Event Timeline

Registration Period: September 23 at 19:00:00 - September 30 at 15:00:00 (UTC+8)

Streaming Period: September 28 after the version update – October 18, 23:59:59 (UTC+8)

Note: Participants who successfully register before September 28 at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) will be able to start streaming after the Version 3.1 update. Participants who register after September 28 at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) will need to wait until October 1 at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) to start streaming.

Reward Calculation: October 24 – November 8

*Rewards will be delivered to valid participants' accounts no later than 30 business days after the reward calculation period has concluded.

Email Notification: Successful participants will receive an email with event details on October 2 and an email notifying them that the event ends on October 21 . Please pay attention to these messages.

Event Details

1. Participants who meet the following conditions will be able to obtain the corresponding rewards:

a. Sign up for the Version 3.1 Creator Program

b. Link an Email to a HoYoverse account

c. This event is open to Genshin Impact accounts registered on the following four servers: America, Europe, Asia, and (TW, HK, MO).

d. During the event, stream in the Genshin Impact Category on Twitch for a total duration of 6 hours or more:

2. Participants who successfully register before September 28 at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) will be able to start streaming after the Version 3.1 update. Users who register after September 28 at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) will need to wait until after October 1 at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) to start streaming.

3. Primogem rewards will be delivered to valid participants' accounts no later than 30 business days after the event has concluded.

4. Any form of cheating or negligence within the community, event, or platform will not be tolerated and can result in indefinite suspension from future or related events.

a. Example of cheating: Streamer A logs into Genshin Impact and is AFK for 24 hours.

b. Example of negligence: Streaming games/content that are not related to Genshin Impact in the Genshin Impact category in an attempt to get Primogems.

Register Now

1. Registration in this version of the event is required in order to participate in the event.

a. Each registration is independent and applies only to the event of a specific version. Registrations made for a previous version cannot be used for the event of the next version.

b. HoYoverse accounts must be linked to an email for contact purposes.

c. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of their information. The Genshin Impact team will not be responsible for any mistakes and related disputes arising from participants.

2. The Genshin Impact team reserves the right to determine the eligibility of participants before, during, and after the event.

a. Rewards will not be awarded if the event registration is not completed.

b. Those who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be eligible for rewards.

c. Participants suspected of unfair advantage or engaging in forms of abuse will be immediately disqualified.

d. This event is open to Genshin Impact accounts registered on the following four servers: America, Europe, Asia, and (TW, HK, MO).

3. The Genshin Impact team is responsible for determining participants' eligibility in receiving prizes.

a. Submission of multimedia files/videos will not be required after the event concludes.

4. By participating in this event and submitting information, participants agree to official access and disclosure of participant information for the purpose of administration and prize distribution.

a. By participating in this event, you agree to the Privacy Policies of Genshin Impact ( https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/company/privacy ) ( https://hoyo.link/98FEBBAd ) and Twitch ( https://www.twitch.tv/p/en/legal/privacy-notice ).

Event Rewards

Watch a certain number of hours of streams during the event in the Genshin Impact category on Twitch to win the following rewards! Rewards are limited in quantity. First come, first served!

Duration of Twitch Drops: After the September 28 version update to October 21. Link your Twitch account to your HoYoverse Account to claim the above rewards.

Rewards can only be collected after linking a HoYoverse account with a Twitch account, enabling Twitch Drop, and watching a certain number of hours of eligible Genshin Impact streams. Each type of reward is limited to 300,000 in quantity.

*Note: Twitch Drops is separate from the Twitch Streamer Recruitment Event and thus Drops rewards can be claimed immediately after achieving the listed criteria from the [Registration] website.

Streaming Duration Event Details

When participants reach a certain number of stream hours during the event, they will receive the corresponding rewards.

Note: "6 hours" is defined as streaming at least 6 hours in Twitch's Genshin Impact category throughout the event.

For further clarification: Reaching 6 hours equates to Primogems ×200. Reaching 9 hours equates to Primogems ×450. Reaching 12 hours equates to Primogems ×800. The reward is limited to 15,000 sets for 6 hours of live streaming, 12,000 sets for 9 hours of live streaming, and 10,000 copies for 12 hours of live streaming. *If the number of rewards reaches its limit, winners will be selected based on the average number of concurrent viewers.

Consecutive Check-Ins Event Details

During the Live Streaming Phase, participants will gain a milestone if their stream time within an "Event Week" reaches 3 hours.

Every "Event Week" starts on Wednesday at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) and ends on the following Tuesday at 23:59:59 (UTC+8). See below for details (*Times provided are UTC+8).

*Week 1: September 28 after the version update - October 4 at 23:59:59

*Week 2: October 5 at 00:00:00 - October 11 at 23:59:59

*Week 3: October 12 at 00:00:00 - October 18 at 23:59:59

Participants will obtain the milestone(s) once they meet the event requirements.

Participants can obtain only one milestone during each "Event Week" and a total of three milestones during the entire event duration.

*The reward is limited to 15,000/12,000/10,000 sets for 1/2/3 weeks of reaching the milestones in the Consecutive Check-Ins event respectively.

*If the number of rewards reaches its limit, winners will be selected based on the average number of concurrent viewers.

*"Streaming Duration Event" rewards and "Consecutive Check-Ins" rewards can be obtained together with "Advanced Ranking" rewards.

*Each participant can only get one prize from "Aim for the Leaderboard." *Once the participant has received the "Outstanding Community Contributor" rewards, they can no longer receive the "Popular Streamers List" or "Most Hours Watched List" rewards. This rule also applies to other rewards.

*To be eligible for the "Aim for the Leaderboard" rewards, you must have at least 12 valid stream hours during the event.

*Valid Stream Hours: Refers to the hours streamed on Twitch in the Genshin Impact category during the event. Content streamed outside of this category will not be counted.

Note: Channel's Rank performance will be measured within the event's duration.

Note: Concurrent Viewers "CCV" is defined as Concurrent Viewership throughout the event.

Cash rewards will be issued via Paypal, bank transfer, or Twitch subscriptions. After the event ends, please be sure to check the official winner notification email that participants can use to submit relevant information to obtain prizes.

*Twitch Streamer Recruitment Event Rewards will be delivered no later than 30 business days after the event has concluded.

Q2: What are the minimum requirements to receive rewards?

A4: No. You can only claim the highest prize.

Q5: I only streamed 7 valid hours during the event period, am I eligible for "Advanced Ranking Rewards"?

A5: No. To be eligible for "Advanced Ranking Rewards," you must have at least 12 valid stream hours during the event.

Q6: How do I link an email address with my HoYoverse account?

A6: Go to https://account.hoyoverse.com and log into your HoYoverse account. Confirm and verify your email address in the "Account Security Settings" submenu.

Q7: Will multimedia files/video submissions be required after the event ends?

A7: No. Multimedia files/video submissions are not required.

Q8: Can I stream immediately after registration?

*If participants start streaming before the specified time, the stream data will not be counted.

Q9: When will Primogem rewards from the Version 3.1 Twitch Streamer Recruitment be delivered?

A9: Primogem rewards will be delivered within 30 business days after the Reward Calculation period.

Q10: How can I redeem for cash rewards?

A10: Participants will receive a notification email with their event rankings after the event ends. Participants can redeem for cash rewards by providing information required in the email.

Q11: Am I restricted to streaming only Genshin Impact?

A11: No, there are no restrictions on posting other content. However, only streaming Genshin Impact content in the Genshin Impact category allows you to be eligible for the event participation requirements.

Q12: Is a microphone or webcam required to participate?

A12: No, these are not required.

Q13: I changed my Twitch username during the event. Will this affect my eligibility?

A13: No. Your eligibility will not be affected.

Q14: How will I be contacted?

Genshin Impact's Melodies of an Endless Journey Online Concert Returns: Schedule, Where To Watch & More

Genshin Impact's online musical concert, Melodies of an Endless Journey, is returning on December 22, 2023, with the famous Japanese composer Yasunori Nishiki taking the mantle of leading the performance as the Music Director.

The concert will be around one hour long, with over 25 pieces from all 5 nations. That said, when it comes to watching the concert, it will be available for free on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and X (formerly known as Twitter) on December 22, 2023, at 7 p.m. (UTC+8).

