This tour is rated high activity due to a 3-block walk along crowded sidewalks as well as the need to climb steps to the bleacher seating. A limited number of accessible seats may be available that would accommodate one ADA person and one companion; however, ADA seating is available on first-come, first served basis, and may not be available at the time of booking. For ADA seating, please call our reservations department during business hours to check availability prior to making your booking.

Know Before You Go

No children under the age of 12 are permitted on this trip.

Backpacks, large coolers and large bags are prohibited in the grandstands.

The motor coach parks 0.7 miles from your assigned parade seats and thus requires a 10-15 minute walk on flat surfaces. Access to your assigned grandstand seat(s) requires ascending stairs.

Please locate your assigned bus at the boarding location based on your designated letter (A, B, C, etc.) as shown on this confirmation and on a sign attached to the lower right hand corner of the bus windshield.

The parade will proceed rain or shine. Umbrellas are prohibited in the grandstands, so we recommend bringing a weatherproof hooded poncho and waterproof footwear if rain is anticipated.

The restrooms available at the parade are portable facilities.

Only folding portable stadium seats 18" or less in width and without armrests are permitted in the Rose Parade grandstands. Items wider than 18" will not be allowed.

Your tour includes complimentary snacks and bottled water while on the coach. We will make a short comfort stop on the return trip where you can purchase food to consume on the coach. You are also welcome to bring a sack lunch or personal food items and may keep them on the coach during the parade if you'd like.

30-Day Cancellation Deadline

If you purchased the optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) prior to the deadline, you can cancel your booking at any time for any reason and you'll receive a full refund of the tour fare.

If you declined the CPP, you may cancel your reservation thirty (30) days or more prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a $20 per person cancellation fee. Alternatively, when you cancel your booking thirty (30) or more days prior to the departure date, you can avoid the cancellation fee by transferring the funds to another tour or a non-refundable voucher, which can be applied to any future excursion booked within one year of the original tour date. Bookings canceled within 30 days of the departure date are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Name changes on daytrips are always permitted at no additional cost.

On friday, may 31, lopez announced the tour is canceled because she is "taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.".

Jennifer Lopez announced her “This Is Me… Live” tour is canceled to spend more time with her family.

On Friday, May 31, Lopez announced the tour is canceled because she is “taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”

“I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary,” she wrote.

She continued, “I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time.”

The tour cancellation comes amid reports of trouble at home and slow ticket sales.

However, sources insisted that the cancellation was not due to poor ticket sales. There had been a recent uptick in concert sales in some cities, including Newark, Orlando, Miami, Rosemont and Anaheim.

Lopez’s estranged husband Ben Affleck moved into a rental home last month.

Affleck reportedly told friends he was crazy to marry Lopez after 20 years and two engagements.

They first began dating around 2002 before he proposed to her. They split in 2004.

After rekindling their romance in 2021, Lopez and Affleck married in 2022.

Then came word that the actor moved out of their $65 million mansion and into a rental home in the Los Angeles area.

Stop and smell the roses at the 136th Rose Parade in Pasadena, California! Always a favorite, this tour highlights a behind-the-scenes look at the fantastic Rose float construction, reserved seating at the Rose Parade, a Warner Brothers Studio Tour and a visit to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library!

A Premiere Bucket List Event!

For millions of people around the world, the Rose Parade is an iconic New Year’s Day tradition. The Rose Parade travels 5 ½ miles down Colorado Blvd. and features four types of entries: floraldecorated floats entered by a participating corporation, non-profit organization or municipality, equestrian units, bands, and Tournament Entries. Rose Parade participants have long histories with the Tournament of Roses and keep the traditions alive. The earliest Tournament of Roses welcomed 3,000 spectators to its first parade filled with beautiful, horsedrawn carriages covered in flowers. More than a century later, the parade floats are a marvel of state of the art technology, all tucked away beneath flowers and other all-natural materials.

A History of the Tournament of Roses

In 1890, Valley Hunt Club members, led by Charles Frederick Holder, sponsored the first Tournament of Roses. The abundance of flowers, even in the midst of winter, prompted the club to add a parade before the competition, where entrants would decorate carriages with hundreds of colorful blooms.

“In New York, people are buried in snow,” announced Professor Charles F. Holder at a Club meeting. “Here our flowers are blooming and our oranges are about to bear. Let’s hold a festival to tell the world about our paradise.”

More than a century later, the parade floats are a marvel of state of the art technology, all tucked away beneath flowers and other all-natural materials. Every New Year, visitors experience the beauty of the floral floats along with spirited marching bands and high-stepping equestrian units along the 5 1⁄2 mile route down Colorado Boulevard.

