Selena Gomez Attends BFF Taylor Swift's Eras Tour Concert with Sister Gracie

The singer and actress also showed off her impressive collection of Eras Tour friendship bracelets

Selena Gomez will always be a Swiftie. 

On Tuesday, Gomez, 31, took her younger sister Gracie, 10, to watch her BFF Taylor Swift ’s Eras Tour at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, and shared some highlights from the outing on her social media the same night.

In a sweet video shared on her Instagram Story, Gomez could be seen singing along to Swift’s track “Lover” as she hugged an emotional-looking Gracie in the crowd.  The singer and actress also proved she’s her superstar bestie’s biggest fan by rocking a dark gray hoodie featuring the Eras Tour poster printed on the front for the concert. 

Gomez showed off the sweatshirt as she flashed the peace sign for the camera and sported a backward cap in a snapshot posted on her Story.

The Only Murders in the Building star also revealed her impressive collection of Eras Tour friendship bracelets in another picture. “Thank you to the fans that traded with me,” she wrote over the Instagram Story photo.

The friendship between Gomez and Swift goes way back, with the pair first crossing paths in 2008 when they were each dating a Jonas Brother . While Swift, 33, was in a relationship with Joe Jonas , Gomez dated his younger brother Nick Jonas .

Opening up about their close friendship in 2017, Gomez told KISS FM UK that the pair “just clicked.”

"We actually dated the Jonas Brothers together! It was hysterical," she told the radio station. "It was amazing, because [Taylor] was the girl with the big curly hair and all the bracelets and the cowboy boots. And I was definitely up-and-coming, and we just clicked.”

She then jokingly added, "It was the best thing we got out of those relationships."

The duo has also always shown their support for one another, but Gomez isn’t the only famous face to attend Swift’s tour during its leg LA leg, with Chrishell Stause , G Flip , Vanessa Bryant , Gayle King and Channing Tatum also showing they’re all Swifties. 

Meanwhile, on Monday, Tiffany Haddish shared a video on Instagram that showed her dancing with actresses  Cameron Diaz  and  Zoe Saldaña  during a Swift concert.

“Are we live? We’re live!” Diaz, 50, said as she danced.

Selena and Gracie were then spotted walking backstage, likely to go greet her BFF Taylor and congratulate her on the performance. 

Taylor is finishing up her weekend of three sold-out shows at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, where she was also gifted a key to the city . She shocked fans who have studied her setlist since she kicked off the tour in Glendale, AZ last month by playing three different songs — The 1, Sad Beautiful Tragic, and Ours.

While we already know that Selena Gomez is a great singer and beauty brand founder, she also deserves the award for best big sister, especially after this particularly adorable moment at Taylor Swift's ERAs show in LA.

The moment in question is actually twofold in the cuteness department, as, not only was Selena showing support for her BFF, Taylor (who was killing it on stage, as per), but she was also fulfilling her little sister Gracie's Swiftie dreams.

After attending their first ERAs concert back in April 2023—where we also got a cute Selena and Taylor moment —the duo attended the latest date at the SoFi stadium, with Selena capturing one of the special moments on her Instagram story. Prepare to have your heart warmed...

This Selena Gomez Eras moment is literally everything

As mentioned, Selena and her sister, Gracie attended Taylor Swift's LA show on Wednesday, August 8, 2023, with the Rare Beauty mogul documenting a sweet moment between them, during the song 'Lover' and sharing it to her story.

The video (which was filmed, we're assuming by one of Selena's friends) panned from the stage—where Taylor's 'Lover' house can be seen, all lit up with her many musical eras—over to Selena, who was hugging Gracie and swaying her to the music as she mouthed the lyrics.

Gracie had her arms wrapped around her older sister, looking totally awestruck (and honestly, same) clearly a core memory in the making!

Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "Selena Holding her little sister during Lover."

Selena Gomez and Her Little Sister Gracie Stopped By the Eras Tour Dressed Like Different Versions of Taylor Swift

They understood the assignment.

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift have always been friend goals , but now, Selena’s little sister, Gracie Elliot Teefy, is getting in on the fun, too. On Saturday, the pair stepped out to support Swift during night two of the Eras Tour ’s stop in Arlington, Texas — and their outfits could not have been more on theme.

