This relatively new and super trendy nightclub on the left bank of the Seine opens its doors on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 11pm until 6am. Day 1: London To Paris

Welcome to the first day of the best holiday of your life - we're calling it early! After a few pleasantries in London we'll get the show on the road with Paris in our sights. A few hours in and your jaws are on the floor already. These chalk cliffs that edge the English coastline are known as the White Cliffs of Dover, the first of many natural beauties we'll see on this trip. After we ferry across the English Channel for France we'll arrive in Calais, where we will take in the history of World War I battlefields in the Valley of the Somme. Day 2: Paris

Drool over haute couture you can't afford, admire the Notre Dame Cathedral whilst juggling coffee and crêpes, & get artsy at the Louvre. Just don't wear yourself out, you will probably want to get involved with dinner and a cabaret show. Smitten and it's only day two!

Day 3: Paris To Bordeaux

Wipe away your tears sad travellers! Paris is not going anywhere, you can always come back and visit her again. You, on the other hand, are going somewhere, and it's somewhere pretty magnificent... Wise folk tell us that wine has been produced in Bordeaux since the 1st Century - that's a long time, which means they know what they're doing. And it's not just the vin that has dragged us here, it's a pretty place to boot featuring its famous Miroir d'eau (water mirror).

Day 4: Bordeaux To San Sebastian

Location: bordeaux, saint-jean-de-luz, san sebastián, accommodation: koisi hostel (or similar).

Breathe in your last breath of Bordeaux before we hit the road in search of the Spanish border. In just a few short hours we'll be exploring San Sebastian. Our stop will have you people watching in this cute little town on the French and Spanish border. With two nights in Spain's coastal town of San Sebastian, it will be hard to wipe the smiles off our faces. Take a walk to the aquarium where you can get a closer look at Isla de Santa Clara. The night is yours.

Day 5: San Sebastian

Location: san sebastián, meals included: breakfast, dinner.

We'll be dropping lots of delicious sounding words today as we explore Parte Vieja, Playa de la Concha and Centro Romántico. Say it again: Romántico! Follow the cobblestone roads & soak up San Sebastian's coastline.

Day 6: San Sebastian To Barcelona

Location: san sebastián, zaragoza, barcelona, accommodation: generator barcelona (or similar).

Having settled into life with afternoon siestas, today will only be a departure from San Sebastian, don't worry leaving Spain is not on the agenda. Sigh with relief.  This town comes complete with a baroque Basilica, a perfect combination of Islamic and Gothic architecture and truly a sight to behold. Hola Barcelona...The first dose of Mediterranean Sea! That's if you can drag yourself away from the intoxicating city & get to the beach. Unique gothic architecture, round the clock parties & plenty of street life will leave you spellbound by Barcelona.

Day 7: Barcelona

Location: barcelona.

They say this sexy city sizzles and we couldn't agree more. For a taste of what you can do, here's just a start of the never-ending list. Channel Gaudi at Sagrada Familia, his greatest masterpiece, started in 1882. This labour of love is still not compete, but is one for the Instagram upload for sure. Parc Guell could be next on the list, followed by the beach, and of course taking to the backstreets for some endless tapas and paella. Washed down with sangria of course.

Day 8: End Barcelona

That's it folks. The incredible ride has come to an end and you should all be left utterly inspired by what your time on the road has achieved. Now you have the pleasure of picking your next adventure. Greek Island Hopping, anyone?

From London to Rio de Janeiro, international Pride events that happen all year

For the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies, the month of June is a special one.

While some of the biggest Pride celebrations globally happen in June (like the iconic New York City Pride March), there are actually tons of Pride celebrations, parades and festivals that happen throughout the year.

With that in mind, it's not too late to plan a Pride-themed trip to wave your rainbow flags and show support for a vibrant, loving community that's been making significant advances in rights and freedoms in some corners of the planet while facing hateful rhetoric, persecution and violence in others.