The Great Rose Bowl Hoax

The Great Rose Bowl Hoax was a prank at the 1961 Rose Bowl, an annual American college football bowl game. That year, the Washington Huskies were pitted against the Minnesota Golden Gophers. At halftime, the Huskies led 17–0, and their cheerleaders took the field to lead the spectators in the stands in a card stunt, a routine involving flip-cards depicting various images for the audience to raise. However, students from the California Institute of Technology managed to alter the card stunt shown during the halftime break, by making the Washington fans inadvertently spell out CALTECH.

The prank has been described as the “greatest collegiate prank of all time” and received national attention, as the game was broadcast to an estimated 30 million viewers across the United States by NBC. One author wrote, “Few college pranks can be said to be more grandly conceived, carefully planned, flawlessly executed, and publicly dramatic” than the Great Rose Bowl Hoax.

DAY 1: FLY INTO LOS ANGELES

Catch a flight into Los Angeles and check into the comfortable and centrally located full-service Renaissance Los Angeles airport hotel for a five-night stay. D

DAY 2: GETTING TO KNOW LA

Spend the day sightseeing the City of Angels with a local expert. See the Hollywood Bowl, Mann’s Chinese Theatre, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive and so much more. B, L

DAY 3: REAGAN LIBRARY

Take a scenic drive along the coast and over mountains to Simi Valley for a visit to the Ronald Reagan Library and Museum. The exhibits are designed to honor his accomplishments and patriotic spirit. Tour the museum, view a full-size replica of the White House Oval Office, the office in which President Reagan never took off his suit jacket. Enjoy lunch under the actual Air Force One aircraft, tail number 27000, which flew seven US presidents. B, L

DAY 4: BEHIND THE PARADE SCENES

Go behind the scenes to see how the Rose Parade floral floats are constructed and decorated. The volunteers are thrilled to let you discover the final stages of float decorating before their debut in the parade! Enjoy lunch on your own before a guided tour of the legendary entertainment mecca, Warner Brothers Studio Tour. You’ll get closer than ever before to iconic backlots and soundstages of today’s hottest TV shows and movies. Gather for a special dinner celebrating “New Year’s Eve!” Return to the hotel to be ready to rise early the next morning for the celebrated Rose Parade. B, D

DAY 5: TOURNAMENT OF ROSES PARADE

Enjoy a great view of the Tournament of Roses Parade from your reserved seating - you can’t help but get caught up in the excitement of the crowd as the striking floats and well-rehearsed marching bands pass by! Chat about the parade over lunch then kick off the New Year with free time to relax or explore LA at your leisure. B, L

DAY 6: FLY HOME

Travel up 1,134 feet to the Griffith Observatory on the slope of Mount Hollywood; the site offers spectacular views of LA and the Hollywood Sign. Grab a telescope and see why Mr. Griffith said, “If all mankind could look through that telescope, it would change the world!” Reflecting on your adventure take in the spectacular views of the City of Angels, before you depart for your journey home. Make sure you have comfortable shoes! This tour requires a lot of walking.

Orange luggage tags are provided and are to be placed on your “checked luggage” (large bag). You do not need a tag for your carry-on bag, for which you will be responsible for taking on and off the coach. There is limited space in the cabin of the coach, so unless you require your carry-on bag while traveling, we will stow it in the luggage compartment.

On the first and last nights of this tour, you are welcome to pack your carry-on bag with essentials that would enable us to leave your “checked bag” on the coach. This will facilitate faster check-in and luggage delivery. This is not a requirement, merely a suggestion; we will deliver your “checked bag” to your room on the first and last night if you desire, just like every other night of the tour.

Each reservation requires a $250 per person deposit planning fee (exceptions may apply) to be credited toward your final payment. Some or all of your deposit may be non-refundable per our cancellation schedule noted in these Terms & Conditions below. We are happy to accept cash, check (preferred) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) for your deposit.

Throughout 2021 we limited capacity on all our tours. This policy was so overwhelmingly popular by Sunrise travelers, we have made it permanent. In 2022 and beyond, we will limit the capacity on our motorcoaches to 80%. Most Sunrise Tours travel on 50-seat coaches with extra legroom, which means guests will enjoy extra legroom AND at least 6-8 empty seats. In the rare cases when we charter a 55-seat coach, there will be at least 10 open seats on the bus.

Our popular on-board refreshment service on travel days will feature a variety of soda, beer, wine spritzers, juices and sparkling water choices served in recyclable aluminum cans. This is a safe and eco-conscious way for us to deliver the ever-popular Sunrise Tours “happy hour” on tour. We do not typically serve bottled water and ask that while on tour you be responsible for your own hydration and consider the Sunrise Tours drink service a welcome refreshment.

Baby Reindeer's Jessica Gunning reveals the 'amazing' moment she came out as gay

The baby reindeer actress is currently starring in the outlaws.

