Signing up with Idaho 511

• Creating an account is NOT mandatory on this website; however if you do, you’ll be able to personalize your experience and receive traffic notifications.
• Select ‘Sign Up’ from the menu options in the top right corner
• Enter your name, email, and create a password. Click ‘Sign Up' when done.
• You will get an email to verify your account, click the link that was sent to your email.
• Including a phone number will allow you to receive text notifications, you will receive an SMS (text) with your confirmation code. Note this is in addition to the email verification.

Creating & Saving a Customized Route

• Enter your start and end locations by typing the addresses into the address fields. Alternatively, you may also right click on the map. Once you have entered the route locations, click ‘Drive’.
• Review the routes generated and select the one that suits you best.
• When done, enter a name for your route and click ‘Save’.

Creating a Notification for your Route

• Once your route is saved, you will be asked if you want to be notified of events on this route. Click ‘Create Route Notification’
• You will be redirected to the notification creation page. Enter the required information for your route, select a delivery option (email or SMS), and click ‘Save’.
• You will now be notified of any future events that affect your route.

• Visit Idaho 511 and select ‘Sign Up’ from the menu options in the top right corner.
• Enter your name, email, and create a password. Click ‘Sign Up’ when done.
• Verify your account by following the link that was sent to your email.
• If you registered with a phone number, you will also receive an SMS (text) with your confirmation code. Please note that this is only to confirm your mobile number for receiving text notifications and that you must first register your account in step 3 before you can verify your phone number. You can verify your phone number here .

• Sign in to Idaho 511 .
• Enter your start and end locations by typing the addresses into the address fields. Alternatively, you may also right click on the map, select a location from the available options, and select whether the location will be the start or end of your trip. Once you have entered the route locations, click ‘Drive’.
• Review the routes generated and select the one that suits you best. If none of the routes provided are satisfactory, you can select the route on the map and drag it accordingly.
• When done, enter a name for your route and click ‘Save’. You will be presented with the option to create a notification for the route you just created.

• In the Manage My Routes table, find the route that you previously saved that you would like to create a notification for and click ‘Create Route Notification’.
• A route notification modal will popup with the default notification settings for your route. Click ‘Save’ if you wish to use these default settings.
• If you wish to change the default settings, press ‘Edit’ and proceed to the Manage Notification page.

Creating Advisory Notification

• In the "My Routes & Notifications" page, select ‘My Advisory Notification’.
• Fill the required fields and click ‘Subscribe to Advisory Notification’.

Setting Map Legend

• Simply select the information you would like displayed by default on the map.
• Click ‘Save’ when done.

• Select the cameras checkbox in the map legend.
• Select a camera by clicking the camera icon and click ‘My Cameras’ button. Select the camera view you want the camera to be added to. Create a custom camera view by clicking 'New Camera View'
• To view and edit your saved cameras, go to My Cameras .
• In Manage My Cameras page, click on the 'Manage Camera Views' to add, modify or delete a camera view.
• To enter a custom nickname for your saved camera, simply type your desired nickname into the camera nickname field.

Click on the route segment near the closure and drag the waypoint away from the closure.  More than one waypoint may be needed to avoid the closure.

Liquids Rule

You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item. Placing these items in the small bag and separating from your carry-on baggage facilitates the screening process. Pack items that are in containers larger than 3.4 ounces or 100 milliliters in checked baggage.

Any liquid, aerosol, gel, cream or paste that alarms during screening will require additional screening.

You may carry duty free liquids in secure, tamper–evident bags, more than 3.4 oz or 100 ml in your carry-on bag if:

• The duty free liquids were purchased internationally and you are traveling to the United States with a connecting flight.
• The liquids are packed in a transparent, secure, tamper-evident bag by the retailer and do not show signs of tampering when presented to TSA for screening.
• The original receipt for the liquids is present and the purchase was made within 48 hours.

The items inside the secure, tamper-evident bags must be screened and cleared. Any item that alarms or is unable to be screened will not be permitted in your carry-on bag. We recommend packing all liquids, gels, and aerosols that are over 3.4 oz or 100 ml in your checked baggage, even if they are in a secure, tamper-evident bag.

