Apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass
Find out how to apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass for family members of eligible Employment Pass (EP) , S Pass , Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) or EntrePass holders.

How to apply .
- You can submit the application along with the main pass holder’s work pass application or at a later date. Submit a separate application for each family member.
- If the foreigner is in Singapore with a visit pass that will expire before the Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) is issued, we won’t be able to extend the visit pass.
- You should only bring in the foreigner when the pass is approved. They don’t need to be in Singapore when you apply and we won’t be able to extend their visit pass.
Submit an application Show
For dependants of EP and S Pass holders
Processing time: within 3 weeks. Some cases will take more time.
- Prepare the documents required .
- Log in to EP eService on myMOM Portal to complete the application and upload documents. Ensure that your organisation’s turnover information for the past 3 years has been updated before submitting the application.
- Pay $105 fee for each application. You can pay by GIRO, Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
How to check your application status
You may check your application status after 3 weeks .
If additional information or documents are required:
- We will email you to request for the additional documents within 3 weeks .
- You will need to submit the documents . Click on ‘Work Passes’ on the left menu > Choose the application record > Select ‘Submit documents’. Alternatively, select ‘View details’ to see the action required from you.
- Otherwise, our email will inform you to submit them using our online form .
If the pass is approved
- Print the in-principle approval (IPA) letter .
- Send the pass holder’s copy of the IPA to the foreigner. It has a pre-approved single-entry visa for the foreigner to enter Singapore.
For dependants of PEP holders
Processing time: within 8 weeks. Some cases will take more time.
- Prepare the documents required .
- Complete the application online .
- Pay $105 application fee by Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
You may check your application status after 1 week .
- Your processing time may take longer than 8 weeks.
- We will email you (please reply directly to our email).
Receiving your application results
We will send your results to the email indicated in your application form. If the pass is approved, you will also receive an IPA letter. Send the pass holder’s copy of the IPA to the foreigner.
The IPA letter is a pre-approved single-entry visa for the foreigner to enter Singapore. It gives the foreigner 6 months to enter Singapore and get their pass issued.
For dependants of EntrePass holders
- Complete the application online .
We will send your results to the email indicated in your application form. If the pass is approved, you will also receive an IPA letter. Send the pass holder’s copy of the IPA to the foreigner.
The IPA letter is a pre-approved single-entry visa for the foreigner to enter Singapore. It gives the foreigner 6 months to enter Singapore and get their pass issued.
For dependants of EP (Sponsorship) holders
How to apply
- Download the Long-Term-Visit Pass application form (for online submission) .
- Complete the application form in softcopy to get the bill reference number.
- Print the application form and get it signed.

When: For dependants of:
- Employment Pass (EP) holders, within 6 months of in-principle approval (IPA).
- S Pass holders, within 2 months of IPA.
Processing time: Immediate
The foreigner must be in Singapore when you carry out these steps to get the pass issued:
- Log in to EP eService and provide the required information and documents .
- $225 for each pass
- (If applicable) $30 for each Multiple Journey Visa
- Once the pass is issued, the foreigner and you will both receive the notification letter by email.
The notification letter:
- Allows the foreigner to travel in and out of Singapore while waiting for the pass card.
- States if the foreigner needs to have their fingerprints and photo taken for the card registration.
- For dependants of EP holders
- For dependants of S Pass holders
What you’ll need
You will need the following information to get the pass issued:
- Foreigner’s passport details
- Foreigner’s Singapore contact details
- Foreigner’s current Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP) or immigration pass details
- Foreigner’s Singapore residential address
- Singapore residential or office address to receive the foreigner’s card
- Details of up to 3 authorised recipients to receive the card (their mobile number and NRIC number / FIN / passport number)
You may also need to upload PDF copies of these documents:
- Foreigner’s passport page showing the date of arrival in Singapore
- Completed medical examination form or medical declaration form
- Completed declaration form (attached to the foreigner’s IPA letter)
If you need more time to get the pass issued as the foreigners are waiting for their medical results, you can extend their STVP. Submit this request within 1 week before the STVP expires and upload the doctor's memo stating the medical results collection date.
If the STVP expires on 10 February, please only submit the request from 3 February.
(If required) Register fingerprints and photo Show
When: For EP dependants, within 2 weeks; for S Pass dependants, within 1 week
Check the notification letter for whether the foreigner needs to register fingerprints and photo.
For registration, you must make an appointment for the foreigner to visit the relevant services centre:

- Original passport
- Appointment letter
- Notification letter
Receive the card Show
When: Within 5 working days after registration or document verification
We will deliver the card to the given address within 5 working days after the foreigner registers and gets documents verified.
If the foreigner does not need to register, we will deliver the card within 5 working days after checking the documents.
The authorised recipients will get an SMS or email with the delivery details at least 1 working day before the delivery.
If card delivery fails
After two unsuccessful deliveries, you’ll have to collect the card at the relevant MOM centre:
The foreigner or an authorised person can collect it 3 working days after the second attempted delivery. They don’t need an appointment.
Bring along these documents for card collection:
- Candidate’s original passport
If you authorise someone to collect it on your behalf, make sure they bring these along:
- An authorisation letter from the employer
- NRIC or passport for verification

Most of the sites managed by the National Park Service are free to visit, but some require an entrance pass. You may also need a vehicle reservation at a few high-traffic sites.
Frequent visitors, seniors , military, and others may save money on entrance fees with an America the Beautiful—the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass, also known an America the Beautiful or interagency pass. Review all pass options below and decide which pass is best for you.
Entrance Pass Comparison

Vehicle Reservations
Some highly-visited national parks use a seasonal or year-round timed entry system to manage private vehicle traffic. Reservations are typically made available through recreation.gov on a rolling basis. If you plan to drive into one of these parks while the timed entry system is in effect, we recommend making a reservation well in advance.

America the Beautiful Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen . Passholders must show valid photo identification (ID) with each pass.

To receive your pass by mail, order online at the USGS Online Store or by phone: 1-888-275-8747 , extension 1. Hours of operation are 8 am to 4 pm Mountain Time.

America the Beautiful Passes ordered online through the USGS Online Store may take up to three weeks to be processed and delivered. Get your pass at one of over 1,000 purchase and pickup locations to avoid the wait.
Senior Passes
US citizens and permanent residents ages 62 and older can purchase an annual America the Beautiful—the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass for $20.00, or a lifetime version for $80.00. Applicants must provide documentation of age and residency or citizenship.
- The Senior Pass may provide a 50 percent discount on some amenity fees charged for facilities and services such as camping, swimming, boat launch, and specialized interpretive services.
- The Senior Pass generally does NOT cover or reduce special recreation permit fees or fees charged by concessioners.
- Passes may not be purchased as gifts since eligible recipient must show proof of eligibility.
Annual Senior Pass
Lifetime senior pass, golden age passports and golden access passports.
Golden Age Passports and Golden Access Passports are no longer sold. However, these passes are still honored according to the provisions of the pass.
We encourage you to exchange your Golden Age/Golden Access Passport for a current Lifetime Senior Pass for free. You can exchange in-person at sites that issue passes. Please bring your old pass and photo identification with you.
Annual Passes and Park Groups
While most annual park passes are limited to one national park, a few sites offer an annual pass valid at multiple national parks, federal recreational lands, or state parks.
Free Entrance Days
Come experience the national parks! On six days in 2024, all National Park Service sites that charge an entrance fee will offer free admission to everyone. Mark your calendar for these entrance fee–free dates in 2024:
- January 15: Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
- April 20: First day of National Park Week
- June 19: Juneteenth National Independence Day
- August 4: Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
- September 28: National Public Lands Day
- November 11: Veterans Day
