We had an incredible experience on East island Excursion to Cayo Ikakos ! The boat ride was scenic, the island was breathtaking, and the food was absolutely amazing. We had a great time! They had to go to Vieques instead of Culebra but it was still beautiful!! EVERY employee was great! They were very attentive and made sure we were having a great time! This was my 12th trip with them

Fantastic day trip as always. I cannot say enough about what a great time we had once again on the catamaran day cruise. This was my 12th trip with them in the 20 years that I have been visiting Puerto Rico. The captain and the crew are exceptional in their service and friendly demeanor. The variety of drinks was great and the food tasty and well planned out for a day on the ocean. I completely recommend this day trip to anybody visiting the island. I guarantee you will have nothing but a great time and a day of Wonderful memories.

Recently booked a snorkeling tour to Icacos and it was amazing. The prices were fair and they were able to provide transportation from Viejo San Juan for an additional cost. The crew was amazing and took care of us. They were very attentive and they kept the drinks coming. The water conditions weren’t the best for snorkeling but they did their best to find us s spot. Accessing the beach required to swim from the boat. It wasn’t ideal but made it fun. I intend to book again on my next trip to PR. Next time it’ll be Culebra. Keep up the good work. I would love to hear more reguetón and more Latin music next time.

The captain and his crew were delightful

We went out to flamingo Island owned by Puerto Rico. It was absolutely beautiful. The captain And his crew were delightful. The lunch was delicious and they kept the drinks rolling in. The captain even had a specialty drink, called the Jellyfish. They made the experience fun and memorable. I would highly recommend If you want a beautiful white sand island, and a group of people that made it fun. Book a trip with these guys…

Some friends and I went to San Juan for a weekend and this was the only activity we had actually planned in advance. We got to the port early for the sail on the "Amazing Grace" and had been waiting around for probably a bit over an hour. The staff had been there setting up. I say that only because I wonder if they had already decided they wouldn't allow this person on the boat but waited until the waiver was signed. Once the staff begun to check everyone in, we signed the waivers and they refused to allow one of the group on the excursion and reported it was their policy to not allow anyone that was intoxicated despite them serving alcohol on the boat. After about 15 minutes of a heated discussion they agreed to reschedule but never reported the rescheduling fee. I felt that being that it was a pricey excursion and we were not able to enjoy it, the customer service that was provided was unacceptable. We wanted to contribute to Puerto Rico's economy especially after all it's been through and this situation really left a bad taste in my mouth. I would recommend you review all your options and call the various companies available to be made aware of any circumstances that would result in losing your reservations/money.

I'm saddened to know your experience didn't go as planned, Yaz. We always want our guests to have a good time, from boarding the boat to the very end of the trip, but safety is our highest concern. That's why we have policies in place to make sure our guests are being responsible and safe. If our crew felt as though it was best to have a customer return at another time, they were only using their best judgment to ensure all of the passengers' safety and that the experience was positive for everyone on board. I hope this sheds some light on our policies and why we have them in place. If you ever find yourself back in Puerto Rico, we hope you'll give us another chance to show you a great time. We used this company for the sailing/snorkeling trip on a 65' Catamaran. Booking the trip was a simple 3 minute phone call. There was a good mix of people on the boat with families with young kids, young 20s, and a few older couples. The staff was really friendly and funny and kept us entertained throughout the trip. We first sailed to a small island with beautiful clear waters. It was so gorgeous there! Unfortunately, there were 4 other boats docked at this island so most of the ocean view was blocked by the boats. We were suppose to be on the island for 2 hours (according to the trip description), but we were only there for 45 minutes so I was really disappointed in that. I guess it took us longer than normal to get there, so it had to be cut short. I wish we could have spent more tim there. They offered snorkeling lessons while docked here, so if you've never been snorkeling, be sure to take advantage of this. We were served a simple but yummy lunch of fresh (so fresh!) bread, lunch meats, cheese, coleslaw, pasta salad, tuna salad, and lots of fruit. Drinks are included in the fee, including the delicious pina coladas (beer is extra)! After lunch, we sailed for about 10 minutes to reach the area for snorkeling. You put on your gear, climb down the ladder, and jump into the water which is about 15 feet deep. The area is right where the Atlantic and Caribbean meet. There were lots of fish and coral life to look at without having to go too far from the boat. If you're not a strong swimmer, they also have floaties that tie around your waste to help you. We really enjoyed this trip! It was fun and relaxing with adventure mixed in. I highly recommend it!

