This place is so relaxing and beautiful the minute you walk in. Everyone is so kind and the local businesses they support in their shop is great! I got a facial with Caitlyn B. and it was amazing. I fell asleep I was so relaxed and the facial also included a hand, food, and scalp massage. My skin was left feeling smooth and soft. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

This review is about a Seasonal massage I just received at Journey's Salon and Spa. My muscles relaxed in such a soothing and stimulating way. At first, I thought I was dreaming, but it occurred in my back, my legs, and my shoulders. Wow, it was a great feeling of being refreshed.

I booked a massage for 4:00. I was told she'd be a few minutes late due to her doing a pedicure . It was 4:35 when she came to get me for my 4:00 massage. The massage was not great and customer service was poor also. I emailed owners and received no response.

I loved every moment!! I had a spa pedi and pore reducer facial and it felt fabulous!! They treated me Like a queen! My skin feels amazing and I will be back! My pedi was great also and my toes are super cute! Thank you all so very much for my spa day success!

Courtney did a fantastic job cutting my 9 year old daughter's thick hair. I provided a picture and she created a super cute bob. She checks and double checks to make sure everything is even and laying right.

Journey Salon offers great service, every time. The stylist who's been cutting my hair for several years goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule - despite her own busy schedule. I rarely use the day spa services, but when I do, the staff is wonderful. As an added bonus, you can help yourself to a hot or cold beverage while you wait - including some of the best chai in town. It's always a pleasure to visit Journey!

I've been going to Journey for the last 11 years, when I moved to Findlay and was looking for a hair stylist. I've never had a bad experience here- from the moment you walk in the door, you're immediately greeted with a warm smile. The receptionists are always attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is immediately relaxing, with a boutique to browse through, hot and cold beverages to enjoy and little nooks to sit while you wait. The stylist I started seeing was great but ended up moving away about five years later, so before she left, she suggested another stylist there, saying she would be a great fit based on my personality. Well, she is a wonderful stylist and I feel confident that I could schedule an appointment with anyone that works there and I would have phenomenal results. The salon is not cheap, but you are getting so much for what you pay. For example, a haircut and style may cost close to $40, but I'm getting a) a hot chai or cool glass of lemon water if I'd like it, b) a shoulder massage before my hair is washed, c) a hair wash with little add-on choices like a hot towel for my neck, a chocolate, a scalp massage, etc. and d) the best stylists who strive to make the entire experience wonderful for you. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about Journey. I've also had pedicures there (sooooo relaxing), waxing (not relaxing but let's face it, that's never going to happen when you're ripping hair off your body) and massages. Every service I've had there has been top notch. You will feel so pampered after a visit to Journey- it's no wonder they have been named the Best of Findlay so many years in a row. Amazing place with wonderful people!

I am a golfer and carry stress in my shoulders and love the massage that you get when you go to Andrea at Journeys. She has a conversation with you about your problem areas and makes sure she works on them and also still give you a great overall massage. Highly recommend her, strong hands and a great personality for a wonderful experience. The staff is always very friendly and answers any questions you may have.

I've been to many salons/spas over the years, but Journey is my home. The staff at Journey Salon & Day Spa always make me feel welcome and are very accommodating of my needs--whether I'm scheduling a girls day of manis & pedis or a much needed massage! The atmosphere is relaxing--from the complimentary beverage center to the soothing salon environment--the modern country chic décor is something you have to see to fully appreciate. I can be having the worst day and within 5 minutes of walking in the door I already feel better. Did I mention how creative and talented the staff is? Going to Journey is truly an experience---one you don't want to miss.
