“We protest against the erection of this useless and monstrous Eiffel Tower” was actually written in reaction to France’s most iconic monument in 1894. People were actually outraged by how ugly it was. Today, this 1,063-foot iron lattice tower still stands and attracts 7,000,000 visitors each year.
The long lines can be intimidating, and a visit is considered an all-day event. However, with our wide range of privileged access tours, Seine cruises, and family tours, we are sure to have something that fits your needs. There are two types of tourists! Those who stand in line and those who don’t. Which do you want to be?
1. Privileged Access Eiffel Tour at Night Tour with River Seine Cruise
Our Privileged Access Eiffel Tower Night Tour is a romantic evening without the lines. The tour starts at dusk with a boat ride on the Seine.

Enjoy!

The Catacombs are a labyrinth that can only be seen a few months of the year, which is why lines to get in can be up to 5 hours long. Tickets sell out months in advance, but our tours come with skip-the-line access and privileged access to a number of chambers usually closed to the public.
1. Paris Catacombs Tour with Secret Rooms & Privileged Access

If you’re looking for amazing food, Paris is one of the best places to visit. There are more Michelin restaurants in this city than in any other city on Earth, and a local food tour is a fantastic way to experience Paris’ local food scene.
1. Le Marais Local Food Tour (Incredible Deal!)
Le Marais is the nerve center of gastronomical delights, which is why our Le Marais food tour is one of our most popular experiences. Enjoy a walking tour of the melting pot that is Le Marais, Normandy oysters and champagne, and falafel street food in the Jewish Quarter.

The Best Private Tours of Musée d’Orsay
When people think of Paris, they tend to think of the Louvre and Eiffel Tower, and for good reason. Both attractions are epic! That said, the Musée d’Orsay would be the number one museum in almost any other city on Earth if it wasn’t in Paris.
1. Private Musée d’Orsay Tour with Skip-the-Line Tickets
While taking a private tour of any museum is a luxury, a private tour of Musée d’Orsay is even more amazing. Why? The museum doesn’t get the same crowds as the Louvre, and the paintings demand an explanation. They are all very beautiful and recognizable, but Impressionism is best explained through a lens into the artist’s life—something that a local tour guide does best in an intimate experience like a private tour. See the tour itinerary, price, and description.
Not ready to book a tour? Find out how to visit the Musée d’Orsay .
1. Castles and Wine Tastings in the Loire Valley Day Trip
One of my favorite things to do in Europe is explore the countryside. This is because the architecture is amazing, and the agriculture is heavily focused on wine, which together makes for a beautiful experience. I also love having countryside lunches. They tend to be hearty, warm, and full of wine!
The Loire Valley is famous for castles and amazing dry white wines.
Our day trip to the Loire Valley not only explores an amazing castle but also includes a stop at a vineyard for a wine tasting. It will make for an incredible memory you will hold dear for the rest of your days!
2. Pay Tribute To D-Day at Normandy Beach
From “Saving Private Ryan” to stories from our ancestors, Normandy is famous for the great sacrifices of brave men in the face of tyranny. Today, you can visit different beaches from Omaha to Pointe du Hoc to pay respects. The beaches of Normandy, where World War II was viciously fought, have been kept as it was, down to bullet holes, craters, and cannon shells.
Our Normandy day trip of D-Day landing beaches visits Omaha Beach, Utah Beach, Pointe du Hoc, and even a Cider brewery—the region’s specialty. This day trip is most definitely long—14 hours in total—but if you have an extra day and are passionate about WWII, it’s well worth the time.
3. Explore the Champagne Region on a Day Trip
Should you be looking for a day trip to remember—and you’re a fan of champagne—then a trip to the Champagne region is a must. The French countryside is waiting to take you on a culinary journey from wine cellars to champagne houses and a tasty spot for lunch.
This tour includes stops in the cities of Reims and Épernay, where you can see the famous Reims cathedral and explore Dom Perignon’s final resting place in the Benedictine monastery in Épernay. Your day in the countryside will be unforgettable.
With a city as magnificent as Paris, it can be hard to find the perfect hotel at the perfect price. Explore the best hotels and places to stay in these incredible neighborhoods in Paris.

Paris is Paris is Paris, no other city can compare .I love Paris, love France but dislike the French…..And Iwas born and raise there………….

Is it worth it to get a tour guide, though?
November 8, 2022
We might be biased, but it really is. You can either wander these amazing locations or monuments and not really know what’s so significant (or that you just passed the first painting by a world-famous painter), or you can learn so many incredible details and stories about these places and art. Tour guides truly do elevate your experience and make it more memorable.

