This is my 4th stay in this hotel within the last 20 years. the rooms need to be refurbished. the safe position is totally out of use, why did you situate it on the ground, it is very hard to use the safe. the view thru window was lovely, I was facing to the river side. there is no water in the restroom, this is not clean and hygienic use of the restroom, there should be a hand shower for the cleaning.

When we arrived ,I had a problem with my cell phone and Victor was above and beyond exceptional. He helped my friend and I solve our problem which took us way past the end of his shift. The cleaning staff assisted us with extra towels when needed. The shopping area was close as well as the Eiffel Tower itself.

Hotel was fine apart from the feeding arrangements. Staff didn't seem to be able to cope with the Conference that was on. Queues for Breakfast vey day, too few table staff and some drinks machines not working.

The location was good, but the rooms were a bit outdated. The breakfast was very basic and not up to the standard of a four-star hotel. Overall, the hotel did not meet the four-star standard at all. However, the staff were good.
