Super Travel offers nice discounts but keep an eye out for cancellation deadlines. That said, I had a great experience with their customer support. Due to unusual circumstances, my husband and I needed to cancel our hotel reservation with them. It was past the deadline, but I explained our situation and they accommodated us with cancelation. I really appreciated this! Thank you, Super Travel for this courtesy. (P.S. I put four out of five because I was on hold for an hour and a half. It was worth it for me to request cancelation. But they really should hire more customer service agents.)

My husband and I used Super.com to book the Riata Inn, a dog friendly hotel, in Marfa, TX. We drove 10 hours to get to this hotel. When we finally arrived and went to the front desk to check in, we were asked if that was a Doberman in our vehicle. After confirming that it was, she pointed to a typed up sign on their counter with a long list of dog breed restrictions. After being turned away, I called Super.com. They explained I had booked a non refundable reservation and they would not be able to give me a refund. I explained that we were not cancelling, but we were refused accommodations because of our dog. No where on the hotels website or Super.com's booking did it list the breed restrictions. We had to drive another 30 minutes to find other accommodations. We would not book through them again!

This company is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! You would think you're getting a deal and you're really not. I don't know who is in charge but the BBB better look into them. I booked a family vacation with them for my daughter's 6th birthday. My mom who was also supposed to join us on the trip DIED. YUP. SHE DIED. The day before my daughter's birthday. Trip was cancelled immediately. I called them and informed them. I sent all the necessary documents they asked me for. They said they would make the exception due to my mother passing. It's been a month. I've been calling because that money needed to go towards the funeral my siblings and I had to pay for. I told every worker I spoke to the situation and they all said the same thing. They will informed the department in charge of that. So I said okay. Can you transfer me through to that department. The person kept avoiding the question. But I think they are trained to avoid the question because this happened on many occasions. The first 3 or 4 people I spoke to said my refund should be here in 3-5 business days. Call back if you don't receive it. So I called back because I didn't receive it. Then they told me that I had to wait 14 business days. Until they make a decision. Then they said they gotta double check. I will be taking them to court and getting a lawyer because this is crazyyyyyyyyyy. It's been a MONTH!!!! Do not use this company AT ALL. Spend the necessary money you have to for happiness. Because this company ain't it!!!!

Booked a hotel in New Jersey 3 months ahead of time. When I got there the rate was literally 1/2 of what I was charged by Super. When I contacted them they said they added a small surcharge and would not refund any money. Stay away!

The will take your money and charge you for a room. When arriving at the hotel they can't find your reservatio, now I have to call super travel and have them call the hotel. It's 3 days later and I still have not received no help, no call back nor my money back. I ended up having to rent a airbnb and spend more money out my pocket on a trip to dallas. very inconvenien. Just to mention this is not my first time having this problem with Supertravel. Do yourself a favor and go through another 3 party company

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Booked a hotel room thru them a week ago. "Saved" maybe 6 or 7 bucks over what other sites were charging....and THEN everything went to hell. The next thing I know, about a week later I'm getting calls from my credit card's fraud department about them making REPEATED $14.99 charges to my card. Tried to get hold of them to ask WTF was up with these, but they make it basically impossible to actually speak to someone. I finally get hold of someone thru their "chat" feature and they tell me that the $14.99 charges were MONTHLY charges for their "Super + membership", something I NEVER heard of or signed up for. NOWHERE on their site does it say ANYWHERE that booking thru them automatically signed you up for this crap or that you were authorizing additional charges. Took forever to get this all reversed, and it forced me to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We have traveled all over the world and NEVER had such a bad experience. A trip to Africa is TAINTED by the hotel reservations we arranged thru SUPER (NOT). Had the insurance for cancellation and with a need to cancel conveyed to them MONTHS in advance and promise by one of their representatives to correct - they are now keeping the $900 from us they said would NOT be charged. When we tried to tell them we would keep the reservations they lied and said the rooms weren't available. THEY DID THIS TO KEEP THE $900 AND DO NOTHING FOR IT. Never had to write one of these but people should be warned, Found out they change their company name and wonder how long before they change again. Also they are known for not having a reservation for you when you arrive.

DONT DO IT!!!!!! paid for a reservation. Hotel never received the confirmation. Hotel confirmed that all information I received from Super was accurate to location and date but couldn't check me in because they never received anything themself. Super will not refund my payment.

SuperTravel is a SCAM. I have booked hundreds of hotel reservations in my life and SuperTravel will take your money but not send your reservation to the hotel in a timely manner. I booked a $2,000+ condo in Cabo and 6 weeks later, the reservation was not in the condo's system. SuperTravel told me to just wait and they would send it closer to the reservation date. That's completely bogus. STAY AWAY.

I have had issues with this company in the past. However lately I decided to give them another chance and so far has been fairly easy and decently priced. The one thing I think is not fair to paying customers is that the customer service is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I was experiencing an issue with their website when I was trying to pay, mind you I had not had a problem the whole week and a half leading up to this incident. I tried multiple cards that had money on them and they We’re still getting declined. I proceeded to called the companies attached to my cards only for them to say try it again through them so I finally track down super travels phone number to get told that I couldn’t use my credit on the account over the phone even though their websitw wasn’t working properly, it was as if the guy on the phone wasn’t even listening to anything I said. Well, they lost a couple of sales from me due to that. Besides that thwy have pretty good prices and the cash back is pretty amazing, I thought it was a scam at first but I kept getting credits, you just have to make sure to use them before they expire and I am still wondering why I cant use my 30$ credits the way I want instead of breaking it up.