Hello Brie, yeah, that makes sense. I also hate getting lost 😀 I have been looking around on your tours, and it seems that they are not customizable? Something like this https://gowithguide.com/france/paris
December 28, 2022
Our private tours can be customized within the museum or locations it already includes. So for instance, if you want more time in the Greek sculptures than in a room of impressionism, just let your guide know.

The specialist guides for certain excursions were topnotch. Bruno coordinated all the guides, driver, and venue hosts with efficiency. It was a trip of my dreams for my granddaughter and myself!
It was a really good experience. This is my second trip with Eskapas. The first one was a small group tour fully escorted in Italy and it was wonderful. This trip is independent and you are joining at the meeting point to daily group ours. If you have send of orientation, it may be difficult so I recommend yo to take a taxi to reach out to the meeting points. Usually it costs 15-20Euro. The company upgraded our hotel to New Hotel Le Voltaire 4* ,, located in 11th Arrondissement, close to Bastille. It is a correct one, decent breakfast. Don't miss Cimetiere du Pere-Lachaise which is close proximity.

“The tour went very well and according to plan. Our guide was very good and an amazing city driver. He flowed his car through the insane traffic at Arc de Triomphe without a scratch, steering masterfully and barely using the brakes! I would not have believed it possible! We saw all the sites on the list, with useful commentary by our guide. Our Boat tour was highly enjoyable as well! The staff knows how to make everyone happy, the food was very good and the scenery was quite interesting. Excellent value for money spent” – Claude Meares, Manual Wheelchair User.

What travelers are saying.
- Meredith G 1 contribution 0 5.0 of 5 bubbles Lovely visit at the Louvre We LOVED our visit and Daniel, our guide. He was knowledgeable, flexible, and personable. He adapted to our interests, showed us pieces and works that we hadn’t seen before despite quite a few visits to the louvre, and understood (and could clearly articulate) the connections between art pieces (or styles) and world events. It really helped to provide context and led to a deeper understanding of the works/artists. We would definitely book again! 10/10. The retro tour concept.
When three motorcycle enthusiasts and vintage lookers join forces to share their love of the Parisian lifestyle with travelers from around the world, you get the RETRO TOUR Paris concept.
Our idea was born from an obvious fact: Paris is our treasure and we wish to make you discover it in a different way, beyond the conventional and overexploited tourist networks. As lovers of history, of Parisian life, of its codes but also of its good addresses, we want to offer our visitors the best of our world-famous and renowned city.
Authenticity, sharing and conviviality are the fundamental values of our concept.
It is quite naturally that the expansion was made in franchise on the most beautiful cities and regions of France according to the meetings.
Come aboard, follow your Gentlemen Siders and live the RETRO TOUR experience.
Our Sidecars

WINTER (Oct-Fév.)
We recommend you to wrap up warm for the tour. However, we provide jackets. Also a warm blanket will be at your disposal in the sidecar for a maximum comfort.

A fun, informative and memorable normandy experience ! We thoroughly enjoyed the Great Escape tour. We were very impressed by the level of detail to visiting the historic sites and beautiful panorama views over Daeuville and Trouville, the professionalism and friendliness of the tour guides. We decided to do the early morning tour which was fantastic... no traffic or tourists on the roads. We were also happy with their covid parameters with cleaning the bikes, helmets and wearing face shields on the helmets. Overall, a memorable and wonderful experience!
An unforgettable experience with an unforgettable guide On a weekend to visit the beautiful city of Deauville and not knowing the area, we had the chance to board Paulette, our side car, driven by a bearded guide really passionate about the history of Normandy cities. It was a wonderful and pleasant moment that made us want to come back this time to discover the landing beaches. Thank you to our guide for his kindness and his culture which allowed us to spend a unique moment.
The Best ! What a unique and amazing way to explore Paris! I had the best driver who was aware, careful, knowledgeable and funny! What a fun experience! I would absolutely love do this again!
Tour on Motorcycle with Side Car of Paris. Took this with my husband sister and niece. The guides were knowledgeable of the city and it’s history. They were very flexible with the routes. For example the day before we did a boat tour so we wanted to do other areas. Felt very safe they navigated well and knew the roads well.
Absolutely Wonderful from start to finish I honestly couldn’t say nicer things about this tour. It was hilarious and such a wonderful way to see Paris. Our driver was the lovely and patient Romain, who was so knowledgeable and fun. Our faces hurt from smiling so much. Would 1000% recommend this tour to anyone - even if you’ve seen Paris in all its glory before.

- le site Cartodesjo , qui a publié des tracés en open data ;
- les versions les plus zoomées du site Anticiperlesjeux ;
