“Concierge Service”

I've never even heard of Oojo and generally prefer booking directly with an airline to avoid third party complications. However, the concierge level service we experienced from the moment we booked was an unexpected surprise! A personal phone call, introduction, direct contact number and email connected us with a representative who helped others in our party book together, and communicated seat requests to the airline. Thank you!

“0 star company.AVOID if you can”

Very unprofessional, unethical, immature company who had no clue on customer experience. Probably the worst tech used as no agent knows anything about any conversation. Been saying same thing to different people every couple of days. Got 5 emails for process refund. Everytime I click it gives me different number but I keep on getting email from OOJO to complete the process which never seem to get completed. Avoid the site if you can,,$50 saving is not worth the hassle if you get into any.

Never ever buy from this company

Never ever buy from this company. This company floods the internet with positive reviews while if you go anywhere but trust pilot you will see the truth. I bought a ticket for a jurney for this friday yesterday and not only did they not send me the the e ticket after a 3 hour phone call with horrible customer service and asking for my bank details, they sent me a flight ticket that worked for a few hours as i checked with the airline but today on the day of the checkin it said that the name on the ticket was not the same as the one on the reservation. Basically this is a scam and never buy from here just because it seems cheaper buy from the original company instead of third parties unless you want to deal with these potential card thieves as well as scammers. I was able to get my money back however do not risk buying from this company like I did, as I was fooled by the many positive reviews see on this website.

The most difficult airline booking…

The most difficult airline booking agency we have ever dealt with. We paid a considerable amount of money to book our flights through oojo and took out the premium care insurance in case our flights were cancelled or unacceptable itinerary changes were made to our flights that did not work in with our pre travel arrangements. Our flight itinerary was changed to a departure time much earlier then originally booked and therefore we were unable to make that flight as we would still be in transit and could not physically make the amended flight time. Just for clarity, the amended flight schedule was almost 2 hours earlier than the original flight time and did not work in with our travel connections. We called oojo several times and they kept bouncing us between one team to another. They had sent us flight options which were exactly the same itinerary as amended by the airline i.e. they were not options. We emailed them back rejecting their non-options and sought a refund. Again we were given the run around on the phone and our issue remains unresolved. So much for oojo insurance cover. Never ever risk booking your flights with oojo and if you do take this gamble, never take out their travel insurance as it is deceitful and will drive you to despair trying to seek an amicable solution or a refund.

We apologise for any distress this may have caused you. We kindly ask you to send us your booking confirmation number and associated email address to [email protected] with this specific ID:309975. We need this to locate you in our internal system and find all the details of the booking and previous interactions with the agent and/or customer service. Thank you in advance.

It's the second time using Oojo and I've never experienced any problems. Once you book your flight, you're guaranteed to receive your ticket with no stories. I've recommended it to my friends and they share the same sentiments. It doesn't take long (same day) to get your itinerary sent to you which gives one a piece of mind.

I love how easy it was to use this 3rd party site to book flights. I was hesitant at first ‘cause it’s my 1st time using Oojo, but the call service was excellent and the waiting time for the E-ticket was very fast like less than 30mins for me. If this good service continues then I’ll use Oojo to book future flights. So far there’s no negative comments from me, I’ll write an update after the flight.

Ticket price goes up during one hour when I try to book。

Ticket price. Yesterday night I checked the price, but not booked at once for some disturb reason. Today afternoon I opened the website to find out the flight, the price of $726 was still there. When I was getting process to book it, the price goes up. I refreshed several time but the price still was $765. Then I booked it because I didn't want to spend more time with it. However when I return to take a look before go to bed, the price is still of $726. I was confused. Similarly the price of $765 was only and just to me.

I was wondering if anyone had used Oojo.com to book tickets. If I go through them to book business on Qatar Airways, I can save a couple thousand dollars, but I am reluctant not to book direct.

The 'About' page at the minimalist website looks as if it was put together with one of those 'business-speak waffle' algorithms as it busily says nothing.

They ask for tips: SERVICE APPRECIATION If the customer is happy with our agent's service, he/she may choose to add an extra amount to his/her purchase to appreciate it. The amount of appreciation is non-refundable.' There are no words for this...

'I see many mixed reviews on other sites like trust pilot.' Trustpilot, the home of paid-for reviews and bots aplenty, not so much trustworthy as risible.

91% excellent score in Manually invited reviews, compared to just 41% in unsolicited ones on Trustpilot. I'll leave that there.

Well if you do use them do report back after you've successfully flown for 1000's less.

If you ever think you might not be able to travel or might need to get it refunded, please do not book through them, i had to cancel 5 tickets and lost more than half the amount from each ticket when I got it refunded. the process to get refund is so hard that I had to spend countless hours on the phone and send multiple e mails.

If you purchase a fully refundable ticket direct from the airline you get 100% back....if you don't then you don't.