• You must log in to your Traveloka account or register if you don't have one in order to buy the tickets. 
• Please expect a queue before getting to the event page.
• When it is your turn, refresh the queue page to proceed to the event page.
• For mobile users , if you are redirected to the Traveloka app, please return to the browser and refresh the page to complete your purchase.
• Once you enter the event page, you must buy your tickets within 15 minutes. If you take longer, you will be sent back to the queue page. Therefore, make sure to finish your purchase within the time frame.
• Select your preferred visit date and ticket category. 
• Add the number of tickets you want to purchase then click Book Now .
• Double-check your order summary and confirm the purchase.
• During the purchase process, you may be required to input your valid ID information.
• Complete the payment within the time frame. If you can't complete the payment in the given time, you'll be automatically redirected to the queue page and you will be back in line.

• Traveloka e-vouchers do not need to be printed. Simply show them via mobile phone to be exchanged for a wristband.
• A wristband must be worn as a condition for entry to the venue.
• Ticket exchanges can be represented by bringing documents from the ticket owner, including a power of attorney with a signature on a stamped paper and a photocopy of the ID.

Your ticket is valid only on the event date.

Before getting in the venue, you have to exchange your e-ticket for a wristband. To exchange your e-ticket, you can show it at the ticketing area at the venue and get your wristband there. Make sure you show a valid ID along with your tickets to receive the wristband. Once you have your wristband, you can enter the venue.

You can show your digital or printed Traveloka e-voucher to be exchanged with a wristband. However, you are suggested to print out the Traveloka e-voucher with the QR code in case of bad phone signal at the venue.

You have to keep your own QR code. The organizer is not responsible for your lost of QR code.

The Organizer refuses to handle the case of more than 1 person checking-in with the same ticket code. According to regulations, the Organizer will allow the first person to check-in with the same ticket code to attend the event. Attendees must show the printed QR code to the check-in counter to exchange for a wristband.

You can take photos and videos, as long as you do not turn on your camera's flash light and you are not using professional DSLR camera, pocket cameras, or drones.

• Include the time your application is at one of our passport agencies or centers. 
• You may get your passport on a different date than your family member or friend.
• Mailing times are not included in processing times . Consider the total time it will take to receive your passport when you are booking travel. 
• It may take two weeks for your application to get to us, and two weeks for you to get your passport after we mail it.

Frequently Asked Questions

I need my passport sooner than i thought. what should i do.

Call the National Passport Information Center at  1-877-487-2778  ( 1-888-874-7793  TDD/TTY) to request expedited service for an extra $60. You may also add a 1-2 delivery service of your completed passport book for an extra $21.36. One-to-two day delivery is not available for passport cards. We only send cards via First Class Mail.

Can I pay for faster delivery and return shipping?

Yes. You may choose one or both of the following shipment options:

• Delivery to us : Use Priority Mail Express for faster shipping. The price for this service depends where you live.
• Return to you : Pay $21.36 for 1-2 day delivery. This means you will receive your passport   1-2 days after we send it. Include the fee with your passport fee in your check or money order payable to the U.S. Department of State for fastest return shipping. Do not submit a return envelope to us with postage pre-paid. 

You may receive your passport and the supporting documents in separate mailings. If you are renewing a passport card, we will send it to you via First Class Mail. We do not use 1-2 day delivery services if you only applied for a passport card.

Why do your processing times change?

We change our processing times as demand for passports changes during the year. From late winter into summer, demand for passports is generally higher than other periods of the year. Plan ahead and apply during our slower season from October through December. 

What happens to my processing times if I receive a letter or email requesting more information?

If you receive a letter or email requesting more information to complete your application, respond as soon as possible. If you receive this letter or email, it may take longer to get your passport. Follow the instructions in the letter or email, and go to our Respond to a Letter or Email page for more information.

Yes, this is our email and the links in the email will take you to this website. We are emailing customers who have passports expiring in the next year and reminding them to renew. The subject line of the email will be:
