THE GILMOUR PROJECT (CANCELED)
The Gilmour Project is
- Jeff Pevar (lead guitar with CSN, David Crosby/CPR, Joe Cocker, Ray Charles, Bette Midler, Phil Lesh & Friends, Ricki Lee Jones, Marc Cohn).
- Berry Oakley (bass & vocals with Allman Betts Band, North Mississippi All-Stars, Blue Floyd & The Doors)
- Mark Karan (guitar & vocals with Bob Weir, RatDog, The Other Ones, Dave Mason).
- Scott Guberman (keyboard & vocals with Phil Lesh & Friends, Keystone Revisited).
- Angie Scarpa (drums with Black Sabbitch)
The 5-piece, All-Star ensemble, quickly gained a reputation for flipping the ‘Tribute Band’ script on its head, with exploratory performances of iconic and deep cut Pink Floyd classics, David Gilmour-centric and solo compositions, and pulling other surprise classic rock masterpieces out of their hats. Their version of Kate Bush’s ‘Running Up That Hill’ appeared in their sets, weeks ahead of its ‘Stranger Things’ buoyed resurgence to the top of the charts and worldwide press … making the band appear spookily prescient.
Starting from the heart of Pink Floyd’s musical structure, these superstars allow each other to soar in collaborative improvisation to deeply express the soul of this profound music. These lifelong, stadium musicians add a new, authentic edge to the virtuosic impact of the compositions, better than a mere tribute band. Floyd fanatics throughout North America (the U.S., Canada & Mexico) amazed at the agility of these sincerely dedicated and venerable artists as they dove deeply into a catalogue of hits, deep tracks and astonishing covers conjoined to overwhelming Pink Floyd reverie.
Their original multimedia, ‘Floydian’ spectacle, eschewed poaching Floyd/Gilmour production assets and imagery – relying instead on visuals created by acclaimed (Blondie and Todd Rundgren) LD Hans Shoop and quadraphonic sound design and special audio FX by The Duke of New York (producer of Paul Simon’s ‘Graceland – The Remixes’). Each show was live streamed, modernizing a page from Grateful Dead’s nihilist marketing playbook, and making the performances available for free around the world for those unable to attend due to Covid concerns, or just unable to attend by being on the other side of the planet.

Visit Manhattan Project sites at Los Alamos
MAPR is not a traditional park, where visitors can drive through an entrance gate to begin exploring. Instead, you drive into our communities to see the park visitor centers, historic sites, museums, points of interest, and more. We work with community partners to provide a variety of places and experiences that collectively share the story of the Manhattan Project.
There are a few key ways to visit the Manhattan Project sites in Los Alamos:
Laboratory sites represent the world-changing history of the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos, as well as the social, political, and cultural stories of the people who ushered in the atomic age.
Behind-the-fence, guided tours are only offered twice a year.

The Met 360° Project
This award-winning series of six short videos invites viewers around the world to virtually visit The Met's art and architecture in a fresh, immersive way. Created using spherical 360° technology, it allows viewers to explore some of the Museum's iconic spaces as never before.
Viewed more than 11 million times, this series affords an access and a perspective typically unavailable to the public. Viewers can experience the magic of standing in an empty gallery after-hours, witnessing a bustling space in time-lapse, or floating high above The Met Cloisters for a bird's-eye view. We strung cables, removed protective covers from works of art, and rigged cameras up high, all to allow viewers to explore The Met as never before.
Get a behind-the-scenes look at how we created the videos in a Digital Underground article written by Director/Producer Nina Diamond.
You may view these videos on YouTube on multiple devices:
- On your smartphone: Move your phone up, down, and behind you to see all directions.
- On your desktop computer: Use the mouse to scroll in all directions. (Note: For an optimal user experience, use Chrome or Firefox as your browser.)
- On Google Cardboard or a VR headset
Be sure to turn up the volume to hear the music, too.
Architect Richard Morris Hunt designed this majestic space in 1902. He never could have imagined that today the Museum's main entry greets more than six million visitors a year. Now you can experience its Neoclassical grandeur in a way no one ever has before.
Come explore not just behind the scenes, but everywhere in 360°. This video lets you soar past the colonnades, up toward the oculus in the ceiling, and cast a look down over the Grand Staircase and balcony. Aren't you curious who creates those colossal flower arrangements when you're still asleep?
The Met Cloisters
Take to the sky to explore the majestic vistas of The Met Cloisters. This branch of the Museum in northern Manhattan’s Fort Tryon Park is dedicated to the art, architecture, and gardens of medieval Europe.
Explore 360° views over the city, across the Hudson River, and high above two richly landscaped gardens. Inside, spin around to admire the medieval cloisters that form the core of the historic building, and listen to the resonant chimes from the bell tower, more than 100 feet above ground.
The Temple of Dendur
Immerse yourself in this 360° video capturing dawn to dusk in the Temple of Dendur. Built around 15 B.C. when the Roman Emperor Augustus ruled Egypt, the temple was a 1968 gift from Egypt to the United States in recognition of support given to save its monuments threatened by the Nile.
The temple's setting in The Sackler Wing was designed to approximate the light and surroundings of its original location in Nubia, including a reflecting pool that evokes the Nile.
The Met Breuer
On March 18, 2016, The Metropolitan Museum of Art opened The Met Breuer, its new space was dedicated to modern and contemporary art.
Whether you're a recent or longtime fan of the building's classic modernist design, or have just been struck by its bold form at Madison Avenue and 75th Street–here's your chance to enjoy a 360° perspective on architect Marcel Breuer's landmark 1966 creation. Scan up the jagged facade to the trapezoidal window with clouds above, or hover inside the entrance lobby over the sunken garden courtyard.
After four years, the Museum has now permanently closed its Breuer location. The Frick Collection will take over the building during the upgrade and renovation of its museum space at 1 East 70th Street.
The Charles Engelhard Court
Come explore the crown jewel of The Met's American Wing in spherical 360° video. Float in mid-air among the sculptures, including cheek-to-cheek with the gilded sculpture of Diana on its tall pedestal. Try tipping your view over the upper balcony's edge to witness the crowd below in time-lapse—all using your mouse, track pad, or smartphone. You can even peek at the easels of two artists at work.
Flanked by stunning Tiffany stained-glass windows, The Charles Engelhard Court in The American Wing houses some of the Museum's most iconic sculptures, mosaics, and architectural elements.
Arms and Armor Galleries
Visit The Met's distinguished collection of arms and armor from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and America. Experience the galleries from above and take a closer look at some of the key objects of sculptural and ornamental beauty—all in 360. This may be the only time you’ll ever get to stand in the middle of a parade of armored soldiers on horseback. No matter where you turn—from the flags overhead to the weapons gleaming below—you'll find unprecedented access to these masterpieces of original design and traditional craftsmanship.

I was lucky enough to share the JGB experience with Jerry, John Kahn, Maria Muldaur, Keith and Donna. Being on stage with Mik, Kat, Dan and the crew is the closest thing to the original. This Whimsical Parisian-Style Bungalow Is Not Your Typical Beach House
By Morgan Goldberg
Photography by Nick Glimenakis
Styled by Brittany Albert
Beach houses are often outfitted with white linen upholstery, sea blue accents, and lots of nautical stripes, but Emma Beryl ’s clients requested something totally different for their East Hampton, New York, getaway. “They described it as ‘Parisian beach whimsical,’” says the Brooklyn-based interior designer. “They’re very artsy. They wanted the home to feel laid-back, family-friendly, and colorful. They wanted there to be a very obvious sense of place, but not too literal.”
Emma avoided coastal clichés in the bungalow by opting for a warm, summery palette of yellows, pinks, and greens. She incorporated a bevy of floral prints and natural materials like rattan and wood. And though she did pepper the place with shell motifs, most of them—aside from the realistic shell-shaped plaster sconces in the primary bedroom—are understated. “Scallops are sprinkled all around,” she notes.
“It is in a really nice location,” shares Emma. “It feels very bucolic. There’s a large yard. It’s very close to the beach, but the house itself didn’t have a lot of character and they’re very design-driven people.”
In the living room, Emma made the fireplace into a focal point using a coat of butter-toned limewash. She then furnished the relaxed space with rounded Jacques Deneef N701 sofas , sculptural wicker lounge chairs from The Citizenry, and a wiggly travertine Lawson-Fenning x CB2 coffee table . “We paid a lot of attention to the shapes of the pieces,” she explains. “Everything is funky or interesting or different. There’s really nothing standard.”
A woven seagrass Rush House rug stretches from the sitting area into the dining zone, where Emma upgraded banana leaf fiber Crate & Barrel chairs with custom cushions in playful fabrics. “I went to the D&D Building [in NYC] with the client and it was fun to mix and match a ton of patterns and not really overthink any of them,” she shares. “That’s kind of the theme of the house: Just lay back and have fun.”
“The kitchen was just a white box—it wasn’t offensive, it just didn’t have any personality,” Emma describes, which is why she installed a pearly tile backsplash, painted the island yellow, and brought in wood Anthropologie counter stools .
Emma combined three smoked glass Lulu and Georgia pendants to create a single canopy over the dining table.
Emma gave the existing kitchen, with its white, Shaker-style cabinets and brushed nickel hardware, a light-touch update, painting the island base a corn yellow and installing a new pearly tile backsplash. “It has a little bit of iridescence, which we love because it felt like the inside of a seashell,” she describes.
The primary bedroom pairs pink with green—but not in a preppy way.
For the primary bedroom, Emma turned again to limewash, this time in a peachy hue. The client found a wavy olive velvet platform bed by Jennifer Taylor that contrasts it perfectly. But Emma wanted to avoid the preppiness associated with that classic pink and green combination, so she “brought a blue dresser in that almost neutralized those two colors.” Simple Lulu and Georgia white oak nightstands complete the look.

