Depuis 2016, notre équipe est à la tête de Namur en Mai, festival des arts forains rassemblant plus de 200.000 personnes chaque année, depuis 26 éditions. À côté de l’organisation de cet événement diffusé par ses célèbres affiches teintées de rêve, nous avons décidé d’en coller une supplémentaire sur le mur de nos projets.

Alice ! est un spectacle produit et organisé par la passion de notre équipe, amoureuse de culture et d’événements porteurs de valeurs positives. Forte de son engagement durable, notre équipe organise également le festival éco-responsable et pluridisciplinaire LaSemo à Enghien. Au cœur de notre métier, l’envie de toujours plonger le public dans un univers fort, à part entière.

Nous organisons un spectacle inédit "Julia au Cabaret", qui partira en tournée dans toute la Wallonie et à Bruxelles. Pendant les jours off de notre tournée, nous proposons de louer notre chapiteau pour des fêtes privées, des restaurants éphémères, des défilés, des shootings photo, des événements b2b, etc. Grandiose et plein de caractère. Avec son diamètre de 26 mètres, le Magic Mirror est l’un des plus grands chapiteau au monde. Un velours rouge majestueux avec des bordures dorées donnent l’impression que quelque chose d’exceptionnel est sur le point de se produire. Un voyage dans le temps au milieu des années 20. Dates possibles  pour la location : 

•   Tournai (Plaine des Manoeuvres)  : le 2 novembre (journée + soirée).
• Wavre (parking Walibi): le 14 novembre (journée + soirée) et les 15, 16, 17 et 18 novembre (journée uniquement).
•   Namur (Citadelle) : les 28, 29, 30 novembre et les 1, 2 décembre (journée uniquement).

Excellent tour!! The meeting place was very close to Park Güell. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about both the park and La Sagrada Familia. He ensured that no one was left behind and that everyone saw the sites. I thoroughly enjoyed the history of both places. I would definitely do another tour with this company.

This worked for me as the park was sold out for the day I wanted to go. Both tours were well organized and the transportation between the park and church helped get both in the same day.

It is a beautiful and unique church. Our tour guide pointed out intricate details that you would not see on your own, as well as, sculptures that type together to tell a broader story.

We gave the cab driver the address to the Gaudi Experience (meeting point) but for some reason he dropped us off at Park Guel. When we realized this, we got directions to the meeting point and had to run about a mile around the periphery of the park to get to the Gaudi Experience. We were three minutes late. The desk staff quickly gave us out tickets and told us to run to catch up with the tour guide, Marina. It was a rough start to the tour (due to no fault of ours or theirs) but we settled in and tried to relax. My daughter’s headset was not working and Marina did not help. The other guests offered to help her as we were all clearly out of breath. Marina just smugly said - that is why you need to arrive on time. I could not believe the rudeness. Park Guel is beautiful but Marina is that spinsterish history teacher that bored the heck out of you in high school. I would suggest you ask for another guide. By the way, another family in our tour didn’t print out their voucher and was asked to buy new tickets. So if you decide to use this agency - print out your voucher, make sure the cab driver drops you off at the exact address, do not be late and pray you don’t get Marina.

1st time in this kind of tour. But is the best decision in Barcelona. All the attractions are far from each other and this is the best way to get there; or you can pay an expensive taxi. We saw all Barcelona. Next time we will enter to some places, but we were satisfied.

Great and safe way to see a city

I do this is most big cities I visit. Get a real feel of a city on an open top bus. The smells and the sounds. Hop on and hop off where you want. There are so many of these buses that you aren’t kept waiting very long

Tour et Taxis

The early 20th century inter-modal transport hub on the north side of Brussels takes its name from the family of Frans de Tassis who became Master of the Post in the Holy Roman Empire in 1501, and whose family, the counts Tour et Taxis, managed the postal services in the Habsburg Empire and other European states in the centuries that followed. They transferred their headquarters from Brussels to Frankfurt-am-Main in 1724. Their business declined during the Napoleonic Wars and was finally wound up in 1867. In 1897 agreement was reached for the development of a transport centre on land that had once belonged to the Tour et Taxis family, alongside the Willebroek Canal, and bounded by Avenue du Port and Rue Picard, where inland waterways, railways and road services would interconnect, and where customs and warehousing services would be provided. The railway facilities were completed by 1907, but the Gare Maritime opened only in 1910, and some facilities were not completed until after the First World War. Some of the largest buildings on the 30 ha site were the warehouses in a railway freight complex, designed by Ernest Van Humbeek, that included three huge freight-handling sheds with cast-iron roofs. The buildings of the Gare Maritime were designed by C Bosmans and H Van der Veld. Some 3,000 people were employed within the complex in the 1960s, but the level of activity subsequently declined, and the Belgian postal service was the last user when it moved away in 1987. The re-use of the complex was and is a subject of debate in Brussels, but the Projet Tour et Taxis was established in 2001, and large parts are now occupied by shops, restaurants and exhibition galleries.

Spectacular renovation of a historic local site to create an inclusive and sustainable multipurpose living space

A major urban redevelopment project in brussels.

