UPDATE: On Thursday (Nov. 2, Scott announced 11 more tour dates. Those have been added in bold below.

PREVIOUSLY: Travis Scott is taking his Billboard 200 No. 1 album Utopia around North America this fall and winter for the Utopia – Circus Maximus Tour, Live Nation announced Tuesday (Aug. 29).

The now-39-date jaunt begins at Charlotte’s Spectrum Center on Oct. 11 and travels throughout major U.S. cities including Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago and New York City before wrapping Dec. 29 at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena. The Utopia – Circus Maximus Tour will also include Scott’s largest headlining show to date at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium on Nov. 5.

Tickets will go on sale Thursday, Aug. 31, at 10 a.m. local time at travisscott.com . Live Nation reported that $2 from every ticket sold will go to the rapper’s Cactus Jack Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to uplift Houston youth through toy drives, scholarship programs to HBCU college students, and fulfilling expenses for education and creative endeavors.

Travis Scott’s ‘Utopia’ Spends a Month at No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart

Scott’s latest album, Utopia , has spent the last four weeks at the top of the Billboard 200, making it his third No. 1 on the chart and first solo album since 2018’s  Astroworld . It’s also the first rap album to spend its first four weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in five years, since Drake ’s  Scorpion .

Travis Scott bringing ‘UTOPIA - Circus Maximus’ tour to Las Vegas Strip

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Travis Scott is bringing his upcoming “UTOPIA - Circus Maximus” tour to the Las Vegas Strip.

Promoter Live Nation says Scott’s tour “will transport fans into an unparalleled audiovisual experience.”

According to Live Nation, the tour will stop at MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m.

Tickets starting at $59.50 (not including applicable service charges or fees) go on sale Thursday, Aug. 31 at 10 a.m. at AXS.com.

Travis Scott Announces Utopia Tour Dates

Travis Scott has finally announced leg one of his North American tour in support of his UTOPIA album.

On Tuesday (August 29), La Flame took to Instagram to share the first batch of dates for his Utopia Tour — which is also known as Circus Maximus — along with a poster designed by renowned artist George Condo.

The trek is slated to kick off in Charlotte on October 11 and will hit cities such as Dallas, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Atlanta, Miami, Chicago and New York City before wrapping up north of the border in Toronto on December 29.

Scott’s hometown of Houston is a notable omission, although it’s possible further dates will be announced in the future.

Tickets go on sale on Thursday (August 31) at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster . Prices are rumored to start at $250 for general admission floor seats, but it’s unclear if that includes ticketing fees.

$2 from every ticket purchase will also go toward benefitting Travis’ Cactus Jack Foundation, which looks to “uplift Houston youth through toy drives, scholarship programs to HBCU college students, and fulfilling expenses for education and creative endeavors.”

George Condo is best known in Hip Hop circles crafting the cover art for Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy . He previously collaborated with Travis Scott in 2020 to create the artwork for his single “FRANCHISE” with M.I.A. and Young Thug.

It’s unclear who will be supporting the tour, but Rob49 , who appeared on UTOPIA ‘s “TOPIA TWINS,” hinted at being an opening act on his Instagram Story when reposting the tour dates.

Travis Scott is getting plenty of practice in as he made a surprise appearance during Drake’s It’s All a Blur Tour stop in Vancouver on Tuesday night , replacing 21 Savage whose immigration issues prohibit him from traveling outside the U.S.

La Flame and the 6 God joint forces to perform their UTOPIA collaboration “Meltdown” for the first time, as well as their 2018 Astroworld hit “Sicko Mode.”

Travis also recently hit the stage in Rome, Italy for his Circus Maximus concert , where he performed Utopia in full for the first time and brought out a barefoot Kanye West .

Travis Scott Officially Announces 2023 Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour

Travis Scott has announced a 2023 North American tour. Dubbed the Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour, the trek will take place this fall, beginning in Charlotte, North Carolina, on October 11 and ending on December 29 in Toronto, Ontario. These dates vary from the ones Live Nation leaked earlier this month before deleting its social media post and ticket pages for the tour. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. local time. Scott had initially planned a concert in Houston, but that date does not appear in the itinerary. A spokesperson for the city’s mayor told Rolling Stone that “at one point” the show had been planned and the mayor’s office communicated with Toyota Center to coordinate a safety plan. The fate of that show is unclear.

A spokesperson for the mayor told Rolling Stone Tuesday that “at one point” both the Toyota Center and Live Nation had notified the City of Houston that Scott planned to perform in the city. “Our public safety leaders and special events subject matter experts decided to communicate with the Toyota Center and coordinate on a safety plan,” the spokesperson said. Sylvester Turner originally said earlier this month that Scott had “booked the Toyota Center for a concert in October.”