Dec 8, 2023 – Global interactive entertainment brand HoYoverse today announced a year-end surprise for its fans and gamers - the GENSHIN CONCERT 2023 "Melodies of an Endless Journey" will be broadcast for free on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and X (formerly known as Twitter) on December 22, 2023, at 7 p.m. (UTC+8).

This year's Genshin Impact online concert will feature the performance of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and other international musicians with innovative XR, AR, and animation technology to bring some of Genshin Impact's most moving moments, highlights, and memorable cutscenes to life.

The concert is expected to last approximately 60 minutes and features a repertoire of over 25 tracks from all five nations that have been released in the game, showcasing diverse music elements and genres from various parts of the world. Members of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and conductor Robert Ziegler, who were involved in the performance of Mondstadt and Fontaine soundtracks, are once again invited to present authentic symphonic renditions.

Meanwhile, talented singers and musicians will also join the concert to demonstrate the diversity of genres, elements, and instruments of Genshin Impact music.

To combine the musical experience with the fantasy of Genshin Impact, Yasunori Nishiki, the Japanese composer and arranger known for his works on Octopath Traveler and various video games, will take on the role of Music Director for the entire GENSHIN CONCERT 2023.

First released in September 2020, Genshin Impact is an award-winning open-world adventure role-playing game that has attracted fans and gamers across the globe. The original Genshin Impact music is produced by HOYO-MiX, the in-house music studio of HoYoverse.

The game is set in the vast fantasy world of Teyvat consisting of seven nations, each with a dedicated musical theme and multiple soundtrack collections that evoke the history, culture, landscapes, and ongoing adventure of that area. Built on orchestral foundations, the music of Genshin Impact combines elements of music from around the world to depict the variety of the regions and peoples of Teyvat.

The GENSHIN CONCERT online concert series is one of Genshin Impact's first music projects designed to enable exchange, education, and access to music among fans, players and the general public.

Since October, offline concerts have been held for the first time in front of an international audience as part of Genshin Impact's concert tour. In addition, the "Impact4Music: Music for All" benefit project was launched in Europe earlier this year, to support student orchestras and musicians.

The U.S. Genshin Impact Union (USGIU), a community founded by passionate Genshin Impact players and supported by HoYoverse, is also contributing to GENSHIN CONCERT 2023 by organizing a series of campus events , available on mobile only.

From December onwards, fans may encounter pop-up booths in various cities and campuses such as Yale University, New York University, Berklee College of Music, University College London, and Royal Academy of Music, allowing more people to listen to or even perform the music of Genshin Impact.

Dr. Piero Scaruffi, an Italian-American scholar and critic in computer science, music and art, also discussed Genshin Impact and its music in a lecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

"The music from Genshin Impact combines different genres, elements, instruments and musicians from around the world and is incorporated very well into a unique fictional world," said Dr. Piero Scaruffi. "It may provide a unique chance for more young people to learn about music without prejudice."

The GENSHIN CONCERT 2023 will be aired on December 22, 2023, at 7 p.m. (UTC+8).

Genshin Impact: Melodies of an Endless Journey concert coming this fall

The Genshin Impact soundtrack will get the live concert treatment this fall.

During Gamescom Opening Night Live, miHoYo appeared to talk about what’s new with Genshin Impact. In addition to sharing more details on the Aloy DLC, the developer also shared the news that the Genshin Impact: Melodies of an Endless Journey concert will bring the game’s original soundtrack to life this October.

Developer miHoYo announced its plans to hold a Genshin Impact concert during Gamescom Opening Night Live 2021. A trailer for the event gave us a sneak peek at a liver performance of some of the music from Genshin Impact’s original soundtrack. miHoYo shared additional details about the concert following its reveal.

The concert will feature Genshin Impact music originally composed and produced by Yu-Peng Chen and HOYO-MiX. World-famous Belgian conductor Maestro Dirk Brosse and the Flanders Symphony Orchestra will present the original soundtracks of Genshin Impact, while talented musicians from the United States, South Korea, and other countries are ready to deliver innovative interpretations of much-loved pieces with a mix of genres to worldwide fans and players.

The Genshin Impact: Melodies of an Endless Journey concert will go down on October 3, 2021. The concert will be held online, allowing fans across the globe to enjoy the performance. The music in Genshin has been a big hit with fans, and live performance of video game music has been a popular trend for years, so this move makes sense.
