to another to cross the states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. Alternatively, you can book a car for a faster transport.

There are several flights available from Varanasi to Kerala, but you can expect a minimum of one stop in between.