A spokesperson for the mayor told Rolling Stone Tuesday that “at one point” both the Toyota Center and Live Nation had notified the City of Houston that Scott planned to perform in the city. “Our public safety leaders and special events subject matter experts decided to communicate with the Toyota Center and coordinate on a safety plan,” the spokesperson said.

At the start of August, Scott performed at Rome’s Circus Maximus , doing several Utopia songs and hosting a surprise appearance from Kanye West. His show caused the ground to shake so much that locals feared there was an earthquake , causing calls for a concert ban at the historic venue in the future.

The Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour will be the rapper’s first headlining tour since the 2021 Astroworld Festival tragedy , which resulted in 10 deaths and countless injuries. In late July, the Houston Police Department shared an extensive report on the event, in which Scott recalled being told through his earpiece, “You got to wrap it up, it’s getting kinda hectic out there.” He claimed that he was not made aware of the gravity of the situation until later.

Prior to the police report, a Harris County grand jury determined that Scott will not be criminally charged for the event’s happenings. Both Scott and Live Nation still face several civil lawsuits relating to Astroworld, although a few have already been settled .

Travis Scott finally released his long-awaited album , Utopia , last week, and with that comes the Utopia Tour, his first since the Astroworld Festival tragedy in November of 2021.

Cactus Jack’s road trip will begin at the United Center in Chicago on Sept. 25 and make 23 stops, including Detroit, Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Houston, Denver, Las Vegas, Seattle, and more. His final stop will be Miami’s Kaseya Center on Nov. 27.

Tickets for 2024 dates of the Travis Scott Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour will go on sale Friday, November 10 at 10am local time.

With his sold-out, record-breaking, and critically acclaimed 2023 Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour currently underway, Travis Scott today announced the second leg of his tour, hitting 8 new cities next year.

The second leg begins Wednesday, January 3, 2024 in Milwaukee at Fiserv Forum, with additional stops in Montreal, Columbus, Chicago and more. Rescheduled shows in Toronto, Boston, Miami from the 2023 run will also be included.

The announcement follows Travis Scott's historical performance at SoFi Stadium this past Sunday, making him the first rapper to headline and sell out the 70k capacity venue. Travis Scott Announces 2023 North American 'Utopia' - Circus Maximus Tour

The rapper will embark on his first headlining tour since the Astroworld tragedy this fall

Travis Scott is bringing Utopia on the road. 

On Tuesday, the rapper, 32, announced a 2023 North American tour dubbed the Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour in support of his new album Utopia , which dropped on July 28 via Cactus Jack and Epic Records. 

The Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour features 28 dates and will kick off on Oct. 11 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The tour stops in major cities including Los Angeles, Seattle, Miami, Nashville, Philadelphia and New York before it wraps up on Dec. 29 in Toronto. 

According to a press release, the “Sicko Mode” rapper will play his biggest live show to date on the tour at L.A.’s SoFi Stadium on Nov. 5. 

The concert is also said to be “unparalleled audiovisual experience.”

The Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour marks Scott’s first headlining tour since the 2021 Astroworld tragedy . Ten people died and thousands were injured at the festival in the hip-hop star’s Houston, Texas hometown when his set began and the crowd rushed towards the stage. 

A Texas grand jury convened to decide if Scott and others involved with the planning of the event should be charged, but in June, they announced no criminal charges would be pursued . 

Shortly after the incident, the “Goosebumps” artist shared a statement on X (formerly known as Twitter) in which he said his “prayers go out to the families and all those impacted by what happened at Astroworld Festival.”

“Houston PD has my total support as they continue to look into the tragic loss of life. I am committed to working together with the Houston community to heal and support the families in need,” he continued.

He also thanked Houston Police and Fire as well as NRG Park, where the festival was held, “for their immediate response and support” during the incident.

There is currently no Houston concert planned for the Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour.

According to Rolling Stone , a spokesperson for the Houston mayor told the publication that “at one point” Live Nation and the Toyota Center notified the city that there were plans to bring the tour there. 

The spokesperson also told the publication, “Our public safety leaders and special events subject matter experts decided to communicate with the Toyota Center and coordinate on a safety plan.”

According to a press release, $2 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Cactus Jack Foundation , which aims to uplift Houston youth.

After unofficially announcing his ‘Utopia Presents Circus Maximus Tour’ in early August, Travis Scott just unveiled new dates for his 28-concert fall jaunt.

The 32-year-old rapper is now scheduled to headline at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Dec. 18, New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Dec. 21 and Newark, NJ’s Prudential Center on Dec. 26.

As a result, he’s no longer planning on stops at East Rutherford’s MetLife Stadium or his hometown Houston’s Toyota Center as our team previously reported .

And now that the dates have officially been announced, tickets are available to see the star whose latest album “Utopia” has stayed atop the Billboard 200 chart for the past four weeks live this fall and winter.
