My fiancé and I recently booked our honeymoon through liberty Melissa was great and listened to us and answered our questions. Also she looked up everything we asked and we looked up a lot !! And she did it with a smile and we booked and it was easy 1-2-3. And when I went in to pay off the rest of our trip Melissa wasn't in Kelly was happy to help and she gathered all my documents and signed the final paper and I was in and out quickly. We will be using them again for our next trip.

We booked a girls trip to Aruba. We were supposed to leave beginning of May and then COVID happened. Obviously everything was cancelled. We waited almost 2 months for our refund only to have Liberty Travel take out $150 from each of us to be put in their "travel bank". They made $450 from us during a global pandemic. I honestly feel this is disgraceful. We travel quite often and I will never even think about using them again. They are a scam and I'd never recommend them.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a travel agent. Worked with kelly who was supposed to be getting prices for africa for my honeymoon. She's been taking weeks at a time to get back to us and then went on vacation and was supposed to hook us up with someone else for the time being. No one reached out to us, even though we called them and no answer/call back. Kelly also looked up the wrong tours for us even though we emailed her the book it was in, page number and name of tour. No one at liberty is well versed in africa because no one was able to give us any "must see" suggestions. I feel as if im doing more research than she is...whats the point of paying them if im doing their job. Its been over a month and still don't have any prices for the two tours requested even after multiple follow ups. I would never recommend them ever.

The staff here is pretty good at what they do. You can find some amazing deals on your own, but most of the time they can find better. I and a friend booked a cruise here they found me one for one week for a total of 800$ for the both of us. You cannot beat a deal like that and they helped me every step of the way to book it also. I would recommend using this specific branch, they can be great assistance.

When I booked our trip I originally booked a double bed. I arranged for a switch to king bed with crib as I felt my daughter was too small for a regular bed. I requested this change 3 months prior to my trip. The agent said it should not be a problem and if I didn't hear back from her that meant all was good. I got to the hotel to find out we were still in a queen with no crib. Luckily they had a crib to give us but the request was never made. Unfortunately they could not switch our room because it was all booked so we were crammed in a queen room with a crib. I called the travel agency and there was nothing they could do. I didn't even receive a courtesy call back from the agent I was working with after all was said and done. I will be looking elsewhere to book my Disney trip

I have been booking with Liberty travel for years and so has my family. So when it came to booking my Honeymoon I went and booked it there as well. I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE THAT!! The resort that we went to was filthy, service was terrible. We had dead bugs in our room for days. Sometiems our room wouldn't even get cleaned, and to add to it at the end of our trip my husband had his hard drive stolen. Throughout the trip we expressed our concern to the resort, they didnt do a thing to fix any of the issues. My husband and I were so upset that our once and a life time honeymoon was nowhere near the standard of our other vacations. It was actually the WORST Vacation we both had EVER been on! We tried to make the best of it while we were in Mexico and did as many activities off the resort as possible. Upon returning to NYC we contacted our Liberty Travel agent whom asked us to to put ouur complaint in a written email which I immediately did so, attaching pictures, and an exchange of emails with the resort and I. She assured me she would contact the correct person and CC me in the email. I didn't hear back from her for months. I then contacted the corprate office and explain my issue, they contacted me back and seemed to show a little more concern. After 4 months they called back and told me that the resort never contacted them back, and they can't do anything for me. Liberty Travel basically explained that we should have contacted them while we were on vacation. Yes maybe now that makes sense but we were NEVER told to call if we were unhappy. The most I got offered after NUMEROUS phone calls of my reaching out was a $200 gift card to my next vacation with them. Which will never happen because I will never be booking with them again. So I thought what's the point. Of hiring them. We paid over $3500 dollars for our honeymoon and it was awful. I was so dissapointed!!!!!!!!! Liberty Travel are the ones who book the rooms for us with the resort and couldn't even reach the resort for months. My husband and I ended up booking with another Travel agency just recently in October we paid $1000 dollar less and went to an amazing resort. The travel agency contacted us frequently to make sure we were happy while on vacation. Lesson learned I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!

I had booked through Liberty Travel several times in the past and never had a problem until me and my bf booked with Mercedes. She made a major mistake in booking our hotel for the following year. Upon arriving at the all inclusive resort we paid for, we were told we did not have a reservation. We got to stay in a better hotel but it was not all inclusive so we knew it would cost us more. We received some credit for our stay since the hotel was not all inclusive, but thanks to our budgeting we we able to save what our cost would have been at the all inclusive. Liberty travel did not do much to accommodate us for the mistake Mercedes made. The only thing we were accommodated for was the credit they gave us, the free breakfasts in the morning, and a discount on the rooms. The credit only got us so far and if it wasn't for our budgeting we would have paid a fortune because everything is an expense when it's not all inclusive. Needless to say we will not be booking with Liberty Travel in the future.

Who needs a travel agent with the Internet at your fingertips? This girl! It was so much easier booking my trip to Europe and Vegas at Liberty Travel. My fiance` & I went to Europe over the summer and needed flights to Germany & out of Italy. It was much easier to have the travel agent handle it, since the flights were out of two different airports & the rates were cheaper than online! For my recent Vegas trip, she was able to get me two show tickets included in the price. The staff can come off as standoffish at first, but they warm up to you as you sit there & chat it up for awhile. There are plenty of books and resources there to take home & continue researching. I was happy with both itineraries I booked here & can see myself booking something else in the future through Liberty Travel.

I've never used a travel agent before, my family and I always have booked ourselves online. For my honeymoon, my wife and I had no idea where we wanted to go. It was definitely the right choice going here! Firstly, Tina Marie was fantastic. She was patient with us even though we were a little indecisive and unsure of what we wanted. She found us something that was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon and in our price range. We had no problems with any of the reservations so I didn't have to call the emergency number or anything. It was actually really easy and nice to have someone else deal with all of the different dates, vacancies, flights, etc. It is much easier to spend a couple of hours here, you can go home with the info and sleep on it then book, or go ahead and book then and there. Compared to having a hundred tabs of expedia, orbitz, hotels.com etc. open and then likely getting the crappiest room, much better. I was always under the assumption that there was a fee associated with their services at liberty travel, but to my surprise, there was no fee. I believe whichever hotel you choose gives a percentage to the agent. I checked the price on my own, without an agent and then compared it to the price per night quoted by the agent and it was the same, so the rates were not increased for using the agent. I will absolutely be back to book the next time I take a trip.

I'm the queen of the internet and usually book any trips from orbitz or some other travel site. I was talked into going to a travel agent and really had no clue where to go. I know Liberty Travel has been around for a long time, so went here. Our agent was really friendly and we booked our trip with her. She got us an upgraded room on our cruise and a good deal with the hotel we were staying at on the second part of our trip. She saved us money compared to if we booked on the internet, so that's all that really matters to me..