Jessica Gunning , star of the smash hit Netflix show  Baby Reindeer , revealed on a podcast that she came out to family and friends in November 2022.

 The English actress sat down with podcaster and journalist Josh Smith of ‘ Reign with Josh Smith ’ this week to talk all things Baby Reindeer, her career and her journey of self-discovery.  

“I realized I was a big, old gay,” Jessica confided during the interview, revealing her sexuality to the public for the first time.

“It wasn’t that I was repressing anything”, she shared about finally accepting herself, “it was just that I didn’t think I could be… it’s been amazing and very freeing, and very grounding.”

Baby Reindeer took the world by storm when it dropped on Netflix in April this year and has since racked up over 20 million views. 

The series follows comedian Donny Dunn as he is obsessively stalked by a woman who he first meets when serving her in the bar he works at.

 Based on the real-life experience of creator  Richard Gadd and his harrowing ordeal of being stalking during his twenties, the show has opened up important conversations around sexual abuse in television industry and the trauma of male victims.  

  Jessica received acclaim for playing the stalker , Martha, whose  real life counterpart sent over 41,000 emails and 350 hours of voicemails to Gadd and allegedly terrorized his family and friends for years.

 The 38-year old actress broke down when connecting the show to her real-life experiences and the relief she felt after disclosing to her family: “There’s an emotional thing in Baby Reindeer where Donny talks about sleeping for the first time at his parents’ house, and I’d told my family in Christmas that year…I slept for ten hours that night.”

 Reflecting on coming out to her loved ones, she revealed, “it feels like a celebration of who you are and I think we’re coming into a time where we won’t ever need to really come out…when you do it is so exposing but it’s also really lovely because you’re going ‘this is my soul’.”  

 According to the actress, there were signs from the universe pointing to her sexuality before she came out in 2022.

 “I mean in hindsight I used to go downstairs and watch ‘The L Word’, so probably that would’ve been a bit of a giveaway”, she quipped.

 Beyond Baby Reindeer, Jessica has also appeared in the heart-warming 2014 film Pride and currently stars in comedy thriller series  The Outlaws .

 Speaking about Pride, she reflected, “to be able to see yourself reflected is rare for some people, and when you do it’s so exciting and new and it just makes you feel [you’re] not alone…it’s such an important film to be a part of.”Jessic

"I just think that I would be happier," Gypsy posits, "somewhere else."

And tensions come to a head when Ryan alludes to what is to come—especially when it comes to Gypsy reconnecting with her ex. 

"Oh, go call Ken," he tells her. "You're probably already talking to him anyway."

The comment leads Gypsy to tears—but eventually Ken is seen coming back into the picture, which doesn't go over so well.

As Ryan later puts it, "He's trying to weasel his way back in now that Gypsy is out of prison."

However, Gypsy also opened up about simply growing apart from her ex—even without Ken in the equation. 

"I don't like being controlled," Gypsy says at one point, before later adding, "I want a divorce."

The latest glimpse at the former couple's relationship comes a little over a month after Gypsy filed for divorce from her ex in April. Shortly thereafter, the 32-year-old officially rekindled her romance with Ken.

"We realized that our love for each other is simply undeniable," Gypsy told TMZ at the time, "and life is too short to not take a chance." 

Meanwhile, Ryan maintains he was blindsided by Gypsy's filing. 

"I'm not doing well with it," he told the Daily Mail   in April. "For me it just came out of the blue. I had no idea she still had such strong feelings for him."

In addition to exploring the behind-the-scenes of Gypsy's relationships, the series will also detail her learning how to be an adult after serving seven years in prison for involvement in the murder of her mother Claudine "Dee Dee" Blanchard .

Gypsy and Ryan walked their first red carpet at the premiere of her Lifetime docuseries The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard .

In late March 2024, three months after her prison release, Gypsy shared that she and Ryan broke up .

"People have been asking what is going on in my life," she wrote in a statement on her private Facebook page, according to People . "Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou."

Days later, Gypsy was spotted out with her ex-fiancé Ken Urker . He said that the two are "just hanging out as friends."

Physical Transformation

Gypsy underwent a rhinopasty and septoplasty (nose job) April 5, 2024. Her physical transformation is set to be documented on Lifetime's Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up in June 2024.

Gypsy filed for divorce from Ryan on April 8, 2024, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The filing came nearly two years after their July 2022 prison wedding.

Gypsy's Tribute to Her "Soulmate"

In late April 2024, weeks after filing for divorce from Ryan Anderson , Gypsy announced she has gotten back together with ex-fiancé Ken Urker . The following May, she makes their rekindled romance social media official by sharing a video montage of their romantic moments on TikTok.

In her video, Gypsy described her love story with Ken Urker "legendary."
