Cruise itinerary

Blue Dragon Tour guide pick you up at your accommodation in Hanoi at 8:00AM and leave the city on our van. The great view of Vietnam’s village life with lush green paddy fields and romantic river would wake you up in the long trip. Arrive at Halong Bay at noon and enjoy welcome drinks.

Get on Aclass cruise and start sailing through the bay while lunch is served. Visiting Surprise Cave - the cave is the largest and most primitive cave of Halong with unique formation of ancient stalagmites.

Return to main boat. Then head to Titop Beach where you can swim or climb up the stairs for bird-eye view of the Bay. Enjoy the complimentary sunset party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruits.

The dinner is served with delicious seafood. Relax at your cabin or have a drink at the bar and take part in squid fishing with crew members.

Enjoy breakfast on deck while contemplating the sunrise over the bay while the ship is heading toward Luon Cave, you can choose to explore the area by kayaking or local rowing boat. Return to the ship and pack up your luggage.

After check out the cabin, guests can take part in a Vietnamese cooking class instructed by talented chef. A delight brunch is waiting for you in the dining room. Arrive in the harbor at 12:00 and get on our van for the way back to Hanoi.

Enjoy the breakfast with coffee and tea and cakes to charge full of energy for another inspiring day.  Transfer to smaller boat to explore Maze Cave - one of the most ancient caves in Halong bay. Later, the day boat proceeds to Cua Van floating village. Guests can choose kayaking or a bamboo boat to relax while discovering the local houses of fisherman.

Come back to the Alcass cruise for lunch. Continue the exploration by visiting Pearl farm to learn how pearl is extracted.

Return to the main ship and take time to refresh and relax in the evening. Enjoy the complimentary sunset party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruits and the finest dinner in the on-board restaurant. The night is entertain with team building games and squid fishing at night.

The staff were wonderful, Ly was a perfect and she was always helpful with a smile on her face.  We had incredible time. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were having a great time. The trip was interesting. We got 1 night on the cruise and 1 night on land. It would be better if we stayed 2 nights on the bay. Everyone was very nice and humorous.

What an amazing experience! The sceneraries was really wonderful, we loved sitting at our balcony watching the sunset. Food was yummy, and the crews were all friendly. We highly recommened this tour! 

Our family did two-night and so happy with that choice. They brought us to some quieter areas so we had more relaxing and private time together since only us on the day boat on the second day. We and our kids really enjoyed kayaking around the floating fishing village, very peaceful and calm. The food was plentiful. The cabins were comfortable. Squid fishing was fun for our kids. Overall, loved this trip.

Day 1: HANOI - HALONG BAY

07:40-08:00 Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to Halong Bay (extra transfer service can be booked in the next step) - Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmlands and Red River delta - Get your camera ready to take photos. Comfort break. The time from Hanoi to Halong bay is approximately 3 ½ hours.

12 – 12.30 approx - Arriving Tuan Chau marina. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing. - Check into your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind - Set sail as lunch is served - Join us for a typical local lunch in the dining room or at the outdoor dining area.

Afternoon - Arrive at Surprising Cave (Hang Sửng Sốt), explore the cave and find out how the cave was named a Surprising. - Heading to Titop island area. Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by beautiful islets. Visit Titop island for swimming and snorkeling or do the short trek to the top of island to have the overview of Halong bay from here - Heading back toward the sleeping area

Early evening - Summit on the sundeck watching the sunset, enjoy Sunset party. It’s ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, sharing your traveling experience or simply watching the sunset - An authentic Vietnamese menu is served - After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, or take for you one of our onboard activities: book reading, games, movies, and squid fishing… Overnight on boat. 

Day 2: HALONG BAY - HANOI

06:30 For the early risers join us for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body, joining Tai Chi session to full charge your energy for the day.

07:00 – 08:00 Local breakfast is served

08:00 - Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Luon Cave (Hang Luồn) - Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on bamboo boat rowed by the locals.

09:00  Check out the cabins, at your leisure while our cruise taking you pass by other beautiful highlights in the bay.

10:00 You will join with our short class of Cooking demonstration, how to make spring rolls before an early lunch is served.

12:00 Return to the shore and disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell. Get on our vehicle for the transfer back to Hanoi.

Everything was just amazing. The beautiful yacht, delicious food, very helpful a nice staff members. I would definitely recommend. 

We stayed for 2 days, 1 night. The overall stay was exceptional. The cruise ship was luxury with modern designs and furnishing. Swimming pool and mini golf course on deck. Captain allowed me to steer the ship. The staff are very friendly and helpful any time of the day or night. WiFi is also available in the sleeping area. All courses provided. Overall amazing and loved every second. Would 100% recommend! Thao, the manager was also very helpful. The Tour guide, Tom Nguyen was a top man, best of the best. 10/10

We had such a nice time aboard the Stellar of the Seas boat. It feels like a megayacht with an onboard pool and luxurious rooms. Tom and the rest of the staff are amazing hosts and I would recommend this cruise to anyone who is looking for a luxury experience around Ha Long Bay.