In fact, the U.S. Department of State recently issued a worldwide alert for global Pride events , warning of "the increased potential for foreign terrorist organization-inspired violence against [LGBTQIA+] persons and events." It's worth noting, though, that no details have been offered on specific threats or circumstances that triggered this advisory.

As always, the LGBTQIA+ community stands up in the face of adversity, and that can be seen in full force at Pride events year-round.

For a deeper look at where people are traveling for Pride, Airbnb shared some data breaking down how two different groups of travelers, Generation Z and millennials, are planning to celebrate. According to Airbnb , millennials continue to celebrate Pride "in familiar places," while Gen Zers are "exploring both the newer Pride celebrations and traditional ones."

The map below shows the most popular American and Canadian booking spots for Pride on Airbnb, with green circles representing millennial destinations and purple circles representing locations that are popular with Gen Z.

In terms of international destinations, Gen Z is heading to a variety of places, including San Jose, Costa Rica; Lima, Peru; Prague; Bogota, Colombia; Madrid; London and Manchester, United Kingdom; Berlin and Cologne, Germany; and Thessaloniki, Greece.

Meanwhile, millennials' top booked destinations outside the U.S. include Taipei, Taiwan; Rio de Janeiro; Bogota; Hong Kong; Berlin; Oslo, Norway; Montreal; Naples, Italy; Athens, Greece; and Santiago, Chile.

Where to stay

With so many exciting Pride events happening worldwide, there are also many options for inclusive places to stay.

One great place to start is with Preferred Hotels , a network of highly curated independent hotels spanning the globe. Last year, Preferred Hotels revamped its LGBTQIA+ inclusive Preferred Pride program; it curates hotels that "thoughtfully cater to the unique needs and preferences of LGBTQ+ travelers." These hotels have also promised to:

• Demonstrate a commitment to creating a workplace environment that is welcoming and inclusive to both employees and guests who identify as LGBTQIA+
• Provide specific LGBTQIA+ diversity training to all employees
• Actively support the LGBTQIA+ community, locally or globally, through charitable donations, volunteer days, partnerships or Preferred Pride initiatives

There are more than 80 qualifying hotels right now, all of which can be found on a dedicated landing page for the Preferred Pride program .

Hyatt is also trying to help folks save on a Pride trip this year by offering 20% off qualified stays at participating hotels by using the code "PRIDE" while booking. Other Hyatt hotels are offering the discount plus more perks at participating hotels with the code "PROUD."

One standout Hyatt property perfect for Pride is The Beekman, A Thompson Hotel , a downtown New York hotel that's offering 15% off nightly rates, two Pride cocktails and a potential room upgrade (when available) for stays between June 1 and July 7.

Hyatt's Dream Hotels is also offering special packages and events around the country, like a drag brunch at Dream Nashville ; discounts, drinks, a Pride gift and a potential room upgrade at Dream Hollywood ; and margaritas and late checkout for Pride at Dream South Beach .

Other fun Pride packages include:

• Mondrian Los Angeles: The Pride Ready package includes a playful kit with body glitter and clack fans, among other amenities.
• La Concha Resort in San Juan, Puerto Rico: Pride offerings include 20% off rooms, two drink vouchers and two limited-edition gifts.
• Sheraton Dallas Hotel: The Pride and Joy Couples Retreat package includes a bottle of Champagne and breakfast for two, making it perfect for those who want to celebrate without the crowds.
• Crowne Plaza HY36 Midtown Manhattan in New York City: The Stay with Pride package includes two Pride cocktails, a goodie bag with Pride accessories and a $10 donation to the Ali Forney Center.

Beyond hotels

Another great way to celebrate Pride is by joining a Pride-themed tour group or cruise.

Next year, Uniworld, a boutique river cruise company, is back with its Out on the Rivers sailings, including a Christmas market cruise that proves you can celebrate Pride any time of the year.