In photos and videos captured by fans during the concert, Gomez seemingly declared that she's in the midst of her folklore era (or just figured that it would be the comfiest) by wearing a white floral slipdress layered under one of Swift’s signature folklore cardigans. She further committed to the look by fashioning her brown hair into two braided pigtail buns reminiscent of Swift’s hairstyle from the 2020 era, complete with curly face-framing fringe and a simple glam look. 

For her part, Gracie opted to throw it back even further by wearing a purple halter dress from the Speak Now era, which she styled with stacks of friendship bracelets (à la Swift’s song, “You’re on Your Own Kid”) and by pulling her hair into a curly ponytail. At one point in the concert, Swift even sweetly acknowledged Gracie’s presence at the show by walking to the end of the catwalk and handing the 9-year-old her hat during “22,” which fans were also sure to capture and share on social media.

After the show, Gomez took to Instagram to shoutout her friend by sharing a clip of the pair jamming to “Delicate” alongside a snap of Gracie holding her hands in a heart during the concert. “Thank you bestie for having me and my sissy transport into your mystical, euphoric and special world,” Gomez wrote. “Proud to know you! love you forever and always.”

The “Calm Down” singer, 30, and her half-sister, 9, were spotted in a private area toward the back of the floor at AT&T Stadium, as seen in pics and videos going viral on social media.

One clip showed Gomez seemingly getting emotional while she smiled and applauded in cadence with the thousands of other fans who showed up to support Swift, 33.

Gracie also appeared to be having the time of her life – especially when Swift knelt down while singing “22” and gave her her black fedora hat .

In exchange, Gracie adorably gave the songstress a friendship bracelet.

The sisters were also seen hopping on a VIP golf cart and walking around the halls of the stadium before and after the show.

Fans were quick to point out that Gomez wore a look resembling Swift’s “Folklore” era . She sported a white midi skirt, white T-shirt and an oversized, cream cardigan – just like the one Swift gifted fans and wore in her “Folklore” music video. The “Wizards of Waverly Place” alum completed her look with simple glam and her hair pulled back into two low buns.

Meanwhile, Gracie went all out for her big night in a purple dress and metallic cowboy boots, channeling Swift’s “Speak Now” era, with her hair in a curly ponytail.

As previously reported, Swift and Gomez have been best friends ever since they met in 2008 while Gomez was dating Nick Jonas and Swift was seeing his brother Joe Jonas. The two have since shared several milestones together, with Gomez recently calling Swift her “only [real] friend in the industry.”

“I never fit in with a cool group of girls that were celebrities. My only friend in the industry really is Taylor [Swift], so I remember feeling like I didn’t belong,” Gomez said in a November 2022 interview with Rolling Stone.

Gomez even came to Swift’s defense after a resurfaced video of Hailey Bieber gagging upon hearing Swift’s name during a public appearance went viral. “So sorry, my best friend is and continues to be one of the best in the game,” she commented in February.

Selena Gomez did her duty as the ultimate pop star bestie and danced the night away at Taylor Swift ‘s sold-out Eras Tour this past weekend in Arlington, Texas on Saturday night. Selena Gomez attended the Eras Tour with her little sister, Gracie, who is clearly following in Selena Gomez’s Swiftie footsteps. Gomez and Swift have been friends since 2008 (back in the day of rumored Jonas Brothers relationships) and still constantly show their love and support for each other online and IRL. Throughout the Eras Tour so far, Taylor Swift has commended fans on their creative concert looks.

At the second night of her Glendale, Arizona performances, Taylor Swift took a second to compliment the audience on their outfits. “You really decided to show up to the concert. I’ve seen like 17 people dressed as mirrorballs. I’ve seen really amazing specific representations of lyrics,” Swift said.

Selena Gomez and her sister Gracie totally got the memo on what to wear to a Taylor Swift concert and both dressed up as different Taylor Swift eras. Selena Gomez said in a TikTok that her favorite song off of the Midnights  album is “Great War” but based on her Eras Tour outfit, it looks like her favorite album may be  Folklore.  Selena Gomez wore a Folklore cardigan with a white slip skirt to the show and put her hair in two low buns like Taylor Swift wore in the album photoshoot. Gomez even curled her bangs to match Swift’s.

Gomez posted two photos on her Instagram feed on Sunday from the concert. The caption reads, “Thank you bestie for having me and my sissy transport into your mystical, euphoric and special world. Proud to know you! Love you forever and always.”

Fans at the concert captured video footage of Selena Gomez singing and dancing along to “Cruel Summer” and other songs throughout the show. Her younger sister, Gracie, was dancing right along next to her. Gracie wore a signature Taylor Swift Speak Now look with a purple silk halter dress with her hair in a curled high ponytail.

As the younger sister of Taylor Swift’s best friend , Gracie got some major concert perks (beyond floor seats). During the show, Taylor Swift walked to the edge of the stage and handed Gracie that black top hat she wore during the  Red (Taylor’s Version)  section at the end of the set. According to fans, the hat hand-off may be the newest Easter Egg from Swift.

Here’s the theory: fans believe that Taylor Swift was passing the Red ( Taylor’s Version) hat onto Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)  by handing it to Gracie because she was dressed as Swift in that era. The  Red (Taylor’s Version)  album was the last re-record that Taylor Swift released and the passing of the hat indicates that the  Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)  album is the next re-recorded album to be released.

Swift notably also only has one song from the  Speak Now  Era on her recurring set list—far fewer than every other era. The slimmed-down era could be in anticipation of the re-recorded album’s release date which would potentially result in new songs being added in for later tour dates.

Selena Gomez Had A Special Moment With Her Sister And Got So Many Friendship Bracelets At Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’

Taylor Swift continued her The Eras Tour run at SoFi Stadium last night (August 8) and the stars were out: Celebrities like Emma Stone, Taylor Lautner, Austin Butler, Laura Dern, Adam Scott, and Jeff Goldblum were spotted at the concert. Gracie has proven herself to be a major Swiftie, and luckily for her, her big sister is actually pals with Swift. At an Eras Tour show in April, Gracie and Swift had a gift exchange during the show, with Gracie receiving a hat in return for a friendship bracelet. Upon the release of Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) , Gracie went as far as to dye her hair purple, as Gomez documented in a video .

Her little sister opted to channel the 'Speak Now' album and dressed in an iconic purple halter dress just like the one Taylor wore on tour back in 2011 – how time flies!

Taylor even gave Gracie her 'Red' era hat while singing '22' and it's one of the sweetest concert moments of the tour so far.

In return, Selena's little sis gave Taylor a friendship bracelet and, of course, the pop star put on the gift immediately – aw!

Taylor Swift Shared the Sweetest Moment with Selena Gomez’s Little Sister at Eras Tour Concert

On Saturday, April 1, Taylor performed at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, for the latest stop in her nationwide Eras Tour . In attendance were Tay’s bestie, Selena Gomez , and Sel’s younger sister, Gracie Elliot Teefey . Of course, the sister duo dressed up in their Eras best . Selena embodied “folklore” with a white slip dress and an oversized sweater, while Gracie paid homage to “Speak Now” with a purple dress and cowboy boots.

According to Page Six , Selena and Gracie sat in a private area in the stadium. While fans couldn’t help but snag photos and videos of the Only Murders in the Building star and her sis at the show, the *cutest* moment was captured during Taylor’s performance of 22 .

Per a video posted by user @PortalSelenaBR on Twitter, Gracie approached the stage as Taylor walked forward, dressed in shimmery black shorts, a white tee, and a black fedora hat. Once she reached Gracie, Taylor bent down and plucked the hat off her head. In exchange, Gracie gifted Taylor a friendship bracelet (🥺). Tay smiled and as Gracie walked back to her seat, she positions the fedora over her ponytail.

After the show, Sel took to Instagram to thank the pop star for an unforgettable night. “Thank you bestie for having me and my sissy transport into your mystical, euphoric and special world. Proud to know you! love you forever and always,” she captioned the post.

The adorable exchange is the latest in many sweet moments throughout Taylor and Selena’s 15-year friendship . During the 2023 iHeart Radio Music Awards, where Taylor was honored with the Innovator Award, Selena praised her friend’s success, calling her a “game-changer.”

“She can represent what she's walking through so well,” she said, per E! News . “Being a role model, I don't think that's something you sign up for. I just think it's something you inherently have inside of you and I think that's Taylor.”

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift are the cutest BFFs — and their love for one another was on full display on Night 2 of the "Eras Tour" in Arlington, Texas, on Saturday (April 1) night.

Selena, a Texas native, and her little sister Gracie attended the show dressed in the folklore and Speak Now eras, respectively. Selena was spotted dancing along to a few songs, including "Love Story" and "Cruel Summer" and at one point during the show, Gracie adorably made her way up to Taylor, who gave her the "22" hat. Gracie offered her a friendship bracelet in return.

Taylor's rendezvouz in the Lone Star State started off with a bang! Not only did the "Anti-Hero" singer receive a Key to the City , but she was met with a street renamed in her honor — Taylor Swift Way. The mayor also declared the weekend "Taylor Swift Weekend" and made sure City Hall was lit up in red!

The first show of her three-night run in Arlington, T-Swift switched up the setlist and performed three new songs for the first time on the tour , "Sad Beautiful Tragic," "Ours" and "the 1," which was the first time she performed it. Ever!

Selena Gomez’s Sister Steals The Show At Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour

“This is the sweetest thing ever.”

With a mammoth 44-song setlist , stunning costume changes , and celebrity-lookalike backup dancers , Taylor Swift’s ongoing Eras Tour is proving to be her most eventful yet. On April 2, the Grammy award-winner stopped by Arlington, Texas, where she performed to a sold-out crowd. Among the thousands of adoring fans were Selena Gomez and her younger sister , Gracie Elliot Teefey, who shared an adorable moment with Swift during the live show.

The heartwarming exchange occurred during Swift’s performance of the hit Red single “22,” when the singer knelt down, took off her hat, and handed it to 9-year-old Gracie who was standing at the edge of the stage dressed in a Speak Now era-inspired outfit . In the video captured by an onlooking fan, Gomez’s younger sibling then offers Swift a friendship bracelet in return. The clip has since gone viral among Swifties online, with many declaring their interaction “the sweetest moment ever.” Another fan wrote : “Literally don’t contact me for 3 to 5 business days. I will be crying.”

Meanwhile, in another video shared by fans , Gomez is also shown applauding the “Anti-Hero” singer from the crowd wearing a Folklore -era cardigan .

Following the concert, Gomez thanked her “bestie” Swift in a touching Instagram post, writing: “Thank you bestie for having me and my sissy transported into your mystical, euphoric, and special world. Proud to know you! love you forever and always.”

As fans of the pair know, Swift and Gomez have enjoyed a close friendship dating back to 2008, and Gomez’s Eras Tour appearance arrives just weeks after she stepped in to defend her “best friend” when a resurfaced video of Hailey Bieber supposedly mocking the singer started doing the rounds on TikTok. “So sorry my best friend is and continues to be one of the best in the game,” the Wizards of Waverly Place star commented below the clip.

Selena Gomez may be one of Taylor Swift’s closest personal friends , but when she attended the Eras Tour, she was in full superfan mode just like everyone else. Like any true Swiftie, Gomez dressed up as her favorite Taylor era for the April 1 concert in Arlington, Texas, and was belting out all the hits in the audience. But actually, it was Gomez’s little sister Gracie who really stole the show, getting a sweet interaction with Swift on stage. Honestly, all the videos of Selena Gomez and Gracie Teefey at Swift’s Eras Tour are too heartwarming.

As always, Gomez made sure to show up and show out for her BFF Swift during her Eras Tour. She brought her little sister Teefey for the tour’s April 1 stop in Arlington, Texas, which is right next to Gomez’s hometown of Grand Prairie, Texas. The two sisters also took part in the superfan trend of dressing to represent their favorite Swift album for the show. Gomez wore the iconic folklore cardigan , repping Swift’s ethereal 2020 album, while Teefey recreated an iconic look from the Speak Now era by wearing a purple dress and red-framed sunglasses.

