Remember how much fun that old mini bike was? If you’ve never ridden one of these micro-sized, off-road motorcycles , you’re in for a treat! This latest model features an automatic transmission (CVT) for smooth, even power and acceleration. Ride without having to fuss with gears and a clutch!

The MB200-2’s all welded, high-strength steel frame and rugged suspension can carry up to 200 lbs. Wide profile tires are designed to run at low pressure so they glide over almost any terrain just like 4-wheelers and other ATVs. The 196cc, single-cylinder, overhead valve, air-cooled engine is simple and low maintenance.

This mini bike includes a single, always-on front headlight for safety, a small cargo rack behind the seat and a rear disc brake. Rated for a top speed of up to 24 miles per hour! Enjoy hours of fun on TrailMaster’s cool new MB200 mini dirt bike . Some assembly required. Available in several colors.

For over five years the MB200 has been the most popular mini bike on the market.  Once again Trailmaster has proven they are a step ahead of the competition and made the MB200 even better.  

Introducing the Hurricane 200X now with from and rear hydraulic disk brakes.  So now the 196cc engine has the stopping power of the front and rear brakes.  The after-market parts world is full of modifications for these popular bikes but the problem is increased speed requires increased stopping power and now they have it.  The motor and frame have proven to be ultra-reliable and now with upgraded brakes, it is a complete package.

Once a vehicle has been packaged, inspected and loaded on one of our top line LTL carriers you will be provided a tracking number and link to the companies live tracking system. Please understand that these are large freight shipments. You will not be receiving hour by hour updates.

REFUNDS ON CANCELLED ORDERS

You may cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped, or the assembly work has not started. Please call us at 800-657-1208 or e-mail  to [email protected] in order to cancel your order. For assembly order, there is a 15% restocking fee if you need to cancel after assembly work starts. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled without return charges that we incur. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, or refuse the shipment without prior notice, you will be charged for all shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee, plus any storage fees charged by carrier. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded. You will be notified by an email confirmation once refund has been issued.

This compact, easy-to-ride trail bike is loaded with power and features!  Improving on the MB200 model, the stylish new Hurricane 200X now has front and rear hydraulic disk brakes – giving the peppy 196cc engine more stopping power. 

• Equipped with a torque converter so the power is delivered cleanly with little loss to the large rear wheel so no difficult gears to shift.  And it’s compact enough for a teen to ride, yet sturdy and powerful enough for an adult to enjoy also. With a 32' seat height and weighing nearly 200lbs, this is not a good choice for smaller kids.
• The motor and frame are rock solid and reliable, and now with upgraded front and rear disc brakes, it is the perfect off-road trail bike.  Along with, large, aggressive 19X7-8 front and rear tires with full fenders. This unit is equipped with front and rear suspension for a smooth ride on any trail, and a headlight for easy riding at night.

I bought 2. They were easy to assemble. Pour gas in .. and they start right up. They seem sturdy, and comfortable... The motors run fine but you can tell they are made with the cheapest components...

Don't hesitate. Buy it for the safety features, like front and back hydraulic breaks. The front and back shocks give much stability as well. A slight pull on the start handle and your smiling.

The extra wide profile tires are designed so they glide over almost any terrain just like 4-wheelers and other ATVs. The powerful 196cc, overhead valve, air-cooled engine is simple to operate and is very low maintenance. Torque convertor makes all the difference comparing others. The MB 200 is rear wheel driven. This mini bike Includes a single, always-on front headlight for safety, a small cargo rack behind the seat and a rear disc brake for ample stopping power. Rated for a top speed of up to 24 miles per hour! Enjoy hours of fun on cool new MB200-2 mini-bike.