By Audrey Lee
“I’ve actually always wanted to do a really impactful wallpaper on a big slanted ceiling like that,” Emma says.
The daughter’s room, though, is Emma’s favorite. She covered the walls and slanted ceiling in a sweet bloom-filled wallpaper, creating an immersive garden vibe. “It feels like you’re in this magical tent,” she says. “There is a full flower canopy around you.” Florals appear in the guest room, too, on the eye-catching Willa Arlo Interiors wingback bed . The bold, large-format roses aren’t what one might expect in a beach house, but the whimsy is perfect for a weekend escape.
“We brought in that scalloped chair from Lulu and Georgia and that’s the weightiest thing,” considers Emma. “We didn’t do a ton in there, but we just made it feel like an extension of the rest of the house.”
A bold floral bed welcomes overnight guests. The pink lamp is from Crate&kids .

The Memorial Tournament is presented by Workday, whose PGA Tour Ambassadors include Rory McIlroy, Matt Fitzpatrick Matt Kuchar and Brandt Snedeker.
Types Of Bets And How To Read The Odds
Review the results and top players performances at the 2024 PGA Championship, won by Xander Schauffele. The course at Valhalla in Louisville plays similar length to Muirfield Village with bentrass greens and similar size, averaging 5,000 square feet.
Approach play stats are still more significant than driving stats at Muirfield Village when evaluating strokes gained data. Longer approach shots for proximity to hole stats are worth identifying on golfers as they also sharpen their Around the Green game with more rough around the smaller greens at Muirfield and limited runoff areas making hitting greens more difficult.
Missing the fairway’s has resulted in Muirfield having the second-lowest birdie percentage from the rough of any course on the PGA Tour.
- SG: Around the Green (fast)
- SG: Approach and Ball Striking
- SG: Putting (on bentgrass)
- SG: Tee-to-Green, Off the Tee
- Par-4 Scoring (focus 450-500 yards)
- Proximity to Hole (150-200+ yards)
In the 2023 tournament at Muirfield, 51% of approach shots came from beyond 175 yards.
Making birdies on Par 5’s is where scoring is made for your player picks at Muirfield. The four par 5s are the only holes which feature a scoring average below par. The SG: Par 5 leaders over their last 36 rounds on bentgrass greens and diffucult courses include Rory McIlroy, Sam Burns, Andrew Novak, Shane Lowry and Sahith Theegala.
Note that 14 of the past 16 winners have ranked inside the top-10 of SG: Approach for the week at Muirfield. That includes past winners Viktor Hovland, Billy Horschel, Patrick Cantlay, Hideki Matsuyama, Matt Kuchar, and Justin Rose.
Titleist has also unveiled the new GT2, GT3 and GT4 drivers on the PGA Tour this week. According to the company, Titleist drivers have been the No. 1-played models on the PGA Tour for the last five years. No word yet on which players might be making the switchover.
Leading golf analysts and contributors picks to win and top finishing position in the 2024 Memorial Tournament. Check back Tuesday and Wednesday as picks become available.

- FanDuel : Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa and top 10/20 Russell Henley, Sepp Straka, Keegan Bradley
Golf.com also picks Denny McCarthy to win this week after just missing in a playoff last year to Viktor Hovland (-7) with Scottie Scheffler finishing T3, Si Wook Kim and Jordan Spieth (T4), Rory McIlroy and Adam Schenk (T7) and Matt Fitzpatrick, Adam Scott and Rickie Fowler finishing top-10. McCarthy is also the only top-1o finisher last year who also finished top 10 in the 2022 event at Muirfield Village when he was T5 behind winner Billy Horschel (-13). And Patrick Cantlay (-13) beat Collin Morikawa in a playoff to win the 2021 Memorial with Scheffler T3 and Shane Lowry, Max Homa, Si Woo Kim and Xander Schauffele all finishing top-11.

Update : World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler has finished in 3rd place in the 2023 and 2021 Memorial Tournament. Lead Data Analyst and The Athletic contributor Justin Ray adds that Scheffler had one of the more incredible statistical weeks in modern golf history at the 2023 Memorial. Scottie gained 20.69 strokes on the field tee-to-green, the 2nd-highest total over 72 holes since the PGA Tour started tracking the statistic in 2003 (Vijay Singh gained 21.14 at the '04 Deutsche Bank).
Scheffler led the field in:
- Greens in regulation
- SG Off the Tee
- SG Approach
- Proximity to the hole
- SG Around the Green
But Scottie was dead last in the field in SG: Putting, which cost him the chance to win while finishing 1-shot behind winner Viktor Hovland.

2024 Memorial Tournament picks, predictions, field, odds: Proven golf expert fading Patrick Cantlay
Sia nejad reveals his memorial tournament 2024 picks, props, and sleepers for this week's pga tour event in dublin, ohio.
The 2024 Memorial Tournament will provide golf fans with several star-studded pairings through the first two days of action. Rory McIlroy will play alongside Justin Thomas when play gets underway on Thursday, June 6, from Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio. The 2024 Memorial Tournament tee times feature this duo going off at 1:20 p.m. ET on Thursday. Elsewhere in the Memorial Tournament 2024 field, defending champion Viktor Hovland will be paired with Xander Schauffele, who's coming off his first major win at the PGA Championship.
According to the latest 2024 PGA Championship odds, Scottie Scheffler is listed as the +360 favorite. The No. 1 ranked player in the world is followed by McIlroy (+800), Schauffele (+900) and Collin Morikawa (+1400) on the PGA odds board. Before locking in any 2024 Memorial Tournament picks, make sure you see the PGA Tour predictions and best bets from golf betting and fantasy expert Sia Nejad .
Nejad specializes in betting and DFS in golf, among other sports. He's had incredible success in the outright and first-round leader markets and in betting head-to-head matchups. He also has been solid with his head-to-head matchups since last year's Charles Schwab Challenge, going 48-30-3 and returning 15.09 units over that span. That's a $1,509 profit for $100 bettors since May 2023. Nejad also nailed Wyndham Clark, a 75-1 longshot, as the outright winner at the Wells Fargo Championship. In 2023, SportsLine debuted "The Early Wedge," and in the first three months of the show, he hit two first-round leaders and three outright winners.
Now, Nejad has turned his attention to the 2024 Memorial Tournament field and locked in his best bets, top sleepers and favorites to avoid. See who they are at SportsLine .
Top 2024 Memorial Tournament expert picks
One surprise: Nejad is low on the chances of Patrick Cantlay (+2500), even though he has won this event twice in the last five years (2019, 2021). Cantlay has had tremendous success at Muirfield Village in recent years, but he's struggled mightily in 2024. He's coming off a T-54 finish at the PGA Championship and he's finished T-22 or worse in six of his last seven starts on the PGA Tour.
Cantlay's recent struggles can be directly attributed to his iron play. The 32-year-old enters the 2024 Memorial Tournament ranked 122nd in strokes gained: approach to green (-0.153) and 146th in greens in regulation percentage (62.68%). He's also been inconsistent off the tee, ranking 69th in driving accuracy (63.97%) and 72nd in strokes gained: off the tee (0.147). Muirfield Village demands precision, which doesn't bode well for Cantlay's chances to finish on top of the leaderboard this week. "I don't think he's in the type of form where we can capitalize on an outright given how well some of the other golfers that are +3000 and shorter are playing," Nejad told SportsLine.
Instead, Nejad is high on Corey Conners, who is a +5500 longshot. Conners is coming off his best finish of the season, a sixth-place showing at the RBC Canadian Open. He's finished T-13 or better in three of his last four starts and has made the cut in all 15 of his events this season.
Conners has struggled a bit with his putter, but he's among the best ball strikers on the PGA Tour. In fact, Conners is ranked second in strokes gained: approach to green (0.997) and greens in regulation percentage (72.22%). Nejad notes that Conners is "typically a fantastic ball striker and he's shown a recent ability to spike with the putter gaining an insane 6.42 strokes in last week's RBC Canadian Open." See which other players to back at SportsLine .
How to make 2024 Memorial Tournament picks
Nejad has locked in his best bets for the 2024 Memorial Tournament and is backing several longshots, including one that is priced at more than +7000. This player "sets up too well for this course to be at this long of a number" and is a longshot who could surprise. You can see Nejad's PGA Tour picks only at SportsLine .
So which players should you target or avoid for the 2024 Memorial Tournament, and which player in the Memorial Tournament 2024 field could bring a huge payday at more than +7000? Check out the odds below, then visit SportsLine to see Sia Nejad's top picks for the 2024 Memorial Tournament , all from the expert who is 48-30-3 on his last 81 head-to-head picks.