Throughout the show, fans caught Gomez singing along to so many songs. In particular, she sang and danced along to “Love Story.”

Sadly, fans of the famous friendship didn’t get to see any Taylena interactions at the show, but Swift did share a special moment with Teefey. After performing “22,” Swift gave her hat to Teefey, and Teefey returned the favor by handing Swift a friendship bracelet.

Some hardcore Swifties were holding out hope that one of Swift’s surprise songs for the night would be “dorothea” in honor of Gomez’s attendance, since the evermore track is rumored to be about Gomez , but that didn’t happen. Swift instead performed “Death by a Thousand Cuts” and “Clean” as her two surprise songs at that show.

Gomez is the latest in a growing list of celebrity Swifties who have been spotted attending an Eras show. Stars like Emma Watson, Ellen Pompeo, Laura Dern, Shania Twain, and more attended early concerts in the tour.

Taylor Swift 's Eras Tour stop in London  (round one) has wrapped up, and it was another star-studded three-night affair!

On Sunday, June 23, the 34-year-old "London Boy" crooner hit the stage for the third and final time at Wembley Stadium this month, and welcomed another crop of big-name celebrities to the VIP tent, including a member of The Beatles and her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs Travis Kelce -- who attended all three nights and even hit the stage. The visits come after Swift performed her first two shows on Friday and Saturday, welcoming more than 160,000 fans between the two days -- including real royalty . 

In attendance on Sunday was close friend Gracie Abrams -- who released a new song, "Us," with Swift on Friday -- as well as The Beatles' Paul McCartney, Jon Bon Jovi, Ellie Goulding and many, many more. Given Swift's connection to the U.K. capital -- she lived in London on and off with Joe Alwyn , her ex-boyfriend of six years -- it's no surprise just how many famous friends turned out over the course of the three-day stop. 

Those who missed out on the first London leg (featuring  chicken tenders with seemingly ranch ) will have a chance to catch the Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium in August, when Swift returns for five more shows before she officially says "So Long, London" and heads back to the U.S. for tour dates in New Orleans, Miami and Indianapolis.

The concert fell on William's 42nd birthday, who celebrated by dancing to Swift's hit, "Shake It Off." As a special treat, Swift and her boyfriend,  Travis Kelce  had a private meet-and-greet with the royals backstage.

In August, during her Eras Tour stop in Los Angeles , her VIP tent saw friend after friend enter, including Selena Gomez, Mindy Kaling, Charlize Theron, Emma Stone, Channing Tatum and Kevin Costner, among many others. Since then, her No. 1 VIP has been No. 87 on the Kansas City Chiefs, Travis Kelce , who Swift  began dating in late (not so cruel) summer  of last year.

In May, Kelce  attended Swift's 87th Eras Tour show , which just so happened to occur in the City of Love -- Paris, France. Coincidence or is she a mastermind ? Regardless, Kelce was accompanied by her close friends, Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper , while her mom,  Andrea Swift , and  Lenny Kravitz  were also in attendance. 

After a two-month break from the end of February to early May, Swift resumed her record-breaking world tour in Nanterre, France, and has visited Sweden, Portugal and Scotland in the weeks since, making each show with unique surprise songs -- including the recently debuted " murder mashup " and " diss track mashup. "

Sadly, Swift recently used her 100th show to announce that the Eras Tour will officially conclude  in December as she finishes out the two-year spanning undertaking in Vancouver, Canada -- the hometown of her good friend, Ryan Reynolds , who we predict will absolutely be present.

Swifties are 100% in their Eras era. After five years of waiting and then enduring a grueling ticket-buying process, they’re finally getting to see Taylor Swift in the flesh as she plays stadiums across the United States for the first time since 2018’s Reputation Tour.

You best believe they’re making the most of it. With custom outfits, handmade T-shirts and “Bejeweled” makeup looks, fans are treating the Eras Tour like a five-month national holiday. Since the “Anti-Hero” singer last toured, she’s released four new albums ( Lover, Folklore, Evermore, Midnights ) and two re-recorded Taylor’s Version projects ( Fearless, Red) that Swifties have been itching to hear live for the very first time.