Let’s start with a little history… The Tour & Taxis site was created in the 16th century when the von Thurn und Taxis family, which founded the European postal service, made it a gateway to Europe. At the turn of the 20th century, Tour & Taxis then became one of the world’s first multimodal goods transport platforms, integrating water, road and rail. The site subsequently fell into disuse in the post-war period, with the abolition of customs duties.

Nextensa therefore decided to offer this place steeped in history a new lease of life by harmoniously combining past and present to create a versatile, attractive and inclusive environment including housing, offices, shops,event areas, restaurants and public facilities. An extension covering nine hectares of an existing park is also planned.

Particular attention is paid to active mobility, mixity, the enhancement of heritage and sustainable development.

Nextensa aims to bring a modern and sustainable dimension to the historic buildings on this site, while respecting their authenticity and their architectural heritage. The result is the creation of an inspiring living space for the innovators of the future, while respecting the history and architectural heritage of the past.

World of Mind, the new museum dedicated to illusion in Tour et Taxis

A new permanent museum on the theme of illusion will open to the public on Friday in Tour et Taxis, Brussels.

All five senses will be put to the test in the “World of Mind” (WOM), which aims to demonstrate the limits of the brain and the ways it can deceive us.

The tour is designed to encourage maximum interaction with the public.

Losing one's bearings in a polar blizzard

Some 120 illusions will be presented in a series of rooms, alternating between thematic sequences and immersive experiences. For example, it will be possible to walk through a polar blizzard, whose omnipresent mist and white colour make you lose all your bearings.

Other illusions stimulate sight, touch and hearing, and provide a better understanding of how the brain works to constantly adapt to its environment, with a view to coherence.

The illusions presented at the WOM are designed to suit the whole family, and everyone has the opportunity to experience them according to their own sensitivity. Moreover, “as we know that this appeals a lot to young people, we have placed many ‘instagrammable’ elements along the way,” adds the exhibition’s scriptwriter.

Keeping things simple and fun

Through short videos projected alongside the illusions, Belgian neurologist Steven Laureys demystifies the interactions between the five senses and the brain by explaining them to his daughter.

The designers of the museum wanted “to keep things simple and fun. It was not the intention that a scientist in a white coat should flatly state the facts,” he explains.

The location in Tour et Taxis was not by chance either. The desire was to create a first permanent exhibition in this now rapidly developing area. “It is also an opportunity for visitors to discover other activities offered on the site during the same day,” the organisers note.

Double break, 5-0 d'entrée et seulement 11 points concédés : elle a bouclé le premier set en 24 minutes .

En face, Julia Avdeeva a été dépassée, pour son premier match en tableau principal de Grand Chelem. Davantage habituée au circuit ITF, elle a souffert dans tous les secteurs et commis trop de fautes pour inquiéter la numéro 3 mondiale (23 fautes directes au total, pour autant de points marqués). En 52 minutes, Coco Gauff a obtenu sa qualification pour le deuxième tour. " Je suis très contente de la manière dont j'ai joué aujourd'hui, a-t-elle déclaré après la rencontre. J'ai vraiment aimé jouer sur le court Suzanne-Lenglen avec le toit fermé, ça change les conditions et ça permet de jouer plus rapidement donc ça me plaît. "

Soupçonné d’avoir commandité et participé au guet-apens fatal à Leslie Hoorelbeke et à Kevin Trompat, Tom Trouillet vient de faire l’objet d’une expertise psychiatrique. Celle-ci conclut à son complet discernement au moment des faits et souligne son peu de remords à l’égard des victimes.

« Je me considère comme quelqu’un de très calme, mais je ne sais pas ce qui s’est passé ce jour-là… » Face à l’expert psychiatre qui l’examine en février dernier dans la prison de Nouvelle-Aquitaine où il est placé en détention provisoire, Tom Trouillet, 23 ans, sans antécédents judiciaires jusque-là, tente de dissocier sa personne de l’acte qu’il reconnaît avoir commis. Comme si un autre que lui s’était saisi de la pelle qui semble avoir servi à achever son amie Leslie Hoorelbeke, au bout d’une longue agonie, à l’aube du 26 novembre 2022.

La jeune femme de 22 ans, transportée dans le coffre d’une voiture depuis Prahecq (Deux-Sèvres) où elle venait d’être agressée à coups de machette en même temps que son petit ami Kevin, 20 ans, était encore vivante à son arrivée sur le terrain de Coulon, dans le marais poitevin. Son corps y sera enterré avant d’être déplacé quelques semaines plus tard.