I'd like to give them a 4 but I can't. We did the biobay tour which was realllly cool and dinner was good too (tip: get the mofongo). We also did the snorkeling tour with them. As amazing as Flamenco beach was (do NOT forget sunblock or you will get fried!) we thought we were going to a different location to snorkel before the beach. I specifically booked the trip because they said they only go to this special location once or twice a month. When I asked them why we didn't go there, they didn't really give me a straight answer. Snorkeling was fair at best. All the rum you can drink! Just didn't like the false advisement I was given and look for coupons when you get to PR... You can find em for this place if you look!

Highly recommend this trip. Here's why: * professional crew and organized staff. * safety is a top priority. * there is plenty of food and drinks. We had some pastries and drinks for breakfast, a big lunch, and a wonderful fruit salad and cookies on the return trip. Everything was great. * There was one lady who was vomiting the entire way going to the Beach and each of the crew members were so attentive to her. They took turns being right by her side with vomit bags and ice for her neck. It was amazing to see. * The boat was clean, the bathrooms spacious and clean.

First the crew was ten stars. The boat was 10 stars. The snorkeling went to 11 :) Wow the icacos island reefs are the most fish abundant I have seen in the Caribbean and I have snorkeled around here my entire life! I got this trip as my 50th and cannot RAVE enough about how great the experience was. I went on the Zatara a 41 foot catamaran that was just beautiful. Top number of guests is 19 and we had that number on ours. It was a perfect number of people. No one was smooshed up or lacked a comfortable space. I would pay the premium if there is one to go on this boat. If you love sailing you will love how the crew puts up the sails and actually sails the boat! Up wind to the spot is sail and power but that is important so you get to the amazing snorkeling spot sooner and get a good location. Again this is THE best snorkeling tour I have ever had in my life and I have done DOZENS one the last 20 years! Hats off to the crew and owners for providing these 10 star level experiences!

My daughter and I took the snorkeling trip to Icacos island. The crew was terrific, a nice buffet lunch was provided, and we had a wonderful day on and in the water! Icacos is beautiful; some folks on Facebook were very jealous thinking that we had made our way to a remote Greek island. In terms of logistics, we were the first pick up and the driver was early (so were we - hopelessly punctual types) and really set a great tone to start the tour.

We have rum, beer is $2. I can still hear the crew telling us this the second after we were untied from the dock. My friend and I took the shorter excursion to Icacos hoping for a little drinking, snorkeling and a whole lot of relaxing. Success! The crew was hilarious, attentive, interactive, and not to bad to look at. We loved their playful but somewhat professional demeanor. The names of their drinks...the captains wife, captains ex...the quickie (which says it all) catered to the playful time we were seeking. First stop...strict instructions hear the shell horn once means get on the vessel, here it the second time we have left, but we'll be back tomorrow. Also included in the instructions, yes the island is small but you will not have time to meander completely around before the second horn so don't try it. Next, lunch (deli style and delicious)...and more rum. Second stop, beautiful snorkeling...and then more rum as well as sailing back to port. This excursion was one of the best Catamaran excursions I have had the pleasure to experience...and I have been on a few. This was not a party boat full of twenty-somethings, but more of those thirty-somethings needing some time away. Well worth the price...pay for the pick up and drop off at your hotel...it was only $15 per person for transportation and again well worth it. Remember, we have rum!

We had an amazing time on our tour to Culebra and Flamenco beach. The crew was amazing. Levi was very funny! I had never snorkeled, but one of the crew members gave me a quick run down of what to do and off I went. I enjoyed the food and drinks. Flamenco beach was amazing!!! I have to agree with some of the other yelpers...the boat ride out to Culebra can be very choppy depending on the weather. We had several ppl on our tour get sick on the way there. So be prepared! Might have been a good idea to sit facing in the direction we were headed. One minus I had was that they don't offer transportation from the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. We ended up having to drive out to the marina. Aside from that we had an amazing time and will definitely book another tour with East Island Excursions.

10 of my girls and I went on this trip for my birthday and we all had such an amazing time. From beautiful views , to snorkeling and friendly staff. This is a must when in Puerto Rico !

The highlight of our trip. Not just beautiful sights and a great boat ride to snorkeling location and Flamingo beach, the crew out did themselves with customer service. They never stopped working and had all their focus on guests. Amazing. Great job and will be back. We couldn't come back to PR without having this on our list again.
