Rider Express Vancouver Calgary recent customer reviews

A comfortable overnight trip for me. Everything’s pretty straightforward and as expected.

I loved every bit of this trip. I don’t regret traveling by bus instead of my initial flight intent.

First two stops -what were supposed to be 5 min stops were over half an hour ..set boundaries with pax. If they can’t show up on time or return to bus in time -leave them behind so entire bus isn’t waiting for one or two individuals. It’s always the same pax ..so teach them a lesson because for a long trip like that it is not fair for rest of the pax. I departed one stop early just because my ride was already there so I asked them to drive to the first stop instead of waiting ..and then I had another 1.5 ride home ! Drivers are kind and professional-just stricter rules are needed on pax being late