As usual, travelers stay overnight at hotels in Hanoi Old quarter's Area at night before, then we pick up  around 8am - 9am  in the next morning (Transfer from Hanoi to cruise harbor might take around 2-4 hours, depends on tours' class you book).

Travelers also flight from south of Vietnam/ Overseas to airport (Hai Phong airport, Noi Bai airport, Van Don airport) then do cruise on the same day, we can arrange for you transfer from airports directly to cruise harbors and join cruise but make sure u book early flight before 8am - 9am - 10am. Travelers must pay extra fee for car

Travelers also stay in near cruise harbor (for cruises are departed from Halong city), and you go to cruise harbor yourself, we show you location where to pick up easily.

If u stay in Tam Coc - Ninh Binh, we also arrange a private car (pay extra  fee ~ 170km- 3.5/4 hours driving) to cruise harbor and pick up at 8am from your hotels in Ninh Binh

Please Note: Low season(Months:5,6,7,8,9) - High Season(Months: 10,11,12,1,2,3,4)

• If cancelled before 1 days or No – Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest with number of person larger than 6:

• If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged
• Later or No – Show, the total of reservation will be full charged

For group of guest whose charters the boat

• If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total will be charged

• Registration is required. Guest must contact with us 1 day before to supply passport’s information as: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry… otherwise, guest will get introduction about the method to check in, policies…. we will not responsible for any extra charge in case of late, missing. All of above cases are considered as no-show (not arrival).
• Please note that the time may be changed depending on the policies of Halong bay management or weather permission. We will inform you before getting on the cruise.
• For using the transfer service only: Daily shuttle bus departs from Hanoi Old Quarter at 8.00 – 8.30am, arriving Halong Bay at 12.00 – 12.30pm)

Booked a cruise through this Hunter cruise agent and the cruise experience was beautiful. The sightseeing tours were exciting. Photos do not do this place justice. It is absolutely stunning. Everywhere you go the views are amazing. The sunsets and sunrise are perfect. Get your camera ready as this place is beautiful..

The name halong came from the legend that a dragon landed on this bay. The view is wonderful. Each one of scattered islands gave me wonderful photos. My trip was just a day trip and I think it is too short. Spend at least one night. Yes photos of ha long bay are stunning, but you will be more stunned if you actually go there and see them with your own eyes..

Halong Bay was Visit on our Cambodia/Vietnam tour, we were very lucky to have our own guide and Junk Boat with crew.The Bay is such a beautiful place, we had a wonderful time spending all morning on the boat with lunch cooked for us.Halong Bay is certainly a must Visit if touring North Vietnam, fully recommended..

The views of the limestone islands in the Bay are stunning, especially if the weather cooperates. Strongly encourage one night on one of the many boats that ply the bay to allow for a less hurried itinerary and the very pleasant experiences of sunrise and sunset views. The boats are highly regulated and must stick to designated areas, but they are enough for lots of enjoyment. Various stops at caves, lookouts, kayaking, and small beach. Very good food on board our cruise with A-Class Stellar Cruises! Cabin was much cleaner and more "luxurious" than I expected..

Took the float plane both ways to save time. We only had one day and this was the best way to spend it. Thoroughly recommend the organisation we went with..

2 night 3 day cruise with v spirit, highly recommend, magic site even though we didn't go far into the bay. Lots of other boats at times added and detracted from the experience. Highly recommebd taking the extra night. Be careful who you go with as we heard some horro stories. Recommend v spirit great people, great service and food..

Just go and enjoy.. We stayed in a local boat Signagture over night so had a great opportunity to spend time just looking at the stunning scenery.. we also went canoeing to see some hidden away caves..

Halong Bay has been a dream of mine to visit for so long. It was breathtakingly beautiful and I could never get tired of the views! The colours and layers of all the cliffs and mountains are spectacular. Just make sure you find the right cruise - ours was overpriced and not worth it so do your research first! Also don't be surprised that there are a large number of boats around at night as they all park up together, but during the day we seemed to be on our own quite a lot. I think in the future this place won't be so nice as there is already so much rubbish floating around that it will continue to accumulate. Save this place by not littering and taking any rubbish back with you that you can..

This area has been a World Heritage Place among seven wonders of nature since 1994. What a beautiful spot on earth. A Halong Bay with its breathtaking beauty was undeniable and it is the most popular site to visit in Hanoi. There are many other things to do pay on the bay as well, like caving many many caves to choose from. Very helpful and informative and fun as well. If by overnight cruise, you can kayak by yourself to discover the bay, the cave more exciting..

the local village tour to Muong Hoa valley, Lao Chai and ta Vun village were worth for a visit. They also arrange a free taxi from our hotel in Sapa town to cable car station for us to visit Fansian peak..