Tom Trouillet garde en mémoire le dernier regard « noir, très, très, très noir » de Leslie qui lui demande dans un souffle : « Qu’est-ce que tu fais, Tom ? » Il dit aussi se souvenir de la présence au même moment, non loin de là, d’un promeneur et de son chien. Tom aurait craint d’être découvert. Et comme son principal complice, Nathan Badji, présent à ses côtés, l’aurait encouragé, dit-il, à frapper Leslie pour la faire taire définitivement, il aurait « tapé par obligation ». « Ce geste-là, je le regretterai toute ma vie, ajoute-t-il. En plus, Leslie, c’est une fille à qui mon cœur était ouvert… »

Sur les raisons qui l’auraient poussé à organiser et exécuter ce guet-apens avec l’aide de trois complices puis d’un quatrième, recruté pour faire disparaître les preuves, Tom Trouillet, mis en examen pour assassinat, reste évasif. « Il n’y avait pas de projet de mort », soutient-il, même si les autres mis en cause disent l’inverse et le désignent comme le leader ou le coleader de ce commando. Selon sa version, il s’agissait seulement de « carotter » la cocaïne et l’argent que Kevin, revendeur de produits stupéfiants, avait sur lui cette nuit-là. Ensuite, la situation aurait dégénéré. « C’est parti en furie… », résume-t-il.

« Kevin, que je prenais pour un ami et qui a profité de moi »

Il conteste aussi avoir été poussé par « une jalousie amoureuse » à l’égard de Kevin, qui venait de lui ravir Leslie. Ce Niortais, ex-installateur de cuisines, préfère parler d’une vengeance en réaction aux vexations et aux humiliations qu’il aurait subies dans le cadre d’une relation à sens unique. « Kevin est une personne que je prenais pour un ami et qui a profité de moi, de ma maison, de ma gentillesse, estime-t-il. Il est resté six ou sept mois chez moi… J’étais le taxi, je faisais le ménage, je payais les courses… Il m’avait dit qu’il paierait les factures. Il ne m’a jamais payé un euro symbolique… »

Tom Trouillet se poserait presque en victime mais une donnée financière nuance le tableau. Il reconnaît en effet s’être vu confier par Kevin la somme de 30 000 euros. « Cet argent venait de la vente de stupéfiants, affirme-t-il. J’ai gardé l’argent quatre mois, mais, au bout d’un moment, j’ai craqué l’argent, parce que j’avais l’impression d’être pris pour un guignol… Il n’y a pas que l’argent que j’ai craqué. Moi-même, j’ai complètement craqué. » Entre ce qu’il dit et ce qu’il ne dit pas, une hypothèse émerge : l’élimination physique de Kevin lui permettait surtout de régler définitivement la question de sa dette de 30 000 euros.

Au sujet de Leslie, le jeune homme n’exprime que peu de remords face au psychiatre. Au contraire, il semble encore animé par le ressentiment d’un amour déçu. Tom explique ainsi avoir quitté son ex-petite amie, au cours de l’été 2022, pour vivre une relation sentimentale avec Leslie, jolie brune qu’il fréquentait depuis plusieurs années, via une bande de copains « teufeurs » entre Niort et La Rochelle.

Comme preuve de son engagement personnel dans le projet de vie commune qui s’amorçait, il explique avoir payé de sa poche les réparations du camion aménagé de sa bien-aimée. À cette époque, un ou deux mois seulement avant la nuit fatale, Leslie lui envoyait encore des mots d’amour, des « je t’aime » et « plein de belles phrases ». Puis elle s’était détournée de lui pour tomber dans les bras de Kevin. Au bout du compte, Tom Trouillet se demande si Leslie n’aurait pas « profité » de sa supposée gentillesse naturelle. « Mes amis m’ont prévenu : Trop bon, trop con », ose-t-il glisser.

L’expert psychiatre décèle surtout dans le discours de Tom Trouillet les signes « d’une attitude manipulatoire extrêmement marquée » et l’expression « d’un égocentrisme dévorant ». Cette dernière caractéristique affleure encore dans son récit de l’attaque exécutée sous son toit, à Prahecq. Tom explique avoir immobilisé Leslie en la maintenant au niveau des trapèzes pendant que Mickaël, l’un de ses complices, la frappait, selon lui, avec une arme tranchante. Une scène terrible dont il retient surtout les cicatrices laissées sur ses propres phalanges par les coups de machette. « Ces cicatrices, je les vois tous les jours. Je les frotte pour que ça s’efface mais jamais de la vie c’est possible… » souffle-t-il.

Selon les conclusions de cette expertise, le discernement de Tom Trouillet au moment des faits n’était ni aboli ni altéré. Il serait passé à l’acte sous l’effet d’un cocktail explosif : son incapacité à supporter la rupture amoureuse d’avec Leslie, son désir de vengeance à l’égard des deux victimes et la perspective de se retrouver libéré d’une dette « par élimination directe de Kevin ». En toile de fond psychiatrique, le médecin détecte une personnalité « très borderline » marquée par une impulsivité mêlée à de la psychorigidité, un égocentrisme qui l’aurait « privé de toute empathie » et une peur pathologique de l’abandon.

Ce dernier trait pourrait être lié aux stigmates d’une enfance chaotique plombée à la fois par la séparation de ses parents et une addiction précoce aux drogues (cannabis d’abord puis ecstasy, LSD et kétamine ces dernières années). Tom Trouillet voit d’ailleurs dans sa polytoxicomanie l’origine de sa dérive criminelle. « C’est à cause de toute cette merde de drogue que j’en suis arrivé là », tranche-t-il. Sollicitée, son avocate, Me Julie Adenot, n’a pas souhaité s’exprimer.