The Eras Tour venues have also become the magical locations of big life moments, dreams coming true and adorable interactions between Swift and her fans. One Swiftie, for instance, found out that his dream college had accepted his application moments before the pop star’s concert began. Another much younger fan was able to send a special letter to Swift ahead of one of her concerts, and got a response that seemed too good to be true.

If there’s one person who understands how special these moments at the Eras Tour are, it’s Taylor Swift herself. Since the trek started in March, she’s called her fans “the crowd of childhood dreams” on Instagram and addressed them in another post : “Love u mean it seriously wow.”

Venue: State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.

For one Swiftie couple, there was no better venue for their wedding ceremony than the confetti’d floor of State Farm Stadium. René Hurtado and Max Bochman filled a break in Swift’s set to legitimately get married, wearing a white dress and veil and tuxedo, respectively, to exchange their vows. Their witnesses and bridal party were their fellow fans, other Swifties in the audience who cheered them on.

A Long Time Coming

Concert date: March 18

The concert was especially triumphant for Isabella McCune, a fan who was forced to skip the Reputation tour after becoming severely injured in an accident and was hospitalized for months. At the time, the “Lavender Haze” musician visited her then 8-year-old fan in the hospital and promised that one day, the young girl would make it to one of her shows.

“Isabella, I hope you feel better soon,” the superstar wrote in 2018. “I’m so honored you’ve been listening to my music. You’re so awesome and I can’t wait to have you at a show. Stay strong, gorgeous. Love, Taylor.”

Now 13, McCune was stunned when Swift sent her four surprise tickets to the Eras Tour, with the star making good on her word five years later. “Not only the fact that I’m able to go and I got these tickets gifted to me, they’re from Taylor Swift and her team and they remembered me, and thought of me to give me these tickets,” McCune marveled.

One 7-year-old Swiftie and her mom took a chance while filing into the Eras show in Las Vegas, even though they knew it was a long shot — except, it totally paid off. Gina Lanzino and her daughter Bella asked an usher to pass along a handwritten note from the little girl to Swift. They hoped the Grammy winner would see it, but didn’t think it was likely, much less what happened next.

“We were about halfway through the show when some people came to our box and they were asking for Bella,” Lanzino recalled. “I had actually forgot about the letter by that time, and I said, ‘That’s my daughter. What’s going on?’ And they say, ‘We wanted to give this to you,’ and it was the letter Bella gave to Taylor and she [Taylor] signed it. [Bella] did write her section number on the back, but I really didn’t ever in a million years think that this was going to get returned to her. Stanford-Bound Swiftie

One Swiftie named Dylan nearly jumped out of his seat at one of the Eras Tour shows in Arlington after receiving word on his phone that he’d been accepted to Stanford for college, a moment he shared in a viral TikTok. “Yes I did write about Taylor Swift in one of my essays,” he added in the caption.

State of Gracie

Gracie Teefey was given some extra special attention from Taylor, a best friend of the 9-year-old’s older sister, who’s none other than Selena Gomez. While performing her  Red  song “22” in Arlington, Swift walked to the edge of the stage mid-song to gift Gracie with a piece of her own costume — her staple black hat — with Gracie returning the favor by handing Tay a friendship bracelet .

Gomez and her mini-me attended the concert together, sporting outfits inspired by Folklore and Speak Now , respectively.

Swiftie mom Karen Vladek had the best way of getting her daughter out of school on the day of her upcoming Eras Tour show. She sent her first-grader’s teacher a hilarious absence excuse note filled with references to Swift’s songs ahead of the April 23 concert. You just have to read it for yourself:

“Dear Reader [Ms. Parks],” she wrote. “I hope missing school doesn’t ruin her otherwise stellar Reputation, but she begged me to go and maybe I Should Have Said No but I didn’t want to be Mean. So It Goes…”

“Anyway, I hope this doesn’t leave any Bad Blood between you and Maddie and that things for the rest of the year are not Treacherous,” she continued. “I know I Did Something Bad and I promise this will be The Last Time she has an unexcused absence before the Cruel Summer starts.