So my wife and I decided to take a five day trip to Sunny Isles Florida. We usually stay at the Hilton Hotel on the ocean but last year we decided that we would stay at the Solé’ right next door. When it was time to book, I put in my search engine the hotel name and up came a list of websites offering for this hotel. The cheapest was SuperTravel for $168 for a city view, King bed on the ocean. This hotel is usual $300 plus per night. I was very skeptical because I never have see this site before but figure I would take my chances. They booked the room for $862 for the four nights. We arrived at the hotel and could not believe our eyes when we opened the room to find a small condo room. We had a beautiful modern kitchen with full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The living was a full size, huge separate bedroom and beautiful big bathroom. The best of all was the wrap around huge veranda overlooking the inter coastal water way and to the left, the ocean. I would definitely book with SuperTravel again.

I really liked this app. It’s apparently a subsidiary of Expedia is what my hotel front desk guy said. Anyway I have booked several trips trough this app but will NEVER use it again after my experience today. I tried to book a single night at the hotel I already had a reservation at because I am currently homeless and surviving day to day like a lot of people in California right now. However during the check out process on my last transaction the app crashed and didn’t push the reservation through. There was a pop up that I took a screenshot of saying to wait a minute and refresh the screen. I did that and it was right back to the check out screen but it apparently changed my dates back to default for tonight instead of tomorrow but that part is not visible on the screen I was looking at…it’s back a screen!!! I immediately noticed the date and went to the front desk. They know me here and told me that unfortunately they can’t fix it so I used the customer service chat on the app and it was seriously AWFUL! Fernando had zero customer care skills and didn’t comprehend my issue. So basically I’m out the money for the reservation that the app messed up and have no place to stay tomorrow night. I even provided screenshots and just got “sorry you feel that way” This hotel is empty all the time. The cost is exactly the same…All that needed to be done is to change the date but NOPE..

  • Rates inclusive of unlimited kilometers, third party liability and property damage insurance, plus: Collision Damage Waiver, (C. D. W.), taxes and services for Corfu Island only.
  • Excess payable in event of damage to vehicle: Groups B 700 €, – C, D, E1 & G 850 € & L, F2 1.000 €
  • Please note that any damage to the outside mirrors, seats (and general damages inside the car), wheels, clutch, glass, the underside of the car, and lost/damage of keys is not covered by the insurance and has to be paid directly by the clients.
  • Free delivery or collection at Corfu airport or Corfu town limits (6 km) between the hours from 08:00 to 21:00.
  • Maintenance and oil.
  • Corfu road map.
  • Driver’s age: minimum 23 years old up to maximum 75 years old for the car groups B,C and 25 years old up to 75 years old for the car groups D,L,E1,F2 and G  with license held a minimum of 2 years.
  • Drivers: two drivers allowed.
  • Gasoline: all gasoline to be paid by the client.
  • Rates are in Euro and are net of any commission.
  • Please note that we can’t guarantee to provide specific of car within a group.
  • Please note that all cars often have limited luggage space and that with the full occupancy of passengers may not be able to carry all the suitcases. This is also the case especially for people carriers and mini-buses.
  • A credit card ( Only Credit Card – No Debit Card ) must be presented as a form of security and identity and therefore must be in the drivers name. The WORST company and customer service…

The WORST company and customer service i have ever dealt, booked a hotel through Super with a refundable booking. Tried to get a refund and a re-book because i have a sick relative never send me a confirmation email and booking number, called up 4 times and no one has any clue on what they are doing. refused to give my money back for the booking. Even though the hotel has my booking on record but Super are denying they do not have my money and will not refund and have no been helpful one bit!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY !!!!! THEIVES

Best price exactly as described

I needed a place to stay after traveling and being awake for 24 hours a short drive from the airport for a reasonable price and quality and Super.com delivered as exactly as advertised.

SKAM, STAY AWAY. I have mistakenly opted into super+ membership now every time I try to cancel my membership it does not allow me to do so, they say I have to go to some imaginary place in their app to do so which does not exist and their help does not respond now they are skaming me out of money on a monthly.

It was easy to navigate and easy to book -- very simple and direct. I am not sure why the rates for 4 days was higher than the rate for 2 days (I made 2 bookings). It seems we should have been able to get a lower rate for Sunday and Monday as well. I realize Friday and Saturday rates are higher. I also liked the fact that the details of the room features were listed. Very helpful.

08.01.24 --> hotel B&B Hotel Tuscolana San Giovanni booked at page from SUPER.COM and confirmed 15.05.24 --> I arrived at 5pm the hotel and Hotel confirmed that the reservation was canceled --> I got NOT INFORMATION from SUPER.COM --> communication onyl with CHAT (India?) --> SUPER.COM tried to find another hotel --> AFTER 4h, SUPER.COM gave a next hotel but this was also FULL (how is that possible?) --> They found no other hotel for me --> I tried to find another hotel by myself --> AFTER ANOTHER 2h and checking over 20 other hotels I found a Hotel SUPER.COM sent back the money for my booked hotel but I got additional costs of 595€. I forward this to my lawer. What a story and I lost 7h of my live !!!! UPDATE I booked a Hotel and you have clearify that and not the 3rd party. What is your work? Very dissapointed with your answer. I gathered all the evidence including the screen shots of the price difference and the price I paid vs the room I got. However they and my cc bank of America denied my claim without any explanation.
